I loved living here! The staff was really nice and always pleasant to interact with. I felt safe while living here. Parking was not a problem. Really the only problem was ppl that didn’t pick up after their dogs. They let the dogs pee in the elevator and the stairwells always smelled like dog pee. When I 1st moved in in 2020 we had cleaning staff that was really nice and always kept the hallways clean and smelling good. I stayed here for 2 years and mgmt. changed 3 times. Not a bad things because everyone was nice. I moved because of my job but I would have signed another lease possibly if I didnt find anything more reasonably priced. It’s a bit pricey but so is everything these days! Great location!

The team at Cortland at Stonebriar has been the absolute best. From making sure my move went smoothly to their above and beyond kindness. The amenities are amazing but the best part is the staff and the way they care about the people that live here. I lived in multiple states and this team has hands down supplied the best resident experience with not only there personalities but the amazing events they plan and participate in with us. The view from the apartment and pool are beautiful

My friend and I lived here for 2 years before finding a new place. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but not without a few hiccups along the way.Pros:-Very nice nice apartment homes, tall ceilings, good appliances, efficient-TOP notch gyms-Good pools-Garage parking-Kind staff-Weekly food trucks and happy hours-Overall Cortland is not lacking at all in the amenities departmentA few of my concerns:-Trash build up - I know the guys would make their daily rounds picking up trash, but my god would it pile up in the shoots and it smells as good as you can imagine. I dunno why residences couldnt walk the extra 3 feet to throw the garbage in the shoot.-Walking areas could be pretty dirty and people do not pick up after their dogs. Hallway or the garage smelt like dog urine pretty often.-Random water shut offs, more-so than any other complex Ive lived at.-The garage gates never, ever, worked properly. 99% of the time I lived there, the gates did not work. Anybody could come driving in and gain access to the floors. On top of that, the garage cameras werent functional for an extended period (I believe they are working now, for what its worth) My car was hit-and-run in the garage while parked directly in front of a camera, and of course the cameras werent functional.-Gaylord Parkway might as well be the new Texas MotorSpeed Way. I cannot believe how loud this road was at all hours of the day. I know this is not at fault of the complex, but just be warned if you rent a unit facing this street. Folks just have no common decency not to rip down the road at 60mph at 3am on a Wednesday. This is probably my #1 complaint about living here.With all that said, it still was an overall comfortable place to live and I appreciate the time I spent there.

The community is very nice! The rentals are high. The apartments are recently renovated in one building, so its really good. The amenities are also good. Lots of shops nearby. Stonebriar mall also close by.

I have lived at this complex for a little over a year and have loved my experience so far! It is clean, quiet, and has great amenities. I am especially impressed with the staff in the leasing office. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them before and after moving in. Seth has been especially helpful to me. Not only has he assisted me with maintenance requests and other concerns, but he has gone out of his way to make me feel welcome. Seth is one the reasons that I feel like part of a community rather than just a resident. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

I am super happy to chose Circa Verus as my new home. Everything about this community is great. Super clean Non smoking apartment! Special thanks to Jeff Echols for making my Move In so smooth. Jeff is the most polite and helpful person I have met recently. He listens patiently to all your needs and goes extra mile to provide you what you need. Management is super responsive, understanding and tries to resolve issues if any within 24 hours. I definitely recommend Circa Verus if you are looking for your next apartment.

Just helped my friend move in here and I was super impressed with the property and the amenities. Its so clean and BEAUTIFUL with the absolute cutest outdoor sitting areas, 3 pools (WOW), the pool cabanas are going to be the place to be for us this summer, the location is perfect for Frisco. The whole staff was so welcoming and really made it feel like home!! We talked to Caitlin, Jace, and Amanda, they really helped my friend and I get familiar with the area and moving, they were all incredibly kind and professional. I may have to consider moving here when my lease is up! Thank you all for being so great this week!

