    I enjoy my apartment although not the parking. If you get off past 7 you will have to walk past several buildings to get to yours or if you come home late from a night out there is no parking. You will be forced to park in a reserved spot if one is even available. I should not have to rent a reserved spot just to have one at the end of the day when I already pay rent here. Many of the cars don’t live here or have been abandoned. The same blue vehicle has not moved in front of my building since I moved in almost 2 years ago which I have already reported long time ago.

    Moved in here about 2 weeks ago and I love the place! Heather is super patient and allowed me to take my time with picking a unit that best fit my needs. I needed a place ASAP and Heather and her team did an excellent job ensuring I could quickly sign my lease and get set up. Would highly recommend Copper Springs if you are looking for a quiet and family-friendly place with excellent customer service.

    I have lived in several apartments and Cortland Copper Springs is the best by far. It is clean and well kept. The customer service is outstanding. I love that it located close to 290 and Beltway 8.

    Wonderful community with a lot of shopping stores and grocery stores and hospitals close. The way the staff is so responsive and communicate everything efficient with all residents is much appreciated. Shout out to brookelyn for always going above and beyond!

    The staff is awesome and I love my apartment and neighbors. My maintenance items are usually taken care of within a day. I like the fact location because it is close to 290 and the Beltway.

    I have been living here for almost two years, i will say i love it but the parking lately has been soo baddd, i had to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way to the other side, i might look into getting a garage reservation but other than that i’ve had no issues!

    We have visited our daughter several times at Cortland copper springs. We have found it to be a very nice community to live at. The staff is very nice and helpful.

    We have lived at this community for 3 months. From the first tour Kevin was very polite and knowledgeable. I love the parcel locker and the valet trash service. Not having overfilled dumpsters and trash everywhere really keeps the grounds looking nice. Our unit is modern and spacious with lots of upgrades and the patio is HUGE, we love all the closet space. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. We have had maintenance out a few times and they have responded quickly. The office send out text messages with resident events or general info and I appreciate the communication also they offer online payment and to report maintenance requests. The location is very convenient to 290 while omitting the freeway noise and there is even a walking gate to Starbucks. The grounds are well kept and we cant wait to use the pool once it is warmer outside. We are overall very pleased we chose this community to call home.

    This place is all together lovely! The staff is excellent and reliable . Timothy Carter provided with excellent service, a smile on his face and really made us feel welcome. He is tenacious and patient as he worked with us to help us realize this is where we needed to be! He was immovable in confidence and it caused us to feel secure that we made the right decision! We look forward to a great time here and couldn’t be more happier to have Timothy Carter as someone we can trust !

    Going on 5 years of living here and when I moved here the first thing I noticed was that the maintenance people have always been good about maintenance requests and it usually takes them only a day or two to get things done!! which has been something I have always loved, because my previous apartment complex was terrible with maintenance! The leasing team is amazing, but I have to say Kevin and Sonya are my favorites!!! 😁

    I was a previous tenant here and although I was only able to live here a few months, my experience has been nothing but amazing. Heather B. and Sonya were super helpful and kind from the beginning and so is the rest of the staff. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath are very spacious. The complex is overall quiet and clean which is important. If you need a place to stay, I definitely recommend choosing Cortland Copper Springs.

    Loved the property! Has a huge gym and the staff was great. Sonya gave me the tour of the property and the apartment and she was amazing!! You can tell she really cares! I will definitely be leasing when my other lease is up.

    We moved in a couple months ago and we have been loving it, yes there have been a few people who are too loud at the pool at night but it’s easy to deal with and the office promptly took care of it. Jake our leasing agent was amazing, and the rest of the office as well are super super nice. Whenever I called they answer and try to help me with any questions or concerns I have. The amenities are nice, the gym is always clean (and they have cute little water bottles in the fridge for you), the pool is nice and clean as well and I haven’t used the game/community center but I can tell other people enjoy it all the time. I Can tell they care about their residents and I really appreciate it, like today they had a cute little event for their residents. Thank you Cortland copper springs I truly appreciate it.

    We lived here for two years and really enjoyed it. The staff has always been super helpful, punctual and kind, and the apartment quality is great. Big fan of the dimmable backlighting in the kitchen and the modern thermostat. Taking our doggo for a walk along the pathways was so pleasant too! Thank you for being a home to us!

