Ive lived here for a few years now. I am a single woman, and disabled veteran and I feel so safe and comfortable living care by myself. The staff is amazing and every time I leave a town. They keep an eye on my apartment, which is quite often. Anything you need done with maintenance is done in a hurry. Usually, Im not okay with maintenance. Being in my apartment without me. But they have a lady that is, so its amazing.It comes every time I need something done.

They are very amazing people and very nice, and caring. They’re always finding way to resolve any issues or concerns we might have. My experience living here the passed year has been amazing and am currently in the works to move to a 3 bedroom apartment! They work with you and are always looking to make your stay and best and comfortable as possible! I lived here for 8 years!! Excellent location, access to sites and highways of interest. The staff in the office is very efficient, always a smile and a solution. The management is always attentive to satisfy the needs of the residents. I highly recommend this apartment complex to live in, although they are always short of vacancies.

This place is AMAZING. I visit my Son quite often. The staff there is kind, polite, caring and professional. Mrs. Krissia Torres in the office is the BEST. She is the most caring, courteous and loving person. Always helping everyone and its always Service with a Smile .. Everything is kept so nice and neat and the office and grounds are kept spotless. The Location is a PLUS .. I cant say enough good things about this apartment complex.

I have lived here for almost five years and I have no complaints. Everyone at the leasing office has been extremely helpful and kind. If youre looking for an affordable, safe, and secure multi-family housing complex in this area, I would recommend it. There are cameras, security, and working gates. The gym on site is easy to access with the same mobile app that opens the driving gate and its nice to be able to exit through the walking gate at the back of the complex to get to Freed Park just across the street. I would still be living here if I didnt need to move for work and personal reasons. Thanks Krissie, Christy, and Joei.

We have lived here since October and it has been great so far. The ladies in the office are awesome and helps you out any way they can. My kids love the playground and most people around here are super nice. So far only problems I have seen is parking is horrible and people need to slow down while leaving the gate. Everyone that works here are nice too. Seriously dont plan on moving anytime soon.

I love living at Castlewood apts. Mrs.Krissie Torres is so wonderful and caring she loves her tenants. And the Manger is Mrs.Joeiis here to help with anything we need at all times. And Christy Olvera. is also here to help.Ms.Maria Estrada is always with a great attitude she a great maintenance person. Great location and Staff is wonderful. Units are nice I have a 3 bedroom Apt. like the size pretty spacious. My only concern is not enough security my vehicle was broken into on Sunday December 20 someone tried to steal vehicle also another tenant mentioned to me his vehicles were broken into as well a few months ago, both of us park on the same side

I’ve been living here for 3 years now and very much love these apartments, I love the gym and how we have to have an app to have access to the apartments and the other amenities, I love how quick the maintenance responds to anything needed to be fixed, the leasing agent krissie has always been super helpful and an overall joy to talk too… def recommend

I truly love this place! Might be moving out soon and i am sad to go because i have never met more honest and friendly staff! Everything i ask to get fixed gets fixed right away! No matter the time. Their maintenance guys are very respectful, nice and honest. Their pool is always open and clean. I see them clean it every morning! Their gym is pretty awesome too. Its just sad to see some people dont take care of their equipment properly. Their laundry rooms are ok too. A bit older but work great. Everyone here is nice and friendly! A lot of people have pets but always on leashes and always pick up after them. They have a reading room for kids as well. Very family friendly community. Every incident that happens they let everyone know and make sure we feel safe! And no, no one paid me to write this. I have a tendency to leave reviews where ever i live so everyone is aware of the way the place is. For example Hammerly oaks, never live there worst experience of my life! I love this place a bit pricy but well worth it! Thank you castlewood for my 3 wonderful years here!

Its good for the price, and I have not had any major issues. My only real complaint is the noise level; be very wary of any location within 100 feet of one of the pools. They start to fill up around noon and often stay active until nearly midnight. I cant complain about the pools being in use during the day, but I wish they would do something about the noise level past 10 pm. Also they occasionally are in use by loudly cursing young adults, which is unfortunate as most of the units around the pools are in use by families.

Awesome place to live, very quiet, working class environment plus management/leasing agents are great. maintenance work is on point, most of them stay on property, theres an overnight armed guard on duty that is very mobile, friendly & helpful. I stayed here for 2years now, 3 different apartments and had no major issues what so ever. I never experienced a roach problem (like 1 or 2 every few months), i killed 2small baby spiders thru out my experience and yes once in a while your shower faucet will initially have a light brown color but dissipates after a few seconds. Overall 5 all day son (Dayum Drops food critic voice lol)

I have to say this is the very first community I have been to where I couldn’t in my right mind get upset with them. There was a slight misunderstanding on the move in date but when the error was noted, they immediately tried to fix it. Their efforts in trying to help me meant the WORLD to me. I felt like when I explained my urgency in needing to move they genuinely empathized and sprung into action. I had a second community I was going to go with but their understanding of my issues won me over. Amazing staff by far and beautiful community.

Convenient & quiet. I like the fact that when I moved in, I was lucky to get an upgraded unit, higher rent of course..but totally worth it!! My only problem is the gym, its always dirty..parking lot can simply be solved by reserving a spot ;)

The management is really nice and friendly. They are very accommodating to special requests and they never over charge you citing policy. The location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, churches and IKEA :)

Castlewood aptsIt is an excellent place to live. I have lived in this place for 14 years.The staff in charge are very friendly people, always willing to help you.The manager is an excellent person, always ready to listen or help find a solution if necessary.Everything is within reach, both shops and schools.Near a beautiful park to exercise.If I were to move from this place it would be because I bought a house 🤗.Of course there are pros and cons; but there are solutions or alternatives.

Excellent treatment from the office from the moment you fill out the application, they are very friendly and tell you all the steps to follow!!!They are extremely efficient when solving any problem you have in the department!!The only thing they could improve (and this does not depend on the administration) is that people who have pets pick up the garbage left by their pets, because they let the dogs do their business anywhere and they dont care if a neighbor or worse Some children get dirty with the needs of their pets, it is incredible that even at the pool door they let their pets do their business!!The other day a woman was with 2 dogs and they both relieved themselves right next to my apartment. When I asked her if she was going to leave them there, she told me that the cleaning staff would take care of that, as if it werent each persons responsibility. one of us to keep the pets neat set of needs!!
