    My experience here at Center Point has been absolutely amazing when dealing with the staff. Stephanie is the sweetest person ever, so kind and patient. Gennay is sweet and kind! Ledi be on it, she don’t play about getting those work orders completed.The maintenance guys are amazing and quick to respond to your work orders. I did have a problem with my downstairs neighbor complaining about hearing us walking. That’s when a person need to buy a house. Other than that, life has been great here. No noise, no hanging out. Quiet and pleasant. Thank you Ms. Kendra for being an AMAZING manager!

    The people there were always very kind when my husband and I had any questions or came into the office. Kendra was super helpful and kind when we were moving out and helping us with any information we needed. Over all it was a great place to be for the time we were there.

    I absolutely love living at Center point. Applying was so easy and the communication I’ve had with K. Lee was spectacular. I truly believe she is God sent. Shes helped us with the process of getting approved, accommodations, and even providing us with cleaning products for our new apartment.

    I cannot express my gratitude enough for the kindness and support given to my daughter and I. The past couple years have not been kind to us, and we thought there was no humanity left in the world. Freddy not only found us a wonderful apartment home, but also created a family vibe with everyone in the office. I cannot praise Freddy, Allison, Kaylee, and Kendra enough for helping us to find a place that we feel we belong. So far, we love our home at Centerpointe Apartments!!!

    The price point of the apartments are fair. I have had a few issues since moving in, including simple misunderstandings but maintenance works fast and the office is easy to work with. Specifically Allison and Kendra are great but they’re all helpful. I’m about to renew for another year!

    I highly recommend moving to Centerpoint Apartments!!! Courtney is so sweet, kind, & professional she made the application & leasing process easy & stress free, Im very grateful for her helping me find my new home! The assistant manager, Alyssa is also very kind & helpful the entire staff is top tier not to mention the beautiful floorplans & property. Im sure I will be very happy with my decision to move here.

    Stephanie and Freddy are great. They made me feel very welcome when touring the complex. This complex has really worked with me when other apartments wouldn’t give my application any time of day. I’m very grateful for their services. I move in soon and will post an update after a few months. But so far so great , I project this will be a great area. The staff is on top of their game , you can tell they care about their tenants !

    Honestly my experience here with Centerpoint was pretty great. Maintenance was always on top of work orders, area was peaceful & quiet. The gate & night people security made me feel secure being at these apartments as well. The gym was also convenient to use, and everything around the property you could tell they always tried keeping clean & in an upheld manner. The only bummer was not being able to try out our fireplace & when the new electric ones were installed there was electrical issues that needed to be fixed continuously so we couldn’t use it either by the time we moved out. Oh & parking was a little crowded especially at night, but overall I liked living here

    I lived at Centerpoint for three years. In the three years I was there, this place has appeared to have stepped their game up majorly. When I call for maintenance, they come promptly. When I go to the office, there is always someone ready and willing to assist me. Most complaints have been about parking, which the office has been diligently working on. It seems like a lot of the vehicles taking up spaces were people who were not tenants. The office required all vehicles that occupy the complex to come in and provide proof of insurance and residency, which afterwards, I noticed a lot more spots becoming available. The grounds are clean and the pool areas are equipped with grills for gatherings. The move in and move out process was easy. Ive never felt unsafe here. Neighbors were never troublesome. I moved to be closer to work, but I will miss this place.

    Just moved in! Loving the apartment, loving the complex. Such a nice and quiet environment! Landscape is beautiful, pretty flowers all about! Courtney was such a pleasure, made my application process and move-in so easy! Thank you for everything!

    I’ve rented many apartments in the past from luxury to standard, and this one BY FAR IS THE BEST!The ENTIRE staff is hospitable and accommodating. If there is a work order. Maintenance is there immediately.My leasing agent, Stephanie, was so helpful in the approval process and was very kind and flexible in accommodating me and my difficult move-in.The property manager, Kendra, has reassured to me that she really advocates for fair treatment and equality to all of her residents no matter what background.Lastly, my dog loves it here. The staff members give her so much love every time she’s in the office! :)

