Living here has been pleasure, and I cant recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining and parks. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, featuring modern finishes and plenty of natural light.The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, a refreshing pool, and beautiful communal spaces perfect for relaxing or socializing. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any requests or maintenance needs.Overall these apartments offer a great sense of community and comfort, making it a wonderful place to call home. If youre considering moving, this is definitely a place worth checking out!

I have been a residence here at Chapel Hill for two years and it has been a very very pleasant experience. The unit I moved into was brand new. It is so Spacious my view is amazing and I just love it. Everyone in the office are very friendly and welcoming, Especially Destiny Sierra She has been so Helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect if I have a question about anything, she knows her stuff. Thank you all ladies, but especially Destiny S.

The move in experience was fast and easy!! Tara was very accommodating with her schedule and with any issues that have popped up since my move in like getting a second key for my dog walker and completing my friends referral to Chapel Hill. Zero problems since I moved in.Destiny was great helping me with getting my digital access to the front gate for visitors, setting up auto pay and linking it with my bank account, and setting up my Amazon locker. An all around great experience at Chapel Hill!!

The staff at Chapel Hill is always very helpful like like this week Destiny has helped me twice with my packages that are being delivered for Christmas. And Tara helped too. It was issues with the key for the bigger mailboxes Where my package was delivered and I couldn’t get it open. And then Help me track down my FedEx package. It’s really nice to Get some help especially during Christmas time! Thank you

Best management staff in all of TEXAS!!OK, first of all, Im not a paid actor. Second, I move around a lot. Coast to coast, in over 10 states, and let me just say this team is fantastic compared to what others have to offer. Let me just throw some tags out there...Courteous, Polite, Professional, Engaging, Friendly, Open & Honest, Informed and overall helpful.Chapel Hill hit a home run by the team they hired for this property...I just hope we treat them with the same respect they give us, and dont get too jaded too fast. Its hard to be in a customer service roll day after day and keep the bright attitude that they do.Alexis is the Manager and she is amazing. She is professional and willing to jump in when needed. She is their team captain and has brought together the best A-TEAM. My only complaint is she should smile more...when she does it brightens up the room.Tara, is their Leasing and Marketing Professional. She usually sits at the front desk, ready to help and engage. She has great sense of humor once you get to know her...Funny and delightful.She was the one who I sat down with and she showed me my future place to call home. Helpful & professional.Steven is fabulous. He has personally followed up on requests for me both big and small, without hesitation. He is a delight to talk to, always positive and is one of the best dressed in Round Rock, he always looks sharp.Javier runs the Maintenance Team. He is quick to help fix and take care of issues around the place. That guy and his team, Jose and Salvador are always out keeping the grounds clean and in order. Every time I talk with Javier he is always full of insightful ideas on how to improve the look of this place...If only the owners would listen, he could transform these grounds to Paradise.Anyway, top shelf staff here. Are they perfect...nope but who among us are. They do their job and they do it well. ~Stay classy Chapel Hill.

I do not live at these apartments nor have I seen the inside of a unit – but the exterior is visually pleasing and the parking lot is uncluttered and easy to navigate., As a delivery driver, I so very much appreciate the fact that their buildings are 1- in order and 2- The building numbers are clearly marked. Not only was it a wise and sensible decision to have contrasting plaques with the numbers to the color of the building but the placement of the numbers is fantastic. They are not on an odd plays high up and in a corner somewhere blending with the color of the building and two make it even better the buildings are marked multiple times and also give you a plaque at each entrance letting you know in more detail which apartment you’re looking for I called the Office to express my gratitude for this and Imani was so extremely friendly! Before she knew the reason of my call she exhibited spectacular phone etiquette and Shown an eagerness to help me. I have multiple family members and friends who work in property management and just wanted to say hats off to this property!

Chapel Hill has a great maintenance team and Tara and Alexis always remembered my name, which is important to me. Getting 4 stars because of the noise from the construction crew that starts at 7:00AM. They do well at keeping everything clean in spite of some of the people who live there who only think about themselves. Chapel Hill is conveniently located near lots of food options.

We loved these apartments, The leasing office, Tara and Destiny who I delt with We had some things happen, that caused us to have to break the lease and I understand on things they have to do. The staff was quick for maintenance request. Very informative. Very Help full. I am so sad we had to leave. Parking does suck around building 11, but they just didnt think that through. Thank you so much Chapel Hill for going above and beyond for you residence!

