    The front desk are really helpful and call immediately if any account issue are happening. I sent in request and have had them responded back immediately. The environment is safe, and roaches are not infestation like previous reviews stated. It is worth giving the shot if in your budget.

    The best thing i ever did was move into these apartments! Ms Daisy & her staff are so amazing! During this storm they have kept in touch and are willing to work with me in reference to my rent because my job can’t pay me rn due to the loss of electricity. The staff here goes the extra mile and then some. Will definitely be renewing my lease as long as Miss Daisy and her staff are here! UNIT 2

    Well I have seen to much negativity being said about the place I have called home for the last 8 years , an one thing I will say is that the management is absolutely incredible, they have always have token care of my children an I , Ms Daisy is just absolutely a blessing in our life she has always an I mean always has came through for us an made sure my family and I are taken care of this beautiful lady gose out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of she just has been a blessing for my family an I when we need the most , at the worst she always comes through, people are quite to say the most negative but not say all the blessings Ms Daisy actually does not just for my family an I but for a lot of the residents also ! Thank you Chestnut hill Ms Daisy an staff for everything!!!!

    The staff is very helpful and as a tenet for over a year I can say that all of my needs have been met expeditiously and without any problems. The complex is safe and lively and there is always events that really connect the community! I have always felt a sense of disconnection with other communities I’ve lived in but here i couldn’t be happier. 5 stars all around and a special Thankyou to Daisy! She was very helpful and kind.

    The property manager is very helpful and she did very good jobs for every single thing. But some people live here is not good behavior they don’t follow the rules of property. But I am satisfied with this management.

    I want start off by saying Elizabeth is an amazing worker, I went and tour a 1 bedroom apartment, and she recommended me a townhome she did a tour and I absolutely loved it . I applied the next day and in less than 10 mins I got approved the process was super fast and she was super helpful . The customer service is on 10. And loved the way they treated me and my wife . I recommend these apartments very much ! So excited to start my new journey in these apartments thank you so so much Elizabeth 🫶🏼

    We had a few issues when we first moved in. Manager was on vacation when we first got here but as soon as she heard about all the issues we had, she did everything in her to fix things for us. She was very nice & understanding. Love the fact that the walls aren’t white & the kitchen is cute. Would recommend

    This was my first Apartment so I didnt really exactly know what I was in for. But Chestnut Hill is a great place to stay. It is convenient. Some advice I would give any person looking for a new place to stay in Houston, check out the place on a rainy day. It floods around the complex but not inside. The apartments are built up. So its all good. Overall a great place to live the Management staff is very nice. Im glad I made the decision to move here.

    I normally don’t write reviews.I lived in these apartments for 2 years and recently moved out to a house. One thing I could say about this place is the staff is very friendly, they offer good customer service. Maintnance response was okay, but other than that I never had any complaints.

    Very happy with the property, they make me feel right at home. My daughter enjoys the childreens play ground. I love the attention they give at the office, they make sure you are well attented and that your needs are met. I would highly recomend this property to any one!     I read the reviews so I was questioning about it I came up there the staff was very nice to me , I did have a tour on the property the property look clean , washer and dryers work property some units come with the instalación include , u have places very close so u will save gas if u wanna go to Walmart or any fast food close also Gas station and other stores that are very close to the property my apartment. My apartment was very clean and everything works ,the appliances are in good condition. My only concern is the amount of speed bumps they can cause damage to my car and for people that have low car can be affected by this Issue I hope they can replaced with betters and not to big . I hope this can help you have a better understanding of the property .If you are LIkE uber eat is gonna be a hit because every restaurant on Westheimer is 0 to 2.99 delivery fee.
