Where can I start… I’ve been living here just a little over 6 months, and yes this is an older apartment complex but it’s kept up and a beautiful place to call home! I live in Bedford for a few years now and I love the area and the family vibes. The city also has a lot of good school and also a good school district! The ladies in the office has always been helpful and very understanding if I have concerns or issues! Sometimes life be lifing but I always made sure to keep them updated with whatever I had going on at that particular moment! I’m a single dad who has his daughter full time and I’m just trying to get by! A few months ago I had some life events that kinda rock my boat but now finally I’m back at a good spot! I don’t really bother anyone, but if you see me mostly I’m with my little minion lol! If you’re looking for a nice apartment that’s spacious, has updated appliances, large rooms and even have washers and dryer hook ups plus at a fairly affordable price, this is the perfect spot! Cherrise and Stephanie will definitely take care of you if ever there’s a problem or issue! I just wanna say thank you for allowing me and my daughter have a beautiful peaceful place to call home!💪🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

Ok, wow! I love living here. I’ve lived here for a year and some months now. People aren’t bad, you get the rare random loud noises but not every night. Office admin are so easy to talk to. I did experience a change in management here but wow they are just as great!!! If there’s a problem they always get to it. They’ve helped me out so much. The only reason it’s at 3 stars is because the apartment itself are a lil old. They definitely need to be updated (not the appliances but the apartment itself.) otherwise it’s a decent place to live ! When I first moved in I had a pest problem, but pest control comes and you have to request them to come by your apartment to spray. But since then this management has been the best to live with. They call and check in from time to time when/if they haven’t heard from you in a while.

We have been living here for 12 years and we are so impressed with the staff!The office staff is exceptional. Stephanie is so patient and very helpful. It is such a blessing to have her here. We appreciate her so much and just want to thank her for her kindness. Very professional.

Been living here for a little over a month, and everything has been amazing.First thing we noticed when we toured was how clean everything was, which was one of the reason we decided to call Copper Hill our home.Management is amazing and attentive, they go out of their way to have activities for the residents to meet and get to know each other.Just attended bingo night, where they were giving out prizes to the winner. Last month i attended wine night, which is always fun!Can’t wait to see what else Copper Hill has in store for us!

Wow, I cant believe how many people are mentioning a woman by name who is the manager here and bashing her. She is always cordial to me. In certain situations if someone wont let up, is rude, too persistant and wont take no for an answer (a no that is a decision made higher up than the manager saying no, probably) then the manager might get a little irritated. She is only human. SO far I have had no issues. The grounds are beautiful. I like my apartment. The people in the office are nice. The gym thing is new to me, so I might be a little biased since I have never had that luxury before, but hey, its free equipment, open 24 hours, no fees for the key or anything. The only thing I dont like is the 10 dollar rent for the cat, Since my cat doesnt want to get a job my husband and I have to pay the ten dollars for her. Maybe they will give me a discount on the pets rent..... :)Update: Management has changed. Ever since Jessica left and new management has arrived (I dont mention them by name, because its in bad taste), this place has been weird and stressful to live in. I hear neighbors complaining about being harassed by one of the office workers and how inconsistent and unfair they are. I have also seen some of this personally. It was nice to have management that made me feel like I was truly cared about . She, and her assistant, were sweet and very fair. As of 2023, this is not the case. Also, I put in a call to corporate about an issue, having to leave 2 messages to ask and plead for a call back. None came. Totally ignored. Needless to say, the general consensus around here these days is is most people arent happy with the way management treats them, and this I have heard by accidentally overhearing AND talking directly.Our rent went up for the first time in 7 years, as well, and although I know rent went up for mostly all Americans lately, I was told point blank on the phone by management that most people only went up about 40 dollars.... Oh wait, YOU went up a lot. Why is that? It went up like 130 bucks. Ive been here for like 8 years. I just dont understand. I feel like the last manager did what she could out of the goodness of her heart. These new folks just go by the book, to the extreme, unfairly, whether and without regard to if it hurts people or not.I also saw toilet paper bits running over and through the parking lot. It was obviously some kind of sewage leak. It was gone the next day and not sure what happened, but somewhat disgusting to have to walk through to get to my vehicle.I leave 2 starts because our patio view remains beautifulUodate 2025: Current management is fair and kind, for the most part. Not thrilled with the military, swat like community officer, but at least I know its safe. My building is old and there are some maintenance issues that have been ongoing but maintenance seems to be nice and want to fix things, even though some things cant get fixed. There is a huge foundation issue that has been going on a while but there is only so much that can be done long term. Overall it is safe and quiet and, other than one resident that seems to talk 24 hours a day, my husband and I have enjoyed our stay here

