Kind and responsive staff via in person and email! The phone is often not answered and I dont know why but the email and in person options get the job done just fine. The maintenance staff are all incredibly nice and professional and its always a joy to say hi or have a little chat with them.My my favorite aspect is the constant communication of amenity status, due dates for important things like renewing your license registration before getting towed, community events, event space rentals, and reminders of community requirements.Pretty well maintained and quiet. No place is perfect but this place is pretty nice! The prices are definitely pretty dang high but thats the main drawback I see.

I love my apartment, I love the staff more. The maintenance team is the best , for example , Juan a maintenance worker took special time to carry for me items when he notice while riding to another job that I had more things I could carry myself. And I live on the third floor. Their entire maintenance team , Jesse and their team leader lead by Mr E Bryant are all kind polite courteous and smart. And all the workers in staff are wonderful. Stacy inside and her staff smile and greets everyone who walks in their office. Not only does this Community look beautiful pet friendly and smokeless environmentally, the workers and staff treats everyone like a loving family member would.

My husband and I love 💕 living here at Cortland Fossil Creek! We’ve been here a little over a year now, and just recently signed a new lease. It’s a beautiful community and we feel very safe and comfortable here. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the kind-of “hidden” location is close to everything without feeling like you’re in the middle of it all. We would choose Cortland if we had to it all over again, and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment home!

Apartments are well maintained, have had a few issues with AC, disposal, and everything is always fixed day of/next day, the maintenance crew is great and never seem bothered to come out and fix anything. Plenty of parking, havent had any bug problems, neighbors are friendly. Office is constantly putting on events for the residents, while I havent attended any, its a decent perk of youre into getting out and socializing with your neighbors. Location is good, pretty quiet, especially inside the units dont have any noise from the hwy or Coca-Cola distribution. Gates are always working, and if broken are fixed very quickly. Basically, your standard issues with apartments (bugs, broken items in apartment, parking, broken access gates) arent really a thing here. Very satisfied with my choice to move here.

This was one of the best experiences I had touring apartments. I felt welcomed and comfortable the second I walked in. Samantha took time to ask me questions I’ve never been asked when touring before - she inquired about what I’m even looking from a home and other preferences. Then we went on a tour of the property & apartments. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! Samantha was absolutely engaging & energetic and so happy to be helping us. I hope to call this place home in July!!

Me and my husband had an amazing experience and are happy to say we now live at court land fossil creek! The property is stunning & the amenities are a major plus. We feel extra safe because of the gated community. Samantha was my leasing agent and made us feel welcomed, she was very professional and truly went above and beyond. Samantha made our leasing experience fun and so did all of the lady’s in the office. They make it feel like home, they really care about their residents and you can feel it. The property is well takin care of and all the neighbors seem to be quiet and friendly.

We are currently residing at a different Cortland Apartment Community and signed a lease to soon move over to Fossil Creek. We absolutely loved the location and amenities for the price point. We are very grateful for Nicole for giving us a tour and helping us find an apartment that was right for us in the time frame we needed it by! We are extremely grateful for Samantha as well because we had issues with not being told what a transfer from Cortland to Cortland entailed or given the proper paperwork so we could enjoy the benefits, but Samantha was the one to educate us and she also took the reigns and made sure to right the wrongs! Things can always go wrong no matter where you go, but We value so much more that we are taken care of even when it happens, and that is worth 5 stars to us. We are excited to become a part of the Cortland Fossil Creek Community! Thanks again!

I lived here for 3 1/2 years and I love the apartment. The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The valet trash staff are friendly and always speak to you. My husband and I recently toured at this complex and WE FELL IN LOVE! Not only is the complex absolutely stunning, the office staff were so sweet and Samantha truly made the whole experience feel personal, not like she was “just doing her job”. Samantha is an absolute gem! She easily sold us with her personality, as well as the complex speaking for itself. The amenities and safety precautions were a total bonus too. We look forward to moving in!!