    I’ve been here 3 weeks and so far so good. The reason I’m leaving this review is because of the manager Heather! She’s been great since I’ve viewed the complex. Kept in touch my entire move. Yesterday USPS delivered my package to the wrong locker parcel. Heather found my package immediately upon reaching out. She didn’t have to do that but, I’m glad she did. I also feel safe in this neighborhood. Not too much going on pretty quiet. Only complaint I have is sometimes I have to park far from my building if I come home after 7pm. And having carpet in the dining room / trash can area is kind of awkward. Which are minor issues.

    Beautiful floor plans and interior! a big thanks to Heather for helping out with our tour and lease. I definitely recommend checking them out you will enjoy the nice and friendly environment and staff. I wish I was able to stay in my lease but unfortunately a family emergency occurred. I appreciate Cortlands awesome flexibility and Heather amazing help, I hope to be back!

    I just moved in and am already loving the campus/unit along with the customer service we have received. Our leasing agent, Jake, has been great!! He has helped us out with everything. Even offering us waters on move in day and helped us find the best routes to our unit. He has a great attitude! Love it here already and am looking forward to my time living here :)

    Amazing people to work with, they are quick with their parcel pending delivery and I love using an app instead of a pin to open gate (even though it sometimes logs me out). The security and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful.

However I do want to say I really enjoyed the time we lived here! We loved it so much we actually did two lease terms here! The property is well kept up, the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. In the almost 2 1/2 years we’ve lived here we have always had great neighbors and everyone is so nice. Maintemce is awesome, I put in a request and typically they’re out same day or next and they’re all so sweet! The office staff has always been very kind and extremely helpful anytime I’ve reached out. Manager Heather is awesome and so friendly and helpful. Have to give a shout-out to Kevin as well as he’s always been super helpful also. The staff is fantastic about sending our emails and texts anytime they have to shut off water for some reason or sending out friendly reminders. I personally love the food truck reminders lol ! We will definitely miss living here!

    This is the absolute best apartment community Ive ever lived in and Im 43 years old!!!! Heather, Kevin, Sonya, and the entire staff are the best, they truly care and are very compassionate of residents. Maintainenance is the best as well they respond to service requests within 24 hours or less. I am so happy and blessed to be a resident here, with such awesome office staff. I truly appreciate you guys for going above and beyond!!!!! The complex always looks nice, and maintenence does ground walks daily to keep the property looking nice.     Cortland Copper Springs has been such a great place to live that we renewed our lease. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff that help us whenever we need anything. Even in the middle of the night when our door lock wasn’t working. We are very grateful to have such a friendly community that also holds small events at the front office during the holidays. We love staying here and everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance crew are the sweetest. Anything me and my family need it gets done! And everyone in the office are so welcoming. I usually go to Rosa to help me out with things but when she’s not available everyone else from Melany to the Property Manager are so great to work with. I love these apartments and the staff. I would highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone for a new home. Oh and the management company Cortland is great too!! ♥️

    Best place to live in Houston! Management are true professionals and the maintenance team is spectacular. Lived there for 2 years and not once did a maintenance request go past 24 hours! The gym is well kept smelling nice and fresh and the pool is amazing. Great place for children. Very safe with good security. Also, the grounds crew keeps the area clean and free of any debri.

    It’s crazy to say that I just moved here not too long ago and I remember saying to myself, I want to renew my lease already. It’s such a safe, clean, welcoming community/environment to stay in. The area is so convenient!! It’s right next to the highway and even better, NEXT DOOR to Starbucks. I enjoy my morning strolls to get coffee. The neighbors are great, everyone also get their daily steps in around the apartment complex. Not to mention, the staff and maintenance team are always ON IT. At times, the staff do get busy but manages it well. Especially, Kevin. Kevin LaFreniere was very professional and helpful. He is very detailed and cares about tenants. We also get notifications for scheduled Food Truck Days. I appreciate how much the staff puts in to make it our own little community and shows how much they care. It’s truly refreshing!

    My time here has been great. The apartment grounds here are very clean, maintenance workers are efficient, nice & professional. If there are problems here the office works with if you communicate with them. Their communication is great they have a daily letter that goes out and let you know whatsgoing on in the community & the tenants can communicate as well daily. They also have great activities. This was the right decision for me on moving here.

