Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve always addressed it promptly and made sure everything was handled appropriately.What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s ensuring the property is well-maintained or responding quickly to requests, they go above and beyond to make living here comfortable and stress-free. Leaving a 5 star review for my experience visiting this property. I waited in the lobby no longer than 5 minutes when i met Caleb. He was assisting another visit giving a tour and assisted me right away. He was very professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. That experience alone made this apartment top of my list. I have not signed a lease but i wanted to be sure to recognize good people like Caleb who care about what they do! It’s so refreshing in today’s time!

We moved here about a month ago, and I have to say that the office staff is the best I have ever worked with. Tyler is extremely accommodating and always has a great attitude, even when things are not going great, he is extremely professional and cares about us. Corey toured us and made sure we got the best apartment with the requirements we were looking for, he has gone above and beyond to make sure the facilities look nice. Alisha has been very helpful with some issues that arose and was amazing in helping me out. I see that the property owners are making some needed improvements to the facilities, which is great news. The complex itself is not perfect, and we have had some bumps in the road, but the office staff and the maintenance team (Antonio and Erick) have been extremely supportive in resolving issues. The location is amazing, we are in the middle of everything, love love that! We definitely made the right choice by moving to Cityplace Heights.

Cityplace Heights is beautiful! From the common areas to the master bathroom. I personally love everything about these apartments. Just moved in however quiet, relaxing, home feeling atmosphere.

Alicia and Corey did an awesome job today when we showed up unexpectedly after a less than welcoming interaction with the older apartments next door. Completely different situation here where we were quickly sat, offered drinks and snacks and were able to view the apartments on an iPad. After leaving and looking at a few more we came back where Alicia was able to give us a quick tour. Great complex.

Ive been moved in for about a month now and my experience has been great. Correy went above and beyond to ensure the smooth and fast move-in, and was available to us at every step of the way. We had a few MX issues off the bat, but the team was fast and efficient in getting the problems fixed - I appreciated Pedro and Antonios professionalism. Overall, the staff has been amazing and was one of the main reasons I felt like moving here would be a smart choice. They clearly care and are all working hard to make this a place people want to live!

Hello. I am going on 2nd transfer here at Cityplace Heights. I was asked to leave a honest review from staff. Now i will say I was on verge of not renewing upon new management. However, Alisha has been the most respectful, most communicative agent I’ve encountered. Since day 1 of meeting her she has always extended my needs. She has replaced previous office staff Amanda and Chase which were not much help lease to say.Alisha you are the saving grace of my transferring process and simply with your wisdom and kindness alone determined my stay! The entire staff is nice, but she is my go to girl! Thank you always!!!The building itself.. In my few years of being here it does seem like some things out of her control have gone down hill. Such as trash and uncleanliness hallway sometimes. & filty neighbors!I see maintenance often but it seems like it takes a while for some things to be seen. As a whole I love the floor plans they offer, but could do a little better at the up keep of our outside looks of homes.I would absolutely recommend to friends, with the hope some things can get better with the new year.

Ive enjoyed my time here. I dont know what others are referencing and I hope never to find out. Ive never had parking problems (knock on wood) and its quiet. Theres plenty of visitor parking. The leasing staff has always been patient and helpful. I think they got even better after I moved in.My bathroom shower couldve been resurfaced; however, my apartment is adorable.The hallways could be cleaned more frequently but I know the carpet is lots of upkeep. The location is convenient, fun, and close to family. I smile every time I come home.

I thought the complex was nice and thoroughly enjoyed the thought that went into the event. Ariel was manning the BBQ pit and was a true gem. It is employees like that who really make a community stand out to visitors. He was having such a great time engaging with the residents, a true team player for Weidner Homes.

Cityplace Heights from the outside doesn’t look like much, but once I toured, my perspective was changed! I loved the amenities and the spacious floor plans. Let’s say we are more than worried at that point.We found a Weidner property called “City Place Heights. We lived at a Weidner property before, but I neglected to search for one in Texas. Bad choice on my part.Upon entering the apartments we were met by Jesus. Jesus was fantastic in welcoming us the way he did & We immediately felt like we were home.I gave him the details of what I was looking for in a luxury home. Down to the view. Without hesitation Jesus had me looking at 2 perfect homes. The only problem was, which one to pick.The apartment WAS going to be ready in 5 days. So now Me and the kids were going to have stay at the Grand Hyatt at DFW for basically a week. Heartbreaking right?Then comes in Alisha. Upon hearing my families dilemma, she did more than alleviate our fears.Alisha ensured the apartment would be ready, inspected and prepared for immediate move-in. A process that would normally take 5 business days. She did it in 2.To say the least, Our eyes were wide open and our hearts warmed. Yes stunned!Then we needed the final stamp from Kazz to move in. Kazz was on vacation. “Who works on their vacation??”. Kazz!Kazz did. Also after being informed of the issue at hand took, Kazz took precious time from her family to make mine comfortable. Less than 2 days later we were in our new home.We didn’t ask for any special help, but on their own they did help us in a special way. Their way. 😊.Up and beyond the team went to help us. Now we’re in the same Neighborhood with everything I planned for. Looking for a NewHome? City Place Heights is great.

