The Cherry Street Apartments leasing office has been amazing while I’ve been figuring out my lease. They pick up immediately every time and are super helpful and professional. A big thanks to Katy for being so friendly, patient, and always willing to help as she’s made the whole process so much easier. Ive visited friends there before, and the apartments are super nice with great layouts. Cant wait to move in next Fall! 🌟 -

I loved living at Cherry Street!! The property is perfectly located near campus and Northgate, plus a 5-minute walk from a bus stop. I live in a 2x2 and my closet space is HUGE! The office staff are super friendly, especially Lizzy! She consistently goes above and beyond to organize amazing events for the residents, and I always look forward to them. :) -

Cherry Street Apartments have been my home for the past two years, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. From day one, the manager April has been incredibly helpful and attentive to any concerns or inquiries. The apartments themselves are not only well-maintained but also exude a cozy charm that makes coming home a pleasure. Ive had no problems during my time here, thanks to the efficient management and the peaceful atmosphere of the community. Whether its the convenient location, the responsive staff, or the overall quality of living, Cherry Street Apartments exceed expectations in every aspect. -

I’ve been here for 2 years now, onto my third (now in a different unit) and I really like the apartment. nice amenities in the building and very good customer service, but I think maintenance could be a bit faster. Overall, love the quality of life and experience here. -

So far so good. Move in day was excellent. Check in was organized with no more than 2 people in line at a time, moved quickly. Staff were on hand to knock out issues asap (keys didn’t work). They were super quick to change the deadbolt and follow up while we moved in our things, we were done unloading in an hour with working keys. Super helpful staff were just AVAILABLE and ATTENTIVE in elevators and in halls. The unit was clean and all things were in working order. Keep it up! -

Shout out to Katy, the leasing agent, she is amazing! She’s always helpful, quick to respond, and goes out of her way to assist with any questions or concerns. Her professionalism and friendly attitude make a real difference in my experience here. Even the maintenance people that work here are amazing, I put in a work order and it is finished in the same day. The leasing office people are fantastic, they are always friendly and they never disappoint. They always have new activities each month and are super friendly just walk in and if you have a question they will answer it without hesitation. If it wasn’t for the hospitality here I wouldn’t stay! -
Review 10 (2024-08-07 - Rating: 4)
Lived here for a year and i enjoyed my experience overall! leaving only four stars because throughout the months of february-april, i had 1 high-priority parcel and 3 envelopes get lost in the mail. 4 items being lost in such a short time frame is unreasonable. i do not think this is a problem with cherry street management, but possibly the “confusing” location for delivery drivers. my roommate also had troubles with her amazon packages getting delivered to other buildings down the road. unfortunately, i ended up losing over $150 of non-refundable goods. the front office staff were very understanding when i asked them about this issue and said they would be on the look out if the mail ever arrived. my main point is that i want to warn other residents to reconsider mailing or delivering items of value to this apartment as there is a higher risk it of being lost. otherwise, i enjoyed how spacious the rooms were compared to other apartments in cstat (namely berkeley house and the hudson’s). as a girl, it was a luxury to have such a huge bathroom and closet, and i will definitely miss that in the future! -

Overall, I enjoy living at Cherry Street! I used to live in the main building but moved into the 404 building for grad school, and both have been nice. The maintenance guys are super kind and helpful, and the office workers are really good too. The manager April was such a big help when I had issues with a neighbor. Also, the proximity to campus and Northgate is quite convenient. If you want a mostly quiet apartment with a short distance from campus, I would recommend Cherry Street -

Cherry Street Apartments offers a fantastic living experience with its prime location on Northgate. The convenience of being close to campus, restaurants, and entertainment makes it a top choice for anyone . The staff, especially April, at Cherry Street Apartments are incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or issues. They also do monthly events with plenty of gift card giveaways and free food!! The pool area is a standout feature, complete with a big Jenga, ping pong table, and grills, making it the perfect spot to relax and socialize with friends and neighbors. Moreover, the maintenance of the property is exceptional; issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and homey. -

