Ive had such a positive experience living here, thanks to the amazing management team! Vivian, the property manager, is incredibly helpful and always available for residents. She doesnt hide behind closed doors, and its refreshing to see such a hands-on apnroach. Hannah is a standout too -she always remembers my name and takes the time to engage with me, making me feel valued. Shelli is informative, patient, and really goes the extra mile. The maintenance team is also top-notch-always responsive, respectful, and they approach their work with a smile. This is such a well-run community, d Im definitely renwing my lease with this fantastic team!

Ry-Ann, Mikalia, Brittany and Amanda are by far the most respectful, kind and caring front office personnel that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in all of the 20 years that I have been renting apartments. The professionalism here is unmatched and I love living here. If unforeseen circumstances didn’t force me to have to move I would’ve preferred to stay there for as long as possible! Great people!

If I had an option to put more stars I would…since we have moved in The staff here at The Royalton have nothing short of accommodating, 100% transparent with our questions or concerns, their response time is impeccable. If there is an issue (which is very rare) they are quick to respond and fix it. Brittany in the main office has been a blessing with helping with this transition from our last complex. This place is as close to perfect as you could ask for.

I loved my time at the Royalton! The leasing agents and management were always so friendly and helpful. They don’t tow either which is a huge plus. If you have pets they need to be on a flea medication because they are bad there but that’s also inevitable. In all, this place is super nice and affordable. I wish I didn’t have to leave!

I recently moved in and there were a few issues with apartment.. example, a switch not working. I put in service request and Willy came to help. He was very thorough, he told me all that was happening as he went along, so there were no surprises. He was very jovial, and went out of his way for me. (i showed him picture of huge spider off my porch.. identified it for me and reassured it was harmless)...

Willy the head of maintenance is truly amazing. He is devoted to servicing the residents. His knowledge of all the complex areas of maintaining such a large facility and the incredible speed at which he and his team responds to the customer is remarkable. Willy is the reason I will renew my lease in the future.

Very nice! Our leasing agent/ property manager was cool. I’ve been looking at places for when my current lease ends this fall. Rockwall is up and coming so I decided to check out some places there. I was able to tour as well as view an apartment. Ryann was very helpful and informative. I always appreciate friendly and knowledgeable property management teams. This makes leasing more enjoyable. Royalton is definitely in the short list.

I’ve had an excellent experience leasing here! My leasing agent Ry-Ann has been consistently helpful, professional, and communicative, resulting in a completely seamless moving process. Her help during my apartment search has been invaluable, and I am very pleased with my final decision to move to this community. Also, shout-out to Mikaila who has displayed an equal level of professionalism and friendliness since my first apartment tour!

I almost gave this a 3… But the issues I had wasn’t that bad to warrant a 3.This was a pretty good place to live! The units are well designed and are functional. So without the outside issues, it would be a 5 star rating.It’s the outside amenities, services, and environment that were not so great.1) Valet trash (the valet trash concept) was terrible. Not because of the service, but because of people not following rules.2) On site trash dumpster/compactor - At first, this thing was terrible. It was always full and was rarely emptied on a regular schedule. So if I had to run trash down there on non-valet days, it was overflowing with trash and junk. They need to empty it on a more regular schedule!! They need at least two disguised auxiliary dumpsters on site.3) The constant smell of people smoking weed! (And also cigars and cigarettes)! It had gotten bad by the time I moved out. So if you move here, be ready for a constant smell of weed! It is a non-smoking property. But most residents ignore it and management doesn’t enforce it.4) Never any toilet paper and towels in the clubhouse restrooms! This has been a constant problem! And they knew it… And it never gets fixed.5) On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, they need to have a “no kids (under 18) in the pool area after 4:00PM” policy! The pool area is great! Problem is on weekends, a lot of parents bring their kids and then don’t monitor them! As adults, we go to the pool for relaxation and some quiet… not to have screaming kids running, diving, and over all out of control!6) I lived there for 13 months… The gates never worked. They had started to work for a few days right about the end of my lease, but they were an abyssal failure! The last day I was there, they were broke again. They were constantly broke!So my real rating is more like a “3.5”! If they were to manage the simple basics, this could be a 5 star property!!

This was supposed to be temporary housing for my parents after my mom was released from the hospital. Unfortunately, my mom transitioned prior to being able to come here. However, Royalton at Discovery provided a place for my dad to come and be able to relax when he wasn’t at the hospital with my mom. And after she passed, they were extremely helpful and consoling to him and our entire family. This staff is amazing!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of touring this amazing complex. Their leasing agent Mikaila was super helpful with answering all my questions and her quirky super upbeat attitude made my day better. Her only shortcomings was that she needed a boosted ladder to see things from my perspective. Highly recommend this property and schedule all your tours with Mikaila!

I love to live here, everything is clean and organize. I love the pool and be able to get together with my friends, I also like the staff they are really nice. My favorite is Britany she is always available. She usually answer in a couple hours. Also i work close by and all the apartments are new so if you think to move you know where to go.

All I can say is wow! Such a beautiful property, eclipsed only by the grace of their staff. Mikaila gave me such a lovely tour, and anticipated all my questions. She really helped me get a feel for the property and the inside scoop on neighborhood! My one regret is that I got an out of state job offer I couldnt refuse. Someone else will have to live my dream of living here. And hopefully they get a tour from Mikaila!

Overall my experience has been good, but there has been some concerns. Before I moved in I was told 3 different prices for renting a washer and dryer. I hate that I had to pay $25 to put my dogs name in an app that no one will ever see!! I absolutely hate that I have to pay for the FETCH app monthly that I will NEVER use! I also dont agree that you allow any type of breed and or size of dogs. I do not want to live by two German shepherds or that I see a pit bull on my walks.

Where to start! This place has been nothing short of wonderful since I first walked in the door.Even with the struggles on their internet and phone lines being down, Alexis was EXTREMELY informative and helpful, she goes the extra mile to ensure the entire application is smooth. She kept an open line of communication to keep us informed and up to date with our application and move in.Small issues we had with the unit that ARE Expected with it being brand new were addressed and fixed immediately ! The property is beautiful and I can’t wait to see how it looks once all the construction is completed! Big thank you to Royalton and Alexis for making this an amazing move-in!
