    After nearly a year in these apartments, I decided it was time for a change and wanted to move to a new unit. Audrey made the whole process a breeze! She guided me through each step, ensuring every detail was taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making her tenants feel at home. I’m also grateful for the complex’s regular updates and the beautifully maintained property—everything from the yard work to quick maintenance responses keeps the place looking and feeling great! I had only one minor issue, and it was resolved immediately. Absolutely 5 stars!

    Best experience I have had renting from an apartment complex. The office staff are very professional and polite (Pearla and Audrey are the best). Complex is quite, well-kept, and keep the pools clean. Maintenance responds immediately to requests. Highly recommend.

    Very nice, affordable place to live! They have the best property manager in Audrey Brown and her staff. I love the fact that you can call them with whatever issue youre having, and they honestly listen and work with you to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Ive had no major problems in the 5 plus years Ive been a tenant here. I definitely recommend Cedar Glen.

    I have been a resident at Cedar Glen for about 3 years now and the maintenance staff has always been very attentive and friendly. Recently our dishwasher went out, Mr. Fred came out the same day to inspect it and see what issue was causing it not to cut on. Upon his inspection, he decided to replace it. Within hours he had us fixed up! Thank you Mr. Fred and the entire staff for your wonderful service.

    I just signed my lease here and Ms. Pearla from the front office has been an absolute joy to work with. She’s very informative and helpful with any questions I’ve had.     I never had a problem with management, since Ive been a tenant. I enjoy living here, and I feel safe. Each time that Ive had a maintenance request, it was taken care of in a more than reasonable time. Mr. Fred, the maintenance employee, is always kind and helpful. I really appreciate his willingness to get the job done. Thank you, management, for all that you do!!

    I have lived at this property for a couple of years and its been pleasant. We havent had any problems. Perla the assistant manager has been so sweet, helpful and attentive. When we need something fixed maintenance comes through. Mr Fred is THE BEST! Its like having your dad come by and fix something. By that I mean hes doing his job but he actually cares if its done right. So he goes above and beyond whats expected.

    I was helping a girlfriend find a new apartment and we stopped by this location last week. We spoke to a leasing agent I think his name was Marco, very helpful, had patience with all the questions we had, and was super knowledgeable with the process on leasing a new apartment. Although we still have a few more spots to check out I just want to emphasize customer service here is beyond amazing!

    From beginning to end the property manager Audrey has been so fantastic. The move in process is a breeze. The work promptly and don’t make you wait around for weeks. The apt unit was perfect.     I had and amazing experience with Perla. Her customer service is excellent. She got me approved within four days. She answered all my questions I had with no problems. Kept me updated with the app process step by step. Also received a $100 gift card for furniture. My apartment looks nice and updated. The inside of my oven looks brand new, counters look great, carpet clean, my cabinets are brand new. The office staff was very welcoming and nice. I would highly recommend Cedar Glen Apartments.     I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!I have lived here a year already and honestly can’t seem to find something bad to say. From the beginning, being a first time apartment renter Perla was very helpful and full of information to help me understand the whole process and to ensure everything was clear. The apartment was fixed up and everything was in great condition. The maintenance crew is always prompt and great at what they do. Now coming to the end of my lease Mrs. Audrey and Perla have been so attentive in what my next steps are and how they can help.     Id like to take the time to recommend the Staff at Cedar Glen Apartments. My experience from the beginning to end was very exceptional. Perla the leasing consultant was very detailed and professional at all times. Lashonda the Assistant was very professional upon asking question .I had and opportunity to meet the New Manager Audrey by phone, I wanted her to know that shes blessed to have a great team in the office it shows that she is and activate manager and the team work displayed from the curb appeal as while as the make ready was a 5 star rating for me.Im also in the property management business as a site manager ,so its well rewarding to see when you rent and apartment that you have Outstanding Team members!Once again thank you for your Exceptional Customer Service!

    Pearla at the cedar glen apartments is the best. She helped us with our application to get into the apartments with a lot of patience and worked really hard to get our AC fixed when it went out. She goes above and beyond to help us out in our first apartment experience.

