I’ve had such a great experience here! The new management team is incredibly professional and responsive—always quick to address any questions or concerns. The property manager really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and maintenance is top-notch. He’s prompt, efficient, and always handle requests with care.The property itself is a gem! The apartments have such spacious layouts with large rooms and closets, which is hard to find these days. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes coming home so much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable community.

Is apartment complex was quite beautiful.. my kids love the spacious living rooms in the bedrooms were quite well insulated so sound in it travel between the children to bad.. the kitchens are really comfortable to cook in.. in the management team works very well with their maintenance team they definitely show respect inside of their team you are welcomed with a smile every time you answer the office and theyre so friendly... I always leave the office smiling

1-30-2025 I currently reside here and absolutely love it! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Super sweet management and the place is a extremely convenient to all locations and right off hwy 75. I highly recommend to those who love peace and convenience. A+

I would LOVE to keep Kelly Bates (assistant vice president) here forever!! She knows how to get things done. Country atmosphere right in the middle of Sherman. My experience has been all good.

My apartment is lovely and I havent seen a problem with trash. I also havent had a problem with the manager for the 3 years I have lived here. The pool area is especially beautiful.