I have to tell everyone that asks about my community how much I love being here so far. I have had the pleasure of working with Seth this week while trying to solve a problem. I put him through the wringer , sorry Seth ! Seth handled me and the situation with patience, grace and got me amazing results in the end. What I love about Seth is he is very personable and down to earth but remains professional. He is very clear in his explanations, no room for misunderstandings. And when he is not working and running in every different direction, you may get a glimpse of him taking a well deserved break with his beautiful pups!!Moved in January and have already met somany of our wonderful neighbors, had beautiful and pleasant interactions even just walking past each other in hallways there is always a smile and a big hello. Beautiful loving people I get to call my neighbors. Thank you Seth and thank you to all of our neighbors that offer the smile and a kind word , You never know who needed it at that exact moment.

I’ve lived here for over 6 months and it’s been a really lovely place to live. The people are nice, the staff is very friendly. My only complaint and annoyance living here is that many of the residents will set off the fire alarms constantly and the walls are pretty thin.

Ive lived in Frisco for a little over 4 years now and was looking for something larger. I stumbled across an ad September 2021 that a new property was being built (Botanic at Stonebriar) with a January 2022 expected move-in date. They were owned by another company initially. Due to delays, were now in late April and have been given a June move-in date. I chose to wait on the completion of this property for the great amenities, that I may not use often but like knowing its there, and for the cost for a 3 bedroom with a study. I selected a 4th floor unit because as we know, its common for properties in the last 15-20 years to not be Grade-A insulated, and I dont have expectations for the Botanic to be any different. After move-in, Ill update this review.

Seth the leasing agent in the main office always provide outstanding services. If youre looking for a place to lease ask for him! They provide a space for dog friendly environment. Food truck with happy hours event every week. The gym its pretty spacious and clean! Also, shoutout to the rest of the staff for always doing a great job to keep it clean.

Great property with great amenities and a very friendly/helpful staff. The landscaping and building are always kept in great shape and the units are very nice! The leasing agents are very helpful, especially Seth (he is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.) The team handles maintenance request right away as well. The only compliant I have is they seem to take forever for complex additions. We were told there was going to be an onsite convenience store and golf simulator which would be completed soon after we moved in. The golf simulator was a huge reason why we picked this apartment. We were there for 10 months and neither project was completed despite me asking about it multiple times.

Its my and my partners first time living in an apartment and we were blown away with how lovely this apartment complex is! The apartment is really nice as well as the amenities provided and the community events that are hosted here.Big big shout out for Tiana for making this application process so smooth and easy for the both of us and another shout out to Seth and Mars for always being so warm and friendly every time we see them as well :)If you are ever considering moving to Dallas/Frisco area, this is the place to be and everything is super close by! (Stonebriar Mall, 99 Ranch, and so many yummy food places).

The only complaints I have is the walls are super thin and maintenance has not been super quick so far.

This review is for the property and customer service I’ve received while apartment hunting. First, the property was very nice with amenities that looked well kept. After touring multiple properties in 2 different states, Cortland at Stonebriar stayed in my mind as the most all around updated, inclusive, and beautiful property. If you are looking for a new apartment in this area, check it out and I highly recommend Cal if he’s available. Cal was not only welcoming and helpful during my tour, but he has went above and beyond to help me find a unit that I could not just live in, but love. Moving from out of state can be tough logistically, but Cal has always answered my numerous questions kindly and promptly. He was consistent with following up-without being pushy. Working with an associate like Cal gave me that extra confidence to pick Cortland at Stonebriar.

I have to brag on the office a little bit.When packages are delivered to the office and not put in the LUXOR box, the office has went above and beyond and delivered the pkgs to my front door. The Cortland at Stonebriar management team is nothing short of amazing. Weve had an excellent experience from day 1 with Tiana, Seth, and Mars. They went above and beyond from the day we moved in, making sure our PODS container had a convenient spot to park, that our mail packages system was setup properly, etc. The rental application is easy, property amenities and location are fabulous with rooftop pools and gyms, 2 story gym with free fitness classes, tons of community events, and attentive maintenance team. The place is always so clean...theres always someone mopping our hallways, wiping down gym equipment, etc! We were moving from out of state and this team/complex was one of the only ones that accommodated FaceTime/virtual tours and helped us deal the deal that same day. Be sure to checkout their specials for $1500 off first month or look & lease specials for applying the same day!

