Ive lived here for a year and have absolutely loved it! The units are older, but they are very well kept and maintained. Theres a quiet atmosphere, so Ive never had to worry about parties being thrown or neighbors being loud. The manager, Patrice, is so friendly and is incredibly accommodating. If I wasnt moving away from San Angelo, I would definitely have renewed my lease and continued to live here. I highly recommend checking out Cielo Vista!