    Moving in here? Here is a honest review of everything.I was driving by on west road and I was fascinated by the complex on how clean and luxurious it looked.Came in the office and told Natalia that I did NOT have an appoinment and she was really professional to say she was working with a custumer and will take care of me afterwards.I told them what my needs were and they were really knowleageable to help me out. Started the application process and during the process she followed up properly. And when I moved in everything was smooth and easy.The gym and all the amenities are really nice. Would be nice that the billard table was open 24/7.The service team is awesome, they work on a timely manner and they have etiquette. They do NOT leave a mess on anything. They are so professional.They are so communicative when performing any jobs over the community etc etc.100/100

    I have lived in Copper Spring for two years, and the overall experience is very good.Pros: The staffs are nice and easy to deal with. Rose is extremely friendly, and she remembers everybodys name.Maintenance guys are diligent and usually fix the issue next day.The location is next to 290, very easy to access.The move out process was easy, and I am supposed the full deposit back.Cons: rent goes up every year. But I think the price is in line with the market.My car window got broken into last year.I moved out 45 days ago, but I have not received the deposit back.

    Been here more than 15 months, renewed my lease in July and live living here. Maintenance and staff in the off are all great. Manager Rosa in the leasing office is fabulous and a great person who has been there for us through it all. Any questions or concerns she has made the time and effort to give it guide us to the answer or help we have needed. Apartment complex is amazing. Dog park for all the fur babies, the pool has always been an all summer getaway. Especially having barbque pits near by.

    I lived here for 2 years. Management team do their best to make everyone happy. I had few issues and they always offered reasonable solutions.The apartments are very nice and clean. Maintenance team is quick, efficient and friendly.If anyone is looking to move in here I advise them to stay away from the apartments on the highway side because it gets noisy with the cars and the train.

    I love this complex and any issues Ive had were always immediately addressed. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond, Ive never had issues with noise or pest control, the apartments are nice (especially the newly upgraded units), the office staff are always having special community events (on and off site), and they are always friendly and helpful. Johnna (whos been there since the beginning of my lease) has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The only improvements I would make is more pet waste stations and a better fence around the community....neither of which are a deal breaker.

    If you are looking anywhere else you need to stop and consider Cortland Copper Springs. You will not find a better Staff and maintenance crew than here.     I have to say the customer service quality here is outstanding. Everything went very smoothly I couldn’t think of a better way to treat resident. When I called and inquired about renting I was immediately helped. Special kudos to Kevin L. he was very helpful and any questions or concerns Were handled. He took his time showing the property and let me decided if I liked it or not with out any pressure. His response time was outstanding overall if I could rate this property with 10 stars I would. It’s very clean, quiet and friendly and maintenance response time is really fast. My kids and I love it here.

    First off I want to say that Kevin in the leasing office is awesome, by far the nicest most helpful apartment staff I have ever worked with! He went above and beyond with helping me with moveout and is the only apartment staff member I have ever had that has helped refund some of the bs fees that auto-apply at every apartment complex. The over all apartment complex is well kept, fast turn around on fixing things etc. Kept very clean and well taken care of. 4 Stars is mainly because the apartments are semi remodeled and some of the appliances and bathrooms are dated. For 1700 a month you should at least have a full sized fridge i feel.

    This is the best staff Ive ever met and Im in Property Management myself. Johnna, Jennifer, Taylor, Jessica and new addition Lyric who extended their hours to give residents packages who cant get off in time to get their packages are THE BEST!!! Ive never met such an amazing group of caring team members who are more than happy to assist you as well as maintenance . Ive NEVER waited longer than 24 hrs for the simplest issues with maintenance which is unheard of anywhere!! The Owners and Management have an AMAZING Team here !!! I LOVE IT HERE!!!

    I have never lived at a place that has made you feel so important and welcomed. I have lived here for little over a year and I enjoy how clean and quite the apartments are. I have had. I issues since Ive been here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are constantly coming up with ways to interact and build relationships with their tenants. Its amazing.

