    Very happy with our new home, the pool area makes it feel like we’re at a resort and so much near by shopping is so convenient. Target and H-E-B are less than 5 minutes away. The team goes above and beyond to deliver happiness to residents in terms of customer service and cleanliness of the grounds. ESTEBAN, helped with our move in process and was super helpful and quick with the entire move. He was definitely a selling point for us! Thank you!

    Recently moved in. Very satisfied with our new home. Clean, nice, serene community, same day response requested maintenance. Convenient location. HEB, Target, Kroger are less than 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores near by. Especially NO cockroaches in my apartment at Cortland Allen Station. (I lived in 2 different apartments prior to moving to Cortland Allen Station and there were a lot of cockroaches at the previous places).Esteban at the leasing office has been always super helpful with accommodating our requests, so friendly and nice, makes us feel very comfortable. Ask for him to be your next leasing consultant.

    I’ve lived here with my wife for about 3 weeks and have nothing but positive things to say. It truly does feel like a resort when experiencing the pool and community areas. The business center is a brilliant addition and the conference room is even more so. I can work from home comfortably in any of these areas, or just relax.Service requests are addressed extremely quickly. Daniel, the Service Manager, is extremely responsive and quick to work. He was able to terminate our Ethernet connections to our internet box the same day we put the service request in, and he actually follows up with tenants if the tenant has a conflict in scheduling for service.We’ve got 12 months to go in our lease, but nothing but positive marks currently. I’m confident we’re gonna keep loving it here and likely renew our lease!!

    We recently moved into this apartment and we absolutely love everything about it! The appliances in the apartment are modern and interiors are great!We needed to coordinate a lot of things virtually before the move and Kyara was extremely supportive of all our needs during the process.The location is accessible to Target, HEB, Homegoods and some restaurants. There’s also a walking trail just outside the apartment that leads a lake. We are so excited to call this our new home!

    Moved in 2 weeks ago - so far great. Shout out to the maintenance team, especially Daniel, they response really fast. One afternoon I found a wasp net and submitted, its removed the same day, and my other internet problem was solved on the next day (by Daniel). Great guys.

    Amazing place to live! The staff goes the extra mile for you to make sure you are happy. Best apartment complex I lived in! Sadly im moving from this location, but going to the Sky Rise Cortland in Downtown Dallas and I’m excited for that one as well. I will only stay at Cortland because they know how to make their residents happy! Never had an issue living here, everyone always took care of me. Thank you guys it was an amazing experience

    This is the best apartment complex I have ever been to and lived at. The apartments are so nice and the staff is GREAT. And the pools and gym and all that sort of stuff is always so clean and nice. But the best part, the elevators and parking garage. I can just park and go up the elevator. No more parking across the town then having to go up 3 flights of stairs.

    I recently moved to Cortland, and I cant say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the modern, clean design and the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the complex.The apartments themselves are spacious and well-appointed, with high-quality appliances and finishes that make everyday living a joy. The open floor plans and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The amenities are truly top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, providing a great space for staying active. The swimming pool and lounge areas are perfect for relaxing on the weekends or after a long day at work. Additionally, the community spaces are beautifully designed, offering a wonderful setting for socializing with neighbors or hosting friends.One of the standout features of this complex is the exceptional management and staff (especially Angel Parker). They are incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. Their dedication to maintaining a safe and pleasant living environment is evident in everything they do.The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Its a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal place to call home.

    Im proud to live at Cortland Allen Station. The apartments are beautiful, and are very well maintained. If you need anything at all, the office staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure all of us residents have the best experience. They schedule events for the residents, like pool parties, or a weekly food truck, and this really makes it feel like a community. Theyve also provided breakfast on many occasions, including Chick-fil-A on the way to work. It truly feels like home. Fortunately Ive only needed to call maintenance once, but they were there in a flash. The area is very quiet... and I dont ever hear any noise from the neighbors (which you would expect when living in an apartment). The location is extremely convenient to all of the shops and restaurants at the Village in Allen. Looking to make this place home for a bit!

