    Take my word for it. (Or dont) Your experiences will be different with each unit. Angela is the person I worked with all the time. Super sweet and nice. Maintenance is 8/10. Only because if they know the problem is a low priority, it will take 3-4 days for them to fix it. If its high priority, then its fixed almost the next day. Only problem is that there are roaches, its kind of annoying about just how bad the roaches are sometimes. The apartments dont come with washer and dryer.Pros:Maintenance is fast and responsiveOffice people are sweet and super nice (theyre just sassy but a nice kind of sassy)Pool is well maintained all throughout the seasons (except spring and winter seasons pretty obvious why)They keep the apartment surroundings cleanSecurity is pretty okay, my car and my visitors cars have not been broken into once. Nada. Just be careful what you leave in your carTrash is accessible and easy. There are 3 trash locations for each parking area.(To me, its a pro.) Theres a lot of stray cats to pet and watch from afar but if youre deathly allergic to cats, then just be careful to not get close to them. The cats dont do anything except lay down and sleep to be honest but if you have anything scratchable on your porch, then be aware! They scratched some of my trash bags on the porch to get food but i learned my lesson lolGates are kept open during the hours from 8am to 6pmcons:Parking is VERY strict. The towing company comes very randomly and at different times for a REASON. If you have a big party or big gathering, KEEP THIS IN MIND! They will tow your car without notice if you are in a reserved spot or a visitor and have been there for more than 2 hours. THEY WILL NOTICE! (P.S its $300 if you get towed)Parking can be terrible sometimes especially if you live in that one section at the back. (Reason why theyre strict about parking)Theres no washer and dryer in the apartment. (but it is available nearby for cheap)The washer and dryer doesnt work sometimes because its managed by another company, not the leasing office.They can be pretty bad at responding over text sometimes (SOMETIMES, not all the time)The dumpsters can sometimes get very over filled on Trash Day cause its a LOT of people throwing trash and the trash trucks come by twice a week i think? But it is still maintained throughoutPeople keep breaking the gates sometimes so they end up being broken for a few weeks at a time.The mail room smells like a chicken coop, dont ask me how i know i just do.Neutral stuff to know:It is nearby a highway so motorcycles, cars, bikes, etc. are very loud but if you dont care then, its not a big problem.Cats are all around, theyre fun little furballs. If youre lucky, you can pet some of them. They wont approach you unless you show them you want to be approached. They are not neutered!The majority of people living here are hispanic and black people. (aka youre going to get a lot of hispanic parties playing loud music with bbq and tacos so if youre lucky that theyre nice, theyll also give you some lol) Not a lot of asians around the area.Kids are always playing around the area so if youre a family, this is a good sign! If you hate kids and dont like them, then... idk.Theres no playground, no gym, no lounge area.If you like a friendly neighborhood with nice (and nosy) neighbors, then this apartment offers that. The tenants around are all extremely nice and friendly.There are a lot of people who are into cars and mechanics living here fyi! Aka if someone spots you having trouble with your car, you have a 15% chance of spawning a random mechanic who will help with your car.

    Living at Claridge Apartments for the past two years has been an incredible experience. From day one, I have felt welcomed by the warmth and friendliness of the neighbors. The atmosphere here is really welcoming and the community is very close-knit. Also, the management team is exceptional; they are always available and solve any problem quickly and efficiently.

    I’ve been living here for the past 4 years now and never had any issues and any minor was taken care of swiftly Irma and Angela are the best ! The property itself very prestine give Kuddos to the maintenance staff also for doing their part on making the property look great . Let’s not talk about the make over the white and black looks great awesome definitely makes the property itself stand out ! 🤩 great job Claridge 5 stars all the way !

Sure, there have been changes over the years, but the essence of Claridge remains. Its not just a place to live; its a part of who I am.

    I have been a resident at Claridge for a couple of yrs now and very happy here.The apts are very spacious.The staff is very friendly and helpful and my maintenance repairs have been done in a timely manner.I love the fact that the owner has been doing things to the property to keep it looking beautiful. IReally recommend this place.

    Leaving the nest and moving into Claridge Apartments was a game-changer. Finally got my own space, and Claridge made it easy. Decent spot, friendly faces, and everything I need nearby. Its been a solid start to independence.

    Great place to livMoving into Claridge Apartments with my girlfriend has been awesome. The place has a cozy vibe, and its been fun decorating together. The location is great for both of our jobs, and the amenities make it feel like a little community. So far, no complaints—just enjoying our time here.

    Well just sign on my 4th year here my apartment is IDEAL yes Ive had a few inconveniences but all in all I wouldnt live anywhere else location perfect apt size great I love my breakfast nook so nice to sit in the morning yes I had my share of inconveniences but if your clean your apt well also be as for maintenance Im so happy with the new crew waiting for my shampoo this month as for the office well I think their good oh their is one thing I know the building are being repaired so Im still waiting for my steps to be done falling apart thank you Claridge Apt for keeping me safe God Bless all

    Claridge Apartments have been an amazing find after moving from El Salvador! The transition has been smooth thanks to the welcoming environment and friendly community. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the community amenities make life very convenient. I am excited to begin this new phase of my life here at Claridge.