This complex is 👌🏼. The front office is so nice, attentive, and friendly. Seth is the man up there but they all are awesome. The grounds keepers are phenomenal as well. They do such an amazing job keeping the entire property clean and orderly. Cant say enough nice things about the whole crew here. I just wish they had a designated off-leash park so my dogs could run around.

Had a wonderful stay in Cortland @ Stonebriar. The community was excellent and amenities were great. People in the staff office were also extremely friendly and professional especially my leasing consultant Amanda is my favorite.The apartment was really clean when it was given to me. It was given so nice that I kept it the same way till the end of my lease. And even if I had any issues the service personnel attended to it immediately. The view was stunning from the 3rd floor where I stayed. Really enjoyed the food truck Thursdays. Plus all the groceries and my favorite restaurants were at walkable distance. My friends who visited really appreciated me for the place. It was a real luxury experience and would say it was worth the price for my 6 months lease term. Everything there was great except there was one small misunderstanding in one of my payment for which they sent me an email which I unfortunately took it too personally as I’m sensitive to such words. So I had used similar language in silly issues like garage or coffee machine(just so that they realize how I felt). Even for that they responded very professionally, something that I really need to learn 😊 Nevertheless I enjoyed the overall stay there. I’d love to come back if I get a chance again!! It’s a great place to live and I definitely do recommend!!!

She was very attentive to my needs and preferences and offered me some options that matched my budget and criteria. She even gave me some great decor tips on how decorate. Wow! I moved here after my old apartment complex flooded out badly. Let’s just say this was a night and day difference from the last place. For one thing, the staff are very helpful, not dodgy, and always willing to answer questions. The next thing is that it is very close/convenient to campus for Collin College staff and students. My unit faced the courtyard instead of the pool, so I had direct access to a peaceful and private grilling area with fountains. This is definitely one of the quieter apartment complexes I have lived in. Love the double sinks in the master bath, so convenient. Definitely go with a top-floor unit to get tall ceilings. The courtyard-facing units get the most lovely afternoon light. My unit was in the Ohio Rd. side building but I never heard any traffic, that’s how well-designed the building is. Oh, and stop by the office coffee machine and treat yourself. I would always make myself a tea or cocoa, it’s a good way to unwind and study and a nice amenity for residents. The only thing I have to say that’s negative is that dog people need to be better neighbors and pick up after their pets, but that’s not the fault of the complex or staff.

I love living at Botanic. We have lived at several Cortland properties, and love how clean and well managed they are. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Botanic is a beautiful property, and we love the rooftop pool and state of the art fitness center. Ash Edan is a the best maintenance tech! He is so knowledgeable in his field, and has come to our rescue many of times. I have seen how hard he works on the roof everyday fixing A/C’s to ensure that all of the residents are comfortable. Ash is a very kind person, and I always know that if we have ever have an issue, he will get it fixed immediately. I highly recommend living here.

I have lived here for about 4 months now and I love it! I’ve moved around and this is by far my favorite place to live. The team is very quick with responses. Seth has helped me more times than I can count and always been awesome! I had a package delivered that I could not find anywhere and he took time out of his busy day and hunted it down for me!! And a bigggg factor for me is maintenance response. I put in a request in the afternoon thinking maybe they would come the next day since the work day is almost over, nope! They were at my apartment within an hour! The amenities are awesome, and I love how they do food truck thursdays to bring the community together!

In the past 8 years I have lived in 5 different apartment homes around the DFW area, and Cortland at Stonebriar is hands down the best property I have resided.After having some terrible experiences with other properties in the past, I will say that its such a relief to find a place I actually love living in.The housekeepers do such an amazing job keeping the hallways clean, and the service team is so quick to respond to all my requests.The office staff is very friendly and make me feel welcome which is very important for me.Also, the location is awesome. This community is amazing. After endless search for an apartment, my girlfriend and I decided to go with Circa! Downsizing from 5000 sq ft to 1250 sq ft.....didn’t seem bad at all with a great floor plan very modern, brand new, 14 feet ceilings, rooftop pool and tons of amenities! The office staff is amazing. They really do address issues right away and have always been so helpful. We’ve always worked with Luis. He goes above and beyond to help you out. Very professional and most kind! Very pleased. Beautiful place to live!