    Angel has gone out of her way on several occasions to help me with several issues. Recently she helped me track down a missing package. She stopped what she was doing and searched the Luxor area and then the mail room. When we couldnt find it, she helped me file a claim with Fed Ex for the lost package. She is always so nice and friendly and very helpful. I so appreciate her kindness.

    Got lucky last summer and met Esteban Silva in the leasing office. He encouraged me to act quickly and fill out an application that night. I took his advice and now 6 months later we are very happy in a lovely apartment. Very happy, it’s a great place to live and a very good value. Well run and well maintained too.

    After touring many apartments, as I walked into the leasing office at Cortland Allen Station, I knew that this was the one! Since the moment I was greeted by Iman with the most welcoming smile she was very kind, patient and answered every single question. She is very firm on her knowledge regarding the community and she guided me through it all and made the process smooth and easy! I definitely recommend her. She’s one of the best! This complex is located in the perfect location with so much around! Everyone I came into contact with was nothing less than helpful and nice! 10/10!

    Iman has been absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She really went above and beyond to make our application and moving process so smooth in a very short amount of time. And everyone else we’ve met here has been exceptional! They’re very prompt and happy to be of assistance. The complex is kept very clean, it’s quiet, and seems very safe. We’re so happy to call Cortland at Allen Station our new home!

    Citron Allen Station is a great new apartment building with tons of great amenities. The pool area with gas grills, the entertainment area with shuffleboard, a pool table and ping pong table, media room and computer lab and the list goes on.If you come to see for yourself, ask for Lauren. She has been exceptional from my first tour and with helping with anything I have needed following my move-in!

    Kyara was incredibly helpful, giving us a thorough tour of all the units we were interested in and showing us the great amenities. Although we ultimately didnt choose this place for personal reasons, Kyara went above and beyond by refunding us half of the application fee we had already paid. The service and her professional attitude were 5/5.

    Edward has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about all maintenance request my family have requested. In addition to always being punctual, he always explains why things go wrong and how to prevent them in the future, rather than just ticking the problem and departing. After completing another emergency request(which wasn’t marked as an emergency initially) Edward took the time to explain how I can use the emergency maintenance request call center and where I could find more information to receive aid faster. Best of all he handles his tasks quickly, professionally, and gracefully. What a humble personal. Cortland does a wonderful job on staffing choices.

    I would like to take a moment to rave about my experience with the Cortland Allen Station staff…. Especially Mr. Esteban. I recently moved from Florida to Texas and let me tell you.. Esteban exemplified excellent customer service. He helped to make this move a smooth transition and was with me every step of the way to ensure proper set-up. All of this was being done while I was still in Florida dealing with the recent death of my mom. His response time was amazing when it came to addressing my concerns. Even though I changed my apartment multiple times, he never let that deter him from providing great customer service. He was the big reason I decided to make the Cortland Allen Station my new home. He made me feel welcomed with open arms and was very attentive to my concerns. Although all of the staff was amazing.. Esteban delivered world-class customer service…. Great job!!!!!

    I just moved in few days ago and I have had the best experience with the leasing office team at this place. Shout out to Kyara for helping me with everything that had to do with the leasing process, from the day I signed the application to the day I moved in. I wanted to also mentioned Kevin from the leasing office. He helped made my moved in extremely smooth. I had some issues with my sofa delivery long story short, my sofa was delivered but they couldn’t take it to my apartment unit. Kevin told me not to worry and he personally took care of it by taking my two boxes to my apartment. One box alone weigh over 200lbs. I watch him sweat early in the morning. I have a good feeling about living here already. Thank you so much Kelvin!!

    This review is for the amazing maintenance staff who are super helpful and prompt with the service requests. Our thermostat stopped working and I had posted a service request on a Friday afternoon.Edward was here by evening, he replaced the entire dust filter, found the blown fuse, fixed the connected circuitry up on the building roof by late Friday evening. And got the air conditioning working in 96 degrees Fahrenheit Texas weather. Thank you so much!!

