    I’ve lived at Carrington Oaks for almost 3 years now and I love it. It’s nice and quiet at night. And the most noise I ever hear are kids playing with their friends outside. Maintenance is on point and always responds quickly. I feel safe and content here. My neighbors have always been friendly. And having access to the on property dog parks have been a lifesaver for me and my dog. Valerie, the apartment manager, has been so kind and helpful. Living here has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had.

    I recently moved into an apartment complex in Austin that had multiple issues, making it unlivable. I was given the option to release my lease with only 12 hours notice. After calling more than 15 apartments, none could accommodate me for at least 1-2 weeks. However, when I contacted Carrington Apartments, Valerie Coleman answered my call. I explained my situation, and she immediately prioritized my needs. Within less than 2 hours, she called me back to inform me that she had a unit available and could get me moved in within 3 days.After moving into our new unit at Carrington Apartments, I was impressed by the beautiful interiors and exteriors. The layout is fantastic, especially the kitchen. I cannot thank Valerie enough for her exceptional assistance in making this possible for my family and me on such short notice. I highly recommend Carrington Apartments to anyone looking to move, particularly due to the convenient location with every store you could need within a 5-minute drive. Thank you Valerie/Brie for making us feel at home even before moving in. Thank you!

    My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a month ago and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Valerie showed us around and helped us find the perfect apartment for us. She answered all of our questions with much knowledge and professionalism! Brie is also a delight to work with and played a part in making us feel welcome. All of the staff have been so sweet and welcoming! The apartments themselves are very well maintained and always very clean. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place! From the location to the pool, gym, and staff it has been an all around great experience! Thank you to all who take part in making Carrington oaks a truly great place to live!!

    I’ve lived at Carrington Oaks for a few months now and I have not had a single complaint. The staff here is absolutely amazing and super friendly. They were able to make numerous accommodations for me during my move-in process and essentially saved me from another nightmare leasing situation. Valerie was an absolute delight to work with throughout the process and personally made sure I had a smooth leasing and move-in process every step of the way. Bree in the front office is also so nice and personable and I was able to sit and talk with her after signing my lease and she made me feel so welcomed into the community and she also knows all the fun things happening in the area.

    We’ve been living here for over a year and love it! The staff is so wonderful and my kiddos absolutely love going to the office just to say hi to them. We enjoy all the amenities offered here and look forward to all of the events they host for residents!

    Patrick (Lead Maintenance Technician) is the BEST. Kind, patient, and attentive. He goes out of his way to accommodate and work around our two dogs, when we put in tickets. The best maintenance experience we have ever had at a property! Carrington Oaks is awesome, but he has been one of the best parts of our move-in experience!

    Living at Carrington Oaks has been such a joy. The staff is very friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to help their residents feel at home. They make excellent efforts to put on events to make this complex feel like a real community. The amenities are delightful, with an impressive gym, movie theatre, pool, and communal area.

    Took a tour of this complex while researching local options. The property is well maintained, the apartment floor plans are great, and there are excellent amenities available. The pool and gym are particularly awesome!My tour guide was very professional, accommodating, and answered all my questions (sorry I had so many!).Definitely on my short list and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

    The property is beautiful and the staff are very professional. I have lived here for about 6 months and every time I have a concern maintenance and management is on top of it. Mr. Patrick is very responsive to any concern or questions I may have. He is very approachable. This is one of the best apartment experiences I have had.

    I LOVE Carrington oaks. I love Tray & I love Bri! The maintenance team is awesome as well! I have to shout out Tray because this last week, it was only her working in the office and she made it seem like everything was under control. She was very fast and efficient working with my husband and I while also taking care of others. She is a great multitasker! Bri has also been very helpful in the past and she is the reason I moved to Carrington oaks. She has this amazing smile and personality that made the decision to live here super easy. They always have little contest and fun days to go get treats in the office. The amenities here are also always very clean. Overall I have had the best experience here!

    Great complex everything is usually very near, only thing I would reccomend is that there be another recycle bin added as it is always full. Staff is professional and courteous, but I wish the rent wasnt so high. 1350 for a 2 bedroom, where its closer to 1k at similar places.

    Resident for almost 3 years now and haven’t had a single negative experience! The ladies in the office are so kind and supportive in any and all interactions. Maintenance staff, specifically Patrick, has been exceptional! He is quick to respond, incredibly respectful and proficient. Would recommend this amazing complex 100 times over!

