    Pretty reasonable prices! I have had good experience with maintenance too and with the whole move in process in general. I do see neighbors damaging stuff like the gates which is crazy cause they live here too. Some people are dirty too but thats probably how THEY live. I dont have any pest control issues BUT my home is always clean. I would recommend comfortable & good pricing.