A coworker recommended this complex to me since due to extenuating circumstances I had to take a leap of faith in signing the lease before being able to physically check out the place. I had peace of mind because it came highly recommended, but Laura was super helpful with sending me pictures of my unit and even offering to video chat to give me a tour. The approval and move in process was smooth as can be.The apartment unit itself is great. The utilities havent once given me trouble. I was told when I moved in that if I ever had any issues they would do their best to address it ASAP. That is not an exaggeration. Example: I had faulty wiring in one of my outlets that took out all electricity in half of the apartment, filled out a work request around 11pm, and by 10am next day it had already been resolved.The community at Circa is overall good. Theres always going to be a couple of neighbors that get too loud or dont clean up after themselves, but thats been the exception and not the norm. I feel safe and respected here.The staff is always helpful and attentive, especially Bryson. I especially appreciate that theyve adapted during this Corona situation.This is a great apartment complex in a great location for connecting with any of the toll roads to take you down to Dallas or elsewhere. Grocery stores, restaurants, furniture stores and even a mall all within a 5 minute driving distance is about as good as it gets.

The transition and move to Botanic was not easy AT ALL. HOWEVER - I cannot blame the staff. I do want to share that my mind was more put at ease when speaking with Taylor and Amanda. Amanda followed up throughout the months to provide me with any updates on the move in date and Taylor recently reached out the week prior to moving in and provided me with any updates and next steps to move in. I then met Caitlin. They were all wonderful and accommodating. I am still needing to put in maintenance requests, but even so - the maintenance staff has been super quick, professional and SO NICE! thank you all for making me finally feel at home.

I hate the entire process of apartment shopping, but Taner at Cortland Stonebriar made it SO easy to find a new place. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage. Then I was asked a few questions about the kind of apartment I was interested in before touring. Taner listened to all of my needs and helped me find the perfect one bedroom for myself and my Mini Dachshund! I signed my lease the same day and got a Look and Lease discount. I just moved in last month and I absolutely love this place. They have already had several resident appreciation events since I moved in, and I love the community feel I get here!

I have officially lived at this wonderful property for over 3 months and I just have to say , I haven’t loved living at a place since about 2015. The staff is amazing !!! Amanda poors her big heart and soul in to our WEEKLY (Yes EVERY WEEK) Thursday Food Truck happy hour events. She makes a fund signature cocktail every Thursday and there is also other adult beverages and kid friendly beverages. She had a bubble machine and fun family friendly energetic music playing. There is always 1-2 food trucks every week. It is something I truly look forward to every week!!!! Management (Caitlyn & Jace) are also absolutely wonderful !!! Always smiling, helpful, genuine. Seth is also a leasing agent and total dog lover. He also has great energy and a can do attitude! Tanner and Tiana are new but fit right in with the staff and very dedicated to their job and creating bf a good experience for all current and new residents.So If hearing about the leasing staff hasn’t sold you on why you should move to Cortland Stonebriar then let me tell you about the Maintenance crew! They are amazing!!! Hard working. Some things the maintenance crew does here that you won’t get at other places is every resident gets one hour comp time where someone from maintenance will come out and help with things like mounting your TV, Hanging pictures or installing a smart thermostat! Larry ( Head if maintenance) Also makes it a point Check in on residence when he sees them on property to make sure everything is good. Chris, Steven and Junior are also great , energetic, hard working , kind and great at what they do. For example when I moved in I had to put a couple work orders in and Chris and Junior responded in a very timely manner. Ash ( Maintenance floater) Has also been great and when I be noticed I had a few maintenance tickets opened, he was concerned so he set aside an hour to come over to see what was going on and got all of them closed out. Lastly the grounds crew at this wonderful property is like no other. I have a dog and at every property I have ever lived at, the grounds is always covered with dog poop throughout the property… THIS IS NOT THE CASE at cortland stonebriar . I see the grounds crew EVERY MORNING picking up and keeping the grounds maintained and picked up. They also are there every morning to empty the trash shirts and hose them down. Which I think is quality of people who go above and beyond. The cleaning crew is also so sweet and kind here. The hall ways also smell good and are clean.All in all I absolutely LOOOOVE loving here at Cortland Stonebriar and 100/10 Recommend you come live here too!

