    I moved to Texas for about a month, and Iā€™m glad that I decided to live here. The facility is nice and the leasing team is very friendly. Paisley helped me with my move-in, she was super patient and helpful! I waited until after Iā€™ve lived here for a month to write a review, just to be fair.The unit is very spacious with a high ceiling and a big washroom (too big that I wish itā€™s smaller so I can have more living room space). Floor plan is nice and I like how there are enough storage rooms in the kitchen. There are enough lights within the unit so you donā€™t need to buy extra lamp. Sounds insulation is good, although not as good as my previous homes, it doesnā€™t bother me much. Maintenance team is very efficient and responsiveā€”usually get things fixed the next day. Also great location. Overall a very comfortable place to stay at without any major concerns.There are a couple of things that caught my attention but arenā€™t bothering me:1. Laundry machines within the unit are super loud when running, I guess itā€™s because the door is hollowed and cannot block noise effectively.2. Despite my unit is facing Promenade hwy, whenever trains pass by and horn, you can hear it. (The view is great tho, you can see the lake and sunset) Itā€™s getting better and not as overwhelmed at the beginning because Iā€™m adapting to it, but itā€™s good to know to avoid units closer to the train track if you will be bothered by train noise.My top concern when reading the reviews here was unexpected false fire alarms, but it never happens after I moved inā€”thank you for this, because I will be super bothered and have a panic attack if it ever happens. I wish it never happens.

    Ive been at Cortland Las Colinas for 3 months and its been fantastic. The community is well-maintained with modern amenities. My apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff, especially Logan, is helpful and kind. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking for quality living. ā¤ļø

    Iā€™ll be moving into this property soon and canā€™t wait! The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. I had a great experience with the property manager, Alana, to get my application filled out and touring the property and all its amenities. I see the care that she puts in for her workplace, as well as the other employees I met around the property. I feel as I will be in great hands living here! The pool was very nice and clean. I loved the fitness center and all the equipment offered.

    Awesome new property. Expensive but worth it. So many amenities. The leasing team is awesome. Im a problem case and they stayed on it and got me in my dream apartment in 5 days. Jasmine and Manny answered every email and call promptly. Im going to love my new home.5 years laterā€¦.. sadly, I have to move on. I have really enjoyed living in the property. Paisley and her crew have been the best management team since I moved in. I truly will miss this place.

    This place is Awesome! I came today for an event that was being hosted in the clubhouse and I was amazed. The team was helpful and allowed me to take a look at all the amenities. I was there visiting a friend and I felt included by them allowing me to participate in the function. I love the fact that they have the arcade games there as well as the skylounge area. Truly took some pics to act as though Iā€™m at a resort to show off to my friends back home.

    I stayed at this property about 4 years ago and Iā€™m thinking of relocating back to Dallas and this was the fist place I started to look at online. Itā€™s family and animal friendly which is a big deal for me when Iā€™m looking to move. When I stayed here I felt so comfortable and safe. I love the area because itā€™s close to many food places and shopping stores around the area. As I continue to explore looking for places in case I move back this property will always be on the top on my list of places I can call home.

    Staff is very amazing. I did a tour and they were very detailed in explaining everything. I will be considering due to my job transferring to the new Wells Fargo that is under construction. Keep up the good work staff!

    The staff is friendly and caring. They have done many great improvements to the property and I appreciate they use specialty contractors sometimes instead of dragging out repairs. They address service issues very quickly which we appreciate. Great place to live.

    Stopped by for a tour today and was guided by Aniya. She was super helpful and I can honestly say that I made the right decision. I really like how the units are modern, beautifully designed and have everything that Iā€™m looking for. Just filled out my application. Canā€™t wait to move here!

    I stayed here from 2020-2022. My stay here was lovely and this apartment was great, secured, amenities are good. When I moved out I got my deposit back, despite some stains on carpet. Only negative is AC doesnā€™t work well for 2B apt, but still management try to fix it. Overall it is a great experience, if this apartment isnā€™t far from work I would love to move back.

    The property itself is so beautiful and well kept up with. The office staff and maintenance team truly gives the best experience. I went from living in a house to this apartment and can only say positive things. Paisley and Morgan are so sweet and the maintenance team completes work orders in a timely manner and are very nice people. 10 out of 10 recommended!

