Champions Cove is an outstanding five star apartment complex. My father has been there just over a year and he has been welcomed like family. It has helped him to have access to other active seniors and he has enjoyed the many social events and outings. This place really is one big family. There are plentiful amenities, including Access to personal care via PC Home Health. They care for my dad phenomenally well and have truly become part of our family. Their level of care and watchfulness are priceless.The entire Champions Cove staff is best-in-class and creates the caring environment. I appreciate their detailed oversight of the residents. The list of good things go on. I highly recommend Champions Cove. Thank you, thank you!

We sold our home seven years ago and moved to Champions Cove. It was a perfect choice for my husband and I. Our lives are so much simpler now. We no longer think about our heating/ air unit going out, or other repairs needed, one of our two maintenance men will fix it or replace the problem for us, quickly with a phone call.We enjoy the social events planned for us several times a month.The apartments are made to accommodate aging adults, which gives us peace of mind.Our manager, Kristi is professional and caring, Susan is our entertainment coordinator and really knows how to plan a party, Ingrid is our exceptional receptionist.To my husband and I, Champions Cove is our home.

I lived at Champions Cove after my wife and I were married until we purchased a home together. This is an independent living facility where residents should take care of themselves, cook their own meals, etc. Though not required to do so, the staff is very engaged with their residents, checking in with those they dont see out and about during the day; providing transportation to local stores, restaurants and even doctor visits; and planning regular parties for the residents with quality entertainment, catered meals (that the staff sometimes prepare themselves) and even occasionally giving out prizes. None of this is part of the lease agreement or the monthly fees, yet they do these things as a service to their residents. Maintenance requests were always expedited efficiently and with satisfactory results. A workout center, salon and various in-house services (including a resident chaplain, weekly worship service and newsletter) are also featured. If you have the opportunity to move into this facility, consider yourself fortunate!

I have lived in Champions Cove for 19 years and would not live any other place. This is a family atmosphere where residents visit with each other in the club house area. The staff love the residents and do a great job managing Champions Cove.

Champions cove is the best! Manager, Kristi R is amazing. My mom lost her wedding ring of 63 years yesterday and I was 1.5 hours away and her and her staff went to apartment and looked and then to her car and found it. THEN, took her to get it sized so if fit better so it wouldnt happen again. They are amazing and Kristi has a heart of gold. I highly recommend Champions Cove.

I have lived here at Champions Cove for almost 15 years and I cant imagine living anywhere else. The owners and all of the staff are wonderful. We are truly a family here and we are well taken care of by everyone in charge. The owners take part and help serve at several of our parties. They calls us a part of their family. Susan does a fantastic job on all of our activities and Kristi sees to every problem ASAP. Our staff from Kristi to Gab are constantly working to make our lives better. Kristi and Susan are top notch at seeing to all of our needs. Their door is always open to whatever need we may have. Ingrid does a great job at the front desk and Patty keeps us looking good. Gab, what can I say, is fantastic at keeping everything in running order. He is truly a blessing. Curtis, our chaplin, is always with us in our time of need. As I have said, we are a family here. The negatives reviews that you may have read are from another time and do not apply to how we are today.

Champions Cove is the most amazing place for seniors to live in Duncanville. The activities and camaraderie of all the residents and staff make it feel like a true family and home. The staff, especially Kristi Rogers and Susan McCord, make this place a wonderful place to live. Their caring and compassion for each and every resident is beyond anything Ive ever seen. I highly recommend Champions Cove in Duncanville if youre a senior fifty five or older.

Champions Cove is a Great Place for Seniors to live. They have themed parties frequently for the residents and have a birthday party for them. There are lots of social events and plenty of opportunities for socialization. Its a GREAT place to live!!!

Our dad has really enjoyed his stay at Champions Cove thus far. He has a very active social life, and we are very thankful this is his new home. He has made many new friends, he is a social butterfly!

We have been coming to this facility for years now and it is super clean!!!! The staff is incredible. Cheryl, Susan, Carol, and Lana Gail have been super helpful! If you are needing a place to feel safe and comfortable this is the place. The coffee is always hot and they have a lot of fun and awesome events!
