I walked in looking for an apartment, Itzel immediately greeted me with a warm smile and helped me out the entire process. I wasn’t able to get an apartment because they didn’t have a 3 bedroom available, but she was kind enough to refer my information out. If anyone is looking for a 1 bedroom I recommend to see Itzel! She is truly amazing!

The staff here is amazing, helpful and attentive. Alondra who’s a part of the office staff is wonderful and very informative when it comes to anything dealing with tenants here. I definitely recommend moving here if anyone is looking for a new place. Definitely won’t regret it. Alondra and the staff definitely get 5 stars from me.

Omg!! Words cannot express that gratitude I had during my time with Hailey C. Not only did she truly take the time to go thru every floor plan with me but she made me feel so comfortable with every question I had. Not alot of people will take time to explain or answer questions but Hailey made it feel like I was her top concern. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to this apartment complex. Ive had non stop maintenance tickets quickly resolved immediately but Haileys customer service truly is what keeps me a resident at Celina Plaza. Thank you Hailey

I love how friendly and welcoming the staff here is. Such a lovely & friendly environment to walk into! I would recommend to live here at the Celina Plaza. Itzel is amazing, by the way! She’s well organized and always willing to help.

I went in looking for info and alondra helped me right away. She was very informative and her demeanor was very confident and nice. She gave me a tour of the unit I would be renting and so far Ive only had good experiences in the celina apts thanks to her.

Been living here for the past 5 1/2 years we have had our ups and downs however, celina management and maintenance have treated us with respect and have made us feel at home. With the improvements that they have made and continue to make it has given my family and me the assurance that they value us as tenants. Thumbs up to Integrity Management for supporting the improvements and thumbs up to Amanda Celina Manager and Monique Asst. Manager for their awesome customer service in treating tenants and for the recent improvements that have really lifted up celina apts. Thumbs up to maintenance for their great work Gilbert and Israel.

My Experience at Celina Plaza was outstanding! I was always treated with the utmost respect. I rarely had problems and when I did they were solved extremely fast. The staff really impressed me with their professionalism. The way they could defuse a situation and still keep their composure was unmatched. Unfortunately my time in Celina Plaza has come to an end due to a deployment, but to anyone looking for a pleasant affordable place to call home Celina Plaza is the place for you!

Maintenance has been up to date, work orders get completed on time, management makes it’s easy to be reached via phone or txt. Location and price range is great! Buildings provide sufficient light even at night.

The hamburgers and shakes are great! The customer service is pleasant. Drive thru is about a 10 to 15 min wait depending on peak times. Easy entrance off of the street Montana or Airway.

Back when I lived here from 2019-2020 I didnt have many great things to say about it primarily because of some of the issues I faced however I recently needed help with some documentation and I didnt catch the name of the person in the office however they were able to help me so quickly I couldnt be more grateful.

Super recommended. We just moved and our expectations were exceeded. The girls in the office are very nice and help you with everything, especially Bianca. From the moment we arrived to ask for information, Bianca helped us and made the entire process easier.
