    I would like to take the time to let Cherokee Owners know that Maria has been the best thing Cherokee has had in years . I have lived her 8 years and never experienced the welcoming and comfort I feel with Maria .. The owners have made a great choice with Maria.. She could be a little strict but this is what Cherokee needs. . Since she came to these apartments there has been a big change . The reason I want to express how I feel is because my neighbors are constantly feeling threaten because she is doing her job . I always say if you follow the rules then you have nothing to worry about. I’ve heard rumors that she will be leaving soon and that would be a big mistake for Cherokee to allow .. I really like her personality she is down to earth and makes several of us finally feel at home .. Thank you Maria for trying to clean this place up , we really appreciate your hard work .. I would also like for her boss to know that this woman is not even afraid to get dirty and pick up trash ..I see her outside the parking lot doing so .. come on you do you really see that around here over the years .She is great asset to Cherokee .     I like the new management company I see the change in the community. Me and my mom live together Logan gave us a new stove because we wasnt able to cook. Logan and Javier is doing really well keep up the good work.

    Whenever something goes wrong with my apartment. Cherokee management and maintenance team are on it immediately. Makes living here a lot sweater. I appreciate all they do. Very friendly and professional.

    I been Herr almost 6 years. A lady started working here a few years ago and at the time I was getting a notice from the office saying I owe one $400 in back rent and I always played over. I was going to the office often trying to get it resolved ot was always come back later. Well long story short the new lady sat down with me and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes(literally). Shes been honest and very helpful. I feel shes for the people in the apartments. Thank you Shatovia for all that you have done, my son and I are greatfull.Forever Thankf,Samantha

    For a young person just getting out on their own its a nice start..play areas for your kids.. close to schools..nice grass to walk your dog..big living rooms too..not bad at all
