    Auggie ,the maintenance man here at Caramel Creekside , is a great asset for this community. He has always done a great job with any issues that we have had and is very attentive. Not only is he a hard worker, hes also a really nice man who cares about the people of this community.So sad to see him leave .

    The whole staff here has been amazing during our move to this property. They take such great care in keeping the property cleaned and maintained as well as timely response to any request they are put in. The maintenance staff is so friendly and so helpful. We are so happy we moved to this property.

    New Guy in the office Antonio i think ? I feel so bad we had a great conversation & i already forgot. My roomie has mostly communicated through Chelsea so when i went in to speak with her i was a little disgruntled by Anthony acting as an inbetween, but he assured me he could have the problem handled, which he did promptly (faucet wouldn’t stop leaking.) Great guy, he explained he’s here from a previous property he was assistant manager at. We had a good chuckle about his glasses — he has those ones that transition in the sunlight into shades just like when we were kids. Loving the new leadership editions to the community, it’s been rough at times in the past so it’s very refreshing to feel heard & get the help you need, & im highly appreciative everyone has been very forward & welcoming, I’ve even met new maintenance men. I’m hoping things keep going positive, my unit is nice & clean i haven’t seen any bugs yet or had too much problems in the time ive been here, super friendly community. I love going to the trail in the back & standing by bridge. That Trail is almost 2 freakin miles one way! Golfers living the dream over there. There’s also a really nice gym here for residents, but if you live on the third floor you’ll get all the cardio you need from the stairs. Super relaxing trees outside the windows for privacy but an earthy experience. Loving the new vibe to this place!!!

    Thanks to the great efforts of Tony and Chelsea at the front office, moving in was a breeze! Although there are some things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in they made sure to eventually take care of things lickity split!! So far im enjoying my stay!

    We moved in about a month ago and we love it! Josh in the front office is very helpful. Maintenance team is great! Dog parks, pools, golf course is all a plus! Very well kept and clean. Lots of parking, and very spacious apartments with big balconies. Over all amazing place to live.

    I’ve lived here for several years and I love the area & the schools. The new management is awesome and communicate quickly and maintenance fixes orders in a timely manner. There are a few dog parks as well as a walking trail on the golf course with a huge dog park. My dog said he loves it.

    I love living here. I’m on my second year here. The office staff are very nice and helpful; maintenance requests are answered quickly. The apt complex is always clean and it’s pretty quiet even tho I live right next to the pool. Will definitely be renewing our lease when the time comes.

    I just moved into Carmel and I’m loving the new apartment. The walls are not thin, you can’t hear your neighbors, the inside of the apartments look really nice and are updated. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance manager Daniel, and his professionalism and urgency in regards of taking care of the tenants is unmatched. I’m very pleased with the maintenance team and Daniel. The ladies in the office are nice and very attentive, they made the process of moving here very easy. Good job staff at Carmel apartments 👍🏽

    Carmel Creekside is in a great location with great amenities onsite and nearby, dog parks, pools, weight room with free weights, golf course right behind and easy walking to tasty restaurants with live music, etc.Apartments are cute with current updates and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

    Ive lived here at The Club At Fossil Creek since December, 2011. Im on the penthouse floor with my huge patio and amazing view.One of my favorite things about living here would be the walking trail that goes through The Golf Club At Fossil Creek, which is basically right behind the apartments. The photo I attached is about a 5 minute walk from my apt.There are also a dozen or so restaurants and a movie theater, all within walking distance. The movie theater is about a 10 minute walk through the scenic trail.If I want to walk to Flips and have a drink or grab a bite to eat or play some pool, its only about a 5 minute walk. Its on the other side of Western Center, but you can actually walk underneath Western Center to get there. Theres a bridge where Western Center goes over fossil creek, and under the bridge is a paved walkway next to the creek.Another thing I love is the 711 convenience store on the corner that I can walk to in under 5 minutes.Everybody who works here is super nice and friendly. They really make you feel at home and treat you like family. The ladies in the office are amazing, and the maintenance guys are awesome. Im pretty sure every maintenance request Ive put in has been taken care of within 24 hours. One time on a hot summer day my a/c unit was getting low on freon so I put in an emergency request and like 15 minutes later the guy is out there putting freon in my unit.5 stars for me. Best apartments Ive ever lived in by far.

