I visited this amazing village of cool micro homes on a recent trip to Austin. I was given a tour by Daniel Romero. He was kind cordial and informative. I went in a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and was shown the club house and beautiful swimming pool and fitness center. I then roamed around the village and relaxed at a picnic table and by the pool to catch the vibe of the place. Everything is extremely well maintained and the village is spotless and clean. No weeds - not even a gum wrapper. It was very quiet and relaxing. It is a very attractive and high quality place to call home. Casata is planning more villages like this and I think that they are really on to something here. Its more than just a place to call home - its a lifestyle and movement here. A new way to live.

*UPDATE: Wanted to share Ive had quite a few issues with my home the first two weeks since moving in, maintenance have been on it, I put in one request at 3am- they came the next morning. Just want to say thank you to the team and their urgency on getting the house fixed!Just moved in and I am absolutely loving it! It truly feels like home. Its quiet and so cozy. Gus was amazing at helping me move in and making sure everything was set up!

I have absolutely loved living at Casata so far and Brenda has been amazing while I adjust to a new lifestyle and community. She is a doll and always puts a smile on your face! I’ve never rented in a place where you consistently see the manager and concerns are addressed so quickly. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the concept and I was not disappointed after I moved in! The tiny homes are so cute and homey, it doesnt feel like renting an apartment, it feels like joining a community. Brenda and Gus are easily the best part of this place!

I recently moved to Austin, TX, and after looking long and hard, I found this cute little community — I love that my space is its own structure, disconnected from other units. Casata has a lovely tight knit community, and the management does everything it can to make sure that things are running smoothly. Im grateful for this space :):)

Super impressed with Casata! I toured both one bedroom models on-site, and was really impressed with the design and quality. Everything is intentional - it’s got everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Not to mention, all units come with in-unit washers and dryers, dishwashers, and porches (one model even has a gorgeous wrap around porch!). Everyone on the leasing team has been wonderful as well. Jenny and Forrest have both been super responsive and have handled any questions/concerns thoroughly and quickly. Even with a couple construction set-backs, they’ve been as informative and helpful as they can be in a situation that’s essentially out of their control, which is a great indicator of how the staff will handle any issues moving forward! Can’t recommend them enough, if you’re looking for a new place to live check them out!

Casata Austin! Wow! Such a hidden gem down south. I have heard so many great things about this up and coming community and it did not disappoint. I was greeted by Trish and just had the most amazing time with her and all the information she had regarding the property. Unfortunately, there was nothing available in my time frame but I will definitely be refreshing the website tirelessly in hopes I am lucky enough to call this my New Home!

I had a great experience touring Casata Austin! The team was welcoming and helpful in answering all of my questions about their micro units and the community. They have four different floor plans and they all feel way larger than I expected! All good things to say about the team, the community, and the gorgeous tiny homes!

I took a tour of Casata with a leasing agent and was so impressed by the property, homes, and community plans. Each home was adorable, and they were all decorated immaculately. I could truly picture myself living there. The leasing agent was fantastic, too. Welcoming, knowledgeable, authentic, and passionate about this great concept!!

I had the pleasure of touring the apartments with Trisha. She was So knowledgeable as well as fun! I loved her so much but because there is no availability I wasn’t able to lease but I will definitely be going back.
