    Absolutely love this place!🤍 Diana, and Brandi completely stole us from another property. Amanda made the signing process as easy and quick as can be. They were persistent and were able to meet my needs and gave us the security we needed to apply! Honestly made it so easy, that it was so refreshing! Community is beautiful and quiet I love it, the amenities are great new and well kept. They act quick with any issue which is amazing.P.s. I will say when you pay rent online they add a 45$ charge just to pay online which honestly is appalling considering most apartments have charged me max 9$ to pay online, which was something I wish was brought to our attention. Nonetheless it’s a great place to live but thought that was worth mentioning.

    I’ve lived here a month and I just have loved every minute. Diana and all the women in the office have been extremely helpful. Even the sweet maintenance team! Love this place that has become my home so quickly! We love it here!

    Diana at the leasing office is absolutely amazing! She toured us around the property and did a great job showing us all the perks! She sat down with us and really understood what we were looking for in our next apartment! We ended up applying right away. the property had everything we were looking for and at an amazing price.     We have toured many apartment complexes trying to find the right one. The manager here, Diana, is so great. She was very thorough and professional. The rest of the office staff has also been so sweet and helpful! They made the move in process super easy. We also really liked how clean and nice everything is. They even have a guy who makes sure the grounds are clean and well kept. So far very impressed and we are looking forward to making the Prose our new home!

    Diana gave us a wonderful tour through the facility and showed us multiple apartment layouts she thought would best suit my family and I. She took her time to explain the benefits of what each apartment layout had to offer. Because of her knowledge and recommendations we instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of the facility. We look forward to moving in at the end of September. Thankyou so much Diana for your time and patience!!!

    My Wife and I love our new apartment. We relocated from NJ and had such a horrible experience at another apartment complex we were supposed to move into. Amy, Lisa and Amanda bent over backwards to help us in such a short notice to get us into our apartment on the same day! They reassured us they would take care of us and they did just that. I can’t thank them enough. If you need a clean and beautiful place to live come to Cobalt.

    Amanda was so amazing and kind. Both of the ladies in the office are very professional, efficient, and sweet. Amanda made my move in process so easy and quick. I applied and was approved the same hour. They also moved very quickly to get my proof of income, and informed me that I would need renters and electricity before the move in date which was only a few days away. I Initially moved to a different apartment complex, and unfortunately that unit was dirty and not in good condition. The management was terrible and unorganized at the other place I moved to. I was scrambling to find a new place to live and needed to move within a few days. Cobalt Apartments was my first and last stop. I immediately knew that this would be my new home. Plus the 8 weeks rent free is just the cherry top. You get atleast $1,000 for referrals. They are so generous. Thank you guys so much!! I’m happy to be here and feel confident that this will be my home for a long time.

    I moved in recently, and I have had a wonderful experience so far. Ive had interactions with pretty much all the office and maintenance staff since Ive moved in, and literally all of them- Janine, Marisol, Brandi, Diana, and Michael, have been great to work with and are all so friendly. There were some delays in my apartment due to it being a new build and the recent rainstorms (not the apartments fault), but they did an amazing job communicating and doing what they can to amend the situation. The office staff and maintenance have been very quick at attending to all my questions and needs. Ive actually never felt like an apartment community cared about their residents until I moved to Prose Fossil Creek.

    Ive lived here the past year, and while Im moving to go to a new location I can say that Cobalt is very well managed, the staff has been overly helpful to me with anything I came to them about, the maintenance requests are responded to fast and the units are nice. Some rules like parking and guest-related rules are very strict in my opinion but they never hindered me personally in any way.The staff seems to care about the quality of the complex and does reactive things to keep it nice (e.g. we had a dog poop problem so they put a ton more pet waste bags+trash can combinations around the area so people would really have to be lazy to not pick up after their pets). Similar updates/reactions have been made thats just one example I noticed.

    I couldn’t truly be happier with my decision to come join the community here at Prose Fossil Creek. Marisol is just an all around best-in-class leasing agent, a delightful hostess to my original tour, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even helping us get into the apartment we were hoping for.Most impressive, however, is that this level of genuine interest and focus on customer service has extended well beyond mysigning a lease. She made my 15 year old feel especially welcome and at home in the clubhouse with her sincere kindness and hospitality when she went over to get her key fob and they are just always a delight to see over there in the office; it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in a rental community hands down. Thank you Marisol, and to all of the ladies there that makes this place feel like home. 🙏🏼

    If you are looking for a no nonsense affordable and beautiful apt. Look no further than Prose. Honey I was not in the mood but you do what you gotta do. Diana in the office was amazing and so sweet and welcoming. She turned my apt hunting experience into something enjoyable. The location is great and the property is beautiful. Y’all go see Diana so she can get you straight!

    I had such a great experience visiting this property. My husband and I are currently searching for a new place to live and came across this complex. I worked with Diana and she was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I highly recommend Prose if you are looking in the area. The amenities are great, the units are new and spacious and the office staff and management are awesome…10/10!

    I absolutely love it here! If you are looking for the best apartments to live in here is where it’s at! First time touring I was just so amazed with all the apartments and amenities they have! It felt like home at first sight. They make sure you feel included with all the events they have for us. I’ve won a couple of contests already and I can’t wait to win more!! The office staff are all rays of sunshine’s! They are so helpful and attentive to all my needs. After touring with Marisol I never toured any others I knew this was the perfect fit for me! She is such a delightful lady.

    First of all, Marisol and Diana have been great and they helped us with all the process and continued to be helpful and be patient with any of our concerns. Apartment itself is brand new with latest and the shiniest appliances and is a gated community. Location is also pretty good with Kroger, Chase Bank, Starbucks and other restaurants nearby. Other apartment tenants also seems friendly and nice. They also do occasional community events like Breakfasts, Training courses, movie nights etc. They also have most of the things digitized like issue reporting and guest parking permits, payment centers. Overall it’s a great place to live with gym, a work from home lounge, delivery locker facility, and a nice usable pool.

    Throughout my entire process from my tour around this beautiful complex up until my approval, Ive felt super confident in my decision to make this my home.     What a great welcome to the property. Marisol and Diana were nothing short of spectacular. They walked me through everything and were a great help.     The cobalt management, specifically Diana Camacho, did a Great Job making leasing and applying with them super easy and with ease ! Too being there when we needed and answering all questions, these apartments and Diana, have been my favorite and easiest apartment’s to lease with. I recommend speaking to Diana with any questions regarding leasing at the Cobalts.

    I dont write many reviews but I just couldnt help myself with this one. My experience at Prose Fossil Creek was flawless. The whole team was great, but Diana was especially patient with me and took the time to understand my needs. Even after I told her I wasnt planning on moving to the Fort Worth area, she still reached out to me to make sure I found a place in Dallas. When I do finally get to make the move closer to Fort Worth, Diana & Prose Fossil Creek will be my first call!

    Ive been in Texas for over 10 years, and by far this apartment community has made a lasting impression on me. Providing real time updated to its residents about issues that affect us as (example the power outage we experienced earlier this week) They take time in engaging with their residents via the community portal. Creating unique events or challenges to encourage us to participate and get those points, which cab used to get goodies like gift cards. It is a pleasure to call this place my home.

    Comparable rent prices for the area good amenities. Nice common spaces and clean. Valet trash pick up is a plus. Community events help build the feeling or home instead of just an apartment. Very close to elementary and middle school and a large park and recreational area.

    Amazing place, staff is amazing great amenities, first time moving in, they had a movie night and when I tell you it was amazing, thinking about moving to prose, don’t wait move in now.
