We were fortunate to live at the Cole for nearly three years.Regarding the space, the location could not be better: walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, downtown, ACL...you get the picture.The apartment itself had a super cozy, open environment with huge windows facing downtown Austin (we had a 4th-floor unit with a balcony looking north). All the other apartments we looked at during our search had tiny living rooms, but the Cole allowed plenty of room to entertain. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were all spacious, which is plus, plus, plus.I can not say enough about Carly and her team. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone was amazing. Carly was on it whenever we had an issue and ALWAYS with a smile. The maintenance crew usually had repairs/maintenance done within a day or two. Plus, the staff did a great job creating monthly events so we could get to know our neighbors. Top-notch customer service, indeed.We always felt safe and secure in the environment. Our neighbors were excellent and friendly and the amenities were just what we needed.Seriously, it was a fantastic experience. Carly and the Cole are the best!

I have loved my time living at Cole Apartments! You cannot beat the location. You are less than a mile from Barton Springs, Downtown or South Lamar which I choose to walk to due to the paths and fun trails. The staff is very kind and responsive. You can tell they truly want us to enjoy our home. I live in a studio and the way it is set up makes it feel spaced out and open. The kitchen is rather spacious for a studio downtown. Neighbors are all nice and social. Highly recommend!

Was great living at the Cole. Even when were moving out they were very helpful and accommodating. Even after moving out, they have been helpful in trying retrieve mail sent to our old place. Good location great staff.

We have been at the Cole for a little more than a year and happily just renewed our lease in a new unit! The location is hard to beat, especially for the price. Our manager Savanna works tirelessly to keep things running smoothly and has been the absolute best manager we’ve ever had in our years of renting!

My partner and I have been living at the Cole for almost 2 years now and could not have found a better place in Austin to live!!! Walking distance to Zilker Park, ACL, Blues on the Green, Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail, food truck park, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and the list seriously is never ending! Not only is the location unbeatable but the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I especially love all of the events they put on for the residents. And the apartment itself is such great quality. I have a killer view of downtown and have a nice open floor plan that’s great for having guests over. No need to look further, you’ve found your home!

My husband and I lived at The Cole property for 5 years of bliss downtown living. We were on the second floor facing downtown (Toomey St.) Noise was moderate, but never a problem. The building is walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also loved that there is a little corner store a block away. Parking spots were included in the rent which for this close to down town is a luxury.This was the first build Ive ever lived in where I LOVED the office staff, management, and maintenance staff. Everyone was always willing to go the extra mile.Only reason we left was bc we bought a house.If youre on the fence about living here dont be snag that open apartment!

I have lived here for two years and it has been a great experience. Rosalinda in the leasing office will go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. Also, the location is great: walking distance to downtown, Zilker, hike and bike trail, and many popular restaurants. There is truly no better bang for your buck than Cole!

Im relatively new to Austin and moved into Cole apartments about 6 months back. I have to agree with other comments that special thanks must go to Rosalinda who made my transition to Austin and especially the move into Cole a hassle free, pleasant experience. Rosalinda takes care of pretty much everything (maintenance, packages, problems etc), I found that maintenance issues were fixed rapidly and professionally.The apartment I was renting was located on the 4th floor was a little noisy from the outside environment (but what do you expect from its location, although I didnt have any trouble sleeping).The location is excellent for exploring down town Austin and the famous Zilker park and Barton Springs area.

Cole Apartments is the best apartment complex that Ive lived in.1. Location is literally unbeatable. You can walk to Zilker/Barton (ACL, park-life, swimming EVERY DAY, etc.) and downtown.2. Staff is extremely friendly from office to maintenance. These people care and go further than I ever expected.3. The apartments are beautiful. We were on the fifth floor, talk about a view (and vaulted ceilings.)4. Its affordable. For the quality and location, they have the best prices per square foot.Thank you, Cole!!

Ive lived here for six months (1 bd/br) on 5th floor facing north.Ive read the negative reviews/comments about noise, staff, elevators, etc. Ive personally had nothing but positive experiences living here. Noise is not an issue whatsoever, whether from neighbors or the pool. Ive been surprised by how quiet it actually is.Regarding the elevators, sure, sometimes one will stop working for a short period of time (this is very infrequent). Its unfortunate for the person who just happened to be moving in that day.The staff has treated us extremely well. That includes Steve and his maintenance team.I visited many apartment communities in and around downtown and this was easily the best value when you compare square foot cost, location, amenities, etc. I dont regret my decision for a second.The neighbors Ive met so far are fantastic. And they also speak very highly of their experience while living at COLE.

We have been living at the Cole for about 5 months now and we love it here. There is always parking and maintenance responds quickly to requests. Our apartment is very spacious and we love the location. Rosalinda Reazola helped us when we moved in; she made our move very simple and is always very helpful. Thank you!

I came and toured with Savanna a few weeks ago, and she was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable and honestly made cole sounds like more than just an apartment and an actual place I could call home. savanna ashley and sunny helped me find the perfect apartment with the perfect move-in date well within my budget I would highly recommend anyone to live at Cole based on the management and the staff that they have chosen to work in the front office.

Aright, Aright, Aright, Im going to compare living at The Cole to a South Sea massage. You see, theres an aura of empathy in the air there. For example, I recently contacted the office with a maintenance request to replace a bathroom light, and due to a serious health issue, to install a handheld shower head. Cole associates Savannah and Sunny (come on, dont their names remind you of reassuring, calm southern trade winds? ) said they would inform maintenance after they returned from lunch. I had absentmindedly requested at noon time. I thought, well at least the requests were in and Id have a new light and shower head in a day or two. I mean I didnt think this was a major emergency. But then Savannah said, Ill make sure the guys know as soon as they return so you are not without bathroom light this evening. And Sunny said, Ill make sure you have the massaging shower head, for your health care, tonight even if I have to do it myself. I had a wonderful image of her doing this. Look up empathy and care in the dictionary and youll see a picture of her. Maintenance in a high end complex can be very busy, and our head of,Oz, is the best maintenance manager ever, and all these folks are supervised by Ashley, the best apartment manager ever. When I returned home from my afternoon errands, I was greeted by a maintenance notice on my kitchen counter, and when I flipped the bathroom switch, I was bathed in a ray of Let there be light , showcasing an installed hand held shower head. Now, I tell you, doesnt that make you feel like you just had a back rub?And thats why I live at The Cole, for its also a back rub for your soul.

I absolutely love living here and the main reason for that would be Rosalinda. She treats us like family and if we have a problem with anything, she gets it taken care of for us as soon as possible. My family absolutely loves her. Shes the best!

The amenities are very good, and the price for this downtown is the middle of everything I find important is very good also- the park, bike shop, the opera house, theatre and Lady Bird Lake just to name a few

. Management is very responsive. Good neighbors, the pool gets shady a bit early, but there are always plenty of chairs. Great location by whole foods and town lake.
