    I met Isabella! Never has someone treated me with so much patience and compassion as this angel. Shes absolutely wonderful.The apartments are in good condition and location. Their pricing is very fair.I would highly recommend this place.Its just unfortunate we couldnt make this our home due to unforeseen circumstances that arent Chisholm Place making.

    I have lived here for almost two years and have nothing but good to say about this apartment complex and the staff! The new management is great and maintenance has always been very quick and kind to us. The location is perfect being right next to the highway. It is a quiet neighborhood and I honestly don’t have any complaints! I feel thankful that we found a place that we love and look forward to the new changes and improvements coming.

    I’ve lived in apartments for quite some time now and none really meet my expectations like Chisholm Place. The Chisholm Place really has and is my favorite apartments I’ve ever lived in. The staffs and maintenance staff are very truly nice people. Apartment is great and very nice and friendly neighborhood. I recommend anyone move in here if you are looking for a quiet, nice, and peaceful place to live in. I love that they have a pool and a basketball and tennis court for my kids to play and distract themselves and not just stay at home but actually be active.

    This has been my favorite apartment community to reside in. Very professional and kind office and management, well kept property, prompt maintenance on request, and even Double pane glass really keeps the indoors quiet. Pet friendly, and more for less. Highly recommend.

    I have lived at Chisholm Place since 2017. All apartment complexes deal with a lot of the same issues - night time drive throughs of loud cars blaring their music or revving their mufflers, people dumping their furniture and trash, partying with no regard toward neighbors. Ive seen many resident managers come and go; maintenance staff in and out like flies; owners of the complex who havent cared about anything, and management companies who never respond.CHISHOLM PLACE IS UNDER NEW OWNER AND MANAGEMENT - COME TAKE A LOOK!!!Whoever the new owner is, we all thank that person and appreciate the complex is being cleaned up and long awaited repairs being made. Thank you Maria Cruz for all you are doing and having an open door policy. Thank you Omar and Allen for responding to maintenance issues quickly.Theres a lot going on at Chisholm Place - clearing of dead trees and bushes (no more falling limbs damaging cars); every apartment in each building has a fire extinguisher outside the door; all toilets replaced; faucets and plumbing inspected and corrected; attics filled with a lot more insulation; seals added to doors; and next on the agenda is new energy efficient windows! Because the complex is small, the only amenity is a swimming pool that hasnt been in use for the last 3 summers due to much needed repairs. We are so happy that repairs have been made and inspections finally approved.You wont find granite counter tops or fancy details, but SPACE! More space than youll find anywhere with either a patio, balcony, or small backyard to choose from. You have the choice of paying for a parking spot or not as parking is at a premium with many residents owning two cars, trailers, etc. There is a dog park for the beloved pets. PISD school buses pick up/drop off right in front of the office. Best of all, there is a 10:00 PM curfew. Everyone deserves peace and quiet - loud music, grilling with an open flame, continual barking dog, will not be tolerated and police will be called. We all know rent is ridiculously high and most apartments are not much bigger than a cracker box and several floors high. You will find that people love it here for the convenience of location, schools and spaciousness. Kudos to the new team!!! Wont you be our neighbor?

    Good service at the leasing office and the maintenance staff always took care of the few damages that occurred to me during the year. This year 2024 with new management they are making many improvements, very quiet at least for this year that I lived.

    Moved in maybe a little over 3 months ago, and Ive grown to really love this complex. Its such a nice and quiet community, the staff is so kind and helpful, the maintenance is never an issue they are so quick and kind. As well as the location is great, and living here has allowed me to meet some wonderful people.

    I have been living here for 4 years and I absolutely love the complex and staff. They are amazing and I honestly feel like we are family. I just renewed my lease I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Thank you Staff for all you do ❤️

    I been in my apartment since October 26, 2019 and I love it. Moved here from New York and did the whole deal over the phone with Karen Jimenez. She is the best, from our first ever conversation over the phone she showed nothing less then A+ professionalism.She assist me with my transition from New York to Plano. My neighbors are great as well, very quiet and lovely. Across the street occasionally the horses run around. They are the most beautiful biggest horses I ever seen. If you are looking for a spacious apartment then Chisholm is the place for you.

