    I absolutely love the staff here. They made my transition from out of state seamless. They walked me thru the process and gave me great insights to the area. They worked with me to get settled in my apartment even moving up my move in date for me. The apartments are very well maintained and managed by a great team. It’s great to come in and see smiling faces and friendly greetings.

    I have lived here almost three years. Has been the best experience I have had with renting a place to live. Linda Alvarado is hands down best in the business. She goes above and beyond to help her tenants get into there place. She always checks up on her tenants and makes sure they are having a good experience. She is always friendly and makes u feel welcome in her office anytime u have a question or need help with ur apartment. I am grateful to have her a manager. But ever more grateful to call her my friend.

    My experience at this property has been great. It wouldn’t be great without apartment managers like Linda Alvarado, who is a friendly and a warm hearted human being that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Not only is she an absolute pleasure to deal with she got my place renting quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. So blessed to have her here!

    I love my apartment. I’ve been here several years, in different units. Linda and the office staff have always made transitioning smooth and very timely. Linda is always so willing to problem solve and communicate with a smile. I’m very happy to call cedar springs home.

    We have moved here from out in the country where everything was so quiet…. So peaceful. We could hear the birds chirping the cows mooing which we loved. Choosing to move into an apartment was hard, but we are so thankful for the Sweetest Friendliest Welcome we received from the first day we walked into the office. Corsicana needs more of this, the town would be a much better place to live. We notice the staff work so hard to make sure everything is up to par. From Management, maintenance, landscaping everything always looks clean and professional. Never thought we could be City people😁love living here. Thank you for making it a place we don’t want to leave.

    I’ve lived at Cedar Springs for about 3 years now and have seen many different managers in and out of office. Linda has been very professional, organized, and great attitude. It’s a quiet and comfortable place to live and I highly recommend staying if interested

    I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and can’t say I’ve had any issues with the place. Management is friendly, maintenance is helpful and we get a dog park and pool.👌🏼

    The brand new Cedar Spring apartment complex is absolutely fantastic. Borderline luxury rooms with a gorgeous pool and a fitness center that will help you cancel that gym membership are just a few of the wonderful features...And then there’s the office manager. Amber English is absolutely the best manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her friendly nature, her smile, and her eagerness to help is simply inspirational. She is without peer and should be the model of existence for managers.

    I love this property because at first glance it seems like a very clean paradise and you breathe calm when you sit on its balconies. I dont know more about this company but if all their properties are like this, believe me, it is the best in the United States.

    Lived in Cedar Springs Apartments for a year and really enjoyed my time! Never had any issues with my apartment. Great location and area. Kayle is great with communication and brings a positive attitude.

    Amber is the BEST apartment manager I have had in the 5 years Ive been in Corsicana. I was so fed up with my last apartment that when my lease was up, I commuted 7 months until Cedar Springs was ready to lease.From the day I met Amber, she was lively, upbeat, and very informative regarding the apartments. Amber is ALWAYS at work early and works very late and on Saturdays and she has NEVER complained not one time. I love Amber English, best manager ever!!!Amber English

    Hello i just did my application all i had to do was pay the deposit show proof of income and everything they said 7 days is all they said i have had no problems with them they are very friendly. Then i have to pay the rent witch wont be a problem we get paid weekley so that is not a problem at all. Thank you so so very much and it also seems like they do not do credit checks. The way i see it if your respectful so will other people.

    I walked in today right at closing, and they were very nice! I will likely move here. Some of these negative reviews just crack me up! When someone writes a review with worse grammar than a first grader, they shouldnt even be taken seriously (its called puncuation and proofreading, folks.) When you write a review that is one big sentence, you look ridiculous. Also--you dont start a sentence with So. Where did you attend school? I have a feeling that you are going to have problems anywhere you live until you grow up. Also, Im sure the place you stayed in during childhood had no imperfections, was always whisper quiet, and everything was fixed immediately. Crickets FLOODED my hallway? (referring to a complaint.) Funny!

    Wow, I never met such a nice person as Amber. She’s so friendly and always smiling. She tries to help you out much as she can. When you have a problem, she makes sure it’s taking care of. I love my apartment and my very own balcony.

    First off I want to say Wow! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left I felt very welcomed! Amber English is so sweet and amazing, she had an answer for every question I had, (again Amber if you are reading this I’m sorry for the hundred questions and my constant rambling lol ). I absolutely can not wait to move in and see what Corsicana brings. Even though she isn’t from the area she was able to help me to the best of her ability! She made the application process super easy, and even though I couldn’t see the apartments we had a small tour around the office and lounge area that it made my experience A1. She told me of all kinda of events she may have planned and I can’t even wait! If you’re looking for an apartment go talk to Amber English she will be more than happy to help!!