    Cortland was a great experience! The staff was lovely and always incredible when I needed help. Loved how they took care of us with breakfast or dinner. The maintenance are amazing people who take care of problems in a prompt manner. It was a great area with the lake next to it and great running paths. Leisure and entertainment not too far away too. Only thing I would say is a con are the unexpected electrical issues.

    The staff is so nice and the truly go above and Beyound here. I love the townhome that I am in. This property is always well maintained and very clean. Been here over 4 years and I donā€™t plan to leave anytime soon. You will love The Cortland Las Colinas, I have met Richard which is one of the very best Maintaince crew member. He has now become one of my buddyā€™s and highly respect him and the hard work he puts in every day to keep up with it all.

    Im considering transferring to the Las Colinas property as I already live in one of their sister properties. So I decided to visit the property about a week ago to take a look at the 2bedroom floor plan and had the pleasure of meeting Morgan and Paisley. They were a huge help and had amazing energy accompanied with beautiful personalities. Im looking forward to working with them soon. I loved the apartment community along with the amenities and area. Las Colinas gives you a piece of Hollywood right down south! Love love love it!

    10/10 would recommend moving here! We are currently on our second lease! Everyone in leasing is absolutely fantastic! Morgan, Sam, Paisley, and all of the maintenance staff are so nice, personable, and welcoming. I work in hospitality and I truly wish I got to work with such nice dedicated coworkers everyday. They truly care about the building and the tenants.Side Note- we probably toured every complex on lake Carolyn and this one by far was the best. We did the research so you wouldnā€™t have too šŸ˜‚ #justleasehere

    I absolutely love it here. All of the office staff are very nice and responsive. The biggest thing for me in an apartment complex is maintenance, resident activities and aesthetics of the complex and CORTLAND Las Colinas has done and continues to do an excellent job. I have been a resident for 2 plus years.

    This property is awesome! Very nice and friendly staff, especially the manager. Pool is great, the game room is so much fun with the arcade video games and pool tables. Walking distance to the Toyota center which has a lots of good restaurants to eat or catch a movie. I would highly recommend living here

    After selling our home, we moved to Cortland on a short 4 month lease thinking we would buy another home soon. After living here, we loved the community and staff so much that we renewed our lease for 13 months. Its amazing community, that does multiple social events, happy hours, brunches etc. You will love interacting with the staff. Morgan, one of the manager, has great attitude and is so helpful. She is always looking for ways to make living at Cortland better. Maintenance guys are always getting work order closed out super quickly. They are very courteous and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I feel like I stay a resort rather than an apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new home in the area.

    Went for a short tour and was so impressed by the staff. Jenipher was soo friendly and really knew how to show the best features of the apartment. Saw a 1 bedroom and it was nicely designed and very spacious. Really clean apartment complex and a good fit for families or single people.

    We moved here recently and LOVE the property. Everything is really well maintained and the location is great! It is a new building and it shows. I had the best experience interacting with the management. The whole team is great! Nicole, Andrea, Angela were all so helpful and considerate. They go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with my choice of stay. Nicole actually took time to understand my concerns and accommodated my requests while moving in. What I loved was the way they always tried to understand my perspective and made it a warm experience. Cortland properties generally have good reviews online and I can see why! In my short stay here I have seen a lot of activity with regular food trucks, a new coffee machine and upgrades to the gates, etc. If you are living in the area, this is the place to be.

    I moved to Dallas from California recently and looked at several properties before picking Cortland Las Colinas. Morgan Shope was my leasing agent and she was the best! Made the process super simple and really went above any beyond to make me feel welcome. She not only made the leasing process easy, she got to know me and gave me plenty of suggestions on what to do in Dallas. The devil is in the details and on my move-in date she even left me a welcome home message. Since then all of the rest of the staff have been just as wonderful as Morgan. The location and amenities are a great value as well. Highly recommend moving to Cortland Las Colinas if you want to live in a great area with an even better staff.

    I love being a resident at Cortland Las Colinas. I have lived here since June 2018. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Its rare that I have to reach out to management or maintenance. However, when I do, Paisley and Mario are very attentive and exceed my expectations.

    Great location. Great staff. Iā€™ve lived just a few months. But still exploring the building and finding new things about it. The game room is open 24x7 which is becoming rarer in some apartment complexes.Nitpicks:Carpets could be deep cleaned on the 1st floor.The water fountain next to the gym needs a filter change.There is no cellular network near Amazon package pick ups and just outside the door next to the lobby. (Canā€™t use the Butterfly app on phone to enter, always have to carry the key) Could have a bit better coverage for Wi-Fi, especially for gates that have the ButterflyMX entry.More EV charging would be nice as itā€™s always preoccupied.

