I recently toured The Cleo and really liked how warm and inviting it felt. It has a luxurious touch while still feeling like home. I also love that it’s close to a lot of places I frequently visit, which is a big plus. The area can get busy at times, and there are some concerns about safety, but that just makes strong security even more important for future residents.My leasing agent Celeste was wonderful—friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated.One thing I did notice is that the property could benefit from a more proactive plan to keep it clean and well-maintained. At the same time, residents also have a role to play in taking care of their community. When everyone does their part, it makes a big difference.Overall, I had a good experience and The Cleo is still on my list of potential places to live.

Ive called this place home for five years now, though it was previously called Village On The Green.Understandably, most things involving major change can get a little rocky.Having said that, my personal impression of the new owners/team is a very good one.One of the most incredible things theyve done, as a thank you for my continued residency, was a complete renovation of my unit. Imagine – a gorgeous kitchen island taking center stage, all new, sparkling appliances, modern lighting, sleek window shades, and high-quality fixtures throughout. It was like walking into a brand new apartment, and it was such a thoughtful gesture. It truly made me feel valued as a resident.Beyond that incredible upgrade, whats really impressed me is their commitment to their word. Any time Ive encountered an issue, theyve been responsive and proactive in finding a solution.Recently, I had an issue with an incorrect water meter reading. I was initially concerned when it wasnt resolved as quickly as was expected. But, the apartment staff, Ashley and Celeste, immediately took ownership of the situation. They acknowledged the mistake and assured me they were on it.I understand that resolving the metering issue is a process that requires coordination with the city of Dallas. That takes time. But I was really impressed that, in the meantime, they removed the incorrect charges from my bill. That act alone spoke volumes about their integrity.In a perfect world, things like this would be a given. Unfortunately, as Ive learned over the years many places can struggle to sort out even smaller issues. People are imperfect, and so are the businesses they run. I’ve learned that managing expectations is key, and its been refreshing to see a team at Cleo that truly cares about doing things right.Ashley, one of the leasing consultants, is a familiar face, usually there every day. And Celeste, the property manager, is always present and ready to help as well. Their consistent presence and dedication makes me feel like more than just a tenant, and thats what I truly appreciate about living here at Cleo. Its more than just an apartment; its a place Im happy to call home.

I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth, and I can’t say enough about her outstanding customer service. Not only is she knowledgeable and efficient, but her friendly and positive attitude made every interaction enjoyable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met, always with a smile. It’s rare to find someone with such a great combination of professionalism and personality. Highly recommend!

The property is very nice it was just as nice as I saw online. Very welcoming and homey. They gave people at the front that I feel like I would enjoy on the day to day basis when needing to communicate with them or vise versa. Aire was who u felt with personally. My lease is closing soon and most leasing officers seem like they just want your business with minimal effort she went the extra mile to make sure I saw the units that best accommodated me so that I can now make a better educated decision.

My daughter is looking for a new apartment when her lease is up. We found Cleo Luxury Apartments on our Google search. We were skeptical because of previous reviews but my daughter liked the prices, location near shopping and restaurants, and amenities so we checked it out. Andrea stood to greet us immediately and made us feel comfortable. Some places we visited made us feel either ignored or pressured but Andrea just answered our questions with detailed answers. She was open about sharing there have been changes in management when we asked about the complaints. She gave us a great tour and we could see all the improvements like the new gym and beautiful pool area. The common areas all appeared clean and well maintained. All units are being upgraded and my daughter is really excited to apply when current lease is up.

So today I had the pleasure of touring The Cleo apartments , & I met Ashley and she guided me around the apartments. She also told me that this is a very convent location and all the shopping centers are around here. The apartments she showed me was exactly what I was looking for , the hallways were clean , they even have a lady that keeps the elevators and hallways clean !!!! I will definitely be signing a lease here !! So thankful I met her and found these apartments

I live here and I’ve enjoyed being here. I haven’t had any real issues. I absolutely LOVE Malik. He’s one of the best parts of management. He’s honest and kind and fair. If I go to him about anything with my apartment, he handles it to the best of his ability. We also have a new manager and Jodie is pretty great as well. She’s communicative and hilarious most times when I speak to her. The things that bother me about where I live are out of Jodie and Malik’s hands and it’s mostly cosmetic on the outside of the building and even that is being taken care of as we of this review. We just got a new roof and paint job and there’s way more to come. 💖

The first time with only my son and we had an amazing experience with Malik and we we’re sold on the beautiful luxurious apartments and all the amazing amenities and near by shops! My daughter was begging for a whole week to also visit since she wasn’t there with us. We just left and AGAIN Malik went over and beyond in touring us! I highly recommend to speak with him. He will help you find a unit that satisfies you in preference and to your financial affordability! I rate him a 10 stars across! The kids and I really appreciate you Malik! Greetings! I have lived here for almost 5 years and I am thankful to have met some outstanding people in management. The ownership has changed like the wind, but Malik Kessee, the now assistant manager is a life savor. He is classy, professional and delivers outstanding customer service. He is loyal and hardworking. I would give ten stars 🌟 if I could give them to him! I also miss the manager Patricia, she did everything she could to help us. I pray the new owners make this a better place, no one should have to pay this type of money and feel like they live in the projects. However I thank God I have a place to call home…many people are homeless. Just keeping it Real!! Thanks!

