    So far, I absolutely love it here so far. The staff is very attentive and address my issues quickly. The views from my apartment are amazing as I can see sunrise and sunset!!! The community seems very peaceful and I love the vibes by the pool. The diversity of people is great as well. The property is very well kept and clean!

    I have lived her for about 2 months and all I can say is “you will not regret moving here”! The staff is awesome, we have a state of the arts movie theater, gym, cycling, pet spa, and the best espresso/latte/ coffee machine (save money on your morning coffee).

    Update to move in:Management team has been wonderful to work with in person on noise issues (which have greatly improved).Cortland phone system can be irksome at times.Maintenance staff are amazing!I moved in to the Cortland Apartment June/July based off of the reviews and photos online. The online photos show hardwood floors throughout, and that is not the case. There is carpet in the bedrooms and closets. Pay attention to that if it is important to you.Pros: Apartments are spacious and appliances work well. Full size washer and dryers and great and a decent amount of storage.Maintenance is quick and responsive.Property management reps are nice people but unresponsive to emails. Not sure if their workloads are too much or emails just aren’t a priority.Cons: people leave their trash under stairwells, leave their trash in trash rooms without putting it down the chute, dump liquids all over the floor, elevator operation is sporadic, and the noise here is terrible. Yelling, screaming, loud music. It is not a peaceful place to live.I wish I had been more discerning when choosing a place to live given some residents do not abide by quiet hours and leave trash everywhere.This could be an incredible community if people were considerate of their neighbors and took some pride in the community.

    I’ve lived here at Cortland Inkwell for 4 years now and the maintenance team is always cleaning up around the apartments and always extremely helpful. The front office team Jessica specifically has always been extremely helpful. I’ve really enjoyed living here through the years.My only advice would be more cameras on the premises to accommodate tenets with possible uncontrollable issues that might happen.Great Apartments to live at I definitely recommend 😊

    Let me start out by saying I am very picky. I had been looking for an apartment for 2 months and by time I got to Cortland I was exhausted and frustrated. After speaking with Jessica and seeing a few of the units I was set that this was the place. She offered to show me multiple units with no problem and no attitude. There was a unit I was interested in, and it was not ready for show, she told me exactly when to come back and would be more than happy to show me. We did just that and in the end, I got what I wanted. Out of all the people I encountered on the journey Jessica was the most patient, kind and professional person I have ever met. Great customer service.

    What an amazing property! This has been the absolute best experience, living in apartment homes. The staff is very friendly and professional. The property manager is visible and very active in the community, I continuously see him walking the property to ensure that everything is running smoothly. The leasing agents are magnificent, always smiling, and they make you feel at home the second you walk in the office. They are very supportive and helpful, and very responsive when it comes to results and a timely manner. I trust that your experience will be as good as mine, because i highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for an amazing apartment home!

    The leasing team has one of the best customer service I have ever seen. Stephanie has great customer service and she is willing to help. She has a great attitude and she explains everything step by step. . I went there 2 times during the process to send my application and she did the tour with me twice because I wanted to see the place again. She explained everything in a great way. Jessica is very enthusiastic and willing to help and assist in everything. The process was very easy, secure, and friendly. The entire building is beautiful and very well maintained.

    The experience in Cortland is excellent. It is very quiet and without any discomfort, I simply have to file a complaint against the maintenance man OLVER PÉREZ. He treats you rudely and in a bad way. I really dont like the way he treats the tenants.

    When we first toured with Stephanie we definitely knew this was the complex for us! She is the absolute best!! We annoyed her with a million questions and she never hesitated to respond to each email. We are happy to call this place home for us and our fur babies! We love that this community is pet friendly!

    This property is by far the best one I’ve ever lived at. Management does a great job with response time on service tickets, I’ve never had an issue with anyone. Any time I had a concern any one from management would get right on it. Jessica is amazing, super attentive and such a lovely charismatic personality. I’ve lived here for a year and she still remembers me from when she helped me lease my apartment and she even passed by when I moved in to give us a welcome and ask if there was anything we needed. I’ve never had such amazing service and attention to detail!

The assistant Jessica has such a warm sweet personality and helped me move in with such ease! The amenities are My favorite! And I love love my apt!!     I toured this property when I was looking for an apartment, unfortunately I didn’t apply due to it being a bit far from my new workplace, but it’s definitely somewhere I’d like to live in for my next apartment! Super impressive property! The amenities alone are enough to get someone to apply, but the staff are an added bonus! Very helpful with a great attitude the whole time!

    I loved my apartment during my stay, Ms. Jessica is the best in the office. She helps as much as she can and to make you feel welcome to come talk to her at any given time. She’s on point with all her tenants and is extremely understanding. The best assistant manager hands down.