    Auggie and Leon have truly been above and beyond maintenance technicians! They are both extremely professional, efficient and have fixed all of the issues I have had.     I’m not for sure where other tents stay at , but my apartment is not roach infested at all . I seen bugs the first time I moved in but pest control came fast once I put the request in . Never seen none after that . Remember it’s an apartment & it’s Texas so you will see bugs . My apartment is newly remodeled & it’s nice . The staff have never gave me any issues. Very nice people. Also maintenance has came to my apartment with out my permission it was kind of creepy, but nothing was taken . The gates are always broken but no big deal to me . Pot holes in the street are really big I hate it . Still a great place .

    I really enjoy living here. Ive been here for just over a year now and have gotten to know all the staff by name. Emily & Ana in the leasing office are always extremely nice and do everything they can to help and make this place a great home for their residents. They have events for the residents each month too which I find to be pretty cool.Anytime Ive had to put in a maintenance request, they are very quick to fix it. Jessy does a great job; very efficient, good guy and knowledgeable at his job!I love my apartment. Its very spacious, kitchen is open into the living and dining areas, which I love. Plenty of storage, well priced, and the balcony is a great size too.The area is great as well. Its really close to good restaurants and still has a bit of nature which makes for a peaceful walk outside. The pools are beautiful and kept clean, and theres also a nice little fitness center. Overall great place to live, in my opinion.

    Update: I recently moved out because I purchased a home and if I could give management six stars I would. They made move out easy on their end. When they inspected the apartment they were more than fair and reasonable on costs going against our deposit. Ive seen places be very nit picky and they were not at all. I cant say enough good about their manager Ana or the complex itself. From move in to move out this place is the absolute best.Ive lived here for three years now and love it. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The management does their best to encourage the community atmosphere by putting on various events and partnering with local businesses. I find the rent to be reasonable and they never raise the prices to an extreme amount, only slightly increasing every year. This is more than an apartment, it is a home. Highly recommend.

    I have lived at The Club at Fossil Creek apartments for 9 years. These apartments are very upscale and nice. I have always felt very safe living here. The landscaping is beautiful and kept up regularly. Both pools are sparkling clean. There is valet trash here that is picked up at your door. The dumpsters are emptied on a regular basis and never overflowing. The rental price is very competitive in this area. I have compared several times and you get more square footage for the price compared to the nearby apartments. Maintenance is off the charts. I have never had to wait to have a repair done. You enter your request on an online portal and they have always come on the same day. They do excellent work. The management staff is amazing. Theyre very friendly and welcoming. They are easy to talk to. They care about their residents. I have personally had them go above and beyond for me on several instances. The manager sits out in the lobby with the other agents instead of in the back in her assigned office. She wants to be Hands-On and to be a part of the day-to-day operations. If youre looking for a great place to live where you feel safe and get more square footage for your money , take a look at these apartments. I love where I live!

    Have been here for 2 and a half years and I am very grateful for everyone. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys alway do a good job. The maintenance manager Daniel even followed up with me to make sure the job was done right. Rahul even called me just to touch base to see if anything else needed to be done. Thankful for everyone.

    Beautiful, friendly community. I just moved in a week ago and it has been a great experience so far. Mechelle is my property manager and has taken great care of me.     Me and my wife have been living at these apartments for about 4 months now and we are very comfortable here. Ive lived in numerous apartments over the years and this has been by far the best living experience Ive ever had. The staff is super awesome! Very involved with its tenants and do fun events and fun giveaways. They are also extremely helpful when it comes to any complaints or issues from its tenants. We love living here!

    I moved in on December 9, 2021 and since then I haven’t had no complaints. The community here is friendly and quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Mrs Kathleen along with the other ladies in the office have been so nice and welcoming and gave me all the information I needed, I did have a hiccup on the first night trying to register my car but no worries all was fixed the next day. I’ve had a total of 5 repairs needing to be fixed and they got fixed immediately after submitted the work order, I would definitely recommend this apartment/ community hands down.

