I went for a tour with David and he was amazing and the property was great! He answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about the property, he informed me that the pool just got re-vamped w new pool furniture and it looks great! As does the gym and the entire club house. Still have one more property to look at but I have a feeling this one is going to win and I’ll be back to sign my lease!

The staff here were absolutely amazing. They were awesome on the move in. Had a couple issues in my apartment and they came out the next day to fix everything. I had to break my lease early to move. They were so nice about the move out. No unexpected fees or anything. I got my security deposit back from them. Cannot emphasize enough how well I was treated from them.

The management and support is what earns this place 5 stars from me. There are issues, just as there are in any apartment/community - but this team goes above and beyond to do their best to fix them.I don’t even want to list the few problems I’ve had because they really did stay on top of it and correct each one as quickly as possible - even offering me a free covered parking spot while they worked to resolve the lack of availability within the complex - which it seams they have because it has no longer been an issue for me.The apartments themselves are beautiful, well maintained, and well priced. Additionally, This new management crew has been going hard on upgrading the amenities and creating a real community, hosting drink nights and other events, adding lounge and bbq areas with high end grills and finishes, lighting that creates a really nice atmosphere around the pool and walkways, all new gym equipment, pool upgrades, completely redesigning the courtyard in the middle of each building, and regularly going over the grounds to keep them clean and respectable - which was a problem before they took over.They are priced very well for the area and at the rate they’re working you’re going to be getting much MORE than you’re paying for.

Cortland Bluff Springs has been an outstanding community to be at where you will find some of the most open layouts of a complex from units, pool & grill areas. Very unique to say the least. The leasing office where you will find David & Miriam to be very accommodating and helpful . Walter and team is ahead and on top of all Maintenance needs as you can see them throughout the day always willing to communicate and help

I’ve been at this apartment complex for almost two years. I’ve always received helped when I asked for it. The neighbors in my building have always been friendly. When walking in the halls, you can hear some loud music from neighbors, BUT here’s the awesome catch, you can’t hear anybody anywhere once you’re inside your apartment. Amazing sound proof walls.The complex had a rough management company prior to Cortland and you can tell they’re doing their best to remedy all trust and meet their own standards. The office staff is so nice and their maintenance workers are professional.Four out of five stars overall. One star knock off for parking spaces and general communal areas being rough-housed. Still overall, a good pick for South Austin.

I had trouble finding a place to stay and talked to some of my friends who were planning on moving here, and David did an amazing job of helping change the lease to allow me to stay with my friends. The pool is very nice, our apartment looks very nice for its price. My other friends who come over are always impressed by the looks. David has helped us out with some minor issues we’ve had.

Pretty good experience so far. We have a small maintenance list that theyll be processing thru. I do think the floor could have been swept alot better at move in. Gym is super nice, gated entry so thats great, parking spots are rough. I do think they should transition some of the covered Parking to normal parking, then repaint with extended lines. Couldnt get into the car once 😂 pool looks really nice, but would be cooler if it went deeper than 4 ft. Hot tub instead of 1 of the pools?! Pretty please, guys?

David took the time to walk me through different units and get an expectation of what I was moving into - which other complexes I looked at did not. Anytime I had questions or problems in the application and move in process David was quick to help. Highly recommend talking to him if you are thinking about moving here.Had a rough start moving in but the staff was helpful in solving the initial problems. Once I was moved in and settled I have had no complaints since! Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable complex to live in.

I’ve lived here for two months. It’s worth noting that Concord is under new management. I’ve heard rumblings that the prior management wasn’t great, but I have to say, James, David and the entire team are some of the most welcoming, helpful, and kind people I’ve ever met in any apartment complex. They really are doing everything in their power to help shift perceptions and regain the trust of those hurt by the prior owners. This is demonstrated both by their rapid and significant upgrades to infrastructure as well as their stellar customer/resident service. Most people are on their best behavior on move-in day, but the team has been wonderful months into my tenure.As a young professional, I’ve lived in plenty of communities throughout Texas, California and New York State. So far, this has been the best service I’ve ever received. Facilities are well kept, personal are extremely helpful and flexible. They just want you to be happy here. They respond to all emails and questions in minutes and have gone out of their way to assure a happy move-in and initial few months for me here at their complex. If the trend of excellent service continues, I could see myself living here for the foreseeable future.

