    We moved in last week. The apartments are upgraded, (no carpets, which we prefer), and the common areas are lovely. Dog poop all around, but that is to be found in every apartment complex in the US. Staff at the office is friendly and attentive although I am sure we would all love them to be there Mon-Fri instead of 3 days a week (new working hours). Its really difficult to get a hold of someone immediately because now you go through a call center. However, you will hear from someone by the end of the day.When we moved in, the refrigerator wasnt cooling and they replaced it quickly. The next day our heating system had a short circuit in the evening hours and no one came that evening and it went down to the low 30s that night so it was very uncomfortable but the maintenance crew arrived early the next day to get it repaired.I have met what I think to be their whole maintenance team and they are all curteous, friendly and willing to help, except one, I think his name is Max. He was probably having a bad day, but he tended to ignore my questions, complained of having to bring the other fridge to third floor, was in a hurry and wanting to leave because he mentioned more than once that he had other things to attend. Danny even turned to him and told him to take it easy, that there was still time. When they came in with the fridge, I back up and our Christmas tree toppled over, Max didnt flinch nor say anything and ignored it but Danny quickly went to pick up the tree and tried to fix it which I appreciated greatly for his worry, but I told him that I would take care of it.Neighbors are friendly and quiet, and I would give them 5 stars if they had showed up the evening when we went without heating, since we did consider it an emergency given the low temps. All in all we are happy with our choice of moving here.

    I have been living at Cortland going on 5 years I couldnā€™t be happier with the Front Office and Maintenance Crew theyā€™re all absolutely great!!! Friendly, very personable, easy to approach to ask questions and extremely helpful when needed.I have never had a bad experience at this complex, and itā€™s very well kept!I feel super safe and I have the best neighbors!They have awesome ā€œget togethersā€ which brings tenants together to get to know each other with great conversations and loads of laughs.I truly call this place home!!!

    After looking at a few apartments in the area , this was the one. It was everything we were looking for. Updated , well maintained and central to anywhere we need to get in DFW & surrounding cities for our family . It has succeeded our expectations. From the get go the leasing office staff helped make the move-in process quick & easy . Everything takes work & patience from both management &future tenants for sure. Everyone from Trish, Sabrina, Adrayan, Makayla & maintenance ! Have always been very helpful no matter what weā€™ve needed, whether it be questions, comments, concerns etc . THANK YOU ALL. Youā€™ve made us feel at home. In addition, after about close to a year & our lease about to be up within months, we needed to accommodate and possibly move which we didnā€™t really want to leave at all from Cortland Bear creek & once again they made the transition to another unit smooth & what seemed impossible for us, POSSIBLE. We have felt taken care of and cannot be anymore grateful. Iā€™ve lived at a couple apartment complexes but none like this community. We visit the pools, gym and leasing office staff often. Its a great place residents & all. Anyone iā€™ve ever come across has been respectful. Thanks again !

They respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, often going the extra mile to ensure everything is not just fixed but also up to high standards.     Every apartment has their pros and cons. The initial tour we received was amazing but the application process I felt the communication could have been better as I had to call multiple times in order to check status. During move-in, 1 of the kitchen cabinets had clearly not been cleaned in between tenants since there was leftover food inside and soot on the outside. While the interior is upgraded and luxury, the floors are insanely thin. Since theres no carpet, you can hear and feel every step the upstairs tenants take. Other than adjusting to noise, theyā€™re quick to address the service tickets and they keep the property clean.

    Bear Creek is a great place to call home. The property is extremely well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location makes it easy to access highways, but still feels isolated, and a few minutes shaded walk to a nearby park.

    My Sister Bethel and I stopped by for a tour yesterday.I enjoyed the place.Everything was so nice and clean,no smell not even a little bit.Every floor plan was just perfect it was hard to choose.What I love the most is their leasing consultant Makayla.Good Lord, give that woman a raise already.She is so loving,kind,helpful and truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed.Its so hard getting good service nowadays but Makayla gets 30/10 customer service.Her smile and positive attitude blessed me yesterday.Thank you Cortland Bear Creek!

    I lived here for 2 years and 5 months I loved it at Courtland Bear Creek. From the management to the events that was hosted by Sabrina on the property! For me to sign my lease again should tell it all. Living 10 minutes from the airport was convenient , I couldnā€™t hear the planes going over the apartments at all. Itā€™s a quiet community with well respectful neighbors.Thank you Sabrina,Trish, and Makayla!

