Thank you to Coronado spring, I want to thank our apartment manager Freddy and maintenance for always being there for the tenets. Coronado spring is definitely an upgrade from my last apartments. Very spacious and updated. The rooms and closets are huge. Walk in laundry. And always clean outside!Highly recommend! Very satisfy tenet!

Coronado Springs Apartments are a great place to live! The apartments are clean and spacious and very affordable! Freddy the Apartment Manager and Jesse the head of Maintenance are the best. Whenever an issue arises, which isnt very often, they are quick to respond. Freddy is a great Complex Manager, he is friendly to all the residents! It a quiet and friendly neighborhood!

My family and I have lived here for a year and we love it! The apartments are beautiful, spacious and modern. The location is great and hidden. Management and maintenance are kind and give great service. Highly recommended

My family and I spent 7 wonderful years at Coronado Springs. The complex is tucked away and quiet but with quick access to shopping and the freeway. There is a beautiful landscaped dog park with a walking trail that overlooks the city. There are wild animals that pass through, such as deer, fox, and squirrels that you can view from your front door! The units are stylish and feature high ceilings, fans in every room, spacious closets, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. A wonderful place to call home!

I’ve lived here over a year. The apartments are beautifully renovated as well as spacious. This also includes refrigerated air and my very own parking spaces. Maintenance is always attentive to my needs. And do the small quiet community, whenever I need to reach management, my requests remain a top priority. Definitely recommend.

We have lived here for over 7 months and enjoy it very much! The property manager and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are well kept and any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. The complex is quiet and has great views of the mountain! We highly recommend this place!

Freddy found my family the perfect rental property. He listened to our family’s needs and requests and then spent the time going over the pros and cons of the different properties. He worked with us, making us feel comfortable and excited about our move.We were able to move into a quiet townhome community that’s also pet friendly.Freddy and his staff helped us install our washer and dryer and, immediately helped us feel right at home.If there is any reason for maintenance, we contact Freddy and he has his staff out to our home ASAP.If there is anything we or our neighbors need, Freddy is a call or text away, and always responds very quickly.Freddy makes you feel like you are living in “your home” and not just “renting” a townhouse or apartment.His customer service and attention to detail is above par,and frankly I wish more individuals in the sales/customer service industry would provide a service like Freddy does.

We have been living in these apartments for almost a year now. We love the place, everything is close to the apartments, management is quick to answer any concerns you might have, the community is clean, and overall we haven’t had any issues. Love the place 😊

Ive been living here for almost a year now and I have nothing negative to say about the the unit itself, management, or the surrounding environment. The unit is very comfortable and spacious and the air and heating systems have been working fine for me so far. Freddy is really on top of everything all the time. If for any reason I need him or have a question hes usually there or gives me a call back immediately if hes not. Neighbors are cool, too. Keep to themselves but always say hello and we have small talk now and then. Only lived in one place before this but would definitely give the nod to this place. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had my fair share of rentals here in El Paso, but i have to say this one is my favorite thus far. My apartment is big and spacious. The neighbors are great and the community as a whole is family friendly. It’s quiet at night and the views of the city and mountains are priceless. I’ve never had issues with maintenance or the staff. They’re always super friendly and they’re very reasonable people. I love renting here.

I live in the Coronado Springs Townhomes. I can tell you that the amenities are very nice for the price, making it an excellent value. The townhouse is very updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The neighbors are very friendly and family oriented. The view of the mountains from the front and the amazing sunsets from my back patio are breathtaking. Management is very nice and helpful with any issue. Very easy access to shopping areas and I-10. I would definitely recommend!

You cannot beat the value here. Great looking countertops and tile. It’s very affordable to rent here. Great location and beautiful views of El Paso. We also enjoy access to the dog park. Major issues have been fixed quickly by maintenance. We are grateful to live here and have been residents for 1.5 years.

No better place to live in all of El Paso! The property is great and very family friendly. Maintenance responds the same day to issues that may occur. The townhomes, in particular, are the best bang for your buck. They are extremely spacious and luxurious. You pay just as much for them as you would for a small apartment. Dont miss out on the opportunity to live here, you will regret it!
