Having community events was a great touch over the summer was really nice. But should have been in the evening or on Saturday for those who work.The food truck was a great idea definitely do that again. Maintenance is always on time efficient, they clean after themselves and respect your apartment. Alex is very helpful has great communication. I have not had an issue with Roaches as I see in other reviews, nor had an issue with maintenance or the office staff. Everyone has their opinion and different experiences.The community is clean and kept up(where I am located) it also takes the tenants to clean up after themselves, children’s and pets. If I see garbage in the steps I pick it up. Gate codes do not always work.Tenants are quiet ( at least in my building)

I’m so in love with my apartment! If you’re looking for a spacious but affordable home, I highly recommend Carrington Place Apartments. The location is so convenient with tons of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. There’s even a park in walking distance where you can fish and enjoy the beautiful scenery with ducks.

I just signed my first renewal here last month. I have had a pretty good experience so far. No apartment complex is perfect. I really like the gym and I like that theres a decent amount of parking. I have not seen any bugs in my apartment which Im very happy about. The office staff have always been helpful and maintenace has completed my work orders fairly quickly. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Ive lived here for a little over a year and I have enjoyed my stay. I usually go in and out the back gates so the traffic doesnt bother me and parking is really good. I have the large one bedroom and its really spacious.

I stayed here for three years. I really do not have a negative review I think you make your experience your experience and everyones is not the same. Maintenance came timely, they are friendly and respectful of your property office team did the best they could. Neslie and Angel are good communicators. Property is clean and well kept. The tenants for most part are quiet, the occasional loud late night party at pool. The people on my floor were great neighbors, friendly.The only challenge is the road construction which IRT has no control over.

I moved here in March of last year. I really like my apartment. I haven’t had any issues so far. Out of all the places that I looked at, this was the best price for what you get. My apartment is huge and the gym is really nice. I’m glad that I chose this place.

I have lived here for 6 months now. I feel like I made a good choice. The office staff are friendly and helpful and maintenance is pretty quick at getting my repairs done. There’s a lot of parking which is really important. Yes, there’s still construction on 1960 but I just go through the back entrance and exit gates so that doesn’t really bother me. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Washing machine is inoperable and I am unable to wash clothes. AC was dripping water on Thursday 6/27 however it stopped on Saturday. Hopefully it will continue to operate properly. Ice maker is not working. Overall everything is working fine and I really like the responses so far to my maintenance issues. Thank you

Living at Carrington Place Apartments has been an absolute joy since day one. The people here, like Daniel, Kimberly, Neslie, and the maintenance team to my neighbors, have made it feel like a real community. The grounds are beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Its refreshing to come home to such a well-maintained environment.As for the apartments, theyre fantastic. Theyre spacious, modern, and have everything you need to feel comfortable. I love the attention to detail, from the stylish finishes to the thoughtful amenities. And having access to things like the gym and pool is a nice bonus. My favorite amenity is their clubhouse. It has a game room and a business center. It’s just so gorgeous!In summary, Carrington Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live, with a welcoming community, beautiful surroundings, and great amenities. This property is beautifully designed nestled in the perfect location with easy access to Hwy 290 and FM 1960. Shopping galore with restaurants and plenty of entertainment. Neslie thank you for all your help you made making a choice to move here a breeze! Large floor plans, garage and lots of storage. CyFair schools A+!

I love this apartment complex - Claudia made my application status and move -in very smooth. I have had a couple of maintenance requests and she sends someone right away! I have tried calling to the office and speaking to others, but they have left me on hold forever or told me how they cant handle the busy day etc - Claudia makes everything seem so easy to handle and stays on top of what is thrown at her! Thanks - and i recommend this place! Nice apartments - the only request is to please get the car wash and vacuum fixed :)

I have been living here since February and I absolutely love it!!! Quiet complex! The application process was smooth and easy! All of the office staff are very pleasant at all times. Laurie Fisher the assistant manager is absolutely a joy to deal with. She is very attentive and willing to assist with anything that you may need. Maintenance is pretty quick at fixing request.

Great location, staff always friendly and helpful to me. The space with excellent with plenty of storage. Great amenities which included washer & dryer and great community deal on Wi-Fi / cable. Apartment was move in ready with new carpet and paint. Maintenance was a little slow during the end of my stay I had to ask twice for them to complete the job. If I lived in Houston again, I would definitely move back to these apartments. Never bothered by bugs or loud kids where I was located.