    We have lived at copper-springs for a little over a year and our experience has been wonderful. Kevin the front office leasing consultant has given us exceptional service for the duration of our stay. He is a major part of why the complex is ran so smoothly. If we were ever in need he went above and beyond to resolve the issue.The complex for the most part is clean, well manicured and safe. Parking is meh at times but overall we enjoyed it.

    Note this is my review from touring the place, I have not lived there to experience the grounds-keeping, or neighbors. This is strictly from what I saw. The apartments are very modern, high-tech sink, new appliances, and the flooring is very nice. I tried my hardest not to be impressed, but between the garden tub, recreation center, new pool, and just the basic lay-out of the apartment...its pretty good. The valet service for garbage is a brilliant idea...nobody has time for that. The previous review mentioned the paint, but the rooms presented to me were very nicely finished. Who knows until you get one, right? Then, Taylor was also pretty awesome, very attentive to what I wanted. I even showed her the reviews I saw on here, and she seemed shocked. She agreed yes the prices went up, but the renovations are mostly responsible for that. And unfortunately, the people who leased there previously couldnt afford it, but when you see the renovations youll understand why in my opinion.

    I have lived here for over two years and I just love it. Maintenance responds within 24 hours to most requests. The upgraded kitchen and baths are beautiful; the workout facility is new and I love walking out to my carport at the base of my steps so I dont get wet when it rains. And I cant say enough about the administrative staff and our community parties. This is one of the best places to live in Houston.

    These apartments are honestly really amazing, and Im super picky about apts! Very spacious interiors, lots of natural light, and the remodels are classy. I feel very safe living here. And the best thing - no roaches! Its a miracle. Its very quiet here even though its off 290. Maintenance guys are super nice and get things done same day or day after. The only cons are parking issues and noise/smells go through shared walls. Other than that, these apartments are a hidden gem!

    I’ve been here for almost a month and I’ve enjoyed it to the fullest so far. There a couple of hiccups here and there at the time of move in but nothing Kevin didn’t take care of. From the very beginning he was very informative. Even in the middle of this pandemic Kevin was on it and followed up on all the concerns I initially encountered, his customer service was outstanding which made the worlds difference. The community itself is great as well, the fitness center has pretty much everything you need, the units are so spacious and from what I’ve noticed things seem to be calm and quiet even on the weekends! Definitely made the right choice by moving here.

    Moved in almost a year ago. I really love it here. Super Quiet I am a quiet Freak and I never hear ANYTHING except when I leave out. My apartment is Spacious at under 700 sq ft the design is great. I mean this 1000% every time I ever had an issue like an outlet or lost my key or anything its been simple but THEY COME RUNNING!     We have been living at this place for over a year now. Safe and beautiful apartment, wonderful location, amazing staff especially Manager Mark, Kevin and Rosa are very courteous and helpful even during covid-19. Maintenance team is very quick and helpful, especially Ramsy and KJ are a young team, they resolve the issues same day that we raise our maintenance requests. Living here has been fantastic.

    We moved from a different city some hours away from Houston and were looking for apartments that were well kept and safe for families and especially children. We looked all over the Houston area and these were the best ones we found. We spoke with Brandy who was very kind and helpful in answering all of our questions. Even to this day she still helps us with all of our needs and our questions about our new apartment.     I was very uncertain at the end of our lease. I had a lot of questions and admittedly, I was very needy with our leasing office staff. Rosa, one of the managers at the property, was so patient with me. She helped me make very important decisions in regards to renewing our lease and she was answered all of my questions and completed all of our requests with absolutely no attitude and no problem. I let her know the positive impact she made on me and my family even though I let the stress of moving/renewing get the best of me.     I moved into Cortland Copper Springs at the end of February 2021. When I first called I was helped by a young lady who was very helpful. She guided me thru the online process. I waited for a week or so, kept looking online until I saw the apartment I applied for was no longer available and decided to call. I was greeted by Kevin L. he explained to me the day she helped me was her last day and the reason the apartment was no longer available was because it was taken off the market for me. I was so excited. He helped me finalize the process and was ready to move in as soon as I could. After I moved in I began to have a bad smell in the apartment, brought it to the attention of management and they sprung into action to fix the issue. The issue was a bit complex which could not be fixed immediately and offered for me to move into a different apartment. Rosa explained my options and told me they really wanted me to stay. They offered to have movers move me and did it without hesitation. My new apartment is the perfect fit for me. My neighbors have been a joy to live near. In this apartment they have had to fix a couple of issues that have been handled by Ramsey and KJ. They have been nothing but professional and courteous. And always with a smile. (can tell even thru their masks)This is the second time I have lived here. I also lived here in 2011-2012. I have to say the people who have pets here picked up after their pets better back then than they do now. This time I see many people who even allow their pets to be off a leash. Makes me sad that people cannot be more considerate of their neighbors. We all have to live here and together. The complex has gone thru a renovation since then and are really nice and clean.I love to the food trucks that come here, makes dinner a breeze. To the management team thank you for all you do.