    I moved on property in 2014, I LOVE it here All of the management staff, leasing agents ,maintenance and security are ALL awesome!!     My thanks to the CenterPoint management and staff for making my recent move here a welcoming experience. From my initial call to Kendra and Crystal, the tour, to the move-in and follow up communication, I couldn’t be more pleased. The location is convenient and the accommodations are attractive and reasonably priced. Two work orders (smoke detector batteries and stabilizing a loose gutter) were handled promptly and courteously, including a follow call from Jeff. Additionally, they’ve exceeded my expectations with special family events: delicious complimentary Thanksgiving dinners and “Snacks with Santa.” And free fresh popcorn anytime I stop in the office. Thanks to one and all for your hospitality!04 OCT 2024 UPDATE: The Centerpoint staff came to my rescue this morning resolving an unexpected problem quickly, efficiently, and courteously. I was on my way to an important meeting today and discovered as I went to lock my apartment door that the locking mechanism was missing - there was no way I could lock my door. At first I thought someone may have tried to break in during the night or, perhaps, a work order had been placed to change the lock on another apartment and inadvertently started to re-key mine. I spoke with ALLISON in the main office - even though I was very upset, she calmly reassured me that someone from facilities would come right over. Thanks to LETI, she sent TONY over right away. The few times I needed routine maintenance done, he was always very prompt and friendly and always solved the problem. After examining the lock, Tony speculated that it broke off last night when I unlocked the door. I pulled my keys out and, sure enough, the cylinder was still attached to my key without my ever realizing it. We both had a good laugh. He replaced the lock (without having to issue me a new key). I locked my door and made it to my meeting with time to spare. Thanks again for coming to my rescue!

    The agent Emmanuel Castro was very on top of things and very helpful throughout the Leasing Process. The apartment was very clean and he made sure the carpet and everything was cleaned. He was very informative throughout the process and answered all of my questions and worked hard to ensure he explored as many options as possible to get me approved for the apartment. Very communicative and prompt and made the process and all the paperwork smooth and understandable. I am grateful. Great pricing on everything as well. Haven’t moved in yet, but loving things so far.

    Just moved in a few days ago, and my experience thus far has been great. Emmanuel, my leasing agent, was amazing. I moved up to Dallas from San Antonio, so seeing apartments was a bit hard to do from 5 hrs away. Emmanuel gave me a tour of the grounds and a like unit via a video call to make sure I was happy with the apartments before I moved in. He was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you, Emmanuel, for making this such an easy and smooth process.

    I had a fantastic experience at this apartment complex, and I cant thank Jeff enough for his exceptional assistance! Recently, I faced a car battery issue, and Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. His prompt and efficient support made a stressful situation much more manageable. And Sherri is an angle!The community itself is well-maintained, with great amenities and a friendly atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the staff, especially Jeff and Sherri, are truly dedicated to ensuring residents have a positive living experience.I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a welcoming community with outstanding service.     Jefferson was incredibly helpful. I was in a bind and needed a place to set up so I could avoid unnecessary hotel fees. He was able to get everything situated for me very quickly. I felt like my needs were prioritized more than any other place I’ve stayed in the past. He was also very accommodating to my walking disability by finding a studio apartment that was on the first floor and close to the laundry room and trash area!

    We had Courtneys help throughout the entire process of applying, moving in and even after weve moved in. Shes always been just a text or phone call away. I definitely recommend Centerpoint since I know if I ever need any help with anything they have a bunch of super helpful staff members who will help us out. Courtney was there to help us when we applied, she was there to give us a tour of the apartments, and even after weve move in she has still been a great help to us. So I can confidently say, they wont just abandon you once youve signed the contract.

    Sandra is an amazing Leasing Consultant! She works very hard to make the process quick and easy. I couldnt be happier with my experience since I was provided with so much guidance and support from her. Sandra made sure that everything ran smoothly before and after getting into the apartment. As soon as I requested a rental washer and dryer to be installed, she immediately placed an order in to have it done before moving into the space. I believe top notch people like her need to be recognized when their efforts are exceptional and make challenging life events stress free for others. She has a work ethic quality so much appreciated by me especially when I had a limited time frame to find something I really liked. As I reflect back, I believe she was my rental angel instead of my rental agent! I appreciate you, Sandra!!!!

    Moving into Centerpoint Apartments was an absolute delight, largely thanks to the exceptional service and honesty provided by Emmanuel. Not only is the complex beautiful, with very good amenities and a welcoming atmosphere but Emmanuel’s professionalism made the whole process seamless.The apartment itself is modern, spacious and most importantly peaceful! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place where best customer service and quality living are top priorities.