    I have lived at the club for about 7 months now and I only have great things to say! This complex is very quiet and clean, the people that work and live here are all so nice and courteous. Ive never had any issues with noisy neighbors and everyone is so polite. Having mutual respect for each other in a community really goes a long way. The grounds are kept super clean and everything is maintained well. Ive never had any issues within my apartment besides the garbage disposal which I put a work order in on the weekend of the fourth for. I didnt expect anything for a few days into the week because my expectations from other apartments were low but Jessy, the maintenance guy, showed up to my door Monday morning to fix the issue! He was so polite and professional when he was here and he really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I had my hands full with my newborn and he noticed my hall light was out while he was leaving and came back to replace it! This to me was such a small thing that meant the world. He didnt have to go out of his way to replace that bulb but he did and it made my life a little easier and was one less thing I had to worry about. Also I really appreciate the constant follow up the office provides. They texted me after the work order was completed and made sure that it went well. Everyone who works for this complex is amazing and helpful and makes me feel at home. We plan on living here for years to come!

    Very grateful that I had someone as delightful and knowledgeable as Mechelle. I toured the neighborhood about 3 months prior to moving in and she was extremely helpful every step of the way. And although I never saw my exact unit before moving in, it was greater than anticipated. If you get the chance, be sure to find Mechelle as she will get you right as far as finding a new place to call home!

    Up until this past August, The Club @ Fossil Creek had been my home for 4-5+ years. Over that time, the complex has changed management companies once and property mangers multiple times. It was good for the time I lived there, but when Ana and Emily took over, things truly changed. Any maintenance issue that was submitted, was fixed immediately. Any issues with the property that they were aware of, they took care of immediately. Any time I went into the front office, I was ALWAYS greeted with a smile and happy personalities. I have never experienced a more hands on team that will constantly keep you updated on what is going on throughout the property and any issue you may have. Ana has been the best manager I have ever had the experience to work with anywhere and with Emily there to always make sure your needs were taken care of, you cannot go wrong living at The Club @ Fossil Creek. They made the last year of my lease truly painless and carefree. As much as I wanted to stay there, my career has forced me to move out and experience a new home. Even after not living there, both Ana and Emily have been nothing short of amazing. No lie, Emily kept in touch for a few days regarding a package from USPS. She had no reason to keep in touch with me, as I was no longer a resident there. But she followed up with me to make sure there was nothing more she could do. Working with Ana since my move out regarding my deposit has been exceptional! Seriously, take it from someone who has lived there through many different property managers, you will not find another front office that is as dedicated to their residents as this one. Ana & Emily are the best and I couldnt have asked for anything more from them. If I could, it would still be my home and a large part of that has to do with the two wonderful women up front! I can promise that between the two of them, they will make the Club @ Fossil Creek one of the most comfortable places you could ever call home! Thank you Ana & Emily!!

    I cant say enough GREAT things about The Club at Fossil Creek! I was a resident of this wonderful development for about a year while working as a travel nurse. Ana and the staff made my exhausting move from the state of Maryland to Fort Worth, Texas a smooth transition. They all were so welcoming and accommodating. The customer service was beyond amazing, always greeting with a smile or friendly gesture. There was always an event at the rental office, for every occasion, bringing staff and residents together. Never had an issue with bugs or rodents, valet trash pick up was always on time, and maintenance always available if I needed assistance. The bike trail and Golf Course behind the property were a saving grace on those days I needed to unwind. I could go on and on about all the great things going on at this property. Definitely a place to call home! I look forward to returning to this property when my current Travel Nurse contract comes to an end this summer!

    I have lived at The Club at Fossil Creek for almost 6 years. Response to maintenance calls has always been stellar. Different management staff has always been polite and responsive; double that for the current office. Ana and her staff are just incredible, very kind too. The trees and the waterway are lovely....we see birds of all kinds: egrets, herons, bunnies, beavers and sometimes hear coyotes off in the distance too. It’s wonderful and I love our space in these apartments.