We have lived at Cortland Fossil Creek for about 5 years & just renewed our lease....again. We really have and do enjoy living here. It is a very nice place to live. It is convenient to a lot of entertainment, good places to eat, shopping, The Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. It is gated and we do have a Security Officer which is a major plus. We have THE best manager & team! followed by THE best Maintenance team! They really do a great job taking care of the Community. We have activities, Food Trucks, and free pizza too! The amenities are super nice and well maintained. We have 2 pools, both are awesome and a Fitness Center that is well equipped. The front office is really nice and ready to help . We think of Cortland as our home. It just a nice place to live.What can I say....when you find somewhere that fits....you stay!:)

My wife and I moved here to Cortland Fossil Creek about a year and a half ago after selling our home. From the first moment we met Megan and Stacy in front office to our interactions with Ibrian Carpena and his Cortland service team our experience here has been way beyond our expectation. From top to bottom all Cortland team make your feel like you are truly appreciated and are like family. The service response times are great and Ibrian and his team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Our neighbors are great and all very friendly. We definitely like the gated community and feel safe here. We highly recommend Cortland Fossil Creek. They make you feel like family!!!

I wanted to wait to post my review so I could actually say from experience how much I love this place. I’ve been here a little over a month and a half now, and I already plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.Ever since I toured the apartments, I absolutely fell in love with it. The leasing agents actually called me ahead of time to find out exactly what I wanted out of my visit, and they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt comfortable.They also worked with me and answered every single question I had. We applied and got accepted extremely fast, and move-in was super easy.If you’ve had nightmarish experiences with towing, bad neighbors, theft, closed amenities, or poor management, then I hope you hear my words. Cortland Fossil Creek is amazing!!High quality apartments, amazing staff, great amenities, wonderful neighborhood, and fun activities too, to connect with the community.

This review Is it based off of my move-in experience. Laura was my leasing agent and made sure that my move-in was flawless. There were a couple things that were not up to my standards moving in but I address them with Laura and David. His maintenance crew took care of them immediately I couldnt be more happy. I hope I stay as happy as I am now throughout the duration of my lease I definitely recommend this property its absolutely beautiful over looking the golf course and well kept. Huge thank you to Juan from the maintenance team, We had a very expensive package delivered to the apartment’s and it was randomly dropped in some location that was not an apartment nor the office. He took the time out of his day to drive around and look for it , found it , then brought it too our door. I’ve only lived here for 7 months and i will say cortland holds their maintenance team to an amazing standard and it is by far the best i’ve seen. Once again thank you to Juan, from the many interactions I have had with Juan this man deserves nothing but the best. Do not hold back on giving this man a raise !

It was so much better than all the other complexes we looked at in every respect. So personable and upbeat! She was very helpful and patient with us with doing all the leasing forms online.We just moved in but so far are very pleased with the unit itself--well kept up and feels spacious!

Where to begin. This was my first time residing in an apartment. My wife and I sold our California home in Aug 2022 and made the relocation to Fort Worth for quality of life and employment reasons. Our first landing was a hotel near Roanoke for a couple of weeks while scouting out places to live. Cortland Fossil Creek scored highly. With my 4y/o daughter in tow, I visited Fossil Creek for a tour. Jordan was awesome. She made Leah and I feel welcomed and appreciated as we toured the property. Our goal was to purchase a new home within 3 months. I needed a shorter term lease than standard. She and Megan were awesome with that as well. Thus, Cortland Fossil Creek became home. We closed escrow on a new home late November and moved out of Fossil Creek just before Christmas. I will miss the atmosphere at Cortland Fossil Creek, the amenities, and even the beautifully renovated apartment we were in. While our new home is big, beautiful, and wonderfully ours, my first (and probably last) foray into apartment living was grand, in no small part thanks to Jordan and Megans customer service, attentiveness to both prospective and actual tenants, and the overall beautiful place that is Cortland Fossil Creek.

Jordan at Cortland Fossil Creek is absolutely fabulous!!! Although I’m still waiting for my perfect apartment to come available, I have already decided to make Cortland Fossil Creek my new home! It is a beautiful property and in the right location, and after much searching I keep coming back- mainly because of Jordan. She keeps in contact with me, always letting me know if an apartment is coming available with all of my very specific requests! I just can’t say enough about her bright personality and customer service! I look forward to becoming a resident soon! Give this girl a raise!!!

I recently moved in to the Cortland Fossil Creek apartments and I am thoroughly impressed! My apartment was immaculate with new carpet and fixtures throughout ! The apartment is very spacious and the building i stay in is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly.I want to give a special shoutout to I’Brian who is one of the staff members there. He was very hospitable and helped me with my garage and also made sure that the path was clear for the moving truck to park temporarily so I can move in my stuff! He always has a smile and willing to help when I see him. Thank you again I’Brian.

