    I really like living here. The property is really quiet which I like and the gate locks at night. The manager is helpful and has done some parties for us that I like. I like that they worked with me on my move in date. I also like the pool, its very nice to be able to cool off during the hot summer.

    I just moved in the beginning of MarchI applied the end of Jan and having been emailing Bree since then. She was very helpful and understanding since I was coming from NJ. The move in say I dealt with Lori H the manger who was very helpful and explained everything. So far the the only con that I have is the hot water taking 15 mins to get hot but otherwise no complaints.

    IVE BEEN A RESIDENT AT THIS PROPERTY FOR MANY YEARS. I GIVE THE MANGER LORI A 5 STAR. SHES AWESOME, SHE ALWAYS LISTENS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, AND COMFORTS ANY WAY SHE CAN. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU ANY WAY SHE CAN. SHES VERY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS ASK HOW AM I DOING, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME. IVE HAD SOME DOWN DAYS AND LORI ALWAYS LISTENED AND GAVE ME HOPE.AGAIN I SAY SHES AWESOME.

    I know there has been concern about the previous reviews but I just wanted to say that my experience has been great. The staff is genuine and personable. They take calls at any time and always follow up with any issue you bring to their attention. I know they have had to deal with some issues over time but I’ve seen a huge difference in how things are handled. I appreciate Lori’s help with everything she’s done for me and the fact that she communicates the steps taken to make it happen.

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Bree!! When I say I had the hardest time with my search.. I went to 5 places yes 5 places and not one person was willing to go the extra mile and assist even with the simplest task like showing me an apartment home, greeting me, and making me feel at home. Bree , girl I just want to thank you for taking the time out to show me multiple units, your POSITIVE attitude, and most importantly, your GREAT VIBES! Because of this young lady here I have determined this will be my future home! If anyone sees this review before visiting, ask for Bree, she is Great! She is by far worth more than 5 stars!

    Both Nicole and Lori are outstanding. They will work with you and are always very courteous and respectful. Maintenence team are great and fix anything in a timely manner!! Been a resident here for a while and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. Great job!!!!! Apartments are reasonable and are very updated. Neighborhood is typically quiet. No issues when it comes to crime. Ive had Amazon packages delivered and still there when I come home from work the next day.

    I just love Lori in the front office. I’ve been staying here for 3 years right at the front of the complex and NEVER had a problem! Even for the smallest things Lori has always made sure that my stay here is comfortable and will fix what she can at that very moment! Even when I was moving into my complex guess who came to assist me as I stayed on the second floor… Thank you for everything you’ve done Lori! You have made my first home the best!

    I just moved here and i already love it. It’s really calm and quiet and they really take care of their property. It’s beautiful and convenient to everything i need. Lori and Nicole really care for their tenants and it shows. I highly appreciate and i am so thankful for them helping me into my first place. Highly recommended. Thank you Lori and Nicole!

    Lori and Bree are the best ever!!! Always kind, courteous, and helpful. They just laid some mulch in front of my apartment to make it look super nice.

    I am Blessed to live here at Cobble Hill apartments. The staff here is Awesome. They have taken care of every issue I had so quickly that it amazes me. Available and ready to answer questions and take action. Some of these issues were not the apartment at all but they still helped.

    My husband and I went and put in a application today. We would really Love to call Cobble Hills our New home. Love the area. Love the atmosphere. When I left the office now I need something are something is wrong, the team waste no time fixing the problem.
