This is one of the most wonderful Apartments I have lived in. Everything is organized, maintenence is top notch with a speed of the light response. Neighbors are very friendly. Rent is affordable compared to the quality of service. The leasing agents are very meek and respectful, particularly Vanessa. I guess all the staff got more than just training for the job.I am only leaving due to change of job but I would definitely rent here again should I return to Corpus Christi.

This is a great place to live. Every holiday they have fun stuff going on in the office like plants, candy, etc. Anytime I have put in a maintenance call they quickly address the issue and follow up afterwards. The staff is always very friendly as well. The grounds are kept clean and the pool is always open. I feel safe living here.

We moved here two years ago from Oahu, Hawaii. It was quite a challenge for us relocating from Hawaii to Corpus Christi Texas. I truly think the staff here Vanessa and Yvette are very kind and friendly. And the manager is very kind and understanding. The maintenance crew is very efficient too. I wanted to recognize Tony who is great too. The grounds keeper is so kind and very friendly as well. We are moving in less than 2 weeks to Galveston Texas. Then in ayear and 6 months will return to Hawaii. I would highly recommend this complex to newcomers looking for a good home. To the staff ,grounds keeping crew We say as we do in Hawaii Aloha and many blessings to all their Ohana. And finally Malama Pono-(Take care)James and Makana Capello-Cullen

Currently living here and renewing for a six month lease only because eventually I want to buy my own place, but feel this is my last home before buying one. If I dont find a home to buy, will definitely renew again. Actually the staff is the same staff that helped me when I first moved to Corpus Christi in 2013 and rented at Regency Squares. Was a bit down when Regency was bought and the staff moved over to Christiwood, it was never the same. Old complex but they made it work. Eventually moved to Stoneleigh, although nice, too expensive and climbing to the third floor was like a workout in itself. Parking was bad as well. Moved to Christiwood a year ago and aside for some minor maintenance issues, which all have been fixed, been great! Live in the back, it is quiet and the park is right outside my patio. Nice for when my daughter visits every other weekend. Neighbors are quiet as well. Long story short, I should have moved here a long time ago. Better late than never.

We lived here for about 3 years. Maintenance is the best part. They fix everything really quickly. Office staff wasnt great, but maintenance made up for it. Our unit was nice, upgraded and quiet. AC and everything worked well and was maintained. One major issue is dogs. People never pick up poop, dont follow the rules, and dogs are always off leashes. Security is a joke. The gates never work and the security officer doesnt answer the phone. Luckily it was pretty quiet and never needed it much. Overall, it was a really good place to live. We moved out 6 months ago and they were fair on returning our deposit.

I love living at Christiwood Apartments I love that they have a gated community and the office staff is always very friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk into the office. The Maintenance staff is wonderful and very friendly if they are out walking the grounds they always say hi to you. I love that they always keep the grounds clean. I love that they take pride in keeping the property looking nice. I love living in an apartment complex that takes pride in keeping up with the property.

We lived here for almost six months. The office staff we dealt with (mostly Theresa) were very professional and extremely kind. I loved the apartment. We had a one bedroom and our bedroom was very large. I fit a California King size bed, two nightstands, a dresser drawer, a corner shelf and still had plenty of space! And the closet was HUGE! Nice carpet in living and bedroom. They painted an accent wall a beautiful blue that I picked from their list of choices. I had a nice built in book shelf. Appliances were older but worked just fine. I only had to call maintenance a couple of times and they usually came the same day. They were very polite. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I could hear every move my upstairs neighbor and her dog made. Due to my husbands disability we had to rent on the ground floor. Unfortunately, (but also fortunate for us) we had to break our one year lease because our house in Louisiana sold much more quickly than we thought it would and we were able to purchase our dream condo. Although they could have charged us extra for breaking our lease they were very understanding and only charged us the normal fees. I will always remember my time at Christiwood as a happy time. And we actually miss Theresa! I would also like to add that I never once felt unsafe and never saw the police there.

I absolutely love this place and the staff (Especially Latoya)! They are so incredibly helpful and so sweet I am so glad I chose this place to rent from, plus the bedrooms are huge! Large living rooms and a nice sized kitchen as well with a dishwasher. Absolutely in love with the dog park as well! If you are looking for a nice apartment go talk to Latoya she’s super sweet and helpful!

I have lived at Christiwood twice and I never had an issue. Office staff was always pleasant, maintenance was fantastic, and the apartments are well kept. I have lived at two other apartment communities in Corpus and they all have similar policies. People tend to get upset when they are caught breaking the rules. I followed the rules and read my lease; therefore, I never had issues and understood what was expected of me as a resident.

They do have a roach problem, and no matter how many times they spray or you do yourself, as soon as someone moves out they are right back in your apartment. Other than that I havent had any problems. They have always been very quick and friendly with maintenance, other than when I put in my 90 day vacate notice. They were friendly and responded to messages but never came to do the work.