I have been living here for over 3 years and I am a 64 year grandmother of 24 grand kids, I live alone but I am never alone here at Copperhill.The staff and maintenance are always sharing, caring, and available for the tenant needs, concerns, opinion, well-being and concerns of living needs and expectations…..,, I been here over 3 years and am very satisfied……Stsff are wonderful they service is on point and available….Keep up the good work

My apartment is awesome and I definitely picked the right spot to relocate to. Kieran was and is the absolute best. She was very nice and helpful and was an absolute delight to work with. She was attentive and very welcoming. Give that girl a raise!!!

I have wanted to make a point to share my review of Copper Hill for a little while now as I have lived here almost a year in April and have truly enjoyed my stay. This is my first place in TX and I have zero complaints. Jessica and Caesar have been an amazing help from day 1 of leasing to continued assistance with any requests or questions I have. They have both been extremely patient, understanding, kind and consistently provided outstanding customer service and care to tenants here. It is quiet here, neighbors are polite and everyone pretty much stays in their own areas, but still very nice. Any maintenance requests I’ve put in were immediately handled or completed in a timely manner. The pool has always been clean and the grounds are regularly maintained. The gym is smaller in size but is still effective. There is ample parking and the location is such a convenience in my opinion. I’d recommend not to look any further, I feel safe and it’s worth every penny, this complex is a gem. So glad I came across it.

I decided to hold out on my review until I lived here long enough to give a fair one. Its a nice place to stay management is very professional. Maintenance is awesome. Whenever I put in a work order Its handled promptly..neighbors with pets always clean up behind them after walks..and the management take pride in keeping the property beautiful..the only complaint that I have is that the tenants refuse to abide by the pool rules which leads to the pool being close..so not fair to the tenants who do..other than this Its a wonderful place to stay🥰

3 Year resident here:I have enjoyed my time here at Copper Hills.Management is friendly and professional.I have seen a couple of management changes and they were all consistently great.The maintenance crew takes pride and keeps the place looking great.Noise levels are fine, and I have not seen crime here.A great value considering the central location and amenities.They include: pool, hot tub, gym, and racquetball court.A strong sense of community here. You can quickly make new friends at one of the community events.Come by and see for yourself. Join the neighborhood.

Love living here. Its pretty quiet, the office staff is amazing (especially Jessica) and the size of the units are great for the price. Copper Hill is in a great location- super close and convenient to shopping and the airport and the maintenance staff is quick and professional. They also keep the grounds well maintained. We enjoy it here.

Where do I start....Kieran in the office has been nothing but fabulous. She was so accommodating from the minute I walked in the office door. Not living in an apartment for some 40 years, I had prepared myself for noise....not the case. This is a very quiet community. I just put in my first work order and It didnt even take an hour before I had a knock at the door from Ron and my repair is now complete. Unbelievable! All of the staff here is just so nice and accommodating. You can tell they actually enjoy working here which is very refreshing to find these days. Thank you to all the staff that I have met so far (Kieran, Joel, Ron, and Eric). Job well done and you have made me feel very welcome in my new home.

I have been a resident at Copper Hill for some time and I just love it here!Cesar and Jessica in the front office are amazing and have handled all my requests timely and professionally.The maintenance staff are amazing also, they are always quick to respond and do good work!If youre looking for a new home, this is the place to be. One of the nicest managements I have been able to talk to about problems. They always get right on the task if there is an issue. They really make sure to make you feel like you are home. Every apartment place has issues, but knowing that whatever is going on will get fixed is awesome. Everything on the property is clean and maintenance is always on top of things working hard. Living here has been an overall 5 star experience.

Let me start by saying that JESSICA is a wonderful manager. I chose these apartments because of her. After talking to her I didnt want to look at anymore apartments. She went above & beyond to get me into these apartments. I was approved but I wasnt able to move in. Due to circumstances out of my control. But thats okay. Im going to try again next year. I hope this company knows how valuable she is. She genuinely cares about her residents & maintenance staff. My interaction with her was always pleasant. Just please be there next year Jessica when I come back.