    I stopped by to get a tour of the facility and Jazzmine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me from the resort style pool to the theater room, elevators, pool table, package hub lockers. Apart from the amenities her customer service was great.

    Its a very nice apartment complex. Ive lived here for almost 6 months and Its been really nice. Never had a problem at all, my favorite thing is the black, grey, and white Inkwell theme of the apartments . The maintenance team is great, plenty of parking at all times, and the management is really awesome especially Maggie. Id recommend these apartments with 5 stars.

    I have been living at this apartment complex since November of 2019. Overall, the staff is phenomenal. They are very pleasant, I have absolutely no complains. I would like to add however, that Diva was my leasing agent. She has been great since day one. The apartments I previously lived in made it really difficult for Diva, however she went above and beyond to reach out and gather all the documents my husband and I needed in order to move in. Moreover, Diva makes me feel like family. I am usually in the study room, and every time she is touring the facility with perspective clients, she is kind and friendly and calls me by my first name. She always treats me with respect and has a very warm personality. Diva is always willing to help and make you feel welcomed. As far as the building goes, I love it! It is so safe, quiet and the amenities are beyond great. I have rented in many other places, and this is by far my favorite.

    I “was” happy with our decision to move here, but changed my rating. See below. Then due to some recent improvements (thank you!) I changed it back to 4 stars.The 2 bedroom is spacious, has a great kitchen and island built in, a computer station tucked in between the kitchen and living room, nice faux wood floors, and it’s quiet here enough (outside on the property) so I can take walks at night, or in the 24/7 workout area. I have received excellent customer service too from Jassamine aka Jazzman. That’s how I remember her name.Here’s my amended review:The apartment is always noisy because the upstairs neighbors constantly drag furniture around and walk with stone feet; bang bang bang. This has gone on for over two months and they don’t speak English or Spanish so it’s not easy to tell them.Also, the main exit for our side of the complex was all of a sudden broken; they then padlocked it and all residents must use the same exit, and at busy times it takes a really LONG time to just exit from here onto Greenhouse. It has been several months now and they still haven’t fixed the exit gate.Also the garbage room stunk so bad, you had to basically wear a mask to endure the stench which emanated from that room all through the hallways. I will say they have worked on this and it’s a bit better now, but it was quite unpleasant to deal with.** This just in, Nov 2023... they actually cleaned the cement hallways all around us and the trash room, and I mean thoroughly. I was shocked. And the padlocked exit was all of a sudden fixed too! No way?! Did they read my review? Not only that, the water that always collects up against our door, (we had to place our welcome mat up on 1-inch platforms so as not to get soaked all the time) that water was squeegeed dry too. Thank you for that yall. We really appreciate it.

    The very first encounter at Cortland, I was greeted by the most Professional and Polite manager, Jessica. I felt so warn coming from a home to an apartment and she made the transition great. Later I met Maggie and the other staff members and they too were polite, professional, and had great directional skills. The move-in was very smooth and I love living here. The amenities suit my needs and it is beautiful and clean. The spa, theater room, and entertainment room is off the chain. I had never heard of a HUB...lol....Fantastic....Welcome anyone to join me here.....

    It is a really Amazing apartment complex. I have two months living here and Im really happy and satisfied. Everything is clean, the amenities are great and the most important thing for me has been the support who Diva has given to me. She is exceptional, friendly, professional and kind.     Moved into these apartments recently from the downtown area. So far, everything has been great! My only complaints are with the trash (which will be changed soon to valet) and the amount of traffic that waits to get into the gates when it opens. Everything else has either met or exceeded expectations. The apartments are still new and well taken care of. The amenities provided are a great bonus! Morgan was EXTREMELY helpful and made sure that I knew everything about the property before moving in. She went over all the fine details with me to make sure I was comfortable before I decided to lease. Highly recommend asking for her if you have any questions!

We visited several apartments before and after visiting inkwell but the vibe here is so warm and welcoming that is brought us back every time! Diva was the first person we met and it took seconds to notice and appreciate the honesty and integrity that she and her colleagues work with. As first time renters we didn’t know what questions to ask or what to look for in an apartment but she helped us and it was so heartfelt. The amenities, staff, apartments and environment is what led us in making our very much easy decision! They’re always hosting events and making every resident feel welcomed !     I have had a fantastic experience since moving in last fall. My apartment was brand new and absolutely beautiful. The amenities are top notch! My favorite being the gym. It’s larger than your typical apartment gym with much more variety in equipment.The office staff are like family. Diva, Devina, Michael and Nancy always go above and beyond to listen to any concern you may have. They are always planning resident events to mix and mingle and it’s a great atmosphere.If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and friendly community, Inkwell is the place for you!