Everyone that I’ve dealt with in the office are pretty nice, they have been very accommodating, However the maintenance man is extremely rude. When I first moved here I was telling people to move here, I however no longer am. No one wants to deal with someone being so rude. Especially when you’re paying to live there. If my review was based off of the leasing office alone they would get 5 stars, it however is not. I find it really weird that the people in the apt behind me sit on the porch with their 5 year old naked child at times. This is especially troubling as there are so many men in this apt complex. Their front gates have issues, just last week the side to come into was not working for a short amount of time and people were driving through the exit entrance. In addition to this you have to get really close to the exit gate for it to even open. This is a problem, that I wish would be fixed. Aside from that I’d recommend this place.-updated to say I was apologized to and now feel much better about the situation

Compared to my last apartment, which was way more expensive, this place is awesome. All they really ask is for you to follow their rules and theyre fine. They dont ask alot either. Ive been here since the beginning of July and Ive had no issues. The maintenance people fix issues fast and everyone around here is very friendly. The apartments are clean and in good shape. No complaints from me.

I accepted a job and had to find an apartment while out of state. Christiwood offered all the amenities and apartment features I was looking for. Their move-in special was great, which included a free months rent. Theresa was very helpful and accommodating in making sure the application and lease process went smoothly. She also answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex, especially to those new to Corpus Christi.

They really helped me when I needed a place to stay. I didn’t like the gates were always open at night for some reason, I’m sure someone was breaking it every night. And I didn’t like the homeless people when I needed to do laundry, it only happened once but I never had an issue really, and I live there for 2 years. I love the pink trees and dog park.

I have lived here working on my 3rd year. Zero complaints. The office staff is always very friendly. Maintenance is always on top of things. They usually get out the same day to take care of issues, not days to weeks like some other places. The grounds are always kept up and maintained. Cant say enough good things about this place. I would recommend anyone, and actually have already convinced my friend to move in and she now lives here as well :)

When it came time to search for an apartment it was very hard to find a complex that was compatible with my budget as well as being a safe environment for my family. When we first walked into the office we were greeted by LaToya. Every question and concern that I had she was able to answer quickly and was very knowledgeable. Fast forward 2 years my family and I are very grateful to have found such a great complex. I highly recommended when searching for your new home!

Great place to call home. Unique floor plans, great office staff. Lynn cares about the residents and listenes to them. Any issues are fixed quickly. Just signed 3rd year long lease with Christiwood. Incentives to renew lease and the owners are great at putting money into the property to make continuous improvements.

This has honestly been the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived in. Any time Ive had a problem, they solved it immediately. Showered the tenants that lived there with move-in gifts, renewing lease incentives and random acts of appreciation like Taco Tuesday when they gave out free tacos and juice to all the guests leaving work in the morning. Very good at communication and keeping tenants up to date with any changes going on. They also work diligently at updating parts of the complex that could use a little TLC, always making improvements around the complex. Ive never felt more welcome, at home and taken care of in my life. My leasing agent LaToya was PHENOMENAL in helping my boyfriend and I get an apartment there and even helped us with things that went beyond just leasing us an apartment. I can not express enough how amazing these guys are. I highly recommend staying here!

The maintenance and staff actually do their jobs and they dont shortcut any repairs. The best apartments ive lived in since moving to Texas over 5 years ago. When my dog locked my wife outside with my daughter inside They immediately came over, broke the window to gain entry, replaced the window immediately and at no cost to us. Theyve gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to accomodate my family and service animal. My a/c unit wasnt working to Well and They scheduled an appointment in timely manner to come check it out, diagnosed it, and fully fixed the issues without rigging anything to work or making excuses about the temperature outside causing the issues.. My a/c is blowing colder than my drs office now lol. Since ive moved her I havent seen the cops come in on a call, heard gun shots, seen a drug deal, or heard from a neighbor about a car being broken into once. At my old complex off weber and holly that would be Daily occurrence. Here they also keep the grounds clean and tidy, keeps landscaping maintained, and dont have any dangerous areas( open man holes, electrical dangers, broken sharp equipment, etc.) I have to watch out for when taking my toddler on a walk with my dog. The playground is pretty nice as well. I did have to do some research for better routes to and from work due to traffic but thats no fault of theirs and after I found out the best route I bypass all the morning and evening traffic like a boss. Im an electrician and have been in construction 18+ years which has led me to be hard to please with housing, this place passes my check list though and ive personally recommended it(which I dont do) a couple of times.

It is very easy to move Christiwood, the. stuffs are nice and friendly. The deposit much less compare to others. They not force to buy pre-install cable.. They do not charge on me any clean other damage things when I move out. I would choose Christiwood again if i will back to Corpus Christi.

Very attentive personnel. I called up Friday for our tv internet faulty connection. Serviceman came Monday and the problem is now fixed. Great job Christiwood! God bless you more.The apartment though becomes infested with cockroaches lately and pestcon services seem cannot eradicate insect proliferation.

I recently move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom my apartment was not clean like it was suppose to doors are so old barely close my floors were not even mop they were left so dirty kitchen cabinets are so dirty they just painted over them only new thing new was my rug the staff are really nice so is maintenance i just wish they would of really taken there time to clean I see all this tiny black holes and i know there termites Im really disappointed cause i really love this area