I’m so happy and excited to move here! Jessica the manager is amazing she went out and beyond to help me and my son get our first place! Let me just say the apartments are beautiful Michael who helped tour me around while Jessica was out was super helpful! Everything online which helps so much if your moving from another city! I’m like anticipating the days of move in! A bit pricey but totally worth every penny! For the area and location and square foortage I’ve been apartment searching and can’t find anything cheaper that has all of this plus more! Plus awesome staff! I’ll do another update once I move in but I got to actually view the apartment I’m moving into and it’s perfect! I can see me and my son staying her for a while and starting new memories together after a hard long road being a single mother finally being able to have a home to ourselves! Thank you Jessica and Michael!! Y’all are truly a blessing!

A side from the limited parking, I have absolutely problems with these apartments at all!The staff is very helpful, and Jessica the manager provides THE BEST customer service I could imagine. She literally goes out of her way for her tenants. I truely adore her in some many ways!In regards to maintenance, anything that needs to be fixed they are on it. It was slow at first because they just had one man on site, but Jessica fixed that issue, and her team provides excellent turn around time for any issues.This place truely cares about their residents, and have been helpful from the day I applied. I would recommend them for that reason alone time and time again!

The most friendly, professional and helpful staff you could ask for. Megan was very welcoming and engaging. She is full of knowledge and provides great customer service. Its great to meet a staff member with positive vibes. Because of her I looked and leased on the same day. Jessica is a bundle of kindness, and a great manager. I can tell that she takes care of her team because you can feel the rapport. They all seem very family oriented.From a property stand point, its a lovely and great first impression of an apartment community. Its very peaceful here. Neighbors are really nice, and quiet. I dont see children running wild through the community. People pick up after their pets, so you know youre around upper class individuals. Neigbors here carry themselves with pride so what more can you ask for? I havent had any issues with pest thank GOD! Overall; I give this place a 10. Also if you ever want to meet a cool maintenance woman, then this is the place.

Copper Hill Apartments have honestly been the best apartments we have lived at. We are on our 2nd year lease and we are very happy with the community, service, safety and overall location within Bedford - with central access to much of the metroplex. Cesar in the front office has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs - from parking to maintenance, he really has exceeded our expectations and we are grateful to be living in a place that is managed so well. There is a strong sense of community here, from friendly and respectful neighbors to the maintenance staff who are able to assist at a moments notice when needed. John and Eric have provided exceptional service to our appliances and small repairs here and there. I would highly recommend Copper Hill to anyone. The quality of living received here is unmatched and hard to come by!

Been here for a year.No complaints for management team! No complaints for maintenance team either. Excellent group! I lived in their town homes which are lovely and spacious. Neighbors are cool and young :)My only complaint is that, well at least my apartment, seemed like it was caving in. I walk on the second floor and i hear squeaks like id fall through. Interior could use an upgrade too. Other than that, if i didnt have to move closer to my office id still live here.

We moved here 5 months ago from another state and had to rent the apartment without even seeing it. We werent disappointed, apartment was very clean, we had no problems at all. The complex is very quite and location is great. Neighbors are very friendly and the office stuff is very nice and we never had any problems with them. Parking was never a problem.Once a month they have a Dinner at the office, so residents can get together.Overall, we enjoy living here, its super quite and clean complex and I would recommend it to anyone.

I just signed another lease. This makes my 3rd year being here and honestly I dont see myself living anywhere else. Between the gym, pool (always sparkling) and the indoor basketball/ raquetball, it makes it an ideal place to call home. My main reason for staying is the superb office staff, Alexa and Rosie. I always enjoy my interactions with them and they take good care of me as a resident. The maintenance staff John and Eric always keep up with the A.C. Filters which is impressive. I cant say enough good things about Copper Hill. If you move here, Im in Apartment 911, feel free to stop by and say hi. All my neighbors are Texas friendly as well.

These apartments are awesome. They saved our lives by having something available at short notice. Its a quiet neighbourhood and has a great school district. There very nice apartments honestly. I came from fort worth so Ive seen bad. Michele was so helpful. Really all of the office staff was nice.

I have lived here for 11 yrs Fantastic place , very clean and most of the time very quite , pools are always sparkling clean , the manager Jessica does a great job fair to all the residents and she listens if you haveissues , Erik and John always take care of the work orders pretty fast both are very good with the residents also and they do the job right and leave the area clean , this is not just an apartment community this is our homes , lot of people have been here for years and were very grateful to the owners for a great staff , thank you Michael T
