    Stefanie and Leah are extremely helpful and hardworking. From needing to have the HVAC serviced. to questions about billing or utilities. They are super patient and quick to respond to my questions and concerns.Thank you both for the quick turnaround time with replies and solutions despite being super busy. Appreciate you both!

    I’ve lived here since 2020, a lot has changed but I’ve enjoyed my time here and have to move on due to my new job situation. The maintenance crew and staff usually work pretty quickly to get service requests filled, and my neighbors are friendly and quiet. Lots of animal lovers live here and it’s nice to see them walking dogs around the complex. My dad actually still lives in the complex! He got an apartment here after I did. Great location near Kroger and DFW airport.

    It’s a cozy community with quick access to necessities and the highway. The staff is awesome. The customer service and general characters of the staff are phenomenal. The grounds are well kept and service requests are resolved quickly. I’ve been here over a year and a half.

    I’ve reviewed before and happy to do it again. I’ve lived here four years. It’s been a great experience. The apartments are older but nice and the complex is VERY well maintained. It’s small and personable and feels like home. The staff is amazing and always so helpful and understanding. Stefanie goes above and beyond and makes you feel like this is truly your home. Leah is kind and willing to help in any way she can if you have a challenging situation arise. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and so nice! It’s animal friendly and the neighbors have been great! Here’s looking forward to several more years.

    Excellent exceptional service all around. Just renew my lease because these are the finest hard working exceptional group of people. Truly from the bottom of my heart I cant say this enough they take of the tenants. They always lookout for the best interest of the tenants. Im so proud to be apart of this great community family. 3.8 Google rating needs to be changed this community complex so much better rating 5.0 in my books. You cant get a better quality of service living here. BRAVO ZULU!!! to the staff continue to be the best yall can do.

    I just moved here a few months ago and my experience has been wonderful. Nice quiet area, friendly neighbors, a grocery store across the street. The apartment itself is lovely, Im had no issues that the helpful staff have not addressed within two days. Office staff are super helpful and friendly also. Great place to live.

    I have lived in many apartments and I have to say Charter Oaks and its staff are amazing. Super friendly. And when an issue arrives they are on it asap. I highly recommend Charter Oaks . 100%.     Stefanie goes above and beyond to make sure all of our issues are quickly ratified. The maintenance team has been hard at work improving the property. Theyve replaced the playset with a new and better one. Theyve added a dog park, a walking trail, and a picnic area. The people who work here care about the property and the people that live here and it shows.

    I love my new home! Both ladies in the office are amazing. Thank you Stefanie for all your help during my application & move in process. The community it great, quiet and have zero problems with my neighbors. Definitely recommend staying.

    Don’t let this little community fool you. I have been here since August and I am shocked by how amazing the office staff (Leah and Stefanie) are. They are very professional and very sweet. They make sure that you are well taken care of with whatever you need. The Maintenance team is phenomenal. They are so fast and courteous about taking care of orders. The people who live here all look out for each other. It is like in a little village. This place is awesome!

    To start off, I have to say Stefanie is amazing. She was my leasing agent at the complex I was in, and she just happened to be at these apartment homes. I have always loved her professionalism and responsiveness. After she left her position at my complex, the sense of professionalism and courtesy from the new employees are not the same at all. Stefanie really makes you feel like you are at home. No request is annoying or too burdensome for her to consider regardless of what she is doing at the moment.I also met Leah, the property manager. She had no idea who I was when I came in looking like I just rolled out of bed to view an apartment, but she was so kind and professional. I like how quaint and hidden the apartment homes are. I viewed a newly renovated unit. I liked the updated appliances and cabinetry. The smart home features are also a plus! Touring the property today and interacting with the residents from a far, I have a positive view of this community. I would go see this place in person for yourself. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Euless is an older city, but the area this community is located in his very quiet, and charming. Please go take a tour! You wont be disappointed!

    The best apartment Ive ever lived in- Marlene and Beth are very kind and helpful to everyone. I moved out because of my roommate situation but am hoping to move back later this year if they have availability. Very quiet, no problems whatsoever, no bugs- cozy apartments at an amazing rent rate. I really hope I can make this place my home again in the future.

    Living here was one of the best choices! Staff is very friendly & maintenance acts quick in solving issues. Location is very convenient since many other places like grocery stores are near walking distances. Overall, pleasant & calm community.

    Loved here for over 3 years and they always worked with me. Had an issue late September 2021 with someone I had staying with me that wasnt on the lease and instead of eviction, they allowed me time to move out before my lease was up. I filed a bbb complaint and unfortunately am unable to retract it since it was already processed.

    Dee Ryder does not speak on behalf of “other tenants.” Dee Ryder is not and never has been a resident at Charter Oak. The review, as well as all the other negative reviews, are written under aliases by cowards too scared to use their own name. The girls in the office are professional and do a great job for the company and the tenants. It’s is sad that the office staff and their superiors even have to take these morons seriously. I have been pleased with every aspect of this complex.

    Ive never lived here, but I just got off the phone asking if they leased to felons, and even though they do not, the wonderful lady that I spoke to (Im so sorry I cant remember her name as I was given so many today looking for apartments) was so helpful in giving places I could call and wishing me luck!