    I moved to Cortland Las Colinas the end of May 2020 and have loved every minute of living here. I was so impressed by the website I told myself I have to check this out in person because it looks to good to be true. This place is like a 5 star resort. Units have stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops and wood flooring. Plenty of parking in a gated garage. And the amenities are fabulous. Luxury pool with 2 gas grills, very nice lounge area with tvā€™s, pool table and free coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and tea, daily!!! There is also a rooftop lounge area as well with tvā€™s and sofas. Apartment complex is in walking distance of the Toyota Music Factory where there are daily happy hour food and drink specials at most of the restaurants and bars. The staff here is fantastic as well. Very nice and professional and attentive to everyoneā€™s needs. They are not just nice to potential tenants they also treat current residents with exceptional service. Big shout out to Caitlyn who was the first employee I spoke with regarding renting a unit. She thoroughly answered all of my questions, returned my calls right away and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Caitlyn is always cheerful and more than willing to assist with any of your concerns. Finding a new place to live can be stressful but she really made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend living at Cortland Las Colinas!!!!!

    Cortland is always kept clean . Gym and pool common areas are fantastic. Morgan has been my main go to for any questions Ive had & has exceeded my expectations. Office and maintenance staff has been nothing but great since I have been here.

    I have lived here with my family for 14 months. We moved last year from Uptown Dallas into Jefferson Riverside and had a great living experience. The whole apartment complex is very well maintained and the management team absolutely cares about the residents. Especially Manny was always there we needed something. If there is any issue within the complex they act immediately and keep all residents informed. If there is an issue with your apartment it gets resolved asap. Believe me I have seen it different when living in other apartments. Furthermore, we also had great experience with the other residents, everyone is very friendly and our daughter found a lot of new friends when playing at pool. Also, the frequent resident events by itself are great to meet your neighbors and chat with everyone. Next to the apartment we also loved the area around. You get some great food at the Toyota Music Factory (5-10 minutes walking distance) and you also have this very nice artificial Lake Carolyn where you can either take a run or a great walk with the stroller without driving somewhere. Why do we move out if this place is so great? Just because we are moving internationally due to my job. If we ever come back to Dallas this will be my first address to go. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great time to the team at JR and all great neighbors!

    Love living at Cortland Las Colinas! All the office staff are friendly and willing to help, example: Ive had a few deliveries get misplaced in the lockers and Madison has gone above and beyond in tracking them down and getting them to me, shes great!! The grounds are always kept neat and tidy. I havent had any issues with tenants being loud/disrespectful. The amenities are gorgeous and my apartment is so nice. Parking is always available and since the community is gated I feel safe. Definitely one of the best complexes in the Las Co area!

    Just moved in to this property. The leasing staff was pleasant and professional, Johnny was really helpful and easy to work with. I got all my questions answered accurately and on time. The apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious for the price. The property have lots of amenities, only downside is phone signals drops within the building (1st floor), having wifi mitigates this issue for me. I feel like I am going to enjoy my time here!

    For the price, this is honestly the best apartment complex Iā€™ve lived in. The location, the office staff, and the maintenance staff were all superb. All (not that I had many) maintenance requests were completed within 24 hrs. (The same task that took Cortland to complete within a day is taking my new apartment complex a week....itā€™s a water filter!!). I worked third shift so I slept until late afternoon and they were more than happy to work around my schedule. The only reason I left was to move in with my girlfriend whose lease just started, but if it wasnā€™t for that I 100% would have renewed. Food trucks and breakfast on the go every week were always a plus and the coffee machine in the office is GREAT! Only con is the main elevator tends to be out of service every now and then, but I enjoy taking the stairs anyways. Other than that, everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

    This is a great place to live. My apartment is spacious, has nice amenities and contemporary. The building is secure with ample parking available for me and my guests. Its energy efficient as my electric bills are low - never over $100 for a 2bdrm. I have been here almost a year and just had my first maintenance call which was handled and fixed quickly. The internet signal does have issues sometimes, but not enough to complain about. I dont really hear my neighbors - its pretty quiet. My apt faces Northwest highway so there is some road noise, mostly from cars with loud mufflers.