Review 17 (2023-07-12 - Rating: 5)
Lived here for a year now. Love my one bedroom apartment, it’s the perfect amount of space for me. The management team here is also very nice and helpful all the time. Food and entertainment places are in walking distance from the apartment and is also only a couple blocks from campus. -
Review 18 (2022-08-30 - Rating: 5)
I’m giving it 5+ stars for Angel who is the regional manager of the properties who went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The two maintenance staff members Marshall and his counterpart who were there on move in day to swap out a worn item both receive 5 stars as well. The location is perfect and building 404 is very quiet inside and well insulated for noise. Val who works there is also top notch.A few things that could be improved. The internet was a bit of a hassle and required a cable modem in each unit to work. The apartment was clean except for the carpet in the bedroom which could be replaced and after vacuuming with a decent vacuum had a lot of dirt pulled out of it. It looks like it was never vacuumed before move in. And also, there is a gate to pull vehicles into the apartment but it seems like it is never closed. This should be closed to prevent people who may be walking from the bars a block away or from random people showing up and hanging out. The building access is locked but the parking lot gate should be as well. Oh and the phone system when calling is horrendous and cuts in and out and should be fixed. But overall the unit itself is stylish and a really good size. -

By far, Cherry Street Apartments have been the best apartments Ive lived in here in College Station. Units are very spacious with big bathrooms and walk-in closets. The management is amazing everyone is friendly and helpful with any inconveniences. Also, the maintenance team will always greet you with a positive attitude and will help you out. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for apartments in the Northgate area! -
Review 20 (2019-03-14 - Rating: 5)
Ive lived at the Cherry Street Apartments for the past 2 years. Other than very minor things, I have loved living here. The community is generally quiet, most of the patrons are students and appreciate that everyone needs to study and be quiet after hours. Theyve got a beautiful pool, a brand new gym, and free coffee. The staff is wonderful, warm, and diligent. If there is ever an issue, theyre very quick to find a solution. Of the places Ive lived in College Station so far, this is by far the best. -
Review 21 (2021-03-15 - Rating: 5)
I signed here originally based off the ratings, so I wanted to do my part in helping to get it a bit closer to five stars. I really appreciated the proximity to campus (practically unbeatable) and the quiet, kind community here. I have lived in each of the two buildings and have to say that the older one is my favorite. The management has been extremely kind and has helped to resolve everything from a broken washing machine to a mailbox key that didnt fit, and quite quickly at that.If youre looking for somewhere quiet, spacious, and close to campus, this is pretty much as good as you can get in Cstat. -
Review 22 (2023-09-01 - Rating: 5)
Lived here 2 years from 2021 to 2023, cleaned rooms, professional management, no bugs or insects concerns. They also returned all my deposit without any deductions. The only small issues is there might be some noise from handyman during maintenance. -
Review 23 (2020-07-31 - Rating: 5)
I moved down to Texas from across the country for grad school. Not knowing the area or anyone, I did a fair amount of research before signing a lease. I can confidently say that this has been by far the most seamless and enjoyable apartment I have ever lived in.I was in a the Good Bull floor plan (1 Bed/1 Bath in the side building) Everything worked how it was supposed to, no wear-and-tear from previous tenants. Gate controlled parking, assigned spots (never had to deal with anyone parking in mine). The common areas of the apartment were always clean and kept up by maintenance and the cleaning crew. Notifications about work being done was communicated effectively and promptly. The location to Northgate is great. It isnt directly on top of the bar scene so you cant actively hear it, however you are easily able to walk two blocks to get there.I had no issues with the amenities- the gym isnt huge, but gets the job done with all the equipment you need. I used it daily throughout the year (at various times of day) and only had to share the space a handful of times. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are at home. With the main building and one side building, its a small property, but this translates into the staff investing so much more in their residents. Any maintenance issues are fixed quickly- I had minor, minor issues with my apartment, but they were resolved within 1-2 business days. The entire staff, without fail, would always be friendly. This is a customer service-driven staff. They want to help you out if there is any issue. I loved receiving packages (pre COVID-19) so I had an excuse to visit the leasing office!!I dont have any bad things to say, truly. If you can afford the rent, I would absolutely recommend Cherry Street Apartments. You get what you pay for, and this apartment and staff is a prime example. -

