LOVE, LOVE, LOVE living here!!! I moved here from a full amenities (dining included) Senior Independent Living place with a fabulous location, so I thought Casella would be a disappointment. I was SO wrong!!! I am shocked at how much I love it here. The apartment, the newness, the quartz countertops, the huge bathrooms, the brand new state-of-the-art appliances, but mostly the gorgeous swimming pool and outdoor amenities and the AMAZING community room/cyber cafe with a full kitchen! Maintenance is here for EVERYTHING within a few minutes after I report something. Nothing major, just issues with a brand new build. My husband and I are SO much happier!!! And the activities are great and frequent! Best decision I have made in a long time, and my family agrees with me! My son cannot stop raving about Casella and how much he loves it for me!!!

Beautiful living space. Attentive, positive front office staff. Everything is always so clean. Lots of activities offered and communicated.

Beautiful layout apartments! Marqua and Tanesha are the dynamic duo, very prompt, courteous, and professional.Work orders are completed super quickly, and any concern addressed with attention.Marqua goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed.Very happy to live at Casella!

Horrible place to apply for +55 yr living. Feels like a haunted house. No residents. Priced to high for the square footage and definitely the location.