I have lived at Concord for a year now and I will gladly renew for another year. I have to say the staff and neighbors are wonderful here. I have lived in other apartments before but I am the happiest here. I love that the management team is friendly and is always figuring out how to keep us happy, specially the new property manager Lydia, she went out of her way to help me out the other day. I would 100% recommend this place to my family and friends!

Ive lived at this complex for multiple years in the same apartment, and overall, I can say my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. My neighbors/building have been consistently quiet after 9PM, my internet has been fast/reliable, and management has been courteous and quick to address any issues I brought to their attention.The only concession Ive really ever had to make here is with the parking situation after 9PM - it can be difficult to park near my building in the later hours of the evening. Never had issues at any other time though.

From taking a tour to having keys in hand for my own apartment, the process couldnt have been any easier! We stopped by earlier than our appointment time, but the staff were very welcoming and helpful nonetheless. Sara and David in the front office are rock stars in the work they do here. Its obvious pretty quickly that theyre laser focused on providing great service to all the residents here -- they truly went out of their way to make our experience a great one. The grounds are clean, quiet, and modern here. If youre trying to find a great apartment in Austin with an amazing staff, this is it ... trust me I checked everywhere!

My experience with Concord has been amazing. Michael was my leasing agent and he was and still is the best! He made my transition here easy and seamless and continues to help with anything I may need I.e. maintenance issues, questions I may have etc. Concord is a great community to live in. As a single mom I feel safe and secure in the gated community. Overall 10/10 for sure!

Management is awesome Ive never had problems. The residents though are trashy. Try not to get a floor apartment because you will get a littered backyard. My backyard/patio has water bottles and beer cans thrown down and Im sure its from the residents above us. Especially hearing the parties they have every now and then. Dear Trashy residents, Do you all know what the littering fine in Texas is? Obviously not. At least not yet ;)

Like any other place nothing is perfect! However, I’ve had a pleasant experience, Lydia and Portia have been great, I was going to move back downtown but decided to stay another year. The communication has been great, it’s very convenient for me, the apartments are pretty big for what you pay, overall I’d definitely recommend this place as the finishes are just as nice or better than more pricey apartments closer to downtown. Thank you Lydia and Portia for your dedication and pride to make this place a more desired community.

I never thought I was gonna review because its just an apartment but the concord makes it so much more. The staff are always super friendly. Work orders get completed quickly or they keep you updated on longer projects. There is lots of dogs which is cute but I have never had any issues with noise. The units are nice and the pool and gym are nice. They have events regularly. Overall a wonderful place to live.

The property is well kept and staff is super helpful and friendly. Lydia was extremely professional and made my leasing experience with concord effortless. Right off the bat I had a bad experience with Lydia the new property manager, so bad I decided I wasn’t going to renew.. that is until I had the pleasure of meeting Kia in the office. She was so helpful and made me feel happy again to call this place my home. She let me know of all my options with a smile and it’s takes so much stress off knowing that someone is willing to listen to me as a human not just as a tenant they want more money from. (Unlike what I got from Lydia as well as one of their corporate managers) THANK YOU KIA YOU ARE AMAZING!

Im so sad to hear about Ashley leaving and the management companies changing over. I can only hope the new one is as good as the team Allison had! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating through my living experience with them even when running into difficult problems, they did everything they could for me. I moved into a new apartment, building 4, and it was the ideal place to live for the limited time i was there for work. No complaints, no noisy neighbors, clean, excellent pool and gym, plenty of parking, safe and close to downtown Austin. First management was superb and second management continued to be excellent. I would definitely recommend them to colleagues and will be my first apartment complex to consider when my work asks me to return to Austin.

Trish spent a good deal of time with us as we looked at the complex and model apartments. We decided right then that this was the complex for us. I cant wait to move in.

Love love love this place! Celeste and Efrain are great! I’ve been living here for a little over 6 months and have no complaints, the pool area is huge and i love the gym as well.