Jordan gave us a fantastic tour of the complex and showed us a couple different units as we couldn’t decide. She answered my million and one questions and was super helpful throughout the entire process!On our move in day Ibryan was incredibly helpful as well! We had some pests that were building nests on our patio and he took care of those for us and even walked us around to make sure we didn’t have any other questions.Jesse was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure all of my maintenance issues were addressed and even showed me a few tricks of things that may need reset down the line.This has been by far the most welcoming and easiest move I’ve ever experienced in my time renting apartments and I will forever be praising your fantastic team here!!

Ive lived at Cortland Fossil Creek for five years. There are so many great things about living here. First, the maintenance. The exteriors of the buildings and the landscaping are kept immaculately. Whenever Ive needed something (air filter changed, sink clogged) they come out promptly. Ibraim and the rest of the maintenance staff are not only skillful and professional, but they are always friendly. Ive never had a better maintenance experience. When I moved in, everything in my apartment was absolutely brand new, and I just love it. The exterior lighting is like daylight, I always feel very secure here. I walk around all the time in the evening and my neighbors are always very friendly. The fitness room has alot of equipment, and everything is kept clean. The swimming pools look like a luxury hotel. And the staff in the office have been great, they always take care of anything I need right away, and they are very friendly and professional. I may be leaving something out, but to sum it up, this is the best place to live if you are renting, and better than alot of single home communities Ive lived in. Guys, please keep up the great work, I hope to live here for a long time to come.

I recently moved to the Fort Worth area from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and made a great decision to move into Avington. Our leasing consultant Andrea Carrion has been more than helpful in our entire transition to Avington and continues to offer her assistance with any needs we may have. The front office staff in general is kind and care about their residents needs.A few specifics I have loved about living here are as follows:My mail arrives on time and I am notified immediately through text notifications and emails that I have received a package in the front office. I can pick up my packages knowing they are safe and sound Im the office until I arrive home. Love it!The complex is extremely pet friendly and most other residents have pets. I love knowing my dog can enjoy social interactions at the more-than-spacious dog park inside Avington while I get to meet my neighbors and their precious pups. The community is overall very friendly and I am happy to live among such kind neighbors.Moving into an apartment after living in a home for years can be difficult but not as difficult when your new apartment feels like home! Love Avington, the staff, and the residents! Highly recommend

I’ve lived here for almost two years now in two different units! The office staff is always very helpful. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond at all times! The property is always kept clean. The only “issue” I’ve ever had was going from 30$ for valet trash and then randomly on my last lease they added a random additional fee titled-trashed-hauler fee of 10$. Seemed suspicious however the office staff said it was the fee added from the city? Other than that if you want a decently priced, calm, nice apartment complex this is a great community! It’s also a bonus living on a golf course with great views!

IBrian with Maintenance along with the others from Maintenance go up and beyond to make sure that everything is working like it should be. They respond very quickly when you have an issue in or around your apartment.. They acknowledge you when they see you on the property. They work hard in keeping the property beautiful, trash picked up and maintain quietness. The office staff are also very friendly and work hard to make sure that the residents are happy in their apartments.

Absolutely love living here! Beautiful apartments and landscaping. Our guests comment on how nice our place is. The thing that makes or breaks an apartment complex is the management. This is by far the best management we have ever experienced in the different apartments we have lived at. Dustin is kind, friendly, honest, and works hard to make sure residents are happy. I highly recommend this place. Good parking, beautiful pool, maintenance is fast.

Cortland Fossil Creek has a friendly staff and great maintenance team. Staff members have been helpful with with questions regarding my stay at this complex. I would like to specially mention that the maintenance team is excellent and have addressed my apartment issues promptly from burnt light bulbs to a damaged component on my AC unit preventing it from turning on during 90 degree weather. My experience here has been pleasant and peaceful and would recommend this complex to those interested in living in the area.