    I have lived at Cortland Bear Creek for a little over 3 years now and and absolutely love it. Iā€™ve lived in 3 different floor plans over the years and Property Manager Trish and her team are always extremely helpful and have always made it a quick and easy transfer. Maintenance is always super quick and the property is well kept. The amenities like the the gym and two pools are awesome and always well cleaned. Cortland at Bear Creek is an overall amazing place to call home.

    Moved in about 2 weeks ago, and so far I love the place. The vibe is great, the neighborhood is quiet and I love the new finishes in the apartment.I had wavered back and forth on moving, as I was going through some bug changes in my personal life, and Sabrina and Trish were so patient and understanding with me, and I was very thankful for that. Iā€™m really happy with my decision to move here :-)A year later and I still love it. The pools are great and the people who live here are awesome. Itā€™s so quiet :-)

    The leasing office staff is amazing. They are extremely helpful and understanding. I am so grateful for the Courtland team the service team as well are quick and always there to help. This is a great complex very safe and in a great location they take great care of their residents always there to help and meet their needs and the apartments are very well maintained everything is new and up to tip top shape. I definitely 100% recommend Courtland at bear creek.

    Cortland Bear Creek is the BEST community Iā€™ve lived in hands down. VERY compassionate and understanding team. OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING!! Sabrina strives to make your experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Office Staff always has great community activities including food trucks, games and prizes. Community is aesthetically very well kept. Any questions or concerns office staff and maintenance men respond very quickly. If I could give higher stars I would! And also huge shout out to Tone who saw me struggling to carry a large package from the mailroom this afternoon and offered to help carry it to my car and then also helped carry it up to my apartment on the 3rd floor!     Iā€™ve jumped from apartment to apartment for about 8 years now. I can say that Iā€™ve never experienced such genuine, hospitality from any office like this one! And if you know, sometimes itā€™s a drag getting a hold of anyone at the office. Makayla is such a doll! Trish and Sabrina are such an amazing manager.     Edit 6/19Recently my ac went out in the night and maintenance took care of it so fast. What impressed me the most was if they couldnā€™t fix it, they could provide a window unit. What great care!!! I am also nearing the end of my time here and the process to move out has been seem less. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care!Edit-6 months of living. I still canā€™t believe how amazing the property management is. This place is well taken care of. My apartment is clean and cozy. I love living here!I recently came to this property. I have only been here for a few days-I will update my review as needed! But so far everything has gone well. Sabrina is definitely on her game and takes care of things. My apartment is nicely maintained! Staff is very friendly. The only problem thus far has been A LOT of fire ants in my home. Iā€™m allergic to fire ants so hopefully they will spray soon-Sabrina has replied to me in a timely manner for pest control as well as all my other kinks when moving in. So far I have been very pleased!

    Lived here for two years, in two different units. The best apartment complex I have lived in thus far. It is not perfect, but no apartment is.There is never trash buildup or loose trash on the grounds. Though, there is an excess or stray cats that they do try to catch.The noise from the airport and highway is super loud so be warned.Management does care about tenants and gets things done in a timely manner.The gyms needs some work. Great machines but rarely gets cleaned properly and is always over 85 degrees in the summers. I suggest window tint or shades on the top half.The amenities and features of the complex have gotten much better over the years, so your increase in rent is actually seen.The walls are thick, which helps with noise. (1 inch insulated drywall walls). Never had a major problem, and when you do, management takes care of it.I do suggest the complex limit the number of cars each person can have on the property. My previous neighbor had 6 cars all parked in the best accessible spots in front of the building.Another suggestion is posting parking lot speed limit signs, stop signs, and yield signs. Accidents can and do happen. I know.Highly recommend this apartment for people looking for a decently quiet and strict community in the suburbs.

    I have lived here for 2.5 years. The management staff is so sweet and helpful me with any problems that I may have. If I have a maintenance issue it is fixed very quickly. It is quite and the complex is kept up nicely. Michaela is the sweetest and most efficient person I have ever met. Not to mention she is a hoot! I love living here and feel very safe.

