    I’ve been here for 5 years and there’s been 3 managements.The new management now is GREAT! They put in covered parking, visitor parking & new brighter building lights for night time dog walking. Chris (the manager) and Nora (leasing consultant) are very polite and professional.Don’t be put off by earlier negative comments. Those are from the former management and do NOT reflect the current state of the apartment complex.The location is perfect - there’s a QT within walking distance, the Chisholm Trail and a stream right behind the complex. There’s lots of trees and foliage too, especially in the back. It’s also close to 75 Central and 190 George Bush Turnpike - but not too close to hear the cars. There is just a faint rumble during traffic time if you are outside. So it’s convenient to get to downtown, the airport or anywhere else! This is the best apartment I’ve lived in (after living in 3 other ones)!UPDATE: I’m still enjoying this apartment with my wife and pooch going on 11+ years now.

    Ive been living at this property for over 1 year and my experience has been good. The building Im at is quite and the neighbors keep to themselves. The property is located near highway 75 which is very convenient and close to shopping centers/stores. Their price on the rent is competitive compared to other apartments. The apartments are nice and a good size.

    The location is super convenient and close to 75. The office staff has been helpful and accommodating. The apartments are newly renovated and the amenities are great. The entire team has made this place feel like home!

    Just wanted to update my 1 star review and give this place 5 stars after the air conditioner noise issue was fixed. Been meaning to leave a substantive review since I moved in about 4 months ago. So here goes.Although this place is not perfect, it is the best place I’ve ever lived at. The staff is wonderful and readily available. Huge shout out to Nora who got my application approved same day unlike my nightmare experience with other apartments in the area that I wasted a ton of money on application fees for nothing. I can’t emphasize enough my appreciation of the people who work here. They are genuine and make great effort to help and be helpful.The unexpected benefit has been access to some really great schools. Also, being able to walk the trails to the parks nearby is pretty awesome. My wife has been pretty happy here (my daughter to) and I do feel lucky to have landed here among all the places that I was considering. I feel safe and secure here and given the proximity to everything it is really nice to be able to get to where I need to go in 5 to 10 minutes. There are children and families here and the folks seem friendly. Overall a great place to live and raise a family.

    This place is wonderful, they take really good care of their apartments. I lived here for 3 years and was really sad to move away from their community. The other tenants are always friendly. The office staff is caring and helpful, as well as prompt. And the maintenance crew works really hard with the friendliest members I have ever met. If you have a problem, they will take care of you. Some of the issues they are dealing with on location was from poor management prior to the current staff who filtered in over the last year and a half. If you are considering this place, don’t hesitate.

    My husband and I have lived here for just about a year and we love it! No complaints. The new management company is amazing and very attentive. They hold monthly little get together at the office and its a great way to bring us neighbors together. The very few maintenance requests Ive had to put in, were fixed in less than 24 hours. The apartments are right off of the trail which makes for great walks and runs.

    I love this community! They really take care of their residents. Theyre kind, courteous, efficient, and respectful. I am fortunate to experience this community. Big shout out to Nora, Chris, Miguel and all of the staff that work with passion to ensure the residents are comfortable. Every maintenance request Ive ever placed (always minor) has been resolved either same day or the next. Im so happy here that I just moved my father into the community. I needed it done quickly, and the staff was able to complete everything within 2 days! I havent experienced any bugs, trash strewn about the property, and its considerably quiet given that its a fairly large complex. Would definitely recommend.

    Property Associate Manager, Nora was simply great. She has gone above and beyond to help me get through the process. She has even gone beyond that and helped me in getting connected for electricity and internet. Employees like Nora definitely are assets for any organization and always adds value to each customer.     Its been almost 1 year that Ive been living here @ Collin Creek Apartment, located in Plano, TX. My personal experience with Office Staff has been extremely pleasant specially Nora Medrano. She has been very helpful to listen to my minor issues/service request and its resolved within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, my services request was completed the same day. The team makes it easier for us to speak to them with their friendly attitude and willing to helps us with any type of requests.

    Collin Creek Apartments office staff and the maintenance team has always presented a professional, courteous and friendly attitude. Ive lived here for over two years and Its been my pleasure living in an active community and great location near Downtown Dallas. Its an easy process to place a work order online. The maintenance team here always response immediately to fixed the issue. I love my unit and the professional team here at Collin Creek.