    We cannot say enough positive things about our home at the Club at Fossil Creek! We are beyond happy with our office staff. They truly go above and beyond for their residents. They are always super helpful and welcoming and really go the extra mile for everyone. On top of that we have a wonderful maintenance team. They are super quick and efficient in helping every time we have had any issues. There are constant upgrades done around the community, and they really work hard to keep our home clean. If your looking for a new place to call home then this is the community for you!

    My family and I have moved in here recently and I must say I am very impressed with the staff and apartment. Megan and Bryson are great and always so warming! The manger Mary is also very understanding and helpful when I had an issue this past rent, but she understood my concerns and solved my issue without hesitations. I feel like they would go above and beyond if needed. The workers who work here too are friendly. Ive put in multiple work orders and they always come the next day or same day to come fix the problems. The community is quite and never dirty. I am so glad I found these apartments! I would definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for spacious apartments with a very friendly staff!

    I know a lot of apartments that get negative reviews but I feel its unwarranted for The Club at Fossil Creek.Since the new management team took over in June 2016 there have been tons of improvements to the property. The pot holes in the parking lots have been fixed, the grounds look better and maintenance responds very quickly.Anytime I visit the office I am greeted with a smile and friendly service. They have never made me feel as if I am wasting their time. I have lived here for 10 months and Ill be renewing my lease.

    From day one this has been a great place to live. The girls in the office are so sweet and kind. My wife and I love it here. Had an issue with the fridge and maintenance came out first thing the next morning. The maintenance guy was professional and courteous and fixed the issue fast. When we first put our deposit down there was a bit of a miscommunication, but the property manager took care of it. The community here is awesome. Definitely look into moving here.

    I had a great experience with The Club at Fossil Creek. The apartments are older but well maintained. The office staff is absolutely amazing. Ana Jackson is the property manager and works very hard to make it a comfortable place to live. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is personable and prompt. I would definitely recommend this community for any one looking to move.

    The Club at Fossil is a place I am glad to call home. The team of Ana and Emily, listen to any concerns you may have and come up with resolves. Until that point they will keep you updated on the progress. In addition, there are monthly activities promptly communicated in advance on a calendar including live performances, food trucks, movies by the pool. The highlight (for me) this month was the power washing of all buildings - Left hallways looking like new.Now to the maintenance team. Extremely friendly, courteous and polite group of gentlemen. Most of all they respect your home and during this time adhere to the safety precautions of social distance and appropriate protection. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable regardless of whatever time they receive the emergency call.Kudos to a great team that makes us look forward to coming home and enjoying every minute when there.Thanks !

    I just did my application process and it was smooth. The apartment I will be moving into is covered by trees so I have natural shade and Im by the creek. It is very quiet although they are renovating its still a nice place. Yes its a mess right now because of the renovations but Im looking forward to the finished product. Im moving at a great time. I will update once I move in. But so far so good.

    I live here at the Club at Fossil Creek and have been here for several years I have seen a lot of changes over my years of living here. There has been a recent change within the office and is it has been for the good. The Manager goes out of her way to assist and help where ever she can. The employee office staff do not hesitate in greeting you as a resident or customer and they are very polite. The Maintenance staff do their work very well and they are very polite and it feels good now to walk in to the office and you are acknowledged. It is definitely a great change. They have monthly events for the residents and are very good at sending out reminders and updates. I have lived in a one bedroom and two bedrooms. They offer several spacious floorplans to suit everyones needs from one bedrooms to three bedrooms and they offer great amenities. There are several great advantages in living here. I like knowing that I am close to grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and more; all within a 2-5 mile radius. I like living here and I really like the Manager, office staff and the Maintenance staff.. I appreciate all of their efforts in maintaining the property and they do a very good job.

    We moved in a month ago, everything has been perfect, the staff is SO friendly and very helpful, answering any and all questions you may have, the communication has been stellar, and any maintenance issues are resolved within day or 2 of submitting a request. The community is very quiet and peaceful, and everything is within about 10 minutes away. The unit itself is nice and modern looking, and was very well kept, despite general wear and tear over the years. We will definitely be renewing our lease when the time comes!

    We moved here earlier last year because of problems with our old apartment management. We have absolutely loved the service we have received here. The front office staff is always cheerful and friendly. The service staff always waves around the property and always making sure everything is going well with your apartment! The community events every month are also a blast! We love The Club at Fossil Creek!