    Just moved in.First floor facing the pool and I LOVE it.Does the pool get loud at times? Sure, but I truly donā€™t mind... I have a 6 months old and the sound machine covers all.I think itā€™s great that people love the pool!As for the noise in the apartments, I havenā€™t heard my upstairs neighbor once. The ceilings are so tall, so Iā€™m sure that helps.The team is great here. Service team and office team.Havenā€™t had any issues!

    My daughter and I moved to Cortland Las Colinas in June 2020. We absolutely loved the apartment and area. The experience almost remind me of upscale hotel suite. Beautiful modern apartment, great amenities, elevator, secured parking garage. And 5 stars to my representative, Caitlyn MCCampbell. She made the transition seamless from our old apartment. She was personable, constant contact and updates. I felt like I was important to her, and not just another resident. I told her she was the main reason for me choosing Cortland Las Colinas. You can literally find to this type of upscale apartment living all over the Dallas metroplex. You cant always find good people, Caitlyn was fantastic.

    I have recently moved into Jefferson Riverside. I am absolutely delighted with my decision to move here. At times I can hear the train but very few and far between. Management is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The apartment complex do have guidelines but they are extremely easy to follow. Come in and ask for Meredith! She is the first smiling face I saw here. She is genuine, smart, and understanding. She never pushed me or bothered me because she does understand do have a Full time Job. She is a true assist to management and hopefully we can keep her for the upcoming years to come. But by all means Manny and Jasmine are assist to management as well!

    Ive been here for 1.5 months and love it so far. The gym is great, the pool and barbecue pits are perfect for weekend relaxing and sunbathing. Im a big smells guy so it means a lot to have a place that always smells amazing. The lounge areas throughout the complex are perfect for reading, hanging out with friends or catching up on work/emails. I highly recommend living here.

    I canā€™t say enough good things about the Cortland of Los Colinas. We had a house fire and had to move out of our home for the next several months. The last thing I wanted to do was move into an apartment. We are older and I was afraid we wouldnā€™t be comfortable here. Was I wrong! The company working to place us worked with Caitlyn. She wasnā€™t here when we came in for the tour but she made sure Madison had our information. Caitlyn was great answering all of our questions. When it was time to fill out paperwork she patiently helped us through it with her beautiful upbeat personality. Every time I had a concern, she made sure it was taken care of. When I see her and Madison they are always so friendly making sure we are doing okay. When we first moved in there were a few things that had to be taken care of and Richard, the Maintenence man, was fast, friendly and efficient. We have a balcony on the pool and we love it. We also love the rooftop lounge and all the other areas they have to relax in. Itā€™s beautiful and always kept up. There is a woman who mops and vacuums and keeps the hallways spotless.We are also out exploring the area. There is always something to see and do. We are really enjoying our temporary home thanks to Caitlyn, Madison, Richard and all the staff hat makes this a great place to live.

