Update: …Never have I ever been so disrespected by Ms. Vicki. Sigh.Update: 4/18/23 - Things are better now and it really is a nice place. I guess my only complaint since ive been here upon construction is that you can hear everything. Im just being honest. Noise at night is good though so you can get your sleep in. However, I guess that all depends on who your neighbor is. The two new ladies at front desk .. they are wonderful! Extremely helpful with issues etc Yes this place has been open for a year as I leased in July 2022.Other than the thin walls.. its a great place for people who work from home, dont like being in the city and for people who are homebodies. :)However, there’s no food here and nothing to do. I see they are possibly building more attractions here in CLEBURNE but. Yea -

Just wanted to come on here and boast about Addie. She was so much help throughout the whole process from the time we moved in until the time we moved out! Always made sure any problem we ever had was taken care of and is such a nice soul. She definitely deserves a raise with the service that she provides in the name of this complex! -

If there was never a place where they call Home away from Home, A place where Dreams DO come true this would be the place. Staff: very helpful, attentive, provided me all the questions I had. Are/view: Simple gorgeous (see pics), gym, ping pong, pool table, sitting area, RGE POOL!! Already signed a lease and looking forward to the move. Forget the vacation/beach, Im already here!! -

If you’re looking for an amazing place to call home, Chisholm Trace Apartments is where it’s all at. The units are beautiful and there are several floor plans to choose from, but that’s not all. The amenities are amazing. One of my favorites is the Starbucks coffee dispenser in the club room.The office staff are very professional and understanding. They will always greet you with a warm smile and always be there to help when needed. The maintenance is outstanding and will always get to your issues very timely and quickly. If you’re reading this review and in need of an awesome place to live, look no further and come check this place out! -

First off I would like to thank the staff for all their help. Theyve been very accommodating. The apartments are wonderful. The amenities that are available to the residents are outstanding and The complex is always kept very clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! -

I lived at Chisholm Trace for exactly 1 year. The apartment complex is brand new and modern. I loved the the layout and the amenities. While living there I had 2 work orders- 1 for the refrigerator ice maker not working, and 1 for the bedroom ceiling fan not working- both unusual since the appliances were brand new, but they were replaced by the maintenance staff without any issue. My only complaints are that when your ready to move, they practically keep you hostage, and you will not get your deposit back no matter what. Their lease agreement is iron clad and you can’t get out of it without getting stuck with outrageous fees, and my lease was almost up and I wanted to move the office staff does whatever they can to keep you there. They require a 60 day notice to move and you have to go into the office (during their office hours) to provide this notice, which I did and they still kept telling me I needed to give more notice to vacate. My apartment was kept immaculate, but they still managed to find a way to keep 100% of my deposit by adding odd fees that happen to equal the exact deposit amount.For the most part I liked living there. People were friendly, and the location is quite and remote. -

My experience at Chisholm Trace Apartments had been nothing less than phenomenal! The leasing office and its staff are nothing short of stellar! It’s been a lil rough on my end, but Megan has made my experience worth while. Not to mention, the amenities are the best Ive personal experienced at any apartment! If you wanna know what they got, you’re gonna have to swing on by! However, I will tease one of my favorites! Inside the club room there’s a Starbucks Coffee Maker and I swear this thang was like $1,000,000 because that’s how I feel when I sip my daily coffee, COMPLEMENTARY COFFEEEEEEEEE AT THAT! 🤪 Again, come on by and find out! But, make sure you have black out curtains cause the apartments are LIT!! Both figuratively and literally!P.S.The lights aren’t that bad. Being in a very well lite apartment complex honestly helps me sleep at night! Let me put it this way, even if you wore all black, you’d still be seen from a mile away! -

Wonderful place to live! It’s a beautiful complex with awesome amenities, the office staff are all so nice and helpful, and the few maintenance requests I’ve had while living here were completed quickly. I’m happy to call Chisholm Trace my home! -

Had a great experience getting into these apartments. Karen was so helpful and understanding. She was ready to answer all our questions. We were almost unable to move in because we didn’t have a cashiers check but Karen and Vicki worked with us so we were able to pay our deposit and move in! The apartment is clean and spacious. We only moved in a week ago but love it so far!Only downside right now is I’m not sure if the trash valet service is running (I could be wrong though). -

My experience of Chisholm Trace Apt has been the BEST!!! From Ms Vicky (Manager) , Veronica (Asst. Manager) and Mikey (Maintenance) and Cliff (Groundskeeper) to the whole staff are friendliest and kindest. My husband and I haven’t lived in an apartment since 86-87. Everyone made us feel right at home. They made our transition so easy and welcoming!!! It’s a beautiful place to live and the amenities are great! Thank you so much, we appreciate it!! -
