I really like this community. The location is very nice. You can go anywhere in TX, highways are very near. Shopping mall and other Shopping and food points are very close. For Muslim families, Islamic center is on walking distance. Very safe and quite environment.

My experience has been great! I’ve had multiple encounters with staff while living on property. New management is amazing and willing to go over and beyond to meet the needs of the property & units. Staff has always maintained professionalism & Martha in particular has been who keep her word & follow up in a timely manner.Being resident since 2019 I had a problem with the Kitchen counter top and bathroom. They change everything and and now my kitchen is like a brand new.Thank you Colinas Pointe Staff!!!

Ive been here a year-and-a-half. I am very happy. Bertha, the manager works hard to mean any requests I have, is always kind and considerate. I love the flow and layout of my apartment. The maintenance is pretty quick and I feel very safe here. Good lighting outside my apartment. Great water pressure, and lots of windows for light inside my apartment. I have a fantastic size patio too!

My husband moved in August 2018. The day of our move in date, the moment we stepped in, there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE. We were killing up to 20-30 cockroaches a day. We got married in October and I moved in after.The management handled a very stressful move in day very well. They were constantly asking what they can do for us, communicating to us what the next step with these roaches are, etc.We struggled with roaches until about January of this year. The complex got a new manager, I have not met her but my husband has and says she is very nice. She has quickly taken action and settled a lot of our frustrations. I think I have killed one roach since she has taken over.Pest guys come on a regular basis. And our messy upstairs neighbors moved out, they were the ones causing the roaches.Maintenance is SPOT ON. He is the best and gets to your calls NO LATER than 2 days after you submitted a request. We have only had a few minor things, but they have taken care of it the next day.Anna is our go-to girl. She is the BEST and will listen and try to fix any problem you have to the best of her ability. She makes sure we are well taken care of.Parking sucks, but what apartment complex DOESNT have that issue? :) the furthest parking spot isnt super far but it just makes you go ugh and shrug it off.My husband and I were SO skeptical when we started looking for apartments. Every apartment has their own issues, and people never sit down to write the good reviews. So dont get stressed!Colinas Pointe is a great starter apartment. We are glad it was part of the first season in our married lives.I hope this helps see the mild frustrations but overall the great experience we have had with this apartment complex.

This is a great place. We have been here three years and when the new management took over ids when the place got better. We have never had no issues with things at all. Has a fact we had a very ugly water leak in our apartment and Heather did everything she could to make sure it was found and taken care of. . Even if that meant going to plumber after plumber after plumber. She got it done, she made sure. Heather is a great manager and so is the staff and maintenance. They are to fix what needs to be fixed right away. This property was so so and now its only getting better. Always improvements. And Heather she knows her residents very will and will do what she can to the best of her ability to make sure you are taken care of and the problem is solved.

My experience at Colinas pointe has been great . I really enjoy the neighbors and the grounds are beautiful. The staff at the leasing office are amazing especially Bertha,They are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have lived here for three years almost and love every moment of it.This place is beautiful and I love how convenient it is to everything. The area feels safe and clean. everyone in the leasing office so nice.Thank you Bertha for your help!I would recommend looking here for any apartment needs!!

The management is really great here, and they are wonderful about communication. Maintenance gets things done quickly, which is really nice. The two bedroom apartments are really spacious and have a lot of natural lighting, as well as a nice balcony. Great place if you are looking for something simple and affordable!

Not sure about the other reviews posted here, but my interaction and experience with the property management team was nothing less than pleasant. Very professional and timely with their responses to my questions. The units that were shown to me were just as pictured and to the level of quality I was expecting. Overall positive remarks and a great experience!

Moved here a couple months ago & I love my spacious townhome❤️ The landscape and community is very well maintained. The parking is great for myself and visitors. It’s a Quiet and friendly community. I Definitely recommend this place.

I can only speak for Myself! I enjoy the peace of mind this place offer and the affordability. Few issues here and there but they were tended to in a timely manner. Nancy and management have been professional, polite and easy to work with!

Managment is friendly and always quick to fix any problems that may come ( not many do ). Bertha is an excellent property manager and the rest of staff is amazing as well. My fourth year here and plan on staying for a while. Friendly and quite neighborhood close to freeways and shops.

These are great apartments!! Quiet, and beautiful landscape!! Ive had a few things that needed to be fixed in my apartment and they were fixed very quickly by the very sweet maintenance guy!! Highly recommend! Also very helpful staff here...:)

Although, I did not end up renting (due to availability), I was really impressed with the knowledge and Friendliness of the staff. Jocelyn was super efficient, and ANY questions I had, were answered in full by the property manager Martha. No wonder there is no availability, great community!
