This is just a wonderful place to live.I love the new management catholic Charities theyre so Friendly City square has this place full of drama I love it now I also work for Downtown Dallas I can just walk to work this place is safety I love it here thank you Catholic charities for saving me

The process of getting in to the building was a bit arduous, the laundry facility is in need of a serious overhaul.....But, truth be told, this place has been an amazing opportunity for me to be able to start a new life, gain the resources necessary to live, andtruly be a part of a community where people are grateful for what they have and thankful for the resources this building provides to them. This is truly a community that has given me my life back again!

I just want to say how thankful I am for the leasing office staff, maintenance crew and security team. Ms. Davette and her team. Carlos and his crew. Raul and his team. Everyone is just so great! Me, my boyfriend and our daughters really appreciate them all so much! They go above and beyond to do their best to help in any way!! Thank yall sooo much!! ⭐🌟⭐

Loved the price and feel this community is a perfect step in the right direction for people that are ready for change! Staff are warm and friendly. The manager Haley is top notch, what a great service these people provide! I would love to manage this property and be apart of the owners and team that provide such a valuable resource for the community.

Its a good building to live in some employers are not so kind but Most are. Most apartments in this building are not so big. Living in and visiting this building there isnt much wrong here but some things do need to be improved.

Visited the leasing office on 11/13/19. Staff was helpful, courteous, and informative. Units are perfectly placed and perfectly priced for affordable downtown living.

Its a clean place. Everyone is friendly. Im a officer there and everyone treats you as if you lived there. So its a pretty awesome place.

I learned about city walk at akard from my sister its a high rise they accept vouchers and I believe that they help the homeless people but, its a 6month waiting list like I said I just learned about city walk at akard so just go and check it out for yourself and they do application on Friday from 1:00pm to 3:00???

Its where i live,in the apartment above their business office.They have a wonderful team of people that work hard for the tenants who live here. Excellent job !