    I had to review as I’m in love with these apartments. The customer service is excellent! The leasing staff agents are extremely friendly, welcoming and eager to assist and answer any questions( even willing to allow you to tour again to see if your furniture will fit :) ) lol. Seriously, I don’t live on property yet but they definitely make you feel at home. Ooh, the apartments are super adorable and spacious too! They have elevators so don’t worry about living on the higher floors as it’s worth the savings.

    I am so excited to move into these apartments!! Very modern, clean, and overall a great experience. When I originally went to inquire about these apartments I was instantly greeted by one of the staff who has been such a diligent and helpful person through out this whole process, Devina. She had a warm and bubbly personality every time I had to go to fill out paperwork,etc. She was very good at describing information and details about the apartments and application process, and incredibly diligent on answering my phone calls and reaching out to me in regards to any good or bad information. Chic living, great staff, reasonable price for the experience... What else could anyone ask for? Thanks Inkwell. I can’t wait to see you come move in date!

    After visiting the property; you get the sense of being home, its warm and it gives you that cozy feeling. It has great amenities from the pool to the workout room, to the lounge area. I love the location. I also viewed the website prior to my visit and floor plans looked exactly like the virtual floor plan.

    I used to rent a home with stressfree property solutions & it was the worst mistake of my life. Once my lease was up I knew I wanted to move back into an apartment. We came across cortland inkwell and immediately fell in love. The whole process was smooth. They let us use a dolly to move in. Anything we need there on top of it. The neighborhood is quiet. Have not had a single problem since being here. I appreciate living in apartments so much more.

    This is literally the fastest process I have ever had with looking & leasing an apartment! The staff was so attentive from start to finish. When you walk in they literally offered me something to drink like every 5 minutes (no joke) lol they have a back counter with complimentary coffee (various kinds) a bowl of free dog treats for dog lovers and a snack station. They were the only complex I’ve ever visited were I also saw the managers involved, they introduce themselves and welcome you before you’re even approved! Devine was the leading agent who assisted me, even though she’s pregnant she personally power walked to every floor plan I wanted to visit with no complaints (and I looked at a few), I even saw the assistant manager Mike run back towards the office to unblock the door and let someone in when he was heading to lunch.. I mean these people are the epitome of customer service, and even if I wasn’t approved I would highly recommend them to any and everyone based off of their friendly and personable service alone! This staff is amazing !!!!!! Nothing short .. keep it up 👍🏽

    I have just moved in. Everything is good so far. Morgan she is in the leasing office and have been wonderful as far as the process was concerned. I like the apartments. So far i have one issue but i am hoping that to be resolved. I guess the noise is the biggest issue it is a very quiet apt complex over all other then some people who have no consideration of their neighbors.

    My wife and I were new to the renting experience as we were preparing for a big move to start the next chapter in our lives together. We did not have any renter’s experience and did not understand a lot of the “do’s and don’ts” of renting. As we walked into the front office, we were already a little anxious because we didn’t know what we were looking for. We were greeted by a friendly face with a very welcoming tone who made us feel right at home. She took the time to thoroughly explain what to look for when apartment hunting as well as helping us out with every question we had. We weren’t just another sales to her because she genuinely cared about us being happy with our decision and did not force us into making any rash decisions. Diva treated us like family from the moment we walked into Inkwell and it continues to feel that way every time we step into the office or bump into each other around the community. Thank you for all that you have done for us! And a huge thank you to everyone else on the team (Mike, Nancy, Devina) for always welcoming us and being so helpful.

    UpdateThere is security around the pool and now the parties end before 11 pm! Thank God! People still play very loud music but mainly during the weekends and it ends early!Great property! Everything is new and well kept! I agree with the review about the pool parties. People have zero considerations about others and they will be at the pool past 3 am blasting very loud and vulgar music. Sometimes it feels like a college dorm with all of the parties, even during the weekdays! So be aware and don’t move closer to the pool area. Other than that the place is great and the amenities are great too!

    I have been living on this place since August last year. What I can say is that they have an excellent customer service Diva, Michael and Nancy ask me everyday if I need something or how is my day going, awesome amenities, familiar activities on the leasing office, and an awesome coffee machine ❤.Recommended 1000%

    PLEASE STOP THE FIRE ALRMS FROM GOING OFF FOR NO REASON. WEEK AFTER WEEK FIRE ALRMS GO OFF LATE AT NIGHT OR EARLY MORNINGS (sometimes lasting HOURS). Very loud and never get a reason as to why they went off from management. I think EVERYONE would like to know why we are being woken up by loud sirens in our bedrooms. I’ve lived in many other apartments and never had this issue in any. We don’t want to keep getting woken up if there is no fire. I don’t have kids but I’m sure those who do must hate when they go off even worse. Please fix, thanks.