    We have been living here for 3 1/2 yrs. The team is very professional and handle every customer with professionalism. This complex is one of the best I have lived in. The area is well lite for night workers to come in, thescenery is well kept and you can sit on the patio and enjoy a good cup of coffee.     The grass is well kept. Not a lot of dog poop. There is usually an employee cleaning debris multiple times a week and staff has been nothing but friendly. Pool stays clean, there are multiple grills and a clean front office. No business center??The wasps nests are bad, and some of the cool renovated features such as a touch sink and fancy door handles can be frustrating as they do not always work. Id recommend this place.

From the moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted by Tyra who in my opinion is one of the most professional and thorough apartment associates Ive met in a long time. She has been attentive to everyone of our questions, concerns, and request as we went through the application process.The property is immaculate from the front office to the pool the exercise room the grounds and needless to say the apartments themselves.     Ive been here for almost 5 months and cant be happier with everything this community has to offer. TYRA T. showed me around on my initial tour and she was professional yet down to earth. Yes, its a little pricey but, as the saying goes, You get what you pay for. (I wish they would give the good tenants a discount, being a single mother and paying tuition and all *wink wink*) They keep me updated with any and everything thats going on. Also, I bought a BIG TV Stand on a Sunday, went to the office to see if there were any maintenance guys around to help me get it into my apartment. Unfortunately, the maintenance guys are only on call on Sundays but, one of the girls (BRANDY W.) At the front desk offered her assistance. Above and Beyond. Clean, great customer service, great amenities, great communications, good neighbors, great response time on service requests (less than 24 hours), office staff is beyond great, very helpful and they have events here almost every week.

    Its a Very nice place.. A little to bright i think .. I wish they had a real dog park with a few trees. Also if they would move the Doggie stands closer to the sidewalk to grab the bags would be nicet hey are to far away.. . Parking is so horrendous. They need to add more car ports. If i would of known this prior to moving in i probably would of looked else where. Other than that I am pleased with the complex.

    Amazing complex, wonderful helpful staff. Amazing resident events. They ave a Italian dinner tonight, salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and to top it all off dessert, and for the adults, different wines to try and enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere.     I have been here for 2 years in May Being from the Midwest I was worried about Texas bugs every apartment had reviews about roaches which is partlyWhy i chose cortland copper springs because they did not ..I have a true phobia of bugs lol anywho the application process was easy and fast the office staff where responsive and professional.. the maintenance team team is fast, reliable and show they truly care. Which is a huge plus in an apartment complex for me .. the on grounds maintenance is immaculate from trimming the trees, cutting the grass, refreshing paint,power washing the hallways , refreshing the mulch, planting new flowers is always consistent, trash never piles up .. the location is great surrounding multiple grocery stores, food restaurants, a couple Walmarts, Kroger, Aldi target , Home Depot, and everything in between ..I love the amenities fairly large gym and resort style pool I only gave a 4 because I love water and swimming but often I don’t get in the water because they don’t leave the pool cleaner stick outside for us to remove the debris from on top of the water so we have to wait for whoever to clean it I believe once a week because it’s always the same debris from the day before but for people like me with bug and debris phobias I need that Stick on deck so that I can skim the top to remove the bugs and sticks which cause the pool to be cloudy overtime before I get in .. I just go to my friends pool down the street at his apartment because they leave the stick out and it’s always clean and clear.. I have asked them about leaving stick out but they stated that people often break it and i just feel like with all the money they charge they can afford a new one if it breaks I almost bought one myself off Amazon .. it’ll keep the pool clean and less work for whoever cleans the pool .. all in all I would recommend to a friend ..