    I love love love my home here!I have had nothing but positive experience here! I just signed my second 13 month lease and plan on staying here until I can build a home. The landscaping is beautiful here and I have the most awesome creek view from my third floor patio!The staff, especially Megan russel has gone above and beyond to help make sure I am a happy resident, she answers my e-mails within minutes and has taken care of any questions or concerns I have had. I placed a request to have a light bulb changed because I cant reach with the vaulted ceilings and the men were there within a few hours!

    UPDATED Review : This review has been pending for a long time. No doubt the apartment community is old one with lot of knicks knack but the good thing about this community is their super warm and nice leasing personal. Michelle and Amy are sweethearts they dont leave any stone upturned in resolving issues and to make your experience wonderful. The maintenance staff is just a call away. They helped me in changing my apartment after a lot of issues in my previous one and the experience has been nice. Kudos to amazing staff and love you guys!! Keeping doing the great work you do !!BEWARE!! Please dont spend your time and money on this community. I recently moved into this community 2 months back and my moving in experience has been horrible. I have 2 infants in the apartment and preferred a 1st floor. The apartment had sharp pins scattered all across when i moved and carpet was weak which was not pasted well and coming out of places. Threads come out whenever you vacuum. Secondly it has Cockroaches everywhere and was scared to hell when i saw them in my babies crib. Raised couple of requests for pest control and carpet replacement but of no help and still struggling but Im glad that i signed a short lease which will be savior. The ACs are not effective since the apartments are really old .The only good thing about this community is the maintenance guy who is super quick ,prompt and courteous. I personally didnt had a good experience with Lynsey/Michelle but the lady before Dena was much helpful and courteous. I believe they spend more time in getting new residents over face book instead of really addressing current residents issues.Good Luck

    Great place to live, especially over by the dog park and creek area. Access to walking trails on golf course. Management is hands down the best Ive experienced. They really do care about you here and are willing to work with you. Maintenance crew is friendly and quick to respond.

    Id pick this apartment again. We moved in shortly after the management change in late summer 2016. I feel like this new management team has done their best to fix problems as they arise and the maintenance staff is second to none. Friendly, respectful, and they have responded to our needs fast. If I had it all to do over, Id still pick The Club at Fossil Creek over the other apartments we looked at in North Fort Worth.

    My first 9 to 10 months here wasnt a great experience and I even started looking for a new place but once new management arrived everything has been the complete opposite. They have made upgrades and have been fixing issues that I or others have been complaining about for year(s). I am very impressed with management and their employees. One of the many things I like is that when it came to renewing my lease it was a easy and stress free processes which I need because being in the Military with early mornings and last nights. I need a flexible schedule in place. The employees at the desk are very friendly and helpful. Overall I will say these pass two months have been the best experience here at CAFC apartments.     I love it here! I moved here from SC and Ana (my leasing agent) worked with me and answered ALL of my questions (and countless emails lol) very rapidly. All the office staff has been nothing but attentive and caring. When you fill out a work order, maintenance actually responds and quickly at that. They also do great at following up to make sure everything was taken care of. They keep us informed of any upkeep going on. Apts have a great layout and I adore my partially upgraded unit. Great area, everything you need is conveniently close as well...Couldn’t be happier here!!!

    I LOVE it here! My daughter and I have been here for a year, and the staff, (especially ANNA in the office & our maintenance man; JESSE)are always more than happy to help and on top of that theyre really friendly too! Great price for the area and we LOVE our layout. Love the gym, pools, the golf course right behind us, sand volleyball, and HOW QUIET it is. We plan on being here for a while. :-)

    I had a really good experience with the staff at Carmel Creekside, especially Isiah. I was telling him about my experience with other places and i know i was a handful to deal with but he was very patient and understanding. Very nice people and very professional.     The amenities are awesome! Wonderful views ,great pools, great gym . Very pet friendly. Leasing agent Lindsey helped make our move in very easy .     First let me say that I can be an incredibly annoying person with my wants and over thinking things and constant emails. I actually moved in almost a year ago and from day one Ana and the staff there has been nothing but great and patient. Then cause I ran into some financial trouble and didnt want to leave the apartments Ana was amazing in helping me figure out a way to for me stay and make it work with my situation. They always have a smile for my kiddos that i swear eat them out of snacks every day. Always willing to help out even the maintenance crew is great.