The location of this complex is great-- right off Ohio drive, near a ton of shops and restaurants, and right by highways. We havent had any noise issues at all and our neighbors are very friendly. What sets this place apart, however, is the maitenance staff and leasing team. We had an issue with our washing machine that couldve been a huge problem, however, the maitenance team was all over it. They were very fast in their response and more importantly, they really knew what they were doing and not just guessing to put a band-aid on the problem. Very thorough! The leasing staff is very attentive and genuinely helpful, too. They try their best to be accomodating and listen to their residents. If youre looking for a place in the Frisco/Plano area, highly recommend here!

Ive been living here for almost two years. The place is wonderful, convenient, not too congested, and most of the tenants are respectful and courteous. The traffic noise of Ohio can be high if you are in the units facing Ohio, but the view of the sky is fantastic. Everyone from the maintenance staff to the office managers are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Daling for ALWAYS going above and beyond and making sure everything is taken care of. Her friendly and uplifting ways are infectious and welcoming!

Jeff is One of the kindest, efficient and amazing leasing consultants! He literally helped us get into our apartment with ease. We were sold from the moment that we toured the apartment!! I mean he really does look out for the residents. Our Verus community has exceeded all my expectations, and Im not easily impressed. Its brand new, spotlessly clean, and the amenities are top shelf....things like premium coffees provided every morning in our lounge, a spacious, well appointed kitchen, and 4 sparkling clean grills in our courtyard (which I give a regular workout). And our dog loves the greenbelt across the street, and the walking trail a block north, too. Everyone here, from the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping, is pleasant and attentive. I wish I could find something to complain about, just to make this sound real, but I honestly cant.UPDATE: It has been nearly 3 years since we moved in, and were still completely pleased with our lifestyle here. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. Just yesterday I turned in a minor service request, and Rodolfo Vargas responded promptly and fixed my issue. You cant ask for more than that!

So far the service from tianna has been great. She helped me get acquainted and familiar with the community and the many things they offer. They could be better about answering phones , but they are still getting the wrinkles ironed out . I haven’t lived here yet as I move in on the 28th but the community was very clean and taken care of all 3 times I visited the property as that’s something that’s very important to me. The community seems to be tightly secured as far as access goes and I also really love that. Big community so don’t be afraid to ask for a map to find your way around . Very excited to be moving in and making cortland my longtime permanent home .

When I flew into town, he met me at the door, walked with me to my new apartment, answered questions that I didnt know I had. Hes honestly made the experience of living here one of the best decisions my family has made.Ash, from maintenance is also one the best human beings around. Coming here from a new state, I moved with limited tools and this gentleman came and helped me mount my TV, walk through the apartment to ensure everything is just perfect. Highly recommend living here! They are an extremely dog friendly community which our two pups really appreciate. The dog run, the cinema room, the TWO story gym are just a few of the things we love here. The staff is always extremely welcoming and take the time to get to know you. The grounds are always kept as clean possible and the maintenance men are very diligent in getting requests handled in a timely manner. Again, I HIGHLY recommend the Verus as your next place to live!

