    Loving the apartment layout! My apartment is very nice and spacious. Only complaint I have is about the parking. It makes it hard to have guests because visitor parking is mostly always taken by the same cars!! So having company over past 7pm isnt really possible since I dont want my companys car getting towed! Other than that I love everything!

    The apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. Its a somewhat rough neighborhood, but its not that bad, really. We didnt run into or hear about any incidents, and also it was a big improvement from where wed been living before, anyway.We lived here for a little over a year, from August of 2011 till November of 2012. New management had come in shortly before we moved in, so the other reviews here are probably not applicable anymore. The space we got was perfect for us. Wed just had a baby, and the kitchen and living room were very open. The vaulted ceilings were much higher than others Ive seen. Plus, we got a nice spot near the smaller pool, which was well maintained and we used it (and the larger pool) very often. We didnt have to make repair requests often, and when we did they were resolved quickly.My only complaint is that the parking policy is extremely tight, which can make it difficult to entertain. I have no problem with requiring guest passes, but to require that they be returned is a bit much. Still, overall, this is a minor quibble compared to our overall experience. The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly, and they go out of their way to make this a family-friendly place, organizing community events like a Halloween party and having a movie night with a raffle.The only reason we moved out was that we could finally afford a house, and weve been wanting to garden and have a clothes-line and do other things that you can only do with a yard. All in all, this will be a place that we will look back to fondly. Theyve done a great job here.

    Bianaca and all the office staff are super friendly and assertive when handling issues and regular tenant needs. they go out of there way to make sure we have fun events and maintenance keeps the property very well maintained. When I applied it took them no time at all to get us approved. I love it here.

    I have been living here for over 8 years, I am so happy my my job and shopping centers are close by.Office staff is great, our Manager Griselda is back, such wonderful news. She cares about the community and amazing great customer service.

    Im very happy with the apartment complex and especially happy with the staff. They have always been kind and fair with me. Maintenance request are always done promptly. The other comunity members are courteous. There is a big dog park and pool onsite. My understanding is new management took over this past year so ignore old reviews. The property is clean, and I have not had any issues with bugs. Prices are good for Austin and for the size of the apartment(these are BIG apartments). I LOVE my apartment. Tall ceilings, wood floor, huge counter space and closet. Its walking distance to HEB, the YMCA, a nice neighborhood park, and several restaurants. Also has a bus stop out front. Easy place to call home.

    I was there when Griselda was the manager, I was very happy living there. She was always keeping up with the community,and always making events for the residents making us feel appreciated. I left because my renewal was up and she was no longer manager at the end of my lease or the assistant.

    I came for a tour recently and Yesenia was the best touring agent she was so helpful with a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. The only downfall is that its a little over my budget. Perhaps I may consider coming back b/c of her. They need more agents like her.

    We have been living here in your apartment community for around 10 years so it is a good place to live...The only bad thing lately is the renewal of stikers due to constantly changing tow trucks. I think they should do a stiker just for the property since this affects many of the tenants who live here with you. (ATX TOWING) is doing a terrible job taking cars even though they have said stiker and by taking the cars quickly they damage internal parts of them and you can tell the quality of work from the comments on the (ATX) page.     I take the time to comment on the following, this is my fourth year in the community and if it is true, a couple of months ago I was about to leave due to the bad environment and not because of the management and administration, but because of the tenants. and those who came to create disorder and did not live here. Since the security company began to be here more often and the administration removed people who did not follow the rules, I want to say that the environment has improved a lot. Apart from maintaining it is good, I have not had any problems and their service is excellent. The community is kept clean and they do their best to make those who live here comfortable.