    UPDATE: I have been impressed with the office staff at our local Cortland Las Colinas. They have done everything in their power to get all the above things mentioned done. The cameras have finally been replaced and I received and update from the manager regarding all the bells and whistles that have been added to the system. Also the elevator has been fixed and seems to be fixed for good! Still hate the towing company.. but Im biased since I was towed.. The staff here have never been the problem. As with any big corporation its hard to get things done on at a local level, but our staff was able to do it even it took months of them fighting for it. I can honestly say out of all the places I have lived, that I enjoy the employees here the most. From maintenance to managers, they are great! Thank you guys for working hard for usI will start by saying that the main office employees have been great to us. Very friendly and warm.There is a big problem of car break-ins here. My car was broken into, I made sure I parked in front of the garage cameras. The night it was broken into it was directly in front of the camera. I called the office and also talked to them in person. I was told they hadnt had a chance to look at the camera footage yet and that it would only be available by police subpoena.. so I called the corporate office to ask some more questions and they put me in touch with a region wide manager in Texas. Come to find out, the cameras at Cortland Las Colinas have not been working for months and they have known about the problem and residents have not been made aware. I do not appreciate being lied to saying they ā€˜hadnā€™t had time to look at it yetā€™ when if fact they havenā€™t been working for months. I was told by the manager that they were meeting two days after my phone call with her, to meet with companies that were bidding on upgrading our camera system and she told me she would call me after the meeting to let me know what was going on and how they were going to fix the system.. Its now been a month since that phone call and still havent heard from them. No upgraded camera system has been installed. They hired a security officer that comes by every few HOURS during the night and does a quick drive through... and thats about it. Although they assure me ā€˜our residents safety is our priorityā€™.. right.. as I write this now, since our elevators are down, almost every door in the complex is propped open. Anyone could walk into this apartment at anytime and have access to everything.Not to mention they have given a tow truck company access to the garage to come by whenever they want to tow cars that arent registered (including guest cars). There is no warning or anything, they have signs posted that you need to register but you have to have a specific code to register. That code is only available in a couple emails that they have sent. So good luck finding that code if your guest comes after hours and you have deleted emails. My grandfathers truck was towed, no warning, I had no way of knowing it was towed until I called the police to report it stolen. It was $300 to get the truck back. The truck wasnā€™t parked at our garage until after the office closed and I went back through my emails after it was towed and I had two whole emails from when I moved in to when it was towed (3 months) that mentioned the code at the very end of the email.We picked this apartment largely due to the apparent security measures they had which included a gated garage (multiple times that it has broken down and been stuck open in the few months we have been here), and security cameras (which apparently havent worked since we moved in).Their disregard for our safety is alarming. If Cortland cared about safety they wouldnt be dragging their feet for months to get the cameras fixed and get the security measures fixed. It will take a lot from them to keep our business once our lease is up. I think we may even have reason to cancel the lease due to their negligence and promise of security that isnt being fixed.

    This is my review after living here for one year.Pros: the apartment comes with a balcony, high ceilings, and modern appliances. It has a deep kitchen sink and comes with a normal sized washer and dryer (not the stackable ones other apartments have). Its also pretty clean, I did not see any ants or roaches. It also has nice amenities, the pool area, gym and small park are very nice. There is also a lounge area on the top floor (5th floor) its clean, has nice views of Las Colinas, a small kitchen, and cute furniture (but be warned there is no where to charge your phone outside). I also liked the location. Its only a 20 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic. Its within walking distance to the Toyota music factory and restaurants in that area. I also liked walking to the lake and restaurants along O Connor blvd. Also, theres a nice bird park that you can walk to on the other side of northwest highway. It also has garage parking, elevators, and lockers for packages. You also need a key fob to enter the building, so its pretty safe. As a single woman, I always felt comfortable leaving my car late at night. There are also 2 train stops along that street, so there is easy access to the DART.Cons: Easy access to DART comes at a price. The sound of the train horn was very annoying and I felt like I had no privacy, as the train passes right in front of the window. And it passes frequently, multiple times every single day. The elevators broke down a few times over the year, and the gate would be stuck open a few times during the year. There was also a few times the fire alarm sounded in the building, one time particularly was around 6 in the morning. There is also a fruit fly problem. Even when I had literally nothing in my apartment when I first moved in, there was a few flying around. I asked my neighbor and she had the same issue. (But this is only in the summer, the rest of the year I had no issues). And its not in apartmentā€™s control, but the hallways can get so stinky because people leave their trash for pickup in the hallway all day. Also, keep in mind that people can reserve the downstairs pool table area for parties, so sometimes you may not get to use the pool table area but this only happened like 3 times during the year.

    We moved in during our home renovation and had a fantastic experience with the friendly competent sales team, responsive maintenance, the luxury amenities, its safe, clean, well lit. Reserved gated parking and extra storage units available. So close to water front and Music factory restaurants that you can walk to or take the free apartment shuttle. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the 5th floor patio overlooking scenic Las Colinas Lake Carolyn, attended happy hours on Thursdays. What a great place to live and meet people! Highly recommend!

    Cortland Las Colinas has been my home since November and I am in love. The application and move in processes were smooth. There was one hiccup found after the fact, but Madison corrected it with no problem. The amenities are great. I utilize the gym daily and it has everything I need to get a quality workout. The staff is amazing - shout out to Lexi, Paisley, Madison and Caitlyn. You ladies rock. They always speak even when Im just passing through to get to the gym. I love the weekly Happy Hour events. Maintenance has completed all my service requests in less than 24 hours. This will be my home for the next 2 years and I dont plan on leaving.