I was hesitant to move in from reading old reviews but I am so glad I moved here! I have enjoyed living here the past three months. The apartments has events with free food and drinks. Everyone I have met in the building has been really nice. Any maintenance going on in the apartment is emailed to us so that we are aware. The leasing office staff has been nice and helpful. The amenities are great. I enjoy walking around the different courtyards. All in all , my boyfriend and I are very happy here.

I have been a resident here for 6 months and the office staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Just recently, I needed to quickly switch from a two bedroom down to a one bedroom and Chase as well as Antonio from the front office made it a seamless process as well as enjoyable. They were more than happy to show me as many units needed until I found the right one. They even stayed after hours to make sure I could lock in special rates for that day. I am excited to continue my stay here because my experience continues to get better and better.

Lived here for a little over a year and loved my experience. The management is incredibly friendly and always tries to help. After I moved and right before Christmas break, an Amazon package was accidentally sent to the locker boxes at City Place. Even though I no longer lived there the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly and helped me find my package. Last, I truly think the apartments are a great price for their location. Largest frustration was probably guest parking, which is semi difficult compared to other communities in the Dallas area.

I have been here 3 months and I LOVE IT!!! The spaciousness of my apartment, the way that my kids can go around without me having to worry of their safety. I wouldnt trade it for the world. The office staff is always so professional and courteous... Porsha is my favorite..but all he ladies are so helpful when you need them...and the maintenance staff is always so quick with any of my work orders. They all get an A++++++ from me... Ive really enjoyed living here for just over a year. Ive outlined the good and the bad below.- The cell phone reception was bad when we first moved in, but theyve worked to make it better since then and I havent had a problem.- I can sometimes hear neighbors around me, but its not worse than any other place Ive lived in.- We always use the BBQ pits and have never had a problem. The facilities are also really nice - granite counter, gas grill.- The pool does get a little crowded but nothing too crazy and the people there are friendly. However, its not a family-friendly environment. Mostly young professionals live here.- The gym is great, much larger than other apartment gyms Ive been to. There are also a couple gyms close by as well as a cross fit & yoga studio down the street.- The clubhouse is really big and beautiful. Its great for spontaneous gatherings or watching TV w/ith a group. You can rent it out for events, but its so expensive that it makes it not really worth it. You may as well rent out a room in a restaurant or place close by.I would definitely continue living here if we hadnt bought a house.

All great things to say about Cityplace Heights. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They are easy to get in touch with, and always respond in a timely manner. I have been assisted by Valeriya mainly, but all of the other staff members have been pleasant. Portia and Chase have been welcoming and genuine as well! I left my candle warmer plugged in and realized it while I was on business out of state. Valeriya was able to get it turned off within 5 minutes of me calling and explaining the situation. Thankful to live in a community that cares about its residents!!

We’re a couple months into our lease and so far so good, the place is exactly what we expected and we’re shown, the rates were what we wanted and comfortable with especially with the location. Super convenient with mostly hotspots in Dallas and you can hop right on the highway for anything further. Only complaint was the call option for visitors doesn’t work for us and we had issues with the package concierge but all in all great value, clean units and helpful staff (will update closer to end of lease if anything else pops up)

The bang for you buck is good so close to uptown - we toured several places on the other side of Hwy 75 and the apartment we could fit in our budget would be much much much smaller! I walk over to West Village/McKinney regularly. While we do hear some noise from the apartment above us, we havent had significant noise issues.

Ive lived here for a little over a month so far, and I have nothing but positive feedback for the apartment and the management. The complex (apartment and grounds) itself is beautiful and well maintained. There is an outdoor patio area with several grills, TVs, and furniture for cookouts and football fun. The parking garage for residents is secure and there are plenty of spots; guest parking is a little harder to come by, but thats to be expected at all places. The units are gorgeous and not cheaply furnished: granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, ceramic tile in the bathroom. Regarding the management, they have been responsive to my one service request I put in. Someone came by within 24 hours and the issue was resolved. Also, management coordinates social events every few weeks for the residents (i.e. happy hour, pizza, ice cream, volunteer opportunities) as a good way to meet your neighbors. I definitely recommend living here!

Great place to live, 2 to 3 minutes to downtown. Cross the street from uptown restaurants and bars.4-Star... Residence needs to clean up after themselves in common areas, (this is not a college dorm - leaving beer bottles and coffee cups in the stairwell and trash outside the trash shoot) and clean up after there dogs. If you have a dog, its is your responsibility to take care of them.