    I have lived here for two years. Hands down the best apartments ever!This community is well taken care of. They keep it clean and pretty. Yes it is off the highway and close to the airport but honestly, you donā€™t hear that much noise. Itā€™s pretty quiet.A lot of apartments have a high turn over rate of office staff, but not this place. I am greeted by the same friendly faces in the office every time I go in. Trish, Sabrina, and McKayla are AMAZING. They are always planning community events and having food trucks come. They are great at communicating with you. If you leave a voicemail you can assure they will call you back the same day. They really do go above and beyond to make this a great community.Ever had an issue with apartment maintenance staff? Well you wonā€™t find that here. Their maintenance crew is the best I have ever seen. They are incredible and they work hard! They do not take days to come fix your issue or do band aid fixes. They are friendly and efficient. The community is well kept and they do routine maintenance regularly. Couldnā€™t ask for a better team.Can we talk about upgrades? I have lived in apartments where their ā€œupgradesā€ were painting cabinets brown. These upgrades are ACTUAl upgrades. Brand new stainless steel appliances, real granite countertops, beautiful new white cabinets, no carpet in site! They really took their time making these units look great! Itā€™s a wonderful place to call home.I wonā€™t lie, parking can be a bit of an issue. But if parking is my only complaint I am fine with that. The staff and community make up for it. Youā€™d be crazy to not want to live here

    The apartments are newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, wooden floors, and granite counter tops which I love! We do have to take our trash to the dumpsters but itā€™s picked up on a regular basis instead of it piling up throughout the week and they are placed in convenient walking distances from the apartments. The staff are always nice and friendly! Maintenance requests are always completed in no more than 2 days. Honestly, the best apartments Iā€™ve stayed in!

    This is a fantastic place to live. It is right off of highway 360, but you wouldnt even notice it when your onsite. The amenities are great for both family and single living lifestyles.The inside of the apartments are just as nice as the community grounds. The crown molding in every room really adds a touch of class to the apartments.The staff is great, always willing to lend a hand and quick to returning your call. They are very knowledgeable about what is coming available and are willing to work with you when you are in a tight squeeze. The maintenance staff is very professional and friendly; they are always dressed to impress and complete work orders within 24hrs of being submitted.We personally have only had to deal with management one-time (our dog was causing some noise complaints - issue has been resolved) , and the Property Manager handled the situation with class and ease. She was able to resolve the situation and left both sets of tenants in a better place.I personally work in property management on a collegiate level (student housing communities) and can tell you that when I come home from work, it is nice to be as comfortable as I am at Stoneleigh.Dont delay, sign your lease today!

    Cortland bear creek is the best property Iā€™ve stayed in so far. The property is always kept nice and neat. The resort pool and gym facilities are honestly my favorite parts of the property. The staff are very nice and helpful including maintenance!! Great property overall!

    I rented with Tall Timbers in Euless for over 8 years. Every single year I had several issues with maintenance & management bc I simply asked for issues inside the apartment to be fixed. It took weeks, if not months to get anything fixed. Good luck getting a response from anyone by email or your resident app. Barely any communication or help. If it wasnt for corporate, I wouldnt have had things taken care of.With the first visit with Cortland Bear Creek, I felt welcomed and was assured that they loved being personable with residents and have a 48 hour rule for maintenance requests. The staff is SO sweet and helpful. You literally fell like friends already for years. Not to mention how up to date everything is and BEAUTIFUL! The process are even reasonable with the space you get. I have no idea why Ive never lived here before this year! This place should be everyones go to if you want to live in Euless or the surrounding areas!! Love it! So much stress off my chest being with this property.

    I have been living at Cortland at Bear Creek (formerly Stoneleigh at Bear Creek) apartments for 2 1/2 years now and I have to say that I have been extremely happy with them. I still remember how easily these apartments stood out when I was first looking to move into the area.The staff (Sabrina, Makayla, and Nou) are extremely helpful and courteous to work with. The maintenance crew is top notch and extremely quick to resolve issues. Facilities are clean, gym is amazing and state of the art, and community is easy to get in and out of from the highway.All in all, its very easy to give this community 5 stars!

    Cortland Bear Creek has been my home for 2 years continuing into my 3rd now & I can truly say I love my home here. The floor plans are the most spacious Iā€™ve seen in a complex & the area has been safe for my son & I. An exceptional difference has been made in my experience with the management team since Mrs. Trish Jencoe came into the lead management role last year which made this truly feel like home.     I hate to say how long I have lived here at Courtland Bear Creek but itā€™s been many years and I have never been happier !!! Trish and Sabrina see to it that issues that come up are handled quickly and professionally. And when I had to move to a new apartment for renovations, the new head of maintenance, Robert could not have been any more professional and friendly. The best part is he responds quickly and fixes things right the first time !!!Another huge point for me is that the entire staff here is friendly, professional and they get things done. I am the happiest I have ever been here at Courtland Bear Creek

    My husband and I have really appreciated this complex and the leasing team so far. Clarissa was our original leasing agent when we moved in and she was so quick to respond to all my questions and was quick to communicate about any issues. Harli is also wonderful and so is the rest of the team. Repairs are taken care of quickly! Overall quiet complex, although we live at the back, and a very spacious dog park. Thankful for this complex and team!

