This place has been my home for almost 10 years and i have great memories here with family. Management has always been kind and helpful!! The other day my mom even saw the manager helping an old disabled man!! Everything that weve needed fixed has been fixed, and the visitors parking is so easy to use. The sun shines brightly for us here!!

Id rated Chula Vista Apt 4 stars for its friendly, generous and outstanding kindness from the management, Mrs Martinez, office staff and their maintenance workers. Theyre are friendly oriented people to make sure their tenants safety is utmost important to them. We thank them for all their generosity and their kindness theyve shown us. The tenants here are people oriented by helping one another. Thank you Chula Vista Apts ❤️

I have been living here for over 2years . Maintenance always takes care of my work orders on time. love the lady’s at the office they are very professional and helpful . Thank you Chula Vista and staff for making me feel comfortable living here .

I am a happy resident at Chula Vista. I was here when the previous manager was here. Ms. Roxanne, was a positive change. She does not play around. A few weeks ago I came to my apartment and there were many beer bottles near my apartment. I do not know what she did but havent seen any lately. No nasty smell of dog poop outside. My visit can register using a cellphone. When before we had to run to the office to get a pass.

Outstanding customer service from the apartment office! Lived here for 4 years, and never had any complaints! On site staff is marvelous, office staff was always rapid and eager to attend all of my necessities concerning my home. What also amazes me is that this complex fumigates constantly, with their own pest control company. Repair issues are always a top priority for this apartment complex, very quick and efficient!

My grandparents have 7 years living there. Maintenance always takes care of her apartment, they are very professional, and always helpful specially with seniors. That’s why my grandma is staying another year. Office staff is friendly, And they translate stuff for my grandparents when I’m not able to.

I am the tenant of Apt 139, I have been living here for 2 years, they were the first apartments that gave me the opportunity to live without having lived in the US, I have always been grateful for the treatment of the girls in the office, they have always been kind and helpful to me, only I had to call maintenance 1 time in the 2 years I have lived here and in less than 30 minutes they were in the Apt and fixed the air unit. The common areas are always clean and they care about the well-being of the tenants, the pool area is very well maintained… If you are looking for an apartment to live in, I recommend it….

Thank you Mrs. Martinez for giving us excellent maintenance My husband and I are from the dead media we have lived for a long time in Chula Vista Apartments but we have 2 years of tranquility Desdemona that Mrs. Martinez came to clean everything and we live safer Grace TO the order that she came to put The pargueos are very clean there is no more garbage in the pargueos we already sleep very well at night there are no more people Drinking in Pargueos not even with Loud Music if you are looking for a safe and clean place, I recommend you live in Chula Vista apartm. They have a very professional and friendly staff who is dedicated to solving any problem at any time.