    Ever since this new management took over, everything has been getting better. The most relevant thing is that they took care of the halls and did a deep cleaning, hope they keep it like that. Also work orders has been taking care of within days instead of weeks as is used to be before. Also the gates came back to function.     There are a lot of apartment choices in this area but I chose these based on the service and amenities they provide. The management team here is beyond exceptional. My leasing consultant, Caitlyn McCampbell, has taken every call, email, etc. to help me with my moving process since the beginning. Every time I call or visit the leasing office, she will address me by name, remember my apt number, and even ask me about specific happenings in my life; itā€™s like every conversation is with a friend. Service wise, I had a maintenance request to fix a door latch and the issue was taken care of immediately, very impressed. So far I have now interacted with Caitlyn, Madison, and Lexi on the management team and they are all nothing short of amazing. ONLY downside so far is that the elevators break quite a bit - this happened during my move-in but even with the inconvenience of being charged extra by my movers, I relayed this issue to the apartment management team and they instantly took care of it. I live on the 5th floor so no noise complaints here. I am just short of 3 months of living here and I am very impressed so far. Would definitely recommend!FYI: They happy happy hour + food trucks on Thursdays!

    I have just moved in and when I was doing the check list of faults, I realized the garbage disposal was not work, a screen was missing a latch and the shower didnā€™t have adequate pressure. He called me from his car on his way to the apartment building just to tell me he would come to my apartment first thing. So far everything has been excellent.

    Mr. Kendrick is truly an amazing agent. He asked all the right questions in regards to my personal needs and wants. He didnā€™t bombard me unnecessary and irrelevant information that I didnā€™t need. Unfortunately I wasnā€™t able to lease there due to my last minute business transfer. I know for sure if I am ever back in that area, I will be signing a lease with him at this amazing property.

    Currently looking for a place closer to my job and stumbled upon Corland Las Colinas!!!. I toured with Kendrick Johnson and fell in love. The apartments are very spacious and NEW. Theres a pool, lounge, gym, and is so close to many good restaurants and bars. Kendrick was extremely helpful and sold me on the tour. Ive shopped around for apartments in all over the area but Iā€™ve found the one. FINALLY!!!If you are looking for QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL service, contact Kendrick!!! Hes the BEST!!!!

    Caitlyn has been nothing but astounding at what she does. She treated well when I visited, and she treats me even better as a resident. I was moving here from NYC and was frankly overwhelmed by all the apartment buildings in the area. I chose Cortland Las Colinas almost solely because of Caitlyn. She has the utmost patience for my needy tendencies and occasional neuroticisms. At times Id reach out to her way outside of working hours, and she would not hesitate to reply back with enthusiasm without making me feel guilty. Directly and indirectly, Caitlyn has a way of reassuring me that I would be taken care of as a resident here. I would follow Caitlyn to the depths of Oklahoma if thats where she wanted to work. She is the model example of top notch service.

    Out of this world! The management is always helpful, quick to help and puts on amazing community activities. Canā€™t imagine living anywhere else UPDATE: been living here another year and donā€™t ever want to leave. I have felt so safe and connected during Covid. Management (Lexi C) and maintenance have been amazing with any help or questions I have had.

    Great customer service at this property from the moment you walk in. All staff is great and knowledgeable about whole property and surrounding areas for restaurants & entertainment. The manager Lexi stopped to introduce herself and make sure we didnt have any further questions... that was a nice touch. Thank you all for your help, will be seeing you all again soon.

    This place puts any uptown/downtown lofts/condos to shame with their amazing decor, amenities, floorplans and family. Yes, I said family, I dont consider Fabio, Shana, Manny, Jasmine, Meredith, or Doug staff. They make it a point to get to know everyone here with their community events. I personally witness Manny singlehandedly naming everyone and with apartment numbers when raffling away gifts during casino night. My home is always the meeting point with my friends because they love being over here. Jefferson on riverside not only manage an amazing property, but they take it a step further to manage our lifestyle. We are spoiled here!!! I would recommend anyone who love a beautiful home and a community where you actually know and talk to your neighbors, to sign here.

    What a beautiful property with amazing staff!! Morgan was so nice and helpful! Although I did not end up signing there,which was really due to location than anything else(had to be closer to work!), I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to be in the las Colinas area!

    Roberto is very in tune with the maintenance needs of the property and his staff. He is quick to respond and relentless in work ethic to get whatever issue it is handled so as to satisfy all residents. There are no small issues for him, if its a concern to a resident; its a BIG issue for him. We could use a few more Robertos in the world!