    I have been a resident for about 6 months now, and we started out on a not so good foot. We were close to terminating our lease because our building had history of a bug issue prior to our move in and it was making our environment hard to live in. Audrey came in as the new manager just recently i want to say within the last few weeks and she has come in with the intention to fix not only my issue but the issues that many residents here were having that were not being addressed as well as they should have. She has worked so quickly and been so communicative in helping us with our issue and even with the holidays she has been on top of returning our emails and having things ready and set up for us when we do call or contact the office. I am beyond grateful for her and I look forward to seeing how she improves the operations here in the near future.

    This is my third (3 1/2) and final year here at Cedar Glen Apartments. Bitter yet sweet. Ive gone through ups and downs my years of living here but I must say. Now that Audrey Jones has taken over management. Cedar Glen has been by far the best complex Ive ever lived in. The staff are now very helpful and whenever i have a maintenance request they are quick to respond. Although this is my final year for personal reasons, Audrey has made my send out easy and quick. She answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. She overall took the time to personally help me with any issue i may had. So again although, bitter yet sweet, I loved calling Cedar Glen my home. I would recommend everyone to make Cedar Glen your next place to call home. Until next time!

    Chris Hunter, our Building Maint Manager for Cedar Glen apts, goes above and beyond the requirements of his role to make us feel at home. He once rescued my wife and daughters from a stray dog attack and given us the occasional jump start when having car trouble. Hes like part of the family.

    Ive never lived in a complex where I actually liked the people in the office but the ladies here are great. Perla, Marisa, and Lashunda are awesome and always very pleasant the few times Ive had to communicate with them. Maintenance men are friendly and complete work orders quickly. Only cons here for me are the sugar ants. They get in stuff that isnt even food but other than that no complaints. 5 stars.

    I have lived in Cedar Glen for over 6 years now and I love it. I have never had any issues with my neighbors and it has always been very quite. Even though a school is directly cross the street and the side, you would never know it. All the children, I mean all of them are good, respectful children. The office allows them to come in a get a cookie treat, and I think its so cute. And you dont even have to tell them to get just one, they just get one, just respectful kids. From the high school kids to the elementary kids. I have never not once, saw any children on this property, outside hanging out late, being disrespectful, not once. I have actually lived on 3 different floor plans, from the back, to the front, now Im in the middle and I love it. The office staff has always been so amazing and have always done with they said they will do. I have never ever had an issue with the office staff. In fact, I love the office staff, thats why I cant leave...lol. No, but the rent is very affordable and always clean and I just love it here. The only issue I have, is some of the people crowd their patios and I do not like that. Thats just one thing I think should be enforced (and its very few).     Lived here for 4 years, this property has done a 360 change. Enjoyed the changes and safety they take to provide for us. Transferred to a new renovated apartment and it is amazing. Love it. Marisa is very helpful and informative. Last manager did not care to explain the rules or the contract.

    I moved in about 3 years ago. I was not happy, then there was a change in management in 2017. The changes made with the new management was great. The staff is more resident friendly, considerate, and helpful at all times. They care. The renovations have made this into a really classy, modern apartment community.

    I have been living in Cedar Glen for over 7 years and I have had some good and bad experiences, which is understandable given they were built during the 80s - management however, has always found a way to resolve any issues. They are very respectful and helpful. The location is very convenient to my job, and across from a nice school system.

    Ive lived here for three years, and can honestly say that since Madera purchased the property, Managment has improved its functionality by 100 percent. Safety is much improved, service requests are processed and performed far more quickly, attitudes are much more professional and cheery, and the overall feel of the property is clean and inviting. The management team has done a tremendous amount of improvement in their processes. Being in Managment myself, I know just how important it is to have a routine and expectation for everything, and how difficult it is to put those into place; this Managment team did so quickly and fluidly. Improvements to the property have also increased. I see an impressive amount of work being done on facilities, when previous companies let these badly needed upgrades and repairs fall by the wayside. Im renewing my lease this month again, simply because of how vastly this property has improved in such a short time, and how dedicated staff are to maintaining the value of my rent dollars!

    Cedar glen is an amazing place to live, the perfect place to call home. I got a one bedroom loft that’s pretty spacious, I’ve been here almost 3 years now and seeing as though I’m from Houston they’ve helped me call Dallas home as well now.