    I really love living here! This community is in a great location close to everything you need.These apartments are really nice and very spacious with amazing amenities. A Staycation Resort!Moved in recently while going through some tough new ā€œadventures ā€œā€¦ahemā€¦the staff in the office are over the top kind, warm, always ready to assist! You even get free hugs!The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained.     I moved into Stoneleigh at Bear Creek 2 years ago. This is my first apartment renting on my own, and I am so glad I picked this complex. Aside from the apartment layout being exactly everything I was looking for: great wrap around balcony, view of my parking spot from the balcony, top floor, and close to the entrance. It couldnt have been more perfect, but then I met our office staff and the Property Manager, Lisa, and her Co-Manager, Sabrina, are so amazing, understanding, and very willing to work with you on any needs! This place is home, and I will consider it my home. Til I move into a house.

    Theres a lot to love here. First we were impressed with Harli when we stopped by to visit prior to renting. Then, we were impressed with the grounds and the vibes of the place when Harli took us to see the show apartment. And finally, being impressed isnt quite strong enough to express how we felt seeing the apartment they had to offer. We were looking for something specific and Harli and the staff went out of the way to make it happen. As for the community, we went to our first community held event, taco truck and beer, and the people, food and drinks were amazing. Only regret there being work forced us to miss the prior ones, but as they seem to happen monthly, well be sure try not to miss another. As not everyone is social, lets talk about maintenance. We come home the other evening to find we had an issue with our thermostat. As it was later in the evening, I called the after hour number to request a work order. Within 5 minutes of that call, I had a call from the technician saying he was on his way. It was fixed, after hours, in about an hour and a half after my initial call. Talk about impressive.

    This is my 2nd home at Stoneleigh. I moved to another community in the area but after just a short time Iā€™m back home & wish Iā€™d never left! I love the in office staff & management. Lisa, & the girls are SO welcoming & make you feel at home before you even move there. Craig & his team are the best on maintenance & fixing your request promptly. The landscaping is always so beautiful, and the property grounds are always well kept.     Lived here for about 6 months, and I love this place. I lived in houses for around 7 years before, and recently got married and moved here with my wife.I love this place because it doesnā€™t feel like an apartment. Itā€™s quiet, clean, and right off the highway to anywhere in DFW. Airport is right next door also. The pool is great. Looking forward to living here for longer.     Iā€™ve been here for a couple years now and have nothing but good things to say about Courtland. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They are engaged with the residents but not overbearing. They are always working to improve the complex and they work well with each individual according to their needs. You rarely get great surroundings and great staff all in one community but they are nailing it here. As long as youā€™re a good resident and neighbor you will get along great with the community and staff. Kudos, and keep up the great work!!

    I love it here! After looking for several months, me and my girlfriend chose to live here. The apartments are nice and the staff is great! The man in charge of maintenance, Craig, is by far the best! Every service request is done that day by him. He even makes sure to check back to see if everything is still operating correctly. Harli in the front office has been the best since day 1! Anything we need she takes care of for us. The amenities are great as well!

    Harli is amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home at Stoneleigh at Bear Creek in November. Everything we have requested has been completed promptly and cheerfully. While no community is perfect this one rates a 9 out of 10. Our new home is beautiful and the grounds are very clean. Cortland is the new property management and from what I understand this has been a welcome upgrade. The location is THE BEST in the metroplex. Itā€™s hard to find anything negative to review. Besides some residents who will always be messy and inconsiderate... the positives here far out way any annoying neighbors. Come by and see Harli or Clarissa. They took great care of us and made our move super easy! I canā€™t wait to see this property in the spring. New landscaping in going in all over! Beautiful!

    I moved here in March and its been such a good experience. Nou helped me secure my apartment and she has been so good at communicating even after moving in. Theyre all very attentive upfront and also keep a constant line of communication if work is being done on the property. While the cost of living has risen significantly around the metroplex I dont really mind paying what I do here because the office staff is unbeatable and the community is nice and quiet.