    I just moved in not too long ago. The management here has been great. We had a few difficulties with our electricity but they sent someone ASAP and were able to fix it. The Townhome we got is huge.

    Lived here for 2 years (1bd/1studio) and our experience was great the whole time. neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly. parking is amazing for both residents and your guests!!! i always felt safe there. erica, the property manager, is really easygoing and straight forward and maintenance crew always polite. our apartment was really big and roomy.throughout our time we only had issues with the boiler, kitchen and sink overflowing, and neighbors washer leaking to our apt, however these were resolved in a timely manner.

    These apartments are very nice, and at a very reasonable price, but the reason for this five star review is the promtness and quality of the staff. They were willing to work with me on a couple minor issues with the apartment, and Patrick, the maintenance is one of a kind. Hes quick to respond, cordial, and most importantly, very thorough. Once he fixes a problem, you can be sure it will not reoccur.It may seem like the apartment I was in isnt in good shape if I keep having to call him, but I only needed his help a few times when I first moved in. These are older apartments, but well maintained, and have felt very comfortable in my stay here. The pool is very clean, not crowded, and saltwater filtered, which means you dont feel like youve taken a chemical bath when finished swimming.Overall, the value is unbeatable if you are willing to stay in an older apartment.

    I have absolutely loved living here. The apartments are large and generally kept very well. The only reason I am moving is because I cant afford the big increase on the rent. The walking trails behind the complex are very nice. Overall it is very quiet. I have never had a problem with pest either. This is great size complex, not too big. I would say a 4 out of 5 stars because my unit if outdated. I know they have been doing renovations, but my unit is still outdated. Also, there is no gym on site. So for the price you are getting a large apartment, but it may not be the most up to date and you will still need to pay for a gym membership elsewhere. When I first moved into the complex, there was a different management company. Within a year, the property was sold. I have lived here for just over 3 years and there have been staff changes, but I didnt have any issues with the previous management company and I dont with the current one.

    Spacious and well maintained during my two years of residence (2011-2013). When I first moved to Plano I didnt think I would find a decent apartment under $1k, but I was wrong. I felt safe living here. Parking is definitely better than many other places, but there are no reserved spaces so be prepared to come home at night to your neighbors taking up all the spaces with their multiple cars. The maintenance team is fantastic and very responsive (Heres looking at you, Bobby).I moved out because my rent was being raised every year despite being a good resident. Good for a temporary dwelling, but I would avoid it long-term.

    Ive only lived her at Chisholm Place for a few months but so far so good, very nice and quite community. Lots of friendly people around and the staff is awesome. Our townhome is HUGE! So space wise, they are very generous in sq. ft.They welcomed us with a gift box that had lots of goodies with a welcome note. Ive had a chance to meet Patrick the lead maintenance here, great guy. As far as the office staff I havent had a chance to meet but seem nice. We are in the center of EVERTHING!!! Mall, restaurants, bars, great trail, pool for the summer or hot tub for the winter, and also has basketball/tennis court. Security that walks the premises and lots of space for parking. So if your looking to rent in a great community that is family and pet friendly, this would be a great place for you.

    If youre in the market for a new home in the Plano area this is a great place to be. Its a great apartment for the price and a great location less than two blocks from lots of major shopping. The girls in the office are phenomenal, huge shout-out to Deja and Ericka they helped my boyfriend and I when we were in a HUGE bind!!! love this place

    LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT---EMILY AND REY ARE THE MOST WODERFUL AND UNDERSTANDING PPL IVE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONG TIME, YES I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO RESIDE IN, MY APARTMENT IS SOOOOOOO COZY AND SPACIOUS.