    Words cannot express how much we love living at Carrington Oaks! The grounds are beautiful, our apartment is cozy and serene, and the community is wonderful. Our neighbors are so pleasant and the residents all seem very happy here. The community truly has a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere. The team here on-site is amazing! The office team makes you feel like you live at a high-end resort. They are always so happy and helpful. They all seem to really enjoy helping the residents and exude a genuine care for the property. The amenities are beyond comparison. The pool is pristine. We love visiting the clubhouse and the business center is top notch. We are central to the town of Buda and just moments from Main Street and all the fun. We moved here during a very busy and stressful time in our life, and the team at Carrington Oaks made us feel so welcome and cared for. No matter how large or small the question or request, the team was on it in a flash! A special thanks to Abi, Tray, Brie in the office and the amazing maintenance team of Patrick, Lindo, Emilio. I cannot recommend living here more! We are so happy we made this choice to join the community of Carrington Oaks.

    My husband and I have been here since it opened in 2015. Yes, not ideal but has been an experience. The management and maintenance have changed so much in the last 8 years weve been here; some of those changes have been a good experience while others not so much. For this review, Im focusing on maintenance. Sometimes they dont get things done in a timely manner, but when they do, they do a good job. They are friendly and do a quality job. With our most recent request, they came and fixed our issues within 2 days, which is the fastest.

    I moved here September 2020 and have had nothing but good things to say about this apartment community. The staff is very friendly, the complex is kept very clean. I would like to give a big shout out the maintenance crew, Brandon and Rudy for taking care of my AC issue. They were very professional and kept me informed about their progress the whole time, very courteous, and I appreciate that. Thanks to Sheryl for her kind response as well. I have and will continue to recommend Carrington Oaks to all my friends, it’s a great to live.

    These people are amazing! We have been here for four years but the current staff truly feels like family! Abby, Brie, and Trey are absolutely amazing💜 They would do anything to help my son and and family!! Brie helped my recent guests so much they commented and said how amazing she was! Abby has truly been a lifesaver helping us constantly and Trey is such a positive light to anyone around her. The C.O. staff makes apartment life and its challenges a lot more bearable.

    Beautiful pool with an amazing staff! This is a relatively new apartment complex but it still has that new car smell. Everything is well maintained and if an issue occurs the staff is pretty quick to fix it. I defiantly recommended this place if your looking for a new place to live.

    Ive lived here two years and about to sign another year. Everyone in the frint office is always been so friendly. Maintenance always responds quickly. The pool is beautiful with a nice grilling area. Free things at the clubhouse always! The gym has recently been remodeled and is very nice as well.     My family relocated from out of state to build a house in the area. We needed a safe, clean, and cozy apartment while our home is being built. Weve been here a couple months now and have had a wonderful experience. The grounds are immaculate and the maintenance crew are wonderful. They are constantly improving the grounds as well which reflects highly on their investment in the complex. Fantastic internet speeds with Spectrum, awesome pool that is always clean, and nice propane grills to enjoy. Well be recommending Carrington Oaks to other family and friends who are looking to move down as well. Thanks all!

    I’ve been here for 2 months. They have been nothing but amazing! Their maintenance team is amazing and on top of it - and even give my dog treats when they stop by! They have constant free things at the clubhouse, and the pool is amazing with a perfect grilling area for these summer nights. I even have my own private yard for my dog. Apartment comes with washer and dryer, and I honestly feel like I’m staying at a resort hotel. No complaints!!!

    Moved in a few weeks ago and this place has been great. Front office staff is helpful. Apartments are pretty nice to us. I just put in a service request, and Patrick and Lindo were here in LESS THAN AN HOUR. At my old apartments, it took weeks for someone to come and check things out.

    In my time at Carrington oaks apartments, I have had no effectively issues, and had nothing but good times. The staff seems to actually care about their tenants, take steps to offer help when they can, and try to set up fun events whenever they have the chance. The leasing office alone is a great place to just hang out, with a kitchen fit for parties, a well stocked gym(Ive been to plenty deplorable excuses) and a reasonably sized theater! There are many things to look forward to when renting with them. Well designed homes, fantastic amenities, and a stellar location, are just a few reasons. The young ladies who work in the office are absolute gems with fantastic personalities, shoutout to Brie (yes like the cheese) for making things so easy while I was there!

    After having a horrible search experience for apartments, this place has been AMAZING. I moved towns and actually signed the lease site unseen except for a tour video but it was exactly like the video. Tray, Brie and Abigail have been absolutely wonderful. They are the sweetest people and have been on top of everything since I first inquired. Upon moving in, my washing machine wouldn’t work and it was fixed the same day. They were so excited for me to move in and even though this apartment complex is a bit of a commute for work (the reason I moved here) so far it has been all worth it. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone for the customer service alone.