    I’ve lived in many places. This was by far the best community I have lived in. Tenants, landlords and buildings are not perfect and there will always be situations and problems that arrive. But this management has done and exceptional job at making their tenants have what they need, have fun around the holidays, and treat you as a human being and not just their tenant. I was home there. Chris, Nora, Sierra. I love you all. And thank you so much for all the hard work, kindness and community togetherness you all tried to bring to the Collin Creek. Even during a pandemic, with what you were allowed, you all went above the bar. Miguel, your hard work, kindness and dedication to make it a better place is remembered. Thank you. So is Alvaro and all the other good people who smile, work hard, are respectful and respectable, thank you as well. There is no place perfect, but I loved living there. May God bless you all. If you find yourself living there, know that it is a great place to have your family or even if you live alone. Meet the community. There are a lot of great people there and the landlords work so hard at making everyone feel like they are home.

    I recently moved into the Collin creek apartments, and so far I have no complaints. Everyone is very helpful, but the person who stands out the most has been Nora. Ever since moving in any issues or concerns I had I was able to come to Nora for help, knowing there would be a quick solution to my problems. Nora is very friendly and understanding and can relate to the struggles of others. She always has a great attitude and open to help her residents with anything, she is very patient and really listens and try’s all options possible to make sure I am happy. 100% would recommend asking for her if you are considering moving into the apartment complex.

    My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year. We have had a good experience. The maintenance staff is good. Carlos cares about his residents. The staff in the office play by the rules, which should be expected. They will take care of you and make sure things are working. The rent is fair in this market. When you move in, make sure you let them know what needs to be fixed or adjusted and when you move out, make sure you have cleaned everything. Vacuum the floors, fix any holes, clean the fridge and the bathroom(s).I am giving them five stars for what you get. This is an older complex, that has been updated, and is just practical in terms of location, price, and amenities. This is just a good deal.

    The pool is clean, the landscape maintained, the fitness room/ office is chic!I fell in love with the studio layout! Its perfect for a single person. The soccer field is a nice touch, good & quiet neighbors!Maintenance is quick to respond!Norma has been such big help with my whole leasing process; shes such a great saleswoman and tends to my every concern!Im truly happy!

    I have lived in this apartment community for 18 years and have seen the property change owners a number of times and countless changes at the office. This company and the current staff are some of the best and most helpful. Rarely does a phone call roll to the answering service which is a great improvement. Today, Tierra was able to help me resolve some issues with new lease paperwork and was great to work with.

    I have been a resident for over 3 years. The management and maintenance team are awesome. I had emergency maintenance problem this past Sunday, the maintenance guy was there in 15 minutes. He was very nice and fixed my problem within minutes. They have made a lot of upgrades over the last couple years and they host great parties for the residents every month. It’s a great place to live.

    My experience moving in and interacting with all facets of staff from the office to maintenance has been exceptional. Im not sure why there are negative reviews but sometimes personalities just dont mesh... and thats ok.I came from a beautiful property that was poorly maintained....I arrived at a beautiful property that is immaculate. I appreciate the dog areas being maintained with dog bags and the trash emptied on a regular basis. I see maintenance working the property grounds together on a daily basis. Not only are they friendly but I can tell they are family. My first experience requesting maintenance was handled in a day.The Chisolm Trail is accessible right off the grounds. Its beautiful here.If you need an affordable and beautiful place to live in Plano come here... You wont regret it!

    I was looking for a place for my family for months, I have all my card stacked against me. I was giving up all hope, about to move out of state, away from all our friends and family. Imara reached out at the perfect time and completely changed our lives. She got me approved and got us moved in within 48 hours! She is so helpful, understanding, and caring. She has been one of the few people I have met recently who actually cares about the work She is doing and the people she helps. I am extremely and eternally grateful for her! Thank you Imara!

    Ive lived here going on 2 years. One of the best choices Ive made, hands down. Keeping up with accommodations in my home is very important to me, as it is to anyone. Every time Ive submitted a request for any issue/issues Ive had, requirements have always been met. Things run smoothly and maybe even better than before.     So my lease has come due. Tiara who is a new addition to team have been assisting me with downsizing from my two bedroom to a studio. I have change my unit approximately four or five times. Tiara had been so patient, professional and polite towards me in this process. They had no upstairs studio available. I was so disappointed but someone cancel and Tiara reached out to me right away.     The apartment is ideally located to I75, situating around surrounding schools and stores, but some of the reasons that makes it ideal to live in this community, are some of the dedicated staff and maintenance crew that are very responsive to the maintenance needs of residents. Nora Medrano is an asset to the community because she sees residents and prospective residents as real people .She seeks to understand the resident’s needs, and goals. She sells value to prospective residents. Nora is persistent but know when to remain quiet and demonstrate boundless follow-up manners. She is truly an asset to the community.