10/10 wonderful experience applying, leasing, moving in, and living here. Head over shoulders the best place I’ve lived. Steven was and is very gracious, kind, and made my experience moving an easy, nice transition. (Who heard of a good moving experience lol) I felt welcomed and accommodated.I got my big bathtub and beautiful kitchen, patio, space, comfort. All my appliances work very well. My fav has got to be the washer and dryer closet. I’m going to enjoy the pool quite a bit this summer.Everyone’s kind and my neighbors are all lovely. At the office they answer the phone and get back to you quickly.My favorite part has got to be the view and peacefulness of the property and surrounding. The landscaping is attended, beautiful with grass, lavender, and knockout roses. There’s wild sunflowers and a reservoir. It’s a peaceful place and a wonderful community. Neighbors make sure to pick up after their animals, never litter because we know we’re in a nice safe environment we want to take care of. Speaking for my lovely neighbors I’ve gotten to know, we love living here. For me, next move is going to be into a house when it’s time. I feel blessed to live here. Thank you.

So far moving in the resident experience is amazing. I like seeing new phots of the place and how everyone enjoys it here. The amenities are just amazing and so appealing to anyone new moving in. I really enjoy the valet garbage because it saves a trip especially living on the third floor. Overall I am excited about this community and looking forward to adding more furniture and accessories into the new apartment.

I appreciate the level of professionalism I experienced from Tara. Always pleasant, she interacts consistently with all. I am respected always, & I feel more than welcome at the office anytime, & in my own home even. Tara is more kind, considerate, patient & understanding than expected, even at times it’s appropriate to be the opposite. She approaches every day just as positive & optimistic as she was on day 1. I couldn’t have secured a unit without her support. I felt that it was important to them that I choose to reside here & they keep the same level of importance even after you do. Some places just see you as a number. Here, it’s a priority that your living experience exceeds all expectations & meets the highest level of satisfactory living. All issues are resolved promptly to ensure no problems. The property is well kept, cared for & clean. The units were built properly & are well kept so you receive the luxury as advertised. You get what you pay for & it’s worth every penny.

I am so glad I found Chapel Hill, the apartments are an easy 25-30 minute drive to downtown austin(during non rush hour) the location is easy access to major highways, extremely close to grocery store and outlets, abundance of restaurants and entertainment to choose from. Minutes from Kalahari, dell diamond and typhoon Texas. The location is perfect for those who work in Austin but want to live outside of the busy city life The staff and maintenance are kind and welcoming. You can tell they take pride and care about the residents. Everything is brand new from appliances to the buildings so up-to-date decor and amenities and energy efficient building. The apartments are built on the side of a hill which makes being able to relax on the patio easier in hot Texas summers as the sun is not beating down on patios. Oh and patios are spacious. The community is awesome, everyone is new as its a brand new complex and the residents are friendly and trying to build a community culture.

Nice new apartments (a bit over priced in my personal opinion for Georgetown), management team is helpful and quick in responses. I love to community center, great coffee! The gym is great for cardio. Main down fall is I was unaware they are still building prior to my move in date, and the gate hasnt worked since I moved in two months ago. These are important things to me that I would of liked to know prior to my 2k mile move and picking a complex prior to that. Hopefully they will be more up front wit future move ins.

Let me start off by saying WOWwe visited Chapel Hill where we were greeted by Tara who lead us on a tour. She showed us this super cute chapel right next to nicely sized pool. The communal fitness area has nice equipment and there is some large common areas which we loved! After seeing the B1 and B1HC floor plans we were sure we found the right place for us. We didn’t sign anything because we have a few months left on our current lease agreement but when that expires we know where we’re going and who will be helping us!TL;DR amazing complex friendly staff. Worth it!

I just moved in here and I must say that I absolutely love it! Everything is brand new, bright, airy, and luxurious. Great views, awesome staff, and quiet suburban location with a small-town feel. Close to H-E-B, Round Rock outlets, banks, fast-food, and of course Jimmy Johns (: I highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone who desires new construction, easy access to IH-35, and friendly neighbors.

Me and my fiancé just moved in to the apartments and so far we are loving it. The only complaint we have is that a couple of the doors inside don’t catch the latch so they don’t shut properly same with the front door so we have to make sure it’s always locked so it doesn’t open.