    Come in and get fresh popcorn! Move-in was a breeze. Staff is very nice. I worked with Jefferson and he was very helpful, patient, down-to-Earth, and answered all my questions. He explained everything so simply and made moving in easy. Kendra, manager was very nice as well.Once you move in you have time to check everything and if there is anything that needs to be fixed they will get it done.Some things to note:Just remember to not park here if you don’t live here or you will be towed.Valle trash is only for recycling products once a week. Regular trash is taken out by tenants themselves.Cable and internet are included with total of rent. Right now it is $62 for both cable and Internet. Grrat fral!Great prices, attentive management and employees, safe area, and chill residents. What more can you ask for! Location is also a plus!

    Excellent price for the quality and size! Courtney, Sherri, and Co. in the Leasing Office have done a great job making my move to Centerpoint easy. I moved here from out of state. My move was easy and seamless.The singular issue I have is my apartment’s smell. It does has a marijuana residue/smell. The offices have done a great job working with me to solve the problem!

    I’m delighted of the service provided by the leasing office, especially Emmanuel. He is approachable, careful and supportive. He actively reached out to me with useful information of the property when I first emailed the leasing office about my need of 2 bed apartment. As we live abroad, we couldnt do the in-person tour. Emmanuel totally gained my trust in our first talk. Our apartment looks great, clean and well-structured. Emmanuel is also very supportive and informative during our move in process. Due to our flight landing in late afternoon, we move in the apartment at night, after office hours. Emmanuel did everything he could to make our move-in process totally smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property, especially for anyone moving to Dallas area from other states. You may not need to do the in-person tour and can absolutely trust the service provided by the leasing office here!

    Searching for an apartment is not easy nowadays and I contacted quite a few leasing offices. When I reached out to Center Point Apartments, Courtney was very responsive. She called me left a message and sent me a text. I made an appointment to tour the apartments and she was very friendly and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and was very candid. I loved the apartments and the grounds ands even the maintenance people that were getting off work were happy!! The amenities are very nice and the rent is reasonable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I can’t currently rent an apartment there but when I’m ready, I will definitely be contacting Courtney to let her know I’m ready!! Thank you again for being so gracious!!

    Beautiful Courtney and a newly hired beautiful leasing agent Sarah were the most helpful women I have come in contact with when searching for apartments in Dallas. They worked with me for so long when they didnt have to, they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They are so genuine. I have no fears or doubts about moving in here. The staff is AMAZING. SO HELPFUL, LOVING, KIND... FRIENDLY. It is no wonder they almost have a 5 star google rating. I am so excited to move in. Thank you ladies again! And the apartment maintenance manager JAMES who was so kind to show Sarah and I to an apartment. Would rate 100 stars if possible!

    My leasing agent was Courtney, and shes simply amazing. The whole process was smooth and living at my current unit has been great so far (1 month). The gym is a very distinct feature of the complex. Only con would be the narrow, outdated parking lot but its understandable with how old the area is.

Working with my needs being from out of state moving to Texas made it totally a simple transition. Also when I showed up on Saturday the team here was amazing and very welcoming.     I have been living here for a month now, and I recommend it for anyone. Sheri was so helpful and kind, and she made the moving process very easy for me. The complex is clean and has all sorts of amenities. Really one of the best places I’ve lived at so far. I also really appreciate the availability of shorter-term leases that don’t cost an extra arm and leg.

    Oh my goodness! where to begin?! Courtney was the best!! My last apartment made this whole process a nightmare and Courtney helped so much when she didnt need to. She continuously assured me that she would help me resolve the problems and she did! I told her the kind of layout I was looking into, and she was able to get me a room that fit all my wants and needs. I feel the leasing agents here really care and want to make the people living here happy. I was very pleased with the management here and if you come here looking for a place, ask for Courtney, she really helped make this an easy process.

    Had a very comfortable and informative touring experience with Melissa. It was nice to learn more about the community, and I can easily say it was the best touring experience Ive had while looking for an apartment. Melissa was honest, helpful, and personable. You can feel that the owner cares about the community, and I felt safe. They have cameras regularly set-up and I saw a couple tenants my age walking around. Its a nice area.This review is just for the touring experience and my first impressions. Ill update this later should I decide to sign with them.