    Cortland Allen Station is by far the BEST! This apartment complex is very well maintained. The leasing agents really care about their residents. Any concern or question they resolve it in a timely matter. I have personally interacted with everyone and they are all so kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure all of their residents have the best experience. I love how they have residents events every month! They truly care for their residents. The service team is incredible. They always greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. They complete work orders very quickly. I love all the amenities and the fun area in the clubhouse.     Edward was amazing at fixing my garbage disposal and shower head! He went above and beyond to explain why the garbage disposal was not working and how to be preventative next time. He also provided tips for shower head maintenance and asked if there were any other issues we may have been experiencing in our home. He took initiative with changing out our light bulbs and changed the air filter! Weve never experienced this level of resident service with any of the maintenance technicians! Please give Edward a raise! Great job, Edward!

    The staff and amenities more than make the stay worth it. They are very friendly and informative. There’s a pool that’s always clean and a coffee machine for everyone to use. The gym is a little small but everything you need . Best apartment my wife and I have ever had! Edward came by in the middle of the night just to fix our AC unit as soon as possible.

    Cortland Allen is a great place! There are extremely nice facilities, pools, work spaces, and it is very clean. The other tenants are respectful and quite. The staff is easy to work with and quick to respond. I have worked with Lady quite a bit and she is great at what she does! Great place for individuals and families.

    This is an update to our previous review.Again, the apartment, amenities and location are perfect. There have been some opportunities for improvement over the last 18 months, but it seemed we were unable to find resolution under the previous manager. From our perspective it didnt always seem as though the property management staff was focused on resident satisfaction.To be clear, each of the concerns expressed in the previous review been addressed, corrected and/or have a fix in the works. Yes, I was passionate about my concerns/issues, as in the past they seemed to fall on deaf ears. But, I allowed my frustration to drive me to the point that I stomped into the office and blurted out a laundry list of issues, with no regard for the staff. I interrupted their day, with expectations they would drop everything and cater to my concerns. Thats just not fair to anyone.However, today we had the opportunity to sit down with Lady and Kevin to discuss our concerns. It was a wonderful experience. We both left the property management office with smiles and a new found respect for every member of Kevins team. (There has never been any question that the entire staff at CAS is kind and caring!) Kevin, thank you for your time! It was a pleasure to meet you.Thank you Lady! Your professionalism and kind heart resulted in our signing a new 15 month lease today. You reminded me that communication must be conducted in a manner in which ALL parties feel heard. We felt heard today and gained an understanding of the changes you and Kevin are implementing to ensure every resident feels heard! Change takes time and patience. The staff at CAS is diligently working to ensure that every resident is proud to call CAS home. Keep up the good work!

    I have been living here for the past 2 years now and I must say that my experience has been amazing! The property is clean, peaceful and secure. Leasing office is extremely professional and will go beyond your expectations to help you out, specially Esteban. Also, the maintenance team is very prompt in fixing issues. Seewan from the maintenance team is an amazing person and extremely helpful! Not planning to move out anytime soon. If I do, will probably be in a bigger apartment here!

    I highly recommend their maintenance. A/c went out over night and (I think his name was Edward) we gave them a call the next day. Mind you it’s his off day and he lives a hr away. Within 2 hours of us calling a/c was back up and running. I appreciate good service and people who care about their job, thanks man!

    Cortland has been Great since theyve taken over. The staff in the office is super personable. Ive had good experiences with Marilyn and Taylor, and the whole of the maintenance team is very good quality. Property cleanliness is just as good as it was with Davis. It started as a luxury property and still is. Best of all, they keep the coffee machine in the office full of yummy liquids. Im usually down there at least once a day grabbing something delicious before work, and the staff is always sweet. Keep up the great work yall!