After further thought, I found that leaving a 1 star review based on the experience I am currently having with my upstairs neighbor is unfair to the community. I’ve lived at Avington Park for a few months now and we love it. The complex itself is very nice. The units have very nice appliances included. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff is top notch. We had an issue with our washing machine when we first moved in, and just a couple hours after putting in a work order, they showed up at my front door with a brand new washing machine. Very impressed, and very much appreciated. The parking situation is honestly not terrible, but if you can get a covered parking spot near your building, it’s definitely worth it. The staff will even let you trade to closer covered parking spots if/when they become available. My particular unit overlooks the golf course next to the complex, which I love. The price is fair, especially for the neighborhood that we’re in, as well as all the amenities such as the really nice pool areas, the gym, etc. The text message alerts detailing upcoming community events are really cool. Thank you for that. Overall, we love the community and are very happy here.The only thing I don’t like is, the management team don’t seem to be able to, or even want to help me with my crazy, out of control upstairs neighbors.P.S. the trivia night at pluckers was really fun. Please do that again.

I lived at this complex 2 years ago and now returning for another lease. If it wasnt for the remodeling, I would of still been here. This place is exceptional for the price. My girlfriend and I looked everywhere and nothing compared to Avington Park at Fossil Creek. Gym is huge and newly remodeled. There are 2 beautiful pool areas, such a great location and is also a gated community. So many amenities but whats even better is the service! Laura Ortega at the leasing office has been nothing but exceptional in answering all of our questions and making sure our move is seamless. Kudos to her and the entire leasing office for always greeting you with a smile and making you feel right at home.

I am in my 3rd year at Avington Park and highly recommend the complex for many reasons, but mainly the staff. Loren does a fantastic job managing the resident experience, coordinating social events, mixers, and instructional classes on a wide variety of topics. When I need to go to the office, its always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile from Laura who seems genuinely happy to help me. Katelyn and Manny are also very knowledgeable and helpful in the leasing office. Abi and the whole crew of service technicians resolve any service issues extremely quickly and professionally. Most of the staff know me and greet me by name which is refreshing.Ive met great friends at Avington, mainly at the pool which is a great scene on the hot summer days. The residents seem to take pride in their community, and Ive never witnessed issues with noise, litter, irresponsible pet ownership, etc. (I imagine issues happen but are dealt with swiftly...)The complex is well maintained and offers a safe, secure feel. Many families have children that play outside and I know the parents have peace of mind that the community is helping to watch over them. One long-time resident we jokingly call The Mayor of Avington is our unofficial neighborhood watch and helps the staff and Resident Resource Officer maintain a positive experience for everyone.I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Avington and expect to stay here several more years!

Ive lived here a couple months now and I most enjoy the quiet. Its location between a residential area and a golf course is ideal if you want peace and quiet. Easily half of the units have a scenic view of either the golf course or the horizon. Far enough from the freeway that you dont ever really hear it. The font office is always on top of it and are some of the nicest people youll ever work with. Going above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. While Ive personally not had to submit a work order, Ive heard nothing but good thing from the service team. Cortland Fossil Creek is definitely a place youll want to consider making your new home.

I want to share what a constant pleasure it is to have a maintenance staff as professional, courteous, and effective as the people here. First, the grounds and the landscaping are all impeccably maintained, and the garbage pickup is always on time. But personally, its the attention to my service calls that is outstanding. I hardly have problems, but when there is something I need, light bulbs or air filters changed or whatever, I place a service order and usually someone is at my door within a few hours. Once I had a problem with sewage water from another apartment backing up in my sink. I called after hours service, and the gentleman came out within an hour, even though it was late in the evening. He then called in the plumber, who also came out right away, even though it was after 11:00 PM. And every member of the staff that has attended me in the three years Ive been here has been professional, competent, and friendly. And on top of all that, they are really conscientious about COVID-19 prevention measures. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Taylor the maintenance manager is great! Quick access to Alliance Town Center. The area is growing. I hate to move out and would move back if I could. The pool is great and they have a big cute dog park on site with toys! A hand car wash spot too. Yes parking can suck but that comes with apartment life. I would recommend for single women. I have never felt scared and I come and go all hours. Check it out!

Avington Park is just a great place to call home. Started in a 2 bdrm and upgraded to a 3 bdrm right on the golf course, I was shocked at how reasonable the rent is. The few times Ive had maintenance issues(garbage disp motor blown out/minor leak) David and the maintenance crew were on it immediately.I can see myself living here for a very long time.