    The staff is very friendly. I love the Cares team they have fun activities for the family and kids of the apartment complex. Maintenance is awesome they come to fix things very fast.     Ive been living here for almost 2 and a half years now and love it. When I first moved in, the staff was really rude, frequently overcharged my rent and almost never responded to maintenence requests. This past summer busboom group took over and their new staff has made the place way better. They almost immediately started fixing all the issues around the complex and I really appreciate that when the A.C. went out, they came the next day and put in a window unit until my A.C. was working again. Theyve done an awesome job trying to make this a great place to live.

    I cant give it 5 full stars because I have never lived here. But I can give it a solid 4 stars. For the past few months my boyfriend and I have been looking at handfuls of apartments every weekend in Fort Worth to find the perfect place for us. Visiting The Club at Fossil Creek was always a delight. Ana was always on top of her game when it came to helping us out through email and with viewing the apartments on the weekends when they are usually closed. The complex is beautiful and the golf course in the back is breathtaking. We chose not to go with this complex just because we wanted a different space layout, but other than that, Fossil Creek was on our list of places to live.

    As a newcomer to this residence, we had some high expectations about this place based on its reputation and the reputation of this neighborhood. Living here the pass few months has been a huge transition for me a my family. Lyndsey Teenier and the Fossil Creek staff went above and beyond to make that transition easier for us.The staff here is very friendly, courteous, genuine, and are very eager to ensure that your stay here at Fossil Creek is a terrific one. From the quick - immediate response time of the maintenance crew...to the family friendly events and activities hosted by the staff here to generate a sense of community.I have however become annoyed by those whom drive through the parking lot at faster than necessary speeds, or even worse driving in the wrong direction when the entire parking lot has One-Way signs clearly posted!Now I know this may sound as if I was paid to say these things, but you would be completely mistaken. This is a true assessment of my familys experience. And we are currently enjoying our residence.

    Michelle and Ana in the office have been nothing less than stellar from looking at the apartment I’m now leasing to helping secure packages, basically if I have any issue I bring it up and not once have I had an issue or question that they were not able to assist me with. The maintenance crew I have only had two work orders to remedy issues and they knocked it out efficiently and effectively. Keep it up y’all!

    Great apartment, friendly staff and managers. Well kept grounds and 2 great pools and pool areas. Layouts are very tenant friendly and many of the units have been modernized with new appliances and black paint.The complex is generally quiet, although due to its age and creeky floors you will most likely hear your upstairs neighbors walking around.Parking can be cramped depending on where you are. Many covered spots remain untaken so I assume they’re overcharging for covered parking.The only downside in my opinion (many tenants enjoy this amenity): Valet trash service costs $30 per month, is mandatory, and is not available on weekends when everyone is home. My job has me out of town 50% of the time and I do not produce much trash, therefore it costs me about $10 every time I take out the trash.

    We have been living here now for about a month, at the beginning prior moving in the attention we had wasnt the best which got us really concerned about this community. Since we moved in we had few problems like fleas, broken garbage disposal and the connection to our washer but all problems were sorted within 24h (actually less than that). The staff is friendly and always willing to help us with any kind of problem or questions. Not a 5 stars rating (for now) but really happy with our new home.

Personally this place work for me, with good restaurants, clubs and other shops are just minutes away by walk. The property is unique in this area with lots of trees. Good place to stay long-term.

    I would like to start by saying this is one of the best apartment i have lived in so far (4 different appartments).1. Staff is very helpful and understanding. For example i had an important package arrive and the let me come in to the office during closed hours to pick it up. (Just before the office opened).2. They are very active in their email news feed with important information and upcoming events.3. This apartment is very clean and the demographic of your neighbors is solid.4. Apartment is centrally located around grocery stores, restaraunts, and first responders.5. They are reasonable in their pricings.All this to say, i plan to live here till i plan to buy a house.Ps. The only negative i have for this apartment is the it seems as if the apartment is older... so some of the doors in the apartment do not close all the way. I have tested this on 4 different apartments here as i have 3 other friends that live here. HOWEVER, maintenence is very helpful and im sure if i mention this, they will come and fix it.Pss. I also love that i never have an issue with the key fob to get in to the gate. Works every time. As does the assigned gate code.