    Like to take another opportunity to brag about the staff here at Cortland Allen Station, specifically Lady, Karwan and Julio. I recently reported a couple of maintenance issues and before I could get them entered through the resident portal, Lady informed me she entered them for me. Maintenance personnel responded very quickly. While in my apartment taking care of the initial issues, Karwan and Julio took it upon themselves to help me get some other furniture put together. The two of them went above and beyond, which seems to be the motto of Cortland Allen Station.

The area is awesome for shoppers like me and super close to the highway (literally about two minutes down from the moment you exit the gate).     Location is great with shopping centers like Target and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Top Golf next door and outlet mall is less than 5 min away. Has garage, elevators, 2 story gym with updated equipment and 2 pools. Most importantly an amazing staff and maintenance team! Kyara leased to me and has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area!

    Its been over a month since Ive moved here with my wife and we like it a lot.The building looks great. One of my favorites amenities is the Theater Room and the Coffee Bar.     Not very many places that have fast maintenance. This place is an A+ on getting anything and everything fixed. In the summer the AC went out, they came out the next day and it was fixed. Very impressive. I have an electric car and the chargers in the garage are so nice. Only down side is that the chargers where wired wrong so it splits power. when two cars are on the Changer the per hour is halved. Either need more chargers or it rewired to speed up charging. There are quite a bit of electric cars and 7 MPH is a little slow to get all the cars rotated. takes over 24 hours to get fully charged with the split power. However we are lucky enough to have them and do appreciate it. Facility is clean and very quiet, can’t ask for much better.

    This residential community is a well organised, friendly place to live, situated close to key highways but surprisingly quiet. Minutes away are popular retail outlets, restaurants and a wide range of shops and services. Also nearby is a lake, park, trails and sports facilities. The apartments are clean, stylish and well-appointed. The complex has attractive common spaces, gardens, pools, barbecue areas, a business center, meeting rooms and a good sized gym. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. The management and maintenance teams are very helpful, friendly and keen to make you feel at home. The communication with residents is excellent, headed up by Esteban Silva, leasing consultant, who works hard with his team to keep the community safe and well informed. Living at Cortland Allen is my first experience of living in America and it has been a very positive start to my life here, for which I am very grateful. I can highly recommend it.

    Long overdue review. I recently moved into this beautiful community and the leasing team especially Esteban were great throughout the whole process.I encountered some minor defects from my unit and there was an issue with getting my internet setup on time due to the previous resident, but Esteban displayed world-class customer service and ensured these things were treated with urgency and care.     I want to take the time to write a review about Allen Station. It seems like in today’s times we only read about the bad and not the good. We have lived here for 3 months and it’s been a pleasure. The staff is so kind and helpful making me and my wife feel at home. Parking is great and we never have to worry about finding a spot. We love the fact that the property is well taken care of. When we moved in, our apartment was amazing, all the way down to cleaning. I really love the area. There are so many great spots to eat.     Close to everything for a good price! We started our search because we were working in Dallas and were looking from anywhere from Fort Worth to Terrell. We had viewed many apartments online and in person and hadnt quite found what we wanted. One day we went to Brio Tuscan Grille and really liked that a lot of the shops we like to go to were in the area so the next morning I googled apartments in Allen Texas and Cortland was the first one that popped up. Everything stuck out to me, the community and the apartments looked clean, and it had the feel that we had been looking for. So we did an online tour and instantly my husband said that he wanted to apply online. Instead, I called the apartment to schedule a tour. It was great because they were willing to do a same-day tour which had been a problem with other apartments complexes. With other places it was difficult to get a tour unless you had scheduled it days or a week or so out due to them being short-handed or something. But Cortland was able to get us in and we applied for it that afternoon after viewing the unit we were interested in. Our agent was Esteban who was very helpful and easy to talk to. He was able to answer our questions and maintained his easy-going demeanor while he showed us both layouts of the same unit so we could get a feel for which floor plan we liked better (the left or the right). We applied and he set a bold move-in date for 2 days later, and stayed on top of our paperwork even though he was out of the office the following day. We were still able to move in thats that date that we had set. It was the fastest we had ever applied for, gotten accepted, and moved in to a rental. He also introduced us to some of the staff and everybody there will greet you with a smile when they see you. Even the maintenance guys are cheerful and willing to help you with anything you need- I never see them in a bad mood! The staff at Cortland really does try to make you feel like your needs are being met and that you are living in a luxury resort! Quite literally there is a fountain outside my window and I feel like Im living at a spa when I crack my windows. My neighbors are really quiet and I havent had a bad encounter yet with them. People keep to themselves but they are polite and some will strike up a good conversation. Theres a lot of animals here but everyones dogs seem to be very well mannered. Not a lot of barking not a lot of messes. I dont know why but it seems like this complex is very quiet either because of the fountains drowning out the sound or the thick walls. This place is kept pretty clean and maintained. The only complaint that I have is that the walk from my car to my apartment is quite long and the recycling bin isnt really made for small people like myself. But other than that, this place checked all the boxes while having a great price compared to most of the other places weve looked at. We were able to get a ground unit with high ceilings and granite countertops with a large floor plan and a luxury style complex for under $2,000 per month. Especially for the access to all the shopping centers, trails, activities nearby, and the proximity to Dallas, I feel like Im getting more than what Im paying for. I never wanted to move into an apartment complex ever again, but I feel like we made a good decision moving to Cortland.

