My move in date was 10/4/24. From start to finish my whole experience has been great. From day one when they notified me they had a unit available I rushed over to view the unit. It wasn’t my ideal unit however I viewed the unit and went ahead and moved forward. My experience has been wonderful. Moved in my unit was nice and clean, I haven’t seen not one bug or roach. Now the water does take a while to warm up but once it does it’s fine. In when they are working on it they do notify us. I’ve been here 3months my neighbors are nice and friendly, it’s super quiet at night. I haven’t had any real issues and the staff in the office are always helpful and welcoming.

When I first read the reviews on these apartments, I was kind of skeptical about moving here, but I decided to see for myself and I love my new apartment. I haven’t had any issues. People aren’t hanging outside. It’s so peaceful over here. I haven’t seen any roaches or bugs since I’ve been here and they maintain the yard very well.Please don’t believe the negative reviews.They have to be coming from people who got evicted for some reason n thanks to Mrs Debra she the best

5-star review. Absolutely feel good to be living at Carriage House Apartments. The staff Ana and Debra are friendly and make you feel at home. The atmosphere is great, and the community is welcoming. If youre looking for a solid place to live with helpful staff, this is it.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to call home!The staff is amazing, the area is so welcoming and calm. Overall it was great experience, working with Katie. She was very sweet, professional and understanding. I would have gave them a 5 star only if they knew how to answer the phone. From going to see the Apartments, from getting approved, from moving in, I did all the calling until I realized they communicate better via email. My place is exactly how I want it besides not having a fireplace in my unit.

I’ve been here for about two months so far so good no bugs or anything to complain about. It’s hard to reach the ladies in the office and maintenance is a little slow, but I can see that I’m going to like being here.

Amazing apartment, clean, no maintenance issues, parking is good. Staff is really nice and maintenance team gets requests done in a timely manner. Love the ladies in the office including Mrs. Debra and she was also very attentive and proffesional. They help me everytime and go out of their way. Will be renewing for sure in the future…..

Ive been here over a year now and love my apartment. My only complaints is that the gate has never worked so just anyone can come and go as they please, and I wish there was more covered parking or that it was assigned. Also being near the back corner some older kids have taken to hanging out behind the apartment building late at night and we dont seem to have security on patrol to keep them at bay. Other than that I love it.

Only giving a 5 star review because of Cristal and Kaylee but mainly Cristal (have not moved in yet so I dont know the property yet) but she has went above and beyond for me, kept my file together and was able to make sure everything was in order so I could have a smooth moving process 🤗 Kaylee is very sweet . but if Cristal wasnt there honestly I would have not chose the property. My file was passed around so many times through employees it caused stress but Im glad Cristal stepped in big time. Thank you 😊

I have had nothing but positive experiences here at Carriage House. Management is great and everyone in the office is SUPER nice and friendly. Whenever I have had an issue it has been addressed promptly and resolved quickly.They were very open and honest with me during my application process and my move in was unproblematic.Definitely give them a chance. I highly recommend Carriage House as your next apartment community.

I have lived here for three years and had no problems. Trish and Michelle are the best and great at their jobs. I love it here and would not change a thing. They make sure every service we have gets taken care of. It is amazing here.

Angie was amazingly helpful, polite, and honest throughout the entire application process. All of the ladies in the office are wonderful. Maintenance is quick to attend to work orders; the neighborhood is kept clean, and is overall quiet.

Hi my name is Ronnie Mccollum I have been living in carriage house apartments for 3 1/2 years. I had only one problem with the neighbors downstairs That smoked marijuana. All of the smoke was coming up stairs to my apartment. I have 2 kids that I have to take care of. Then I went to the office and I told Raquelin and the other great team of management and now we have clean air thank you Carriage House. Congratulations Raquelin on your new advance thanks carriage house for our new manager she is really great . We put a new work Order in she was able to meet our needs Once again thank you carriage house for another one of your great team of management also they Have a great team of Maintenance men we had a sewage backup on new years I called the office for an emergency request and they said someone would be there in 30min within 15min they were here resolving our issue and it was really cold that day and they had to work outside. Once again thanks Carriage House for your great team of maintenance.

My Maintenance order was submitted on Tuesday afternoon just before closing time, after a Holiday Monday.Repairs was complete on Wednesday morning. That’s pretty good prompt work. Keep up the good work staff! 👍🏾

I love my new home the office staff is nice and polite very friendly and professional I cant complain about anything Im very happy and the smile on my face is because of the carriage house. Youll love the parking plenty of space clean environment you want a good place to stay come to the carriage house 2 1/2 yrs I been here that I call home

Ok.. let me start off by saying no apartment complex is perfect they all strive to be.The current managers at this complex work hard and improvements are being done. It is becoming a better place that you actually want to come home to. I am sure if the staff that is currently there moves on it will become what it was before and that would be bad.

Moved in and love it! Never go strictly on reviews because people never tell both sides. Its quiet, the apartment is very large, and the interior upgrades are amazing. In love it here!

When everyone said no over bs they gave me a chance I’ve been on my job for over 18 years and these apartments in Texas are over priced and very strict on even 1 negative thing but carriage house gave me a chance sometimes u have to be appreciative of the ppl giving chances because with the inflation of everything finding something reasonable and close to my job.

She gave me all the information I was needing. If you are looking for a property with friendly helpful staff this is the place to be!!!

Been here almost a year and havent had any problems with other Tenants ! The issues that I reported were taken care of quickly,and when I applied there my family and I were in a bad situation and they worked with us to get us in....friendly staff and at least the section I live in is quiet and peaceful..

I been staying at the carriage house apts for maybe 5 months now but my mother have been staying here for maybe 5 yrs and they have always been very professional and extremely nice to me and my mother when I first moved in my job was giving me unlimited hrs at my job but at some point my job cut my hrs which made me start being late on my rent and Michelle and Trisha have worked with do to my situation which lets me know that I made the right decision on which apartments to move into since Ive been here they always mad me feel like Im at home theyre real life sweethearts 😍