    Ive been living HAPPILY at The Club at Fossil Creek for going on 4 yrs now. JUST RENEWED. When Im asked why i dont move...my answer is always simple. THE STAFF!! From Anna and Emily (i think lol ) in the office to their TOP NOTCH maintenance staff.Case in Point.... I put a work order in on Monday as the ice maker was on the fritz... it was looked at On Tuesday and by Wednesday 130PM it was fully fixed and I am now a happy ice cold beverage drinker again. Jessy and the lot as AMAZING!! So...Thanks Jessy for coming in clutch and allowing my chonky puppy to great you with his barks upon arrival.This is an amazing place to live!! You wont regret finding your home here.

    I am in my 4th year of living at this complex. When I first moved in, the management company seemed like they went above and beyond for me. I now everyone has different experiences, but they were outstanding in my eyes. I have watched my neighbors scream at the top of their lungs to the past managers face and she just smiled and said, Ill help out in any way possible. I witnessed this multiple times. The office staff was always nice and courteous. I was about to renew my lease this past year and the day I decided to go into the front office, I had a letter on my door explaining that the management companies have changed. I dont know too many people who like change, especially after that long. I was very hesitant on renewing with this new management company, even after searching and not finding anything near the price range of this complex. The first few months were a little discouraging, to be honest. Knowing how hard it can be to take over for a previous company and the struggles between customers, I tried to let things calm down and see where it led. One big issue came when the winter started rolling in and temps dropped. I began to hear rats/mice run around in my ceiling. It started in my living room, then spread to my closet and my bedroom. Trying to sleep at night was a joke. I was being woke up by rats running across my ceiling, falling into the wall and landing RIGHT BEHING MY HEAD! As I am sleeping, I wake up to s screeching rat that just fell 8 feet, behind me. The clawing and scratching was impossible to sleep through. I would have my radio right next to my head, just to drown out the sounds of rats. All I kept thinking was I am going to wake up to a rat falling through my ceiling, on top of me. For $850 a month?? Nah. I called a few times to let the office know and they said they would have pest control come out. Pest control came out twice over the period of 3 weeks. Remember, the rats were in the ceiling. I come home and find out that pest control put traps under my kitchen sink and in my closet. They said that pest control went into the attic, but found nothing. The thing was, when someone goes into your attic, they leave all the popcorn on the ceiling, on the floor. It is extremely obvious when someone goes into the attic. There was nothing different about my closet to suggest they went up there. Nothing was done in the attic. I called again and explained why those traps were pointless. The rats were in the ceiling, not my kitchen. Again, I was told the pest control would come by. This time, I got a call from Bryson, in the front office. He told me that pest control went up into my apartment and said they still found nothing. Bryson told them what I had been explaining, about the noises at night and that they were strictly in the attic. He had the maintenance guys go up with the pest control guys. This time, I had popcorn all over my floor in my closet. That told me that they finally went up there. Knowing this, I dont put this on the management company. This is on the pest control company. They need to do a better job of listening to their customers and providing proper feedback. Dont say you went up to my attic when I know for a fact you didnt. Because of Bryson, this issue was gone within a week. To this day, I have not heard anything else crawling around in my attic. Over the years I have lived here, I never had an issue like this. Never with rodents or pests either. Again, this is not on the management company. Bryson took this on as it was his own place and took care of me. I truly appreciate that from him. My water heater was also causing issues. Mary, the manager, was unbelievable in getting this taken care of for me. Needless to say, I feel the same about this management company as I did the past. They do go above and beyond. I can truly say, my mind has changed, 100% since I got the notice of new management. Mary and Bryson have done a exceptional job at working with me. Thank you so much

I was even blessed to get a great deal on my first lease, and although my second lease went up, its pretty reasonable for the quality that youre getting.