    This complex has provided me and my college roommates over the past 3 years a wonderful experience. As other reviews might mention, the management has changed several times, but that has not affected my living here in any dramatic way. My favorite person I interacted with here was a man by the name of Carlos, who used to work with the maintenance staff. He was hysterical yet professional and brought joy every time he came over to fix something that we broke lol. Practically, the best thing about this place is it’s location in relation to Central Expressway and George Bush. This has allowed me and my roommates to travel further distances in much shorter amounts of time, and was a great tool getting to and from universities. Living here has been nothing but a pleasure and a blessing.

    Mikala is wonderful. Very welcoming, very respectful, and she speaks to you like a person instead of just a tenant. She can make anyone laugh and feel comfortable.     When looking at different places to call home in the area, this property became a top pick right off the back because of the wonderful and pleasant atmosphere. Then on top of that, Tierra was such a joy getting to work with. She was patient, polite, addressed all my concerns, and invested in my vision. She made me feel so comfortable trusting her judgement on the best option she could offer me for the home I was trying to create. She is definitely the selling point of what will bring in the residents. To this day she continues to be patient with my questions and addressing my concerns. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist me through this process.

    We are extremely happy with the complex. I know the problem of covid-19 havent let us be around the office that much. but since the first day the girl that help us out showing the property we fall in love. Of it... Nora is a great person..looks like she really care.     This is a great community very quite and well maintained!! Its tucked away in the heart of Plano easy access to 75 and all the restaurants near by!!. The staff is top notch Candace and her team are such a joy and will help you anyway they can. My move in was super easy and they always have a smile!     Great plsce to live! The new management in the office has made huge strides in keeping our community clean, safe, and overall friendly. Good price for the area, and good quality apartment homes. Ive lived here for a year now, and dont plan on moving anytime soon. Defintely will recommend to close friends who are in need of good homes.

    Finding this complex, in plano, was a miracle! A cute and quaint hidden neighborhood was keeping Collin Creek a secret. Prices are super competitive for what I’m used to in the area, my family and I have been renting in plano for over 5 years. None by far can beat their prices.It helps that the staff and maintenance have been very communicative and efficient with work orders and questions since the world went haywire with this covid situation. Nora, the office assistant manager, is the sweetest, very caring for her tenants and her demeanor towards everyone she speaks to.If it weren’t for my desire to buying, I’d stay here a while.

    Absolutely love it here. I want to give a huge recognition to Maintance worker Eddie Tristan. He’s came to do more than one repair to my place. He’s very respectful & was fixed in a timely manner. Mr. Tristan has never lacked in his work ethic nor in respect. If I ever have an issue, it’s answered & fixed within 24/48 hours at the most. Definitely recommend Collin Creek apts to anyone looking for a beautiful space, & has very respectful employees, such as our favorite Maintance man, Eddie Tristan.

    We just sold our house and were looking for a shot term rental as we closed on our new house. We reached out to Collin Creek and spoke to Chris who helped us through the whole process. He really listened to what we were looking for and found us an amazing home with a yard that looked at the trail perfect for our dog. As we have not lived in an apartment for 30 years this was an amazing surprise and we love this place.

    I very much enjoy this apartment complex and have appreciated my experience here~ even though im moving, it will be missed! would recommend. moved here in Feb 2018 so shortly after Bridge Property took over. lived here for 1 year.pros:• the complex is within quick access to shopping, restaurants, and main roads yet its still a quiet area with lots of trees surrounding!• theyve been updating the exteriors, interiors, amenities, and office.• specifically, Deangelo has been very friendly & helpful in general and also understanding with situational issues that have occurred.• maintenance people are prompt and nice.• plenty of residential parking (even with 3 cars to my apt usually get priority spot)*new mgmt updated policy and sent papers to fill out for tags, so not sure why towing would occurcons:• the buildings are nice and appliances renovated, but the electrical is questionable. very little overhead lighting/no fans and wiring is confusing. (e.g. some outlets are connected to lightswitches or randomly lose power)• there are 2 pools, but only 1 of them was open this summer and just for like, 2 weeks.• some of the current staff is curt on the phone and/or lackadaisical in person. the old staff was very rude and/or pretty unhelpful (with the exception of Jose) so i guess thats an improvement.• charges for valet trash whether used or not.• visitor parking isnt well labeled.
