I had been looking for awhile for somewhere to move.... Everywhere I went it just wasnt for me. Until I came here. I love my place the hardwood floors the quietness. I love that its gated. If u have a maintenance problem they are on it. Im into fitness and live in the fitness center. I wish they had a little more equipment but it’s nice and what they do have I can work with not at all disappointed. Management is great and friendly (Cristina) Loving my place.❤❤❤ they are so engaged with the people that live in the community. They do events and give back to the community. Had a great time at their Christmas party ❤️❤️❤️

Center Place Apartments did the magic again!This review is most deserving and I am giving it straight from my heart. Yes Center Place Apartment you have earned this big one! My refrigerator was not working well and I submitted work request to the office. Believe me, I had no idea how long it will take to fix this issue. Ross the maintenance staff was sent to check the refrigerator . He checked the refrigerator and confirmed a follow as soon as possible. He was really helpful. To my big surprise my expectations was cut short. Center Place did the magic again . My refrigerator was replaced the next day. This is unbelievable, but it is so true and real. The quick response and fast fix is so awesome. I am very satisfied with the replacement I got. Wonderful staff, amazing people, keep up the good work. Thank You Center Place Apartments.

Id like to publicly thank Cristina R. for her caring and outstanding support during my Daughters first apartment search.She traveled from out of State to search for an apartment. In 3 short days we viewed aprox a dozen different units in the Arlington area.Neither of us were familiar with the DFW area. As a result, we made numerous calls to the Center Place office and Cristina made time to answer our calls and questions. If she wasnt available to take our calls, she would return our call at her earliest opportunity.We encountered many pleasant and some not so pleasant people during our apartment search. Cristina is the most pleasant we had the pleasure of coming in contact with by far.It was Cristinas vast knowledge of the complex & local area, and the trust that we felt with Cristina that closed the apartment rental deal for us.Thank you so much!As a parent, I have a great feeling of peace, knowing my daughter is starting her next chapter in life in an apartment complex with such caring management.

We moved to TX 4 years ago and I can say now we finally found our place. The management team helped us through the application process and explained everything every step of the way. The complex is very clean and calm, thank goodness! The units are beautiful and very spacious. Been here for 2 months now and my kids love it.

Relocating to TX in 2014, weve moved 4 times. 2 of them within the same complex, Center Place Apts here in Arlington. We really enjoy living here at Center Place, telling everyone this is our forever home . We have been fortunate to have good, quite neighbors. Although we havent made use of all of all the amenities like the pool and gym, its nice that they are available. The staff that weve had interaction with has always been a good experience. Cristina is a great office manager. She is professional, personable and approachable. She is knowledgeable and answers any concerns that tenets may have. We will recommend Center Place Apts to anyone that is looking for a nice place to live in Arlington.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Been living here for almost 3 years now. It has always been well kept, maintenance always responds in a timely manner. There have been changes with the leasing staff, at first I wasn’t too happy hearing about Christina leaving us. Still am sad to see her go BUT… our new leasing assistant Jennifer is nothing short of AMAZING. She has a very bubbly welcoming energy. Jennifer has been very helpful with me in her short time here. I had concerns about a few things, she made sure to explain things to me and come up with a solution. I came into the office upset, but left out with an unexpected blessing. All thanks to Jennifer. I thank you so much Jennifer for your warm, welcoming energy. I am happy to know we have another great assistant here at Center Place!

I am moving here tomorrow... and I am blown away with the customer service I have received thus far from Cristina, the AGM.My lease was up in august for my previous apartments, and of course I planned my move. I settled on this one complex, called Harmony Apts. in Arlington (IF YOU ARE LOOKING THERE-- JUST DONT OKAY, youve been warned). They had so many problems and I dealt with an ample amount of negligence to the point where I had to break my lease on my second day.Of course that left me homeless until I could find a new place to live. I desperately wanted to lease with Center Place due to the rave reviews and beautiful landscapes and Cristina has done everything within her power to get me moved in as quickly as possible. They did not have any units ready when I visited with her on tuesday, and already she has replaced the floors, carpets, counter tops, microwave, blinds, the works. I am able to pick up my keys just 3 days later and I cannot feel more lucky after one of the most unlucky and horrible times in my life. I was terrified that I wasnt going to be able to find an apartment so quickly and words cannot describe how thankful I am for the empathy I have garnered from Cristina and everyone else on her team that has made this possible for me. I could cry 🥲 THANK YOU TO YOU ALL AT CENTER PLACE FOR MAKING ME A COMFORTABLE AND LOVELY HOME. I cannot wait :D

My family and i moved here 2 months ago we looked all over the area for apartments. The first time i saw the 1 room apartment, i was shocked of how spacious it was and the prices were cheaper then any other place. When we applied the girls in the office made everything so easy and clear on what we were getting into. Now that we are here they respond rapidly to any questions or anything we need. Love how nice they keep the apartments and any issues we have is fast respond and fast fix. Its a safe environment and neighbors are nice.

I don’t know where to start. I just moved to this community and from the first day of speaking with Christina all the way up to my movie in speaking with Sandra and Stephanie this is one amazing team, I have experience living in many apartment complexes and there’s always a bad one in the bunch in the office, that is not the case here I love the communication between all three of them you can tell that they really Care.My apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I usually clean before I move in, which I did but I really don’t know what I was cleaning due to the fact it was already very clean. The property is well kept and I have yet to see any chaos which is a big plus for me. I’ve only been here for a day and have settled right in.I want to be able to express my gratitude for being able to live in an apartment complex to where the management staff is absolutely amazing and caring and prompt very good communication I would have it no other way. So if you’re looking for true luxury living Center Place is your spot.