    Im shocked at the reviews Im reading because we are actually very pleased at this complex. This is the nicest place I have lived in my 8 years of apartment living (3 different complexes). Maintenance is always quick and helpful. We dont have major problems with sounds (last place I lived we heard dogs running around upstairs all the time, this is not a problem here) . The staff is friendly and the price seems reasonable considering the great quality of fixtures, space, and storage. We feel like we finally have a good amount of space with some to grow and we are okay hear for another year or so until we have to move again for location preference. The work out center is great and has the most variety Ive seen offered with machines.Weve been here for 9 months and we are about to re-sign. When we were shopping around we looked at the places nearby and this place was way more comfortable and welcoming. They are finishing up some construction in the area so dont be discouraged by that, it hasnt been a problem. I have not seen a problem with bed bugs. This complex is super close to places to eat and shop for the essentials and access to 35 is so close.

    My experience living at Carrington oaks was great, the environment is perfect , the staff at the office is great so is the maintenance staff in general , but one person stands out above all and that would be the supervisor on the property who’s name is Patrick, when help is needed he’s always going above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met , he’s very responsive and always on the go , definitely one to keep around !! The amenities are always clean and the pool is always spotless which I love goin to during the summer or even for a little relaxing time , the prompt service they provide makes it the perfect place to live , I would recommend it 10 out of 10!

    I have been here for quite a while. Management and maintenance staff are great. There are always community events going on and gym session classes. Never a dull moment. All of the excitement plus being in a smaller town is great. Any and all complaints are dealt with promptly so I always feel important.     Came to visit this place today with a friend. I was very impressed by the staffs, Tray Cole and Abigail Wallace. They both were very helpful and patient with our questions. Tray was just delightful to communicate with!!! I was very impressed by her cheerfulness!The properties are nice with good amenities. As I’m typing this, my friend is signing up for a 3 months lease. Definitely this is a rental place to consider.

    I felt compelled to leave a review for the Carrington Oaks Team because they’re doing such a great job! They are professional, responsive, available, kind and respectful. Shout out to Trey, Emilio, Brie and Abby, and the rest of the maintenance team whose names I don’t remember.I appreciate how invested they are in their residents beyond collecting a monthly payment. They use a monthly newsletter to keep us informed. They also put on community events on a monthly basis, ranging from free breakfast, free donuts, free wine, friendly competitions with prizes, holiday gifts like Mother’s Day, Halloween trunk-or-treats, wine nights, and pool parties. It’s a wonderful way for us to get to know our neighbors, which is hard to do for anyone with a busy schedule. This also adds to the safety and security of the building through relationship building.They also think through how to make upgrades to the building, including the newly remodeled gym with now has a lot of equipment you’d find in boutique gyms, like TRX and CrossFit. They have a training session once weekly with a professional trainer.

    I just renewed my lease for my second year. I love living here!! My apartment is beautiful with lots of storage. It is quiet and well maintained. Tiffany, Melissa and Sarah go out of their way to help me in any way they can. Joe and his crew always come fix any thing I need. Doesn’t happen very often but they always take care of it for me. I enjoy my neighbors and all the activities planned for ud. If you are looking for an awesome place to live, come check us out. You won’t be sorry!!!!

    I have been living at Carrington Oaks for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. I honestly knew I was going to live here after my first interaction with Bri. She was the first leasing agent I’ve encountered that actually interacted with me like a human, and not a robot trying to lock me into the best deal possible. Since then Bri and the rest of the staff have been so helpful, accommodating, and just an overall delight to interact with. I honestly believe the world would be a better place if there where more Bri’s in it to help people.

    This is a great place to live especially if you are a dog lover. The apartments around the courtyard are the best to walk your dog. You get to meet a lot of your neighbors n make new friends. The pool area is great, especially since they upgraded the tables and chairs. N we love the big grills.

    I love love my apartment staff. Send in a ticket for a few little things, like changing the air filter and nails coming up a little in the carpet entry. Within the hour of submitting a ticket, i get a phone call it is all going to be taken care of today. Clean and friendly. I am on my second year and know others that have been living there for a few year and have even moved to a bigger apartment, just because they love it as much as i do. get price and great people.

    I no longer live here but I really wish I did. Moved to dallas and Im still trying to find a complex as amazing as this one. From amenities down to management, this complex is amazing. The main manager was always so helpful! I always needed my papers printed for class and she would let me email her the papers and shed have them printed (because I had no clue how to work the printer within the office). Theyre super quick with maintenance calls and are always hosting cute social events for adults, families, anything. Amazing complex. The only issue was parking, I ended up having to just pay for covered parking because its really really hard to get parking after around 6 p

    Ive lived here for almost a year now, and so far its great, ESPECIALLY since it changed hands. Everything is faster from maintenance to requests. The former management company fumbled the ball in so many places its ridiculous. They even got my lease wrong. Thankfully the new management honored my original lease document, but that level of incompetence is unacceptable. Parking can be an issue during hours when everyone is getting home, but for the most part this is a great place to live with any amenity youd ever need less than five minutes away.