Its great here Ive lived in these apartments almost 2 years and my experience has been great. The staff and management are very welcoming, always smiling and making you feel right at home. I shopped around for a place to live for my daughter & I for months & it had to be a place where she could stay in Cy-fair high school. I found Carrington place & I have loved it since I first walked in the office. Jessica & Penny were both very attentive & very helpful at helping me get ready to move in. Maintenance promptly did the repairs I listed on my move in list & since then I have turned in about 3 work orders on little things & maintenance has responded & repaired the next day. I havent seen not one roach or other infestation. The apartment is spacious & very nice. The gates have worked properly everyday since weve been here. The pool is huge not deep but very big & always very clean & in working order. One thing I noticed when I was doing my application was that when a tenant walked through that door & if Jessica seen them she greeted them warmly & by name. And a lot of people came in that day because they were doing a community luncheon. I like how they schedule activities & get togethers for the tenants so we can get to know one another. The entire office staff has been great from day 1 . My daughter likes to go down to the office & just visit & each of them welcome her to do so. I havent seen any kids running wild. The cops have not been called here not once in the 2 months Ive been here. Someone said the walls were thin & I find that amusing because I havent heard my neighbors yell, talk, or their music or t.v.s not once. One has 2 big dogs & I havent heard the dogs from inside my apartment, but if I go outside my front door I can hear them bark, but not inside my apartment, so I dont believe they have thin walls. I have never seen trash thrown all over the grounds & the dumpster has never been overflowing since Ive been here. As far as car bresk-ins havent heard of any of them either, but this is the Houston area & common sense is to not leave anything of value in your car ! I am writing this because it is easy for someone to get butthurt over something that didnt go their way & write a bad review. And that happens more then when someone is perfectly satisfied & writes a good review. My theory is out of 10 people at least 2 are going to be unsatisfied about something. So for every 2 bad reviews I read, I just think ok, their was 8 other people satisfied. So use that old saying Ill believe it when I see it & check them out for yourself before you make up your mind, cause remember for every 2 bad reviews you read, their are 8 other people living happily in their beautiful apartment with thick walls, with beautiful well maintained grounds, & a beautiful pool & work out center !

Ive been living here for about 6 months now and I love it. The manager Ms. Laurie is always available if you have any issues. If I have any maintenance issues they come the same day or the day after. I always have a parking spot in front my apartment. I really dont have any complaints. I love this place.

Great place to live, very quiet and peaceful. Claudia was super helpful and made moving in such a breeze! Upon moving in I did not notice any of the complaints some of the reviews state and the minor little things I decided I personally didnt like, Claudia and the staff sent maintenance over right away and fixed the issue on the spot! Couldnt be happier with the professionalism of the staff and community! Im excited to call this home!

I have lived here for just over a month and so far it has been great. Very spacious apt, and I cant hear people below me. The upgrades in the apt are very nice and and there is always a close parking spot which I cant say about other places I have lived. Complex is pretty quiet.Only complaint would be that they only have one treadmill so when it rains and I cant run outside I have to either wait or not work out for that day if someone else is on it. Other complexs I have lived in have 2 or 3 treadmills.

Since I been in Houston this has been one of the best experience from day one. Staff is very warm and welcoming. The two maintenance issues I had was fixed immediately. I feel real welcome, unthreaten, and safe for my lil family and I. Never missed a payment with rent and I’m sure if ever do they will work with me until I get back on track. I like it here and I’m sure you will too.

I was seriously considering this place as it had everything I was looking for........centralized area to and from work, lots of businesses and food places to go, attached garage, competitive rent price.But I make my big decisions based on other peoples experiences and overall, everyone that wrote a review has had the same issues with this place.Thank you for providing this great information before I made the mistake of going by to do a walk through and hear their sales pitch. Ill take my $20,000 rent budget elsewhere.God Bless you all!!

Ive been living here 3 years and I dont have nothing negative so say at all about my apt, I think people need to be more responsable with they own personal space instead to blame outsiders like roaches issues, I was reading reviews and We never had roaches bf here never bc you need to be clean and organize to keep them far way . Now Im taking this time to post this bc I just moved out to my new House and I need to say Thank You to Vincenta, Laura and Omar Great Team !!! always available and respectful. Apartment under new management had a gnat problem and the ice maker wasnt working properly the manger called me also the assistant manager called me sent pest control out took care of the problem also gave me a call kept me updated Im really satisfied with the employees they understood my frustration and took care of the apartment as promise

The four stars are for the maintenance staff who are attentive and attentive to what is asked for more. However, I have been here for 5 years and the rent is becoming more and more expensive. The increases in each renovation are excessive. They should have a considerable and fixed increase for the owners. Residents with seniority and apart increasingly charge services and fees that one is not aware of, there is a lot to improve both administratively and at the level of services and structure, no matter how much the maintenance guys want to have everything in order, it becomes difficult if they do not have with the right support and budget