    Courtney and Kendra were friendly, professional and very helpful . They both did a great job with staying in touch with me throughout my sons apartment search. Phone calls and emails where always returned within the same day,which is very important to me. The property amenities and overall, the leasing experience was great. My son told me that move in day was quick and he felt welcome:) I cant wait to visit him in his new apartment.

    I didn’t end up leasing this place just because it was a little to far from where I was hoping to be, but I essentially went through the whole application process. I was in contact with Sandra and she was AMAZING. I cant stress enough how much help and communication I received from Sandra through the process. She broke down every step and was always super responsive. This place checked off all my boxes (except distance unfortunately) and all the staff was super friendly. It has a huge workout facility and it’s a gated community, which was super important to me. The surrounding area has a bunch of beautiful neighborhoods with gorgeous houses. If you are thinking about leasing I would absolutely recommend putting your application here!

    I just moved in yesterday from Columbus Ohio. I have had a great experience with Courtney and Sofia who have helped me settle in! Both women have been very welcoming and helpful and so kind! Courtney and Sophia went out of their way to make sure I moved in safely and had everything I needed!I love my new apartment! It was everything I was told it would be and am very happy to be here! The complex looks great and the amenities are awesome! I am pleased since I did everything online due to COVID-19.     Wonderfully helpful staff and very understanding personnel. I worked with Courtney, she was such a great leasing agent I have ever seen. she helped me and was patient every step of the way. Answering all my questions and making sure I understand what was being read and agreed upon.     I had the opportunity to meet real angels at CenterPoint. I had been given the run around by previous apartments before and also treated disrespectfully, so I was a little hesitant to give them a call.When I called, Kendra answered the phone and she was so sweet! I told her my situation and she insisted that I come to the property to take a look and that she would look over my documents with me before I applied.When I got there I was greeted by Kourtney and Samantha who were amazing! Samantha was my leasing agent and she was upfront and honest with me the entire time! She did the application with me and told me about all fees and perks included. Samantha also followed through with everything she said she was going to do and if she did not have the answer, she found someone who did. Samantha is dedicated to helping others and she treats others how she would want to be treated.They did not lead me astray and they are not money hungry, they just aim to help people.     Melissa was more than helpful at my first appointment at this amazing apartment! This is my first apartment and I have heard horror stories from friends about terrible agents. Melissa was professional, extremely honest, upfront, communicative and answered all my questions. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.     I visited the property after setting up an ad-hoc appointment. Sandra, the leasing consultant was amazing and walked me through all my points of interest in the apartment complex. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions. Also, she was super supportive and helpful throughout the application process. I will be moving into Centrepoint in couple of weeks and will update this after the move in and 6 months of stay.

    So I waited almost a month to leave this review because I wanted to have an overall feeling first…to start with soon as you come in the leasing team makes you feel like home already…Nkiesa helped me around and she was kind and extremely helpful the manager is incredible as well so I left an hour later with my contract signed! On Move in date I had some concerns about a couple things that weren’t working properly and the maintenance team was there same day and solved the problem right away and fixed everything Joey and Jorge were wonderful and I made me feel comfortable they also helped me setting my dryer machine! And after that the apartment complex is been peaceful and safe and always clean! I’m glad that I decided for Centerpoint as my new home hope this helps other people!

    They helped my family move into a nice apartment from Illinois to Texas. Sophia went above and beyond her duties by giving us information about jobs within walking distance, explaining local costs of bills, and telling us about the community . They were very informative about the living area and quickly responsive to communications and questions we had. They were understanding and patient with us through the entire process of moving. I have to give kudos to Kendra also because the communication skills are second to none there. I felt like a valued customer and was treated like family. Over all I am very impressed with this company. My family has lived there for 2 months now and no problems at all. Sweet and thoughtful staff and nice apartments!

    Courtney has been super awesome to deal with! My fiance and I are moving our wedding up and she even stuck around a few minutes after work for me to make it by to sign for the adjustments on the lease. The complex has made a TON of improvements over the course of the last couple of months and maintenance gets by pretty quick and is super friendly.