I love my apartment. The ceilings are ridiculously high and nothing has broken so far (knock in wood). The apartment does a good job with support and replies to emails well. The maintenance staff is also top class but I would say the only things I would complain about is the price (pretty expensive for a 2bed apartment) and the fact that the apartment has not removed a rental insurance fee (even though i have insurance)

It’s a nice building with nice floor plans. 1st floor is amazing with the tallest ceilings I’ve ever seen, even though I live on 4th floor!! Except for a few small incidents involving our patio door handle not working , we are very happy overall and would recommend Verus to friends, family , and anybody else looking for a new apt !FYI - Luis is a great leasing representative, very helpful , and always goes out of his way to assist. Ive had no issues with noise coming from other tenants.Just one complaint, I have an electric vehicle which made this apartment attractive when I moved in with two chargers in my garage. However, the spaces by the EV chargers are not EV only so its hard to get a space to recharge my car as other drivers park in those spaces.

The reasons for my 5 star review...excellent staff, amenities, adequate parking, great outdoor spaces and contemporary floor plans.The rent is on par with comparable complexes in the area. However Circa stood out with their hospitality & design.As this complex is brand new, of course you would expect to have to work out some issues. Thus far, the management staff & maintenance crew have quickly responded to all requests & followed-up until the issue was resolved.To address other reviews. I have lived here 10 weeks and they have tested the fire alarms once for about 10 minutes. The other time the alarms went off it was not a test and required the fire department to respond. Even then it was only about 30 minutes.

Apartment staff is very helpful shoutout to Taylor, Amanda, and Xenia! They make sure your experience in the complex is great. (i.e inviting food trucks to come to the complex, as well has hosting some Happy Hours). Another thing I like about the complex, is the fact that they have a groundskeeper. It is refreshing to walk the complex and not see a bunch of trash or dog feces (Pet owners should be responsible and pick up after their pets btw). Lastly the maintenance staff has been very prompt if anything needs to be addressed.

I love love love living at cortland of stonebriar. Having friendly and responsive leasing and maintenance staff makes a world of difference, and the building is well kept. The units are well constructed and properly updated, with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, vinyl tile flooring throughout, and large windows as well as sleek ceiling fans. Whenever I have made a suggestion, I have felt heard. I suggested adding more doggie stations on sides of our building where people often walk their dogs in the shade, and the stations were installed a week later. I suggested cleaning the carpeted hallways more regularly as people have spills when taking their trash to the trash chutes from their apartments, and next thing I know, there is maintenance staff vacuuming and cleaning windows every week!To top it off, the staff are so nice, even if just stopping by to say hi. My pups love to pull me in every afternoon when I get home from work so they can say hi to the staff.

We moved in the last week of June and have really loved it here. The staff has been very helpful and friendly, especially Luis who guided us through the leasing process and always answers any questions we have. Its so nice to live in a brand new complex and we like this style much better than where we were before. We get gorgeous sunset views every evening and have absolutely zero complaints about our neighbors, the facilities or the amenities, all of which have been great!

We were a little tentative to move into the center of Frisco. We figured it would be way too expensive and busy and they would just treat us like another number. NOT TODAY!!!! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!!! This property is so close to both Dallas North Tollway and 121 which makes my commute to work a breeze. When Im not at work, you can find me at the secluded rooftop pool. Amazing!!!! My pups love it here too. The doggie spa makes it so easy to give little Chico and Zion a bath. They also love running into their favorite leasing agent Jeff. He always has treats for them. We love it here.