I absolutely LOVE living at Centerplace Apartments! I was recently sent to California for 5 months to work and not one time did I worry about leaving my apartment empty for that length of time. The complex is so safe and it gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe. Cristina and Alysha are the most helpful and friendly apartment managers that I’ve ever met. I often go in the office just to chat. My service requests are always taken care of in a timely manner and with a smile, even when it’s my fault. 😬 The complex is quiet and I’ve never had a problem with any of my neighbors. Just wanted to say thanks for making my living environment peaceful, clean, and welcoming.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Apartments me and my family have decided to make our home. We have lived here almost 4 years and we have loved every bit of it. The staff are super friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the office. They always have some event going on for the kids and giveaways ..my kids love Popcorn Fridays!!!!!!. If I have a work order request, Someone is knocking on my door same day to address my concerns. The community and neighbors are easy to get along with and the overall look of the community is very well taken care of. My husband, two daughters (8 yrs old and 2 yrs old) and myself moved in 2013. We lived in a 2 bed 1 bath for three years but realized we were running out of space since my girls were getting older. I checked with the office and they didnt have anything available. We started looking at other apartments but the rating and customer service were not like Center Place Apartments. I decided to do a month to month until we found something. I spoke to management at Center Place and they were able to transfer us into a 2 bed 2 bath. This apartment is in the new division and its spacious. We were so excited! We love it here and it suites very well!! Thanks Center Place!!!

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in.Summary: Really nice office staff, really nice maintenance staff, residents were mostly quiet families, dog park with bag dispensers was good, pool was kept clean,Details: I moved to Texas from Philadelphia and had a horrible experience at the first apartment I was in (not Center Place). It had bed bugs, roaches, staff was mean etc. I ended up ending that lease and coming to Center Place. I was very skeptical because of my previous experience, but Center Place really deserves a 10/10. All of the staff in the office are extremely nice! They seem to know everyone in the complexs name, and birthday etc. They even gave me a card to send to my mom for her birthday! Alysha is the main manager and she is the best. She is very warm, thoughtful, and will take care of you as best she can. Christina works for Alysha and is also amazing! She helped me set up my lease and answered all of my questions up front. They have added a few new people that I havent gotten their names but I know their faces, and theyre really nice too. Even the maintenance staff is exceptionally nice. They wave to you in the complex, and one helped fix a light bulb in my fridge and seemed to actually care and ensure I knew how to put it back in (the socket was hidden). The only reason I left was because I wanted my dog to have a yard he could run around in when ever he wanted. Center Place does have a fenced in dog park (which provides bags) and various posts with bag dispensers on their property. Overall, this place is very nice. I have had ZERO problems with them in the 2 years I lived there.

The people at center place apartments are great. the grounds crew keeps the property clean and well maintained. All maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the office staff is very helpful and are easy to work with. Being located so close to UTA is extremely convenient for students and I plan on living here until I graduate. Keep up the great work center place.

Despite the roaches in the beginning, I enjoyed my stay there. The office were attentive and helpful. The maintenance kept everything in line and cleaned. Id recommend this place to my single co-workers. Neighbors were nice and quiet, everyone kept to themselves.

Overall extremely happy with the whole application and move-in process. Estefani and Sandra really took care of my dad and I and made everything super smooth for us. At the beginning I was very hesitant being it was my first time renting but these 2 ladies were the nicest individuals and took all my worries away and made sure I was taken care of and the apartment and community has an amazing atmosphere and a wonderful place to live!

Centrally located to many restaurants and shopping areas. Communication from management was great during the freezing weather a few weeks ago and the complex seems to have done well.

The management, maintenance, and of course the apartment are leagues beyond our last apartment which was right down the street. I will not lie, when I first started looking for a new place the reviews were too good to be true. I still took the chance anyways and it has been the best choice ive made since I moved here to texas. Coming from california these style apartments would be well over what I pay now. From the apartment grounds to the inside of our apartment its beautiful all the way to the customer service I recived from managment. Ive ran into some problems ( its going to happen) but how well the management handles it and how fast the problems were taken care of is unbelieveable.It is a little on the pricey side for texas but I feel that every dollar is worth it. The complex is gated and the gates are closed from 7 to 7 I believe but opened during office hours, Its quite, clean, has pool and gym you dont have to pay extra for, they have trash valet that they pick up from your door at 8 am every morning and the management i cannot say how much they are responsive and over all great.for a 2 bedroom 2 bath i pay $1220 forwasher and dryer hook up in apartmentspacious kitchen and bathrooms, high ceilings plenty of room!!!there is cons no one is perfectthe rooms are a little tight nothing that isnt doableand unless you pay for a covered parking it can be a hassle.and the one bedrooms with fireplace are a little on the small side but if its just you it might work out!!! oh and cable was hard to get but spectrum work fine here.

Center place is a place where you can live peacefully and it is very clean. Cristina and Daniela are always available for everything and are very friendly. Ive been living there for almost 3 years and I dont complain about the place. I recommend Center Place. Its a good environment.

Excellent place to live, quiet, good location, and the office staff are very diligent and friendly. I lived at Center Place Apartments for about two years and for reasons beyond my control I had to move but without a doubt I would live there again.