    I have been a property manager for 40 years, so when I give this review please understand it comes from knowing the business. My brother was living at a community where the manager had to be the worst in the business. I went shopping for him a new apartment last year in August. I knew what I was looking for in a peaceful atmosphere and a great management team. From the minute I went to Center Pointe I was greeted with the absolute best customer service you could ever ask for. The manager Kendra came out of her office and introduced herself and told me about her great team , and let me know she was there for me if I ever needed anything. My brother has cancer and the full staff made me feel so comfortable, and assured me they would look out for him. Well let me tell you Kendra has been the greatest. I couldn’t or can’t ask for a better manager. I’ll text her and she gets right back to me. Now how many properties have you ever lived at that the manager makes herself available like that. Well I know, none. No matter what my need is she’s on top of it. I know her management company must know what they have with a manager like Kendra.     Hi everyone,I wanted to let it be known that when my home girl and I went to tour these apartments, I was very impressed with the leasing staff. DeAngelo was the guy who helped me. His energetic personality and witty sense of humor felt very welcoming. As for the apartments themselves, I did enjoy what I saw. The one bedroom apartments are not huge, but they have an economical use of space. The fitness center uses very standard equipment. I would rate my visit 5/5 stars.

    Went to look at a one bedroom and studio apartment. The grounds and pool area were very well kept and even their laundry room was clean and all machines were working. The apartments are reasonably priced and I consider the area to be nice and conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants.     So let me start off with saying Courtney is amazingly sweet! She really helped my husband and I to find an apartment within our timeline and budget.Have to also give a shout out to the courtesy officer Samuel, who was very nice and informative when meeting him.Now on to the apartment themselves. The apartment complex is an old one, but they have managed to keep it in great shape. They have pools, vending machines, and laundromats that have an app to pay for the washer and dryers without rolls of quarters, but they still have that option if you need it too! Overall, the apartment complex is quite and everyone I have meet is nice. They are very serious about their rules! YOU CAN NOT MOVE IN TILL 3 PM! (Learned the hard way lol) Also, pay attention to how you park, they will tow! Ive seen tow trucks here twice since my move in. So far a week in to being here and no complaints.

    I called and spoke with Melissa Munoz to schedule a tour of the property. Upon arrival, I was greeted, not only by Melissa, but all the staff in the office. During my wait, I was offered freshly popped popcorn, which was delicious, and a bottle of water.Melissa took her time to explain the history of the property, as well as, the available units amenities, pricing etc. befor the tour. We toured the property which was beautiful and well maintained.     Been here since April 2022 and I must say that this apartment complex and the staff have been absolutely amazing!When I first moved in I had some issues with my AC causing some leaking in my ceiling and the maintenance crew came in swiftly and fixed it. Didn’t even realize they had came and fixed it at first because of how clean the apartment was. It was as if nobody had been there haha. Anytime I contacted the front office they have been quick to respond to anything with a very informed answer. On top of that, when they do show up they are always cautious and courteous as to make sure my cat does not accidentally walk out the front door when maintenance does show up. We were given a month notice on the pest control to give me enough time to comply with the preparation for it and any other events are communicated via email which is such a relief!Aside from the amazing staff, the apartment itself is very pleasant to live in. I never had an issue of hearing my neighbors or even as much as hearing people in the pool area. It is dead silent indoors 24/7. I can truly say that I find peace and joy in the confines of my own home. The amenities are great. I haven’t had the opportunity to use the gym but just the fact that its there is awesome and the pool is very clean and makes for a great activity on a hot summer day!The only downside in my opinion is just how tight the parking can get sometimes but living this close to the city and all it has to offer definitely offsets the parking! City life results in tighter spaces haha.Overall this is a 5 star. 10 out of 10. Apartment. I love living here and recommend it to all my friends, family, and coworkers. Only reason I would even consider moving is if my job moves. The negative reviews are just haters, I’ve never had a single issue here and get to live my quiet life peacefully. Thank you to the Centerpoint team for all you have done to make this such a great community!

    Very affordable. The studio apartment comes furnished (mattress and drawers) which was incredibly convenient. Leasing staff truly cares for the tenants and does everything they can to help. The place was super cozy, I loved coming back home to my humble Apartment. Parking is a bit tight, but was never a real problem. Everything you need (Walmart, gas station, food) is within a mile/less than a mile. 10/10 would recommend.