    By far the best Apartment experience Ive ever had. Having dealt with a handful before Cortland with the worst maintenance responses and terrible quality staff it is unbelievably refreshing to have the pleasure of experiencing the best staff team that has ever worked for a complex. Everyone is so involved and caring it really feels like every person who lives here is important to them. The maintenance here leaves you amazed, 30 minutes after anything is reported someone comes to check it out right away if not within 48 hours which is just insane, Every neighbor here is so friendly and understanding as well with noise and misplaced mail, Stoneleigh is also a place that strongly encourages a loving environment for our little furry friends My chihuahua and I love living here!

    I have very much enjoyed living at Stoneleigh since Dec 2017. The lady back then who helped me was great and now Harli and Clarissa are great too. The community is well maintained and beautiful and the dog park here is a bonus :) I absolutely love the location and how close we are to bear creek dog park, walking trails, tennis courts, and glade parks for shopping and food. Stoneleigh is a great apartment option if youre looking in this area.

    I have been in the market for a new place. I was driving around and stumbled upon The Cortland at Bear Creek. When I walked in the office I was greeted by Nou she was so nice and so helpful. I had visited several Apts that day and this was my last but the best experience, she walked me through all of my options and was very attentive to my needs. I toured the facilities and saw the model, let me say I was pleased with the customer service and the overall experience and look of this place. I felt at home here. While I was speaking with her I was impressed several residents came in just to say hello everyone seemed very pleasant and happy.     This is a bit of an updated/rewritten review to reflect the four times I have lived here at Stoneleigh.My family has lived in various Euless apartment complexes over the last 10 years. Out of all, Stoneleigh is our absolute favorite!We have had such a wonderful relationship with the management team and staff. They are friendly, are prompt in communicating with residents, and take pride in the community.This is one of the most beautiful complexes we have lived in as well. Just in the last week there have been some trees planted throughout the property- and there have always been a nice amount of trees preserved between buildings. The complex has plenty of sidewalks for safely enjoying nice morning or evening strolls.The stairwells and patios here are very clean (a result of policy- but it certainly is a positive thing!). Helps in keeping the community free from trash and clutter.I have never had any issues with finding a place to park here, no matter the time of day or night. Hard to say that about other places we have lived.Lastly, the apartments are undergoing renovations right now in many units- I was fortunate enough to get to live in one of the upgraded apartments. Absolutely perfect! Very well done. Modern white and grey color scheme- must see for yourself.This complex is one to consider for sure if you are looking to make a move. We are so happy we did.Thank you to the management team, office staff, and maintenance guys for making our stay here so memorable!

    So far the best apartment complex I lived in.     I enjoy everything about living at Cortland Bear Creek. Originally toured the model home in Spring 2021 with Clarissa. She sold me on the beautiful green spaces and quiet community, even got me in a newly remodeled unit! Community is super pet friendly, maintenance is responsive and it actually is very peaceful. Renovations are nearly complete and they are beautiful. Stone countertops, open concept floorplan, large soaking bathtubs and updated appliances. Touches like USB wall outlets and large porches for outdoor living space make it feel like custom house! Community is everything here- events every month and special days for pets and holidays. Sign up for yoga on Saturdays or hang out by the poolside. Dont forget to rent with Nou or Makayla! Sabrina or Trish will help address any needs along the way!

    The maintenance staff here is top notch! Terry and Eric are always polite and do amazing work. Our hot water heater went out, and they spent no time in replacing it. Every step of the way they were so nice and made sure to inform me of what they are doing. Cold showers are not fun, so I appreciate how quickly they worked to get us hot water again!

    Until 4 months ago we lived at Stoneleigh at Bear Creek for 3 and a 1/2 years and cannot tell you what a wonderful experience we had; not just in the leasing office as a prospective tenant but all the way through our move at experience. Lisa, Sabrina, Stoney and the entire team have become more than just a management group, they are more like family. Apartment living is not for everyone but for those of us who understand having neighbors upstairs, downstairs, to the left and right this is a wonderful place to be. The grounds are amazing, the pool, clubhouse and amenities are fantastic. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath with patio and garage and could not have been happier and the apartment was a great size, enough to accommodating large Texas size furniture. We made friends with other tenants that have become great friend, even though weve moved on. We still keep in touch with the management staff even though we are now on the other side of the United States. And that is more friendship than a resident experience. The apartment complex has great access to the freeways, and centrally located to shopping and all kinds of restaurants as well as DFW airport and a quick commute to Dallas Love Field.

