    I have had some issues with my apartment but the office staff Natalia and Mark have been very helpful and have fixed all my apartment issues. They are nice apartments.

    The maintenance has not been done, the hot water tap in the bathroom is bad , not functioning, plumbing problem in flushing.

    I have lived here for 5 years, and the manager Ashley now is amazing! The best we have had. She is very attentive and eager to help always!

    I gave four stars because I only give 5 stars with impeccable reviews.Ive lived here for nearly a year and because it was the only place that would work with my particular situation. I am grateful they did. The property is okay, its older. But, Ive had no serious problems. You get what you pay for. Sure, the children yelling and screaming outside with no supervision is an annoyance. The litter they leave behind is a reflection of their parents, not them. The maintenance team has been on time, every time. Every request Ive made has been responded to same day. I dont know why other people are saying otherwise. If you are late on your rent, you get hit with late fees and you get locked out if you dont communicate with the office & make arrangements. Thats life & adulting. Its a business, not Unicef. But, Ive had no SINGLE PROBLEM with my SAFETY or PEACE OF MIND. None. The property tenants are just working class trying to make a living. Ive been extremely neighborly and have received the same from my neighbors. The price is right if you need to lay low and save some cash. Just be prepared to insulate your place. The AC doesnt cool my apartment well enough when the temp is over 75 outside. Home is where and what you make it. Dont blame the management for your immaturity.

    I really want to apply! Good price, near Hastings High School however, the app Fee is 100$ I have either an eviction or broken lease maybe 4 years ago and because most app fee r no more than 50 dollars Im scared to loose my Money. I was told if I do have a broken lease then Id gave to pay rent for a deposit then rent before move in, like..... Thats a lot of money. I have it but if I dont get it then Im out if 100 dollar n all I did was apply!

    I been living here for about 60 years plus, do you see how much of an idiot I look when I state that lol, anyways I just want say that most of the people leaving negative comments towards security are so stupid that it made me lose faith in humanity. Look at the area you chose to live at. IF you want to live In area where its secured good luck finding that. everywhere you go its always going to have something dangerous about it, unfortunately thats the world we live in cupcake, grow up. The management here is great and so are the workers here. Havent had a problem here ever since I moved in. Its not the best area but its certainly not as horrible as people make it sound to be.

    I say you will never have eveeyone happy but right know is better than the other managment also the new maintenance is way better than the one that have always been here he did a great job in my ac thanks so much ..people wont ever appreciate and sadly you cant make the whole world happy cause they will always complain i like it thanks aspen ridge maintenance i think name rene the other one so lazy and well new managment only thing is there is annoyinh kids playing outside distroying things when theres a play groumd i recommend make a letter to all the ppl living here saying take care of their child and that they should play in the park not on other peoples property throwing stuff that hits my window crime has gotten better buy still scares to go ouy at night other than that everything is perfect

    The best thing about it is the security, the gates are always closed and you can only have access if you have the card to enter and that gives me peace of mind for my children, and also the cleanliness of the complex 👌 and not to mention the attention that Nathalia gives and Jenny always give us a solution

    I feel very happy in this unit, the service provided by the Managers and the secretaries Lesley and Natalia is excellent, they resolve any concerns and provide an immediate solution to your problem in the apartment, and there is good security 👮🏽 for our Children 🤗 Lesley He helped with my moving process quickly and easily🙌🏽😊 and I am satisfied with the rest of the workers too. I recommend Cantera Apartments 🏡🫡

    I have lived here for 7 years and I have never had problems with the neighbors or the office, every time I call to report a problem with the apartment, then they send maintenance

    It is a lovely place to live, the administration is excellent, the apartments are in good condition. I personally loved my application. I did it with Natalia and she was a great help. They are very professional.

    For people who are looking for apartments I recommend this property, many of my friends live here and on occasions they have asked me to go to the leasing office to pay their rent. Although the people in the office are very busy, they always greet you with a smile. I work in marketing and customer service is one of the most important things in any company.