There’s easy access to major highways through the city, and some cool shops and restaurants nearby. I have lived in Village on the green almost 2 years. I would like to say for the first time since I have lived here with my daughter the office management team is taking care of business. Tanya Halton doesn’t mess around when it comes to cleaning up this property! She’s firm and not afraid to take action against residents who don’t comply, trash issues, parking issues, & security issues. The manager of the maintenance team was lazy previously and happy to hear he is no longer employed. Terrance and his assistant maintenance have always taken care of any issues my family and I have had writhing 24 hours or less. Anything we have ever needed they have solved the problem. If it wasn’t for them two we would have moved out the first year. Great maintenance team. It’s been amazing seeing friendly smiling office staff whose appearance is professional in the office. It feels like a whole new property! The energy is amazing now that Tonya has arrived to take care of business. There is finally organization at this property and now I look forward to signing another lease. Only concern is the gates being open to the elevators. Hopefully they will be locked soon due to safety measures of village on the green residents. There was air B and B everywhere on property from previous management teams and it’s getting cleaned up. I am so thankful to the new office staff, our amazing loving maintenance team, and the incredible Tonya Halton who has made a years difference in less than a month! Thank you for all the hard work and the mess you all are cleaning up. It means the world to us residents! Professionalism at its finest!All the Best,

Been a tenant for 6 years. They have a lot of improvements and updates in the past year with the new owners. Of course with all the new exterior and interior updates rent went up. Only small issues ppl leaving their trash and trash can in the hallways day and weekends wich is annoying...makes it look trashy. My biggest issues if they NEVER EVER EVER pick up the phone when you call, Most of the time I have to call them 15 times to get them to pick up...does not matter what time of the day. Over all things have improve though. Maintainence is typically completed within that week.

Location: Walking distance from the Galleria + Fat Straws + Starbucks + so many local restaurants!Unit: I love my unit. The recently renovated units are so beautiful with the white marble counters. Floor plans here are different from the usual cookie cutter units- my living area is so open with tons of natural light. Haven’t had to worry about bugs.Management: I have nothing but nice things to say about Jennifer and her team. They are communicative, helpful, and great at what they do. They go the extra mile- there have been a few times I’ve had flowers or cookies delivered to the leasing office, and they’ve simply brought them up to my door!Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about living here!

I’d have to say the new owners are doing a lot of upgrades and work to this building that had so much potential and was left to fall apart is now getting a new facelift! I’m not going to lie moving in here I was nervous and hesitant due to photos and reviews and such. I even entered into it on an automatic defense in preparation although that wall soon came down. The part meant is nice and new. Maintenance is always prompt and super nice! Overall great staff, lots of changes which would be the only thing you would have to be patient with. If you’re good with rapid and drastic changes that are for the better then it’s a good fit. If you can’t do maybe one week no lighting in garage and can’t speak up about it and complain then it’s probably not the place for you. They are very open to feedback and when suggestions are made and as doable they are quickly implemented. They bought a diamond in the Pugh and are definitely working hard to make it shine again! Great job guys! Although PS I miss being the only resident on the floor ha ha just kidding!

I’m a current resident and lived here for 5 + years and wouldn’t want live anywhere else!!! During the pandemic, the leasing office was very patient with me and worked with me so I wouldn’t end up homeless. Jennifer and Jesse have been a blessing to my family. Helping us resolve maintenance issues and neighbor disputes in a timely fashion.

It is convenient to near by grocery stores, starbucks, planet fitness and my favorite Gallaria Mall. I decided to move here because of the convenience to live near the highway and closer to my family.

I am scrolling through some of the reviews and I can honestly say I have not experienced any of this. I am very happy with my apartment, grown people reside and if they do have children they are very well mannered as is mine. The office staff is very professional and accommodating. No where you live is going to be perfect, at times the Trash dumpsters have run over but once reported maintenance did take care of it. So Kuddows to Ms. Lawanza(I hope I said that right), my sweetpea Irving, and Ms. Brittany for a job I think is well done

I moved into Village on the Green back in April of last year. What impressed me the most was after reading the negative reviews at the time, Irving was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. He never seem annoyed with my questions, concerns, calls or emails. I feel so safe and seeing security constantly patrolling the premise makes me feel even better. On top of it all, I absolutely LOVE my apartment. Its so conveniently located to so many things....Galleria Mall is literally across the block, Starbucks, AT&T, Nordstrom Rack, Target....clearly, I’m in heaven. Lol. Today they are hosting a pool party for the residents and I’m glad I live here. Live DJ, snow cones and food. Keep up the good work VOTG.

I was actually there pertaining to the Planet Fitness location as a Black Card member I am able to use any facility through out the country and I have been to many this location is open 24/7 and is the only one that is in the Dallas area it’s a smaller facility compared to other locations but it still meets any fitness users needs parking is not a issue as well

I recently experienced some issues with using Flex where my rent amount wasnt correct due to some technology mayhem. I had the opportunity to work with the office staff member, Shunta was not only thorough, but very professional and whatever she said she would do became a reality. It took a few days working together with Flex to get everything corrected. In the end, I ever received a small credit from the calculations.