    From the apartment perspective this is a nice place. Good Gym, Facilities etc. But there are issues1. The fire alarms are super loud. The fire alarms have been triggered multiple times for no reason. IN my 4 months of stay it has gone off multiple times.2. There is ample parking place but its cumbersome depending on where your apartment it. The biggest challenge is for delivery folks. Most of the time they complain they have to walk a lot or they have even cancelled the deliveries as they have been unable to find the way. Easy access for these folks from back side would have been helpful. Lot of my friends with old parents chose not to come as the walk is just too much. On top of this the guess parking is on 5th floor. Again extremely cumbersome.Apart from that The office & team itself is good. The maintenance staff is very helpful. Special Kudos to Seewan Hamahameen who ensures that that service tickets are attended by him quick & fast. The place is very close to some of the shopping area which is little helpful.

    We lived in Cortland Allen for 14 months. Like any other apartments, it has Pros and Cons, but it has more Pros to me than Cons. It is a beautiful property in great location. Everything you need is just right at your fingertips. Their facilities are great, two large pools, club house, gym, dog park etc. It’s very close to parks if you want to go for a walk or run. They make some events for the tenants that will make you really feel that you’re in a good community The best part of the apartment is the management. Lady, Kiara, Esteban, Deshaun & the new community manager, Brett. They all deserve 10 stars! Everyone that works there will just go above and beyond to help you when you need some help. I highly recommend this apartment specially if you like to live close to everything

    Ive lived here for a few weeks, and have lived in probably 6 places over the last 3 years, so I can size up a property fairly quickly. Bottom line is, nice, but cheaply made at the structural level, per earlier reviews. If you want to live here, get here within the year before prices most likely hike as the place fills up.Im happy with the price, secure entry and amenities, especially coming from the east coast. My one-bedroom feels extremely spacious, and the sleek design is something a lot of people are looking for in todays rental market. The free parking garage is another bonus that I love. At the end of the day, however, there is no reason I should hear the neighbors below me as clearly as I do. Ive never experienced this in an apartment complex - and its a sign there is either no concrete floor to floor or a very thin layer. Just as bad side to side. I sleep each night with earplugs to avoid being disturbed, and thats just fine for me. If this is a deal breaker for you, look elsewhere.Also, personal pet peeve, why cant we choose our internet provider? I want to ensure I got the best rate possible, so I elected to go without.

How nice to be dealing with a “team”. Unlike some rental offices, if your agent isn’t on site that day or unavailable, others in the office are there to answer questions and help to make it a cohesive experience. They are thoughtful of your needs and go the distance to make sure you are happy. The apartments are well priced and are definitely not in a remote area at all. You are literally across the street from shopping and restaurants! And they have really high end features throughout the entire complex. There are two swimming pools, numerous out door grills and comfortable seating. Plus a movie theater and two story gym. We really appreciate having a parking garage for our cars (at no extra charge). If you want great, personalized service you won’t go wrong with any of the staff at this location, but we are so grateful to Hanna, Cierra and Lindsey for all they did!!