    Where to to start:If this site had the option, I would give this place BEYOND than 5 stars. Lets start off with a leasing staff name Melissa. Very kind, communicative, and capable to answer any questions I had regarding info about the property, accommodations, pricing and performs beyond expectations on following up calls. She is by far the outstanding staff member Centerpoint has in the office. Now to the leasing manager, Courtney. No mere words cannot be made about how AWESOME she is. When theres a problem, she is immediately on it on the spot, she doesnt brush off tenants and actually communicates both on phone and in person, and pulls ALOT of strings in order to resolve an issue in the best of her ability. People need to understand that businesses do suffer inconveniences as well, especially after covid. But even that, Courtney is able to hold her own and continue being the most professional and courteous manager in the office that actually does work with you. To those who own Centerpoint Apartments, DO NOT let these two wonderful women go. They are the perfect example on how tenants should be taking care of. Yall are awesome!!!     Very friendly and helpful staff. Property is always immaculately kept. Maintenance always goes above and beyond their duty. Ive lived here two years.     I’ve been staying at Centerpoint Apartments for about 6 months, this is my first apartment and I love it... they are so welcoming and my apartment is very nice. Before I moved in I had all new appliances installed... if I need maintenance for any reason they are always at my apartment within 3 days, when it comes to paying rent it is so easy and convenient with the rent payment app they have us use.. Maria is very sweet and anytime I have any questions or concerns she is always willing to listen and assist me in any way or form ! I would love to renew my lease after my year is up and upgrade to a one bedroom! Love the new look the apartment gives off. They re painted the doors and changed a lot of things that make the apartments more appealing and welcoming ! Love that the workout room is neat and nice and the weight room I have yet to see but I plan on taking a look at it soon ! Keep up the good work Centerpoint, I’ve been referring many friends...

    After 7 years at Centerpoint today I said farewell. It is a bittersweet separation because yes I purchased a home but I have to leave a place that has consistently treated me so good. I know most of the staff personally. Kendra, Leti, Courtney, Art, Jaime are all very friendly people. Kendra and I really respect each other. We sometimes address each other with kind terms of endearment. I never had anything stolen. I never had a roach issue nor have I ever had a package delivered that I didnt receive. I believe you get what you put out. Centerpoint helped me. It has been the safest place that I have ever lived. Thank you guys for being an example of love.

    The people have been amazing so far and they really helped us to get set up and really walked us through getting the apartment leased. Daniel and Maria were two of the great people who have been so great everytime we come to the office or need to contact them about a concern.     I wanted to relocate to Dallas because of job opportunities, but I didnt want to break the bank while doing it. I came across these apartments and thought that I would just stop and look around. To my amazement, the apartments were really clean and mine has new carpet,new sink basin,new bathtub and of course a fresh coat of painting . Maria, the Leasing Specialist, was really friendly, accurate and professional. I even receive extra perks like no admin fee, no application and no deposit, and the first full month discounted, but that was based on my credit history. The parking is somewhat restricting; however, I was told that it will soon change for the better. So far...so good, and Im extremely pleased with all the amenities, so give it a try, and I think that you will pleasantly surprise....thanks Maria.

    My family and I have resided in CenterPoint Apartments for several years. Throughout our stay the staff and maintenance crews have been very accommodating. Always professional and more than just friendly, more like family. Its very easy to live here and we are so happy to call this our home!

    This week i moved from an extended stay situation to the CenterPoint Apartment homes at Frankford lane and the George Bush. Many thanks to Courtney for walking me smoothly thru a difficult process for me and for finding a way to make it work even with a background issue most places just turn their heads away from. Not Courtney, she just went out and got it approved and at the same time kept my deposit lower than the other approvals that i had. Ive observed that all the staff here are friendly, like to laugh ,while at the same time, bend over back-words to help a customer. so thanks to Courtney, her manager for her wisdom and the other staff that always had a smile for me.

    Walked in for a tour and got completely ignored by Melissa like I was invisible. She continued to help others while looking over me. When I spoke to her over the phone yesterday she sounded like she had better things to do other than assist me. Thankfully Vickie came to the rescue with the the most positive attitude that put me in a way better mood & made me feel welcomed! Vickie is the only reason why I’m still considering leasing here! Thank you for your concern Vickie, you are truly heaven sent! Melissa really needs to work on her customer attitude because I wasn’t pleased and I’m sure next time somebody won’t be as nice as I was about the situation.