The staff is wonderful, property is beautiful and the customer service is beyond what you would ever expect from an apartment complex. Dustin came by her apartment a few days after she moved in just to check on her, give her a personalized pool bag and see how she was doing. He insisted to help her with taking her boxes and 2 bags of trash to the trash dumpster. We love how genuine his efforts are. Today i was riding behind him while he was driving these fancy European looking smart cars and he was waving to people who were out walking their dogs. I highly recommend moving here!

I wanted to add a special shout-out to Stacy in the management office. I wanted to make her aware of a problem I was having with the Service Hotline. She was very patient, and was not condescending at all, (this is in contrast with experiences Ive had at other apartments where I have lived in the past). My issue was that the call I made to the hotline was not entered into my resident portal, and the problem was not reported promptly to on-call maintenance, even though I stressed to them that the problem was urgent and could have caused damage to the floors in bathroom and bedroom. In response, Stacy immediately made some calls and verified that maintenance had not gotten that request. By the way, the maintenance staff is consistently excellent. Stacys response stands out to me as an example of the way management offices should operate. Way to go Stacy!

My first year was a challenge I believe and I am excited to say that 2019 should be better now that we have new management Casey Blenden(office manager) is very nice, easy to talk to, and I hope to build a wonderful report with her.Today Jason Camacho and EBrian (pronounced E-Brian) came to my home and made sure everything was in tip-top shape.The service technicians her are very personable and their customer service is up to par. I hope Cortland recognizes they have a great time and treats these guys well.

The manager Dustin Baker never fails to go above and beyond with everything he does! He makes everything go so smooth and fast and I love it! As soon as I stepped into the office I was greeted by Zachary Perkins, one of the leasing consultants at the property, and I felt extremely welcomed. A tour was offered after he heard of my interest on being a future resident. On the day of the appointment, once again, I was greeted in a very professional way. During the tour Mr. Perkins was on top of his game answering every single question I had. When he didnt know an specific answer to my question, Mr. Perkins went way out of his way to make sure I had a detailed answer. My visit was excellent.

EDIT: It’s Sunday the 15th and I want to update on my better experience with Darnell. He reached out to me yesterday evening and we set up a tour for today even though they’re not opened! He was so kind and apologetic when we met through Zoom, there was just a staffing issue yesterday. I also want to say we don’t hold any ill will towards Ciara as things happen and I’ve seen all the positive things everyone in the reviews say about so it was a fluke. We are absolutely falling in love with the community and will be applying soon. Thank you so much Darnell!So this has been quite the disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I are planning to move to Fort Worth in September and really like the Cortland at Fossil Creek apartments. We currently live in Indiana so we are not able to have an in person tour, but a really nice agent named Ashely told us we could schedule a virtual tour so we did. Our tour was scheduled for today, Saturday the 14th at 1pm. That’s 2pm for us in Indiana. I received two confirmation emails from Ciara Arthur instructing me that someone would be FaceTiming me. I had called this morning at 12pm EST to ask if they would like to give us an earlier tour since we finished our tasks early, coincidently Ashely had answered my call and said she couldn’t do anything as she did not work at the office, she was off site and one of the people that could answer phone calls so she gave me the direct number to the main office. I called and someone told me the earliest my tour could be was at my 1pm CDT time, which was fine as I had time to grab lunch. I was ready by the time of the scheduled tour, but 10 past 2pm my time, I called the main office wondering if someone would FaceTime me at all. After calling about 10 times to no answer, an email, and a voicemail message I just decided to reschedule for 3:30pm CDT (which is 4:30 EST for me). This time I selected for them to join my Zoom room. I made sure to log on 15 minutes early just in case, but once again 10 minutes past 4:30pm me and my boyfriend called the main office and off-site office, even the maintence line, to no one being able to tell us why we were being ignored. We also found out at 12:10pm Ciara had canceled our 1pm virtual tour for no reason as neither me or my BF had. I’m not sure what is happening with the leasing office but I am beyond irritated with the lack of response and inconsistency. If any leasing agents see this review, I’m still interested in living at Cortland so feel free to reach out to me. I’ve attached my correspondence with Ciara.

This apartment complex has had recent renovations. The main office, lobby and pool area is really nice. The second pool has not opened up yet but had major renovation over the summer as well as the work out facilities. Apartments have also been renovated. They are tucked away but do recommend. Only complaint is parking is getting difficult at times to find.