Review 25 (2018-04-09 - Rating: 4)
I have lived at the newer of the two Cherry Street apartment buildings for over a year now and have had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Rent is reasonable given the proximity to campus and the amenities available to tenants. The rooms are spacious and furniture in the furnished units is of a good quality. My only complaint would be that it can be fairly noisy at times as there is quite a bit of construction going on in the area and oftentimes people will gather around the pool and the pavillion well into the night which can be an annoyance (dont live on the same floor as the pool). Rent has also gone up since the previous year which is a little unfortunate but otherwise it is a great place to live. -
Review 26 (2020-03-15 - Rating: 5)
I lived here in 2018/2019 for my senior year and it was the best apartment experience I had while in College Station. The front desk and management was always nice and put on events with free food. They were understanding as long as you communicated and I didnt get stuck with any unfair charges at the end of the year. Overall it was a quitter apartment complex so I never really heard the people above me or to the side of me. -
Review 27 (2023-10-11 - Rating: 5)
Great place, friendly staff and AMAZING maintenance team, they respond within a day maximum. The apartments are modern and cozy, and the facilities are great as well.Everything is within walking distance, which is what I like most. -

Ive loved living at the Cherry Street apartments. This is the first apartment complex in all 4 years of me living in College Station that Ive renewed my lease at. Its close to campus, and a bike is all youll need to get around anywhere you want. They have great amenities and Christy (The Manager) is the nicest and most accommodating person Ive met. Shes went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy during my stay and is one of the main reasons Im renewing. -
Review 29 (2018-08-31 - Rating: 5)
Recently moved in to Cherry Street and I have been blown away with how clean and nice these apartments are. By far the easiest and most painless move-in through my 4 years in Aggieland. Management is always easy to contact and very friendly and helpful! Only apartment I would ever recommend In College Station! -
Review 30 (2016-12-05 - Rating: 5)
I recently signed here at Cherry Street Apartments for the 2016-2017 school year. The new Management, especially Cristy (Manager), is beyond helpful and makes herself available at all times should any questions, concerns, and/or issues arise. When looking for apartments, it was important that the following criteria was met:1. Proximity to campus2. Proximity to Northgate District3. A quiet atmosphere4. On site maintenance (Head maintenance supervisor is helpful as well)5. Clean apartments w/ upgrades & renovationsHaving lived at other apartments around college station, I can say that the quality of service at Cherry Street Apartments exceeds that of my last location. I recommend those in search of the above criteria to consider signing here at Cherry Street for the upcoming year. -
Review 31 (2018-04-30 - Rating: 5)
I had a FANTASTIC experience living at Cherry Street, and would easily do it again if I werent graduating. Of my 4 years living off-campus, this was (by far) my favorite place, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering. This is a review for their 2bed/2bath unit. More detail in no particular order:(1) Management: Cristy and her team were very accommodating when I toured, quick and professional during the leasing process, and always happy to see me and other residents during the year! Mail system is well organized.(2) Communication: The staff is fantastic with communicating (via notes on your door or email) in letting you know when you have a package, events, etc. Especially important were maintenance notices, which were all posted well in advance--something I really appreciated as I was able to usually plan around them.(3) Upkeep of Property: In the past year, one elevator went out for about 2 wks, and the water had to be temporarily shut off for 3-4 hrs about 3 days for maintenance. All things considered, this isnt much! Cherry St does a great job of preventative maintenance so problems dont arise. Ive seen staff cleaning the hallways, elevators, re-painting numbers in the garage, etc. Trash picks up 5/7 days per week, and does so at a reasonable time (8-10PM).(4) Resident Events: Plentiful! Wish I went to more of these. Usually theyre free food in the office or a sonic run every Thursday (perfect because this is a small complex).(5) Internet: At the time of writing this w/ Ooklas speedtest: 29.04Mbps/down, 23.61Mbps/up with an in-wall ethernet connection. The internet provider allows up to 10 devices and Cherry St has a public wifi in addition to one for the residents. There are some dead zones in the complex-- particularly the parking garage. Sometimes annoying, but never a major issue.(6) Room Quality: The furnishings are good: includes a coffee table, 2 couches, flat-screen tv, 2 smaller tables, and 2 chairs in the living area. In the bedroom, a full-size mattress and bed frame. No desk at the time I moved in, but they acquired these mid-way in the year and offered them at request. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in unit. The washer is a bit small, but serviceable.(7) Noise: I was pleasantly surprised to find that noise from the train/northgate were never an issue. Bc this is a 1/2 bed only small community, noise is rarely a problem. There were occasionally late-night gatherings in the courtyard, but these were few and far b/t.(8) Location: 12 minute walk to RICH, 18m to HELD, 2m to northgate. Close to campus (especially if youre an engineering student). On bus route 15, but I never found myself needing this-- even on rainy days it was just more convenient to walk with an umbrella.(9) Maintenance/Security: Again, only occasional, usually preventative maintenance (ie. replacing air filters). I dont think I had to put in a single maintenance request-- this is a relatively new complex. No issues with fire alarms. The clubhouse closes at 10PM and the doors automatically lock, which created some issues with my friends belongings getting locked in there one evening. Since, however, Cherry St has hired an after-hours security officer.(10) Parking: Assigned parking, only had one instance of someone parking in my spot. Paid for in addition to your monthly rent. Garage is small and low-traffic. No visitor parking (probably my biggest issue)! But this can be worked around, theres some parking along the streets and the Northgate parking garage.(11) Gym: No gym on site, but they included a membership to Aerofit (now Trufit)-- valid at all locations (theyre all about a 10-15m drive). Used this frequently, a great inclusion.(12) Overall Value: My rental price was a bit on the expensive side, but comparable to what Ive paid in previous years. My roommate signed earlier than I did on a promotion and his rent was $100 less than mine-- at what he paid, it is absolutely worth the price. -
Review 32 (2018-04-12 - Rating: 5)
Normally, dont leave reviews but had to leave one for this complex, knowing that online reviews carried a lot of weight in my decision on where to live. Was hesitant to move here based off of the noise complaints people have about being in the bar district but it has been extremely quiet, despite what most people say about the area. All very positive things to say about the apartment complex. The leasing office always has friendly faces that get to know you on a personal level, the apartments are close to campus and food, the apartment itself is clean and well maintained with new furniture and a tv in each apartment, and it is very easy to get moved in since all utilities are covered minus electric, which they provide instructions on how to easily set that up online. Cristy is the complex manager and will address all questions or concerns you may have and is great with following up on the matter. The lease comes with a free gym membership with multiple locations that are close by, since there is no workout facility in the complex. There is a clubhouse with a printer and study space as well as TVs if you want to socialize. The front office always plans a calendar with fun events for the month like breakfast on the go or national cookie day where they have treats provided in the office. Overall, you cant get a better living situation anywhere else and at such a great price. Highly recommend the complex. -