    As an English major id love to start off saying someone once told me to write well you have to write what you know, this is what I know...The process has been such a pleasurable and inviting experience as a newcomer to the property!     This is where I currently live. The costumer service response team is awesome they come when you ask them right away. All the ladies that work in the leasing office are fun nice,the offer you popcorn,soda, and chips as well as welcoming bags for becoming a resident there. They offer parking for people that live there. The landscape is beautiful our parking lot is clean. Trash area is also clean. Have two pools as well as a hot tub. Also very clean !     This is by far the best apt I’ve lived in. Courtney was so sweet, patient and really helpful, she even gave us such a cute little welcome gift filled w some early necessities for when we first moved in! The area is perfect, there’s plenty of parking and best of all no bugs. They even have security guards on site 24/7 which they don’t advertise and I think it is such a phenomenal perk. They come the same day I process service requests, and to make up for the lack of grassy area for our dog to play in, green belt park/trails are seriously 0.2mi away. It’s great exercise for me and our support animal! We love it here and it’s been a great place to call home.

    Courtney and her staff are very good at taking care of their residents. Centerpoint makes it easy and you don’t even have to pick up the phone. When you want to talk to someone, it usually takes 2 rings and you’re immediately connected to the staff. They tow every night so there’s always parking spots as well.

    Courtney helped me out really well finding a reasonable apartment for me. I enjoyed the area I’m in. But the only thing I do not like is when your food is being delivered they can’t come through the gate. They do not provide the code so you have to go all the way to the front to get your food. Unless someone let them in. Plus I do not like how visitors have to park in the front. Then walk all the way to back. I do not think that is cool. I think visitors should be able to park at the fence and register for parking and visit their people.

    CenterPoint apartments is a great place to live. Very quite and comfortable. Maintenance work in a timely manner and your close to all the major grocery stores any gas stations. You have a choice to have a washer and dryer installed or use the washroom facility on grounds which is also convenient. This is only some of the reasons I renewed my lease.Thank you CenterPoint.I want to give a shout out to Courtney Kniatt. I called in with questions about moving and at the same time letting her know it has nothing to do with Centerpoint because they are the best. I just need more room and to be able to afford it. I thank her because she answered all my questions and gave me some ways they could help me so I dont get stuck with a 60 day notice if not able to find a place in time.Most places I have rented they would always try to find ways to pressure you to stay no matter if you could afford it anymore or not. They whether give you an eviction notice before you give them a notice. Its sad I know, but I appreciate people like Courtney who care about my well being and comfort more then money or pride.Again, thank you Courtney and Centerpoint for being the best ever!

    Centerpoint has come a long way since I moved in. Most things have been redone, including the siding, new pool furniture, the gym, and the landscaping. Maintenance always fixes things promptly and the staff answers any questions or concerns quickly. I have just renewed for another term with Courtney up at the office. I was a bit late in signing and she went out of the way to help get it done in time. And the price is right for the area, we even have food trucks that come park on the corner on the weekends lately.

    I have lived here 3 times totaling more then 7 years. Why you ask! It is one of the best places to live that is budget friendly. Maintenance is great, the office staff is great, and the majority of the residents her are friendly. My favorite thing about living here is they are pet friendly and the staff also gets to know you and your pet.

    This place is perfect! Not only is the monthly rent insanely inexpensive, the amenities are the best. Real free weight gym set up, commercial grade washer and dryers, and of course the SWIMMING POOLS!!! The staff is extremely nice and the MAINTENANCE CREW IS ON THE BALL!!

    I have been staying here for the past 4 going on 5 years and I absolutely love it here! Management is constantly upgrading the property to make it become more inviting to current residents and newcomers. If something needs to be fixed, the ladies at the front office are always prompt about getting the maintenance ticket(s)to the workers and they as well are prompt about getting the job done. The Centerpoint Team as a whole are caring and concerned people who always try to lend a helping hand to those in need within their guidelines. The property is always clean and cutter free.     I have lived here about 3 years now. Its a quiet neighborhood, no loud music. Its convenient for my child to walk to the bus stop for his school. The staff is friendly and helpful in any situation you may have. They have upgraded the 3 workout rooms, which I like to do different routines. Cant forget about the maintenance crew. Have not had an issue with that at all.

