    I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing community! Its really unique compared to other places Ive been to. The rent is super affordable and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have to give a shoutout to Ana Rodriguez, the manager. Shes seriously the nicest person ever and always goes out of her way to help. Even though the amenities arent super fancy, theyre still really great. The gym may be small, but it has everything you need to get a good workout in!

    Ms Nubia and her staff are the absolute best. A very professional and communicative front office. They have given me nothing but the best experience since i moved in. I highly recommend Coronado Villas if youre looking for a great place in the Denton area.

    I just moved in and lets just say coming from oak Meadows to Coronado villas has been such a life changer. I was so nervous to move into a new place coming from a bad place. The front office ladys were so understandable that I didnt want to sign my lease before I saw the apartment. Me and my boyfriend are amazed on how good it looks. I had a issue with my shower and my heater as soon as moved in. They put in a work order as soon as I told them and it was fixed the next day.They made sure today that I was enjoying my stay at these apartments and I love them the front office is so understandable the maintenance guy fixed my mail box when my key didnt open he fixed it the same day. Coming from a bad place to a good place has truly made life so much better the neighborhood is quite my neighbors are so nice. I can actually trust leaving my stuff out and not have to worry about it.Thank you to the people that have made my stay amazing and my dogs love the little dog park. Dont read the reviews talk to the front people they will understand and hear all of worries because they did that for me.

    I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and absolutely loved my apartment! Ana in the office is amazing! I would strongly recommend this community, never had any issues.

    The staff is very helpful and very responsive to what you may need. I like the location. This property is very close to everything downtown square, TWU, shopping, movies, food and more. The parking is more than enough, on-site laundry if you dont have laundry in your apartment, quite, and my neighbors are nice. As a single female I feel very safe. When I was looking for a place online I didnt belive a place like this would be at this price bit its true.I also want to add, I called and informed them I had a broken window and needed it fix right away and they did. They also didnt charge me and called and asked if I was ok.

    I have lived here close to 8 months now and honestly I can say I enjoy living here. Will with maintenance and Ana in the office really care about their tenants and always take care of our every need or repairs. Kudos. PS: the bad reviews on here don’t really do justice to the work this team does.

    The office staff is very professional and understanding. Renovations are looking great, and management company is really giving our home a nice new look. Highly recommend these apartments.

    I dont even live here, but i had to say this. The manager from this complex went out of his way to help us at Aspire today. He assisted in the retrival of vehicles. He shoveled ice out of our roadways and helped push out stuck cars. No payment, no incentive, just good people reaching out to help. When our management abandoned us he was there to help! bless you, Mr. Mario!

    I have lived here for 2 years and will sadly be leaving soon. Apartments are spacious (stayed in one bedroom) and was never wanting for room. Maintenance is quick and helpful with requests. The staff have been friendly and helpful for my tenure here. Rent costs are good especially as Denton apartments go up and up. Cannot recommend Coronado Villas enough and am sad I will be leaving.

    I applied at Coronado Villas and the application process was quick, office staff was very friendly. I scheduled a tour with Ana and she showed me an apartment, was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly. The property is very clean and well kept up.

    Nice apartments, spacious and friendly staff. They only have one maintenance person but he always shows up the same day or next day and is also friendly and I can tell he knows what he is doing. I have to relocate for job purposes but will really miss it here. 👍

    I am so happy to have made the move to Coronado. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and I couldnt be more proud to be a resident of Coronado Villas. Ana and Will are forces of nature who are always going the extra mile for their tenants. I routinely see them both on the weekends! Coming from a complex that was never in the office and had maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, I hit the jackpot here!

    I am not disappointed by Coronado Villas! They are by far, the best apartments in this area to live in. Any other place will be a waste of money and time. The manager Stasia and Daniel are super nice and are very responsive to resident concerns. The maintenance team is very hard-working as well. Parking policy is great and there are never issues finding places to park.

    I originally called US Property Consultants on accident. The girl there was really nice and she referred me to Ana and John at Coronado. They were very informative and friendly. The property has recently been upgraded and looks great.

    This is an older be part of Denton but still beautiful. The grounds are taken care of, the staff are friendly, polite and informative. The neighbors are quiet and low key which is a pleasant change from my last apartment home.

    The leasing office is a bit disorganized, a reoccurring theme for Denton apartments around campus. The office is only ran by one or two people that are constantly going in and out of the office so going to the office during office hours its pretty common they are closed, like right now, a Monday at 1:15pm. The apartments themselves are very nice, the only ideal would be taking the apartment to a better location with a better team of management (north of 380 can be inconvenient since nobody is developing north Denton.)