Out of all the places I lived in College Station (Walton dorms 1 semester, Schumacher dorms 1 semester, The Woodlands 1 year, The Cottages 1 year, and Cherry Street 1 year), Cherry Street was by far the best. However, it was not perfect, so heres my list of pros and cons.Pros:Very attentive staffRooms are well insulated from noise from neighboring apartmentsLocated just far enough behind Northgate to not hear Northgate noise, but close enough that walking is easyLocated closer to Evans library than West Campus Garage by walking (this mattered to me because I used to park in WCG)Valet trash service picks up your trash at your doorOn-site printer, study room, and small gymNew appliances and TV in the roomsTons of storage space in the roomsReserved numbered parking spotsInexpensive for the relative newness of the apartment, amenities provided, and excellent locationCons:Trash service is not provided on Fridays and Saturdays, which is when my roommate and I tended to have more trash than usualParking spots are provided, but require $45 per month (still was cheaper than The Cottages for me)No visitor parkingMy fire alarm was incredibly sensitive (it went off while we were boiling water), but this was probably just a problem for my unitVery little sound insulation from outside noises, so could easily hear people walking below my windowPersonally, these cons were so minor that if I was still a student and had one more year at A&M, I would have renewed with Cherry Street. Overall, great housing option in College Station. -

Review 35 (2018-04-12 - Rating: 5)
My brother and I have lived here for over a year and just renewed for another year. It is 100% worth living here- you cant get a better location, a better front office staff, a better apartment with brand new furniture, covered parking, a gym membership, pool, and a social calendar all in one place plus such a great price. Its safe, clean, and affordable. Youre getting more than your moneys worth! -

I honestly feel that this is the best apartment in Northgate! Management is so kind and accomodating-- shoutout to Giovanni and Liza (which is one of my top priorities in an apartment). I love how it is also a small and quiet community. Only thing is that I wish that the gym had more equipment, but other than that I had a great experience here :D -