Other than the occasional person that camps out at the gate (because they dont have a gate code) I cant complain about this complex. The staff is awesome! The pool area is nice (they just re-finished the entire area) and the outside walls of my building were just re-painted. This apartment complex has been the best place Ive lived in since moving here to DFW in 08. Cant beat the price, location, and customer service.

One of the most beautiful apartments/community’s in this area there is so much amenities and things to do around here, with two dog parks, two resort style pools, a golf course nearby the community is just so beautiful it’s like eye candy as apartments. The inside of the apartments are very beautiful and very modern very spacious as well, I highly recommend Cortland at Fossil Creek and how can you not forget the amazing staff they are so considerate and let you know everything before coming here these people actually care about you and your family, good pricing as well especially for above and beyond like luxury living I love it here and so does my wife, definitely the best around!!

If you’re looking for a new home and lost, Fossil Creek has been such an amazing experience. A few irritable situations with the trash valet and what they decide to take or not take, but other than that i’ve loved calling it home. Officer. Tony the on-site security does an AMAZING job keeping up with complaints and requests. Overall Cortland of Fossil Creek has been everything but a regret, definitely worthy of being a home!

I came in to look for a new apartment recently since the complex that I am currently staying at is making my life literal hell. the young man at the front desk, Zachary I believe his name is, was so helpful. He answered all of my questions, told me about the properties, and informed me on the best way to resolve my problems with my complex to make my leaving them much easier. I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully to be a new resident.

Great place to live. The apartments are very nice, and the staff is very professional and friendly.What I love:1. Hardwood - They have (actually laminate) hardwood floor apartments on the first floor (personal preference)2. Alarm System - First floor apartments comes with an alarm system. You can choose whether to pay to have someone monitor it, but regardless of whether you pay an alarm company, the alarm will still sound if someone comes in. I havent ever lived at a place where the alarm sounded without a subscription.3. Car wash station! - Just a cool bonus. I vacuum my car and wash it every week. Its nice to have that right where I live.4. Pool/Hot tub - well maintained. It always looks great out there. For grillers - there are grills at the pool with tables.5. Tanning Bed - IF youre into this, they offer a tanning bed. The rules are a little weird though. From what I read, one occupant can only tan three times a week. Im not sure how strict they are about this.6. Maintenance - (this should have been higher up) Every issue Ive had has been fixed in a timely manner. I loved the head maintenance guy, Tyler. He goes above and beyond to make sure he does his job well.Extras: You can pay rent online. You can rent videos from the front office. They have a pool table in the lounge area. The gift wrapping station is neat. The balconies are huge on two bedroom apartments. No noise issues... its a quiet and respectful community. The community organizers plan breakfast at the gate once a month, pool parties, picnics, etc. Very friendly.What I dont like:1. Attention to pet owners. I dont feel like the complex is pet friendly (dog friendly). There are very few doggie stations (even though there are a lot of grassy areas). Luckily, I live by the dog park, but even so, I can walk on the back area and there is always a lot of dog poop because there arent enough doggie stations. People are too lazy to walk all the way to the park to throw away their dogs poop. The dog park is also pretty bare... its just a long rectangle. I might be hard to please because I come from a complex that had a sitting area for owners, a dog wash station, and a kiddie pool for hot dogs.2. Parking - Not sure about the whole complex, but on the backside (at night) there are no parking spaces. There are several garages, which takes up a lot of parking spots, so Ive had to park really far away on a few occasions when I come in late. From what I can tell, there are not enough spots for the amount of residents they have on the backside.Other cons: Construction on 35 and 820 make morning drives a little hectic from this area. You can only have guests dial in at the front gate if you have a local 817 number (wasnt an issue for me, but could be for others), Walking on the backside of the property can be a bit risky at times with golf balls flying around and golfers yelling FOUR! ha! (Perk: Free golf balls early in the morning).Overall - great place! Id recommend it to anyone.

I have visited Avington Park on several occasions , it is very quiet living, yet close enough to all the shopping and dining youll ever need. We had a death in the family and Loren Ellison was kind enough to open the Club house up for our family to gather. The landscapeing is impeccable. They now have a team that is truly committed to making this place feel like home.