    The management staff is what makes this place a great place to live. Whenever I have a problem I know that if I can find Sabrina, Harli or Clarissa they will take care of it.     I have lived in my fair share of places and let me tell you. This place rocks. The community rocks and the level of service by the maintenance is superior to other complexes Iā€™ve been in. Itā€™s how it should be. Somethings wrong and they fix it. The girls in the front office are always chipper and eager to help. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever lived in a place where they ALWAYS greeted me when I walked in like they do. I feel like if I ran in really fast then ran back out they would chase me to the car to make sure I was greeted. You just donā€™t find that kind of stuff anymore in todayā€™s world. YO! AND THEY HAVE A CAT! A CAT THAT ACCEPTS PETS FROM ME! Unfortunately 6 stars is not an option so I settled for giving them 5. Definitely signing with them again.

    Let me tell you about Jacob!!!! He works as a Maintenance man at Stoneleigh!!! He goes above and beyond for the residents! He is very professional, kind, and knows his stuff.     Recently moved in (1 month ago) and love it so far. The office staff have been very attentive and responsive. Maintenance staff has been quick to deal and take care of issues even though Ive only had just 2 requests.I like the fact that the gates are not left open at night; however they could close more securely or tightly. I notice that they dont quite close all the way so an average sized person could squeeze right through and possibly let in vehicles if they tripped the sensor.The grounds are well kept and residents put their trash IN the receptacles instead of on the ground. Ive noticed some of the wood on the exterior surfaces could use a bit of paint, but all in all the grounds and buildings look great.I love living here and imagine that I will continue to do so when it comes time for renewal, barring any major inconveniences or trouble.

    Oh my goodness, what service, first of all, I just reported my kitchenā€™s light fixture out and within minutes, Jacob was knocking at my door!Replacing the bulbs wouldnā€™t work, he went above and beyond to find the broken part, today, not tomorrow, he didnā€™t put me off and now Iā€™m good to go. I had picked up an A/C filter to replace on my own, he noticed I was given the wrong size by the office staff and he exchanged it for me, woo hoo!Forget killing two birds with one stone, I got the bulb replaced in my entry as well, talk about service! I love the maintenance team here, Jacob was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The maintenance team are always on it, you canā€™t go wrong when anything breaks at Stoneleigh at Bear Creek, my home sweet home!

    I called in to inquire about leasing and to my surprise the leasing agent Trey, was very informative, patient, great listener and provided exceptional customer service.     I have not moved into these apartments yet but the staff has already done a geat job they have been surprisingly friendly and have been quick to jump on my needs as soon as i arrived. im already giving this apartment 5 stars and cant wait to move in, I will be updating after my frist month or two. UPDATE: So Iā€™m putting this update in after living here for a full year lease, well you guessed it, we are signing another year contract, the people in the office are great, friendly, and will jump at the opportunity to help you if you need anything. The grounds are well kept, bug spray as many times as you want/need, which I saw one tiny roach once (looked half poisoned already) so I called, they came out the following wednesday and I havenā€™t seen a single insect since. The only down side to this complex is the floors a quite hollow, so donā€™t move into one of the top two floors if you have younger kids or your neighbors will hate you, but if you have a good relationship with your upstairs neighbors (which the apt encourage) then you can go talk to them and they usually arenā€™t much of a noise issue anymore. Over all I would recommend staying here at stoneleigh, great Accra to everything in dfw and being just west of the airport instead of north or south (the direction the planes take off and land.) you have almost never hear a airplane over head.

    The only reason my dog is alive today is thanks to a Stoneleigh staff member Eric Stich (I hope I spelled that correctly). My dog was choking to death on a piece of cheese (yes cheese, we still donā€™t know how) and had been without air for several minutes and had been out cold for at least a minute, probably more. I was about to rush her to a nearby emergency vet when I saw a man on a utility cart driving past, I weighed my options and decided that the chances of someone in the complex being able to help were higher than the chances of my dog surviving the long trip to the emergency vet, so I flagged the man on the cart down, hollering all the while. Thankfully Eric heard my cries for help and came out to investigate, he arrived just after I had managed to dislodge the cheese from my dogs throat, and began to perform what appeared to be CPR on the dog which was still not breathing and unresponsive. Slowly, Eric was able to bring the dog back from the brink of death. Thank you Eric and the rest of the staff at the Stoneleigh from the bottom of our hearts! Darcy would not be alive and wagging today without you!
