A well kept secret in Oak Cliff. These apartments are great. Not a ton of amenities, but for the price its not a problem. From the outside you might think this place looks a little plane. Lots of families live here, friendly neighbors. Maintenance works to make sure the grounds are kept clean, and everything looks really nice inside.Occasional bugs, but not enough for it to cause issues. They also offer free extermination. There are occasional parties in the area, but despite sometimes being right by my apartment, I never really hear them.Maintenance is incredible and the lead maintenance man Jesus is very kind. Cecilia in the front office is very friendly as well and proactive. The apartments are recently renovated and theres plenty of parking. Theres a park in the complex as well as right next door. If you are bargain hunting, this is the best price to quality I found in the entire city. The apartments even host City Square and occasionally give produce to the community.TLDR: Dull on the outside, lots of heart on the inside. You wont be able to do better for the same price.

Amazing complex. When I moved in a year ago the appliances were all new. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher. I feel safe in the gated community and I havent had an issues with rats, roaches, bed bugs or rats. Only complaint is that the apartment complex is at full capacity so parking close to my building fills up quickly but there are a lot of spots.

Love my two bedroom apartment everthing is new and the flooring is so beautiful. Gated and camera monitoring gives me a great peace of mind. Love having a washer and dryer and the manager and maintenance crew are awesome.

Great apartment to live in. It’s a gated community and no noise complaints at all. They also have security. Cecilia works in the office and she’s so nice and responds very quickly and she’s very very helpful. I recommend these apartments.

After the heavy cold weather the apartments were safe, And Cecilia the leasing person from the office is always on top of the work orders from my apartment and always helpful and whatever help I need. I appreciate her courtesy and help.

The apartments are so beautiful, in quit They have washers and dryers with microwave build in & everything new flooring wall no mold no bugs roaches or no bed bugs the outside of apartments are nice looking nice light tint windows new buildings fresh brand new paint on inside outside Apts I totally recommend these Apts to family or friends in the manager in new management is awesome it’s a gated community no body can’t just come in the apartments gated like I like it have to have a gate code they don’t give it to any in everybody they need a strict security office over there at night 😍😍😍😍On this beautiful property thanks for these changes of cedar glen south AptsThe maintenance guys are also awsome on the property keep the property well maintained in fast on fixing stuff right in getting the apartments beautiful with the building grass stay cut parking lot stay clean park in basketball court in the office is nice in clean smell good as the apartments 😍😍😍😍😍😍

The parking is first come first park. Vistor parking is in The front and thats bad if you live in the back.

I like this place, I have lived here for 4 years. The only bad thing is that every time you renew they raise you a lot. I have to renew in 3 months and Im already afraid to see how much they will increase me. If they continue like this I will have to leave, not because I dont like it, but because what one has to pay in rent is already exaggerated. What a shame that people who have been around for years and who are good tenants, do not protect us a little and take care of us to continue living here.

The apartments are so nice, my cousin already lives here and they are the same owners of Park Creek. They have washers and dryers with everything new. Im going to try to get a transfer from Park Creek because of the washing machines they have inside!