As I sit here and reflect about the fire alarms going off this past Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, I would like to say that I am VERY thankful they did! You see, my apartment is the one directly under the pipe that burst! I only had seconds to collect my belongings and get to safety! I had gone to bed and shortly thereafter, the alarm went off followed by black water rushing everywhere. I left with my purse, no shoes, apartment left unlocked and got to my car during freezing weather not knowing if it was a fire or not but glad to be out of the situation. Most complexes have what is called a fire suppression system that can set fire alarms off if they sense steam or vapor such as a busted frozen water pipe. This alarm notifies the fire department to come as a safety precaution making sure we are safe no matter what the situation is. While I would agree fire alarms going off due to water seem like an inconvenience. They saved me and others from having a ceiling possibly collapse on them! It sounds cliche to say that you never really understand what its like until you go through it but it is true! You dont have time to think and safety is your only concern at that point! While all of my furniture and electronics are gone, I am ok! I could see fire fighters lights in my apartment when I came walking up the sidewalk. A young man who I had never seen before, noticed I didnt have shoes and gave me his so a member of the fire department could take me upstairs to get my seizure medication! Caitlin the community manager had called and texted me to let me know of the situation not knowing that I was home at the time and was safe. She and an employee named Ash made sure that I was taken care of and had a warm, safe place to go! Christmas day the alarms went off again because of water. Thats when I found out that the young man named Luther, the one who had unselfishly given me his shoes, actually worked at the office and the situation had left him without a home as well. I briefly talked with Chris on Christmas morning who was one of the crew on what they call fire watch 24 hours a day. While others were sharing the holiday with their loved ones, someone was always behind the scenes doing their part to protect us! I share this because pipes can burst in a home, apartment, hotel, duplex or townhome etc. No one is immune to this and no manager or their staff are responsible for these situations! While it is an inconvenience to those unscathed by the fire alarms and water damage, those of us who were impacted directly, would rather have this safety feature instead of nothing at all. Thank you Cortland Crew for all that you do seen and unseen! It takes a lot of people to operate facilities like this. Youre a great team and Im happy to continue living here.

Oh this has been a joy. We downsized from a 3100 sqft home to a 2 bedroom apartment here at Verus. Perfect. Dog friendly with a run and area to wash pets that I dont have to maintain. Cinema room that we reserved for my daughters birthday that was stocked with candy and popcorn with great speakers, 2 story gym is awesome (little chilly and could use a leg press and punching bag but otherwise wonderful and stocked with towels, tvs and equipment). Coffee bar keeps us and the other residents coming down all day and getting to know one another. Great pool with a low level area to sit or for kids to play. Great patio courtyard area...that I dont have to maintain with grills and activities. The staff is great. Perfect next place to live!

We love the Verus Apartments! As soon as you walk in, you can tell how beautifully decorated it is. They are so conveniently located to Stonebriar Mall, Target, Nordstroms Rack, just to name a few, and a bunch of restaurants. The managers here are incredibly sweet and helpful. The whole staff for that matter. It is well maintained, at all times. Their amenities are the best we have seen. This apartment complex is really one you should consider.

This was an amazing property. I have looked at numerous properties throughout the Frisco, Allen, Plano and McKinney areas and this one by far exceeded my expectations. The one thing that stood out the most about Verus as opposed to other properties, was Angelica. She was extremely knowledgeable, had a contagious smile and was just an all around great person to be helped by. Angelica was not pushy like other properties and really dug deep to figure out what exactly would work best for me. She did not look at me as a sale, but as someone she genuinely wanted to help. In a day and age where customer service has been on a decline, Angelica was a spectacular bright spot in helping me. I would 100% recommend speaking with Angelica if you are in the market.

If you’re a very picky person (like me) when it comes to choosing an apartment this review is for you:The pros:-The interior layout of the apartment was designed with an open concept.-The closets are huge.-The stainless steal appliances and countertops are my favorite.-The living space is large enough for all my furniture and great for having guests over.-All my neighbors are so kind.-Always plenty of parking.-Gym has top notch equipment (they even have a towel service)-I’m not big on swimming but love sitting by the pool to read (it’s never crowded).-Hallway carpet is always clean and smells nice.-The office staff keeps all my many packages safe and sends me texts reminders (THANK YOU!)-The office staff has an event or something every month!-I’m across from the dog park and see some of the cutest fur babies!Cons:Seriously, I am a FM and I have no complaints about this property. It is managed very well. I’m very impressed with the garbage collection program and the landscaping. This place stays spotless!The only thing I can think of is that the parking garage has narrow turns, but if you go the speed limit you should A-okay! He was very courteous and personable, was a pleasure having him in my home!Love Verus, the layout and look of the apartments are amazing. Daling is sooooo friendly, she made moving from Florida seamless. Daling is extremely personable and made sure every one of our needs were met. After a month of living here we haven’t had any issues and any request has been promptly looked after!Update: Cortland purchased the property, but they have been excellent.