Every place has ups and downs but I have never had a problem with the service provided for some of the maintenance and leasing office advisors.     Sheryl or Cheryl ( probably spelled it wrong) was very kind when I inquired about a missing package. She took her time to try to track the package down and see if it was delivered to another resident. She showed concern and went out of her way. Thank you for the help!     You can trust CenterPoint Apartments to take care of you. Shopping for an apartment during the pandemic is a terrible ordeal. Its especially hard when youre moving from another state. I came to Texas from Utah. I came here without a place to stay or a job. Centerpoint apartments was very helpful in the process of me finding a place to stay. I called probably twenty different apartments trying to find a quality apartment at a decent price. Most places would not pick up the phone or return my calls. Many places didnt allow me to tour the apartment. The places that did allow me to tour were very rushed and didnt allow me much time to look. Some of the apartments were not well prepared and were showing me dirty apartments. It was a nightmare. Some of the landlords would not even show up for the appointment. When I called Centerpoint, they were ready to help. They were willing to work with my budget and schedule to get me into an apartment. I went with the studio because it has built in cabinetry and a murphy bed. This was perfect for me because I came to Texas with almost nothing. The ladies at the office were very kind. They were willing to do a tour for me at short notice, and really took the time to show me my options and answer any questions I had. I felt like a valued customer and still feel like a valued resident. Centerpoint helped me to set up my electric billing, they take care of most of the utilities, and they helped me to setup the internet service with Spectrum. They take out a lot of the stress that a new resident might have to deal with. There are not very many hidden fees and they are honest.I waited to do this review because I would rather test out living here before I say its a great experience. The winter storm that came here a couple weeks ago could not have been a better test. Growing up in Missouri Im used to winter storms, but Im not used to the infrastructure here in Texas which is not winterized. Before the storm started, we received several emails from Centerpoint about dripping faucets to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. This was a life saver. I would not have known to do this otherwise. I worked at Lowes during this storm, and I dealt with hundreds of people who had pipes break because they froze. I was able to avoid my pipes breaking because of the advisory that Centerpoint sent out. During this storm there were also many people in the area that lost power for days. Here at Centerpoint we only lost power for maybe a few hours. I didnt even feel it because I wasnt home when the power was off. Living at these apartments I was able to sleep warm and have running water when many people around me could not have those luxuries.Trash was pretty bad during the winter storm, but on a normal day the trash is well maintained.Maintenance is awesome. I think Ive made a couple maintenance requests, and they were fixed within 24 hours. Great service! The gyms are okay. Theres 3 of them with plenty of equipment. The apartments are old but well maintained.I highly recommend Centerpoint Apartments, especially if youre new to the area. You cant find a better apartment complex in this area at this price range.

    I have lived here going on 5 years now. It is true a while ago it took them forever to fix something. But for the most part I have a good relationship with the personnel including the manager. It is pretty quiet, I have pretty good neighbors. Most people here including the office personnel to the handymen, are all very nice and helpful. I can not speak for others who may or may not have had a good experience, but I certainly recommend this place to all. It is not fancy but it is nice. Patti

    Living here at CenterPoint is a good experience. In the summer time I use the clean pools daily and now that it is cold I am using all three fitness rooms to shed my winter weight. The gym is remolded and better than any fitness gym such as Golds.The management will always work with you if you have issues and are easy to access through online access or in person. With the new renovations of the outside there is a lot of green areas for dogs with bags allowing no dog feces. If there is waste or trash, maintenances will clean the area before it is even noticed as an eye sore. I am signing my third lease because the rent is reasonable and the location is desirable. The staff is like family.

I love my stay here , the gym is huge so even better, the nieborhood is neat, they have jacuzees at the pool area, and all the fast food restaurants are around.     I have lived here about 4 years now, My Apartment is small and cozy, enough for me I can say, they recently did renovations on the property and I truly can say it looks a hell of a lot better..I’m so glad they have finally decided to get assigned parking because it is surely needed. I really don’t have any complaints with Maintenance or the Front Office. I can see myself living here a few more years....