    As a new tenant at Citron Allen Station Apartments I have to give it a 4 out of 5 star rating. I really do love the entire place, vibe and staff. Ron the head of Maintenance is awesome, professional, hard working, very kind and has came to the rescue as late as 12 AM while pulling into the driveway to his home. The front office staff Cierra, Lauren, Hannah and Rohina are outstanding at their jobs, very attentive, professional and quick to tasks. My apartment is very lovely and the community is beautiful. I have a small list of pros and cons which make it a 4 star rather than 5.Pros- Beautiful designs and layouts- Everything is brand new- Gym is very nice- The amenities they do have are top notch- The parking is awesomeCons- Master bathroom tub and shower are VERY VERY VERY cheap quality. The tub is not actually usable due to it being soooooo incredibly shallow and the water drain at the end being sooo low. My 55 wife cant take a bath because the water wont cover her legs needless to say her body and the tub is very poor quality and it completely befuddled me as to why the guest bathroom tub is stone and very deep and why they cheaped out on the master?!?!?! The shower flooring is cheap plastic as well trimmed with nice stone...- They have no Jacuzzi/ hot tub... This level of complex should have at least a jacuzzi and if they provided a Jacuzzi this would completely make me forget about the poor quality tub and shower in my huge bathroom.I really do recommend the builders RIP out every plastic tub and shower and redo them with stone, at the very least build a spa area for us..charge me extra I dont care but this place needs it!

    My husband and I just moved in and we are very happy with our choice. The staff is very attentive and the amenities are fabulous, especially the gym and pool. Rohina was great with the move in process. Cierra and Nes have helped us too, and they are equally as wonderful!

    I moved here with my coworkers, working for Aptive Environmental over the Summer. I can’t explain how much this place is top notch and you can’t beat having Top Golf right across the street. If you are in the Allen area you will absolutely love the comfiness and home ara. Come on down and make Cortland your space.

    Being my first apartment, I have to say I completely lucked out 🙌🏽! Ive been here for about a month and have enjoyed every minute of it. The quality of this facility is top tier, and the price is better than perfect. *I will be sad if/when they raise their rent 😥* Looking anywhere else will only result in compromise in budget or quality. You will be hard pressed to find anything better than this facility. 🌳🌳🌤️🏊 🐶Speaking of quality, nothing quite beats an already beautiful apartment than amazing customer service! Rohina, Cierra, Lauren, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and overall top notch leasing specialists👌🏽. They are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything you need!I honestly would give this place ten stars if I could 🌟. Being so close to all the shops, restaurants, and parks, and not to mention the vast number of included apartment amenities, is almost priceless. Consider me a happy camper! 🙌🏽🙌🏽😭

    I am pretty happy here, it is quiet enough to work from home. Staff does help when needed. Your never going to be truly satisfied with everything at an apartment complex because you are living around people. But it is a nice place and feels homey.

    Beyond expectations. Seewan saved the day. we lived here for 2 years and most of things are going well. but last night the AC broke. called the maintenance and in 30 minutes Seewan came to check what the problem was and replaced the malfunctioning part. its 103 outside but thanks to Seewan its 74 inside.thats what i call exccelent customer service.

    I just moved in a week ago a loved it. Cierra was AWESOME with the whole process and I am the most with the most questions. The staff and especially Cierra were very patient and helpful. I loved the complex already and have zero complaints. The things that are worth complaining about are to be expected seeing as how the complex is still under construction...i.e. ants, trash chutes not available. Will come back and give update if this changes but i doubt it. I LOVE IT!!UPDATE - 10/29/3019 Still loving it here. However I may have moved to the wrong place because i am walking distance to, too much shopping eating and drinking :-)
