Corsair is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. It’s refreshing to know the entire staff including the manager. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness center being open 24/7 is awesome and is rarely crowded. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful people.

The staff here at Corsair is honestly the best ever, the property manager Chanelle is always there to help any way possible it’s not like most complexes where the higher ups avoid calls from residents. Vanessa is such a sweet person she is always available to help and resolve an issues you may have, as soon as you reach out to here. Last but not least the maintenance team is always on standby by when needed Nick has taken care of anything that I had issues with (which wasn’t many) but he treated my minor issues with urgency just like the rest of the staff her at Corsair I’ll definitely be renewing my lease here. I love the community and the staff they are the best hands down.

I have had many ups and downs with getting our new apartment but I can say that the management here truly cares and is willing to get things done (not all leasing offices are like this!) We had a slight delay in our move in date due to construction, and there are still some things that need to be complete but they were able to move us in. These apartments are beautiful, clean and you can tell the builders didn’t cut corners. I already love it here and my husband Sterling does too!

So far so great. When I toured initially, it was with Gladys who also helped me with my application process and she’s just amazing. I also had help from Sara who was just as amazing. I have had no problems with the staff. Move in went smoothly. Maintenance was quick to fix any immediate things I needed fixed. It was all small stuff, but I appreciate their responsiveness and friendliness. I really love the gym and amenities here. My dogs love the dog park. Overall, I recommend Corsair and happy to live here.

I recently moved into the Corsair apartment complex and it is a breath of fresh air. The apartment has a new style design with greyish cabinetry and white countertops. Looks very updated and clean and is easy on the eyes when I walk in. Also the walls doors and floors have a modern trim and aren’t gaudy. I have a great view and usually keep my AC at around 70 but it doesn’t get hot in my apartment. My bill was fairly low this last month. Also I don’t hear my neighbors really except when they open their doors. The halllways are cement floors so they travel but it is AC controlled. The people here are really cool too and most everyone is friendly, which is nice compared to when lived in Dallas. A lot of professionals and young professionals. A lot of families too. Good place to live!!

I visited several properties last week and Corsair stood out the most. I loved all the amnesties especially the cold brew and kombucha.The customer service Chanelle provided was unmatched and her professional was great!She explained everything and answered all my questions before I even asked.The property is gorgeous and the pricing is within our budget. I love that is brand new!The property is my choice. My roommate needs to visit before we make a decision.

It’s been okay so far. the first weekend i moved in some one was up all hours of the night yelling and honking their horn at 3:30 am. i hope that isn’t how it will go for the next 12 months. it took about 3 weeks to get a lease after i was approved. my favorite staff member at the office is sarah, she is always so sweet and attentive. i have bumped heads with the manager because she comes off a little too sassy for me but she’s okay. everything is new and clean and hoping it stays this way the duration of my lease and after more people start to move on. the apartment finishes are sleek and modern, no complaints about the unit overall. surrounding area is nice lots of restaurants and things to do.

Moved in about a week ago. Everything’s been great so far! Special shout-out to Jesseca and Alyssa for all of the help. Building is brand new and construction seems to be well done. Area is still being developed, but reminiscent of The Colony prior to all of the growth there. Easy access to PGBT & a Sprouts nearby.I have a saying, that you can always tell how much a place cares about their employees or tenants by the coffee maker and Corsair has a super automatic Newco that’ll run about $8k easily. As a coffee addict, it’s a godsend. Overall happy with the move! Looking forward to the next year here.
